They were great for a long time. Over the last year, I have been getting many returned items. Mismatched shoes, kitchen products that have been used, almost empty roll of 3d printer filiment, used scraped up car parts, etc.... Then I have to drive to the store to ship it back. If you want it picked up you have to pay extra. If I have to go to the store anyway, I can just skip amazon totally and drive to the store and not wait for shipping. I'll also know the product is new.

Normally would give a much higher score but the last year has seen several delayed orders with a ridiculously difficult access to any sort of customer service. The past many years of excellent service is why I gave so many stars today. I hope this is just temporary and service will return to the previous level of excellence.

The search function is a mess with the auto AI feature. Why does it make AI image nonsense when I'm searching for things? it's so stupid. AND I CAN'T TURN IT OFF! Dumbest feature on this app to date. I hope people share their feelings directly to Amazon as well, not just in the reviews here.

Needs a filter setting to filter out 'Vine' customer reviews. Like other people, I ignore Vine reviews for obvious reasons. Search should display what you've actually searched for first, not the items that Amazon wants to sell!

Worst delivery experience ever. They're always late with a new excuse and Amazon is no help. I've given them plenty of chances, but they just keep getting worse.

Aside from a few items from China, I get my deliveries very quickly.

Complete trash. been trying to order for over two weeks (update: over a month) using the same card i made my first purchase with. I even went straight to my banking service and added Amazon to it. Searching automatically tries to use an ai search that is garbage and makes search take far longer because I have to close out the ai garbage to get to what I'm actually looking for. Don't know why they're trying to fix something that wasn't broken.

the app deleted itself off my phone and now the app store won't even show it as a result. When I go on the website it prompts me to download it, which then routes me to the app store where it says it won't allow me to download on my device. Not sure if this is a problem with Amazon or Google, but it definitely needs to be addressed

Not only their poor shipping practices destroyed a lot of Nintendo Switch 2 The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition but they also overcharged by £70. They are now actively suppressing the reviews on the console page. Their customer support is clueless and their only response is send it back. Image paying £500 for a limited edition item only to have it destroyed in shipping because they didn't put any packaging material in the flimsy boxes they use for delivery.

Shipping delays with inadequate updates and lying obnoxious services reps saying giving you a credit but don't give it! Prime now worthless. 1/4 inch tall map for tracking is worthless. Search filters poor. Need to list country of origin and include to search. Inadequate filters and too many "sponsored" listing to start. Again!

1nov26... clearly last update messed up. I like the notifications for things off amazon as usually based on my saves and likes. But lately, the item notifications only lead to the main app page and not the item which gets lost in the ether and no way to find it. Needs a fast fix or a rewind.

I'm done playing y'all's games with my items. y'all lost an order with 5 good sized items including an item for me to fix a vehicle, y'all also lost multiple items my kid ordered with money he worked hard for. I don't care about credits anymore I just want me stuff that y'all had to reorder. if I have cable I would be cancelling prime after the awful experience with y'all losing our items because they got sent to Louisiana after being in Charlotte nc.

Theres not much point in downloading this app. I downloaded this app solely because the mobile browser customer service chat crashed ( or blocked me) when I tried to claim a late delivery refund. Unbelievably, the app glitched out with the exact same error loop. Total dark pattern designed to prevent you from getting your money back. Uninstalled immediately. If I need amazon I will use a web browser since the user experience is barely any different.

Update: Delivery worse than ever for the items I do still buy from them. One out of three deliveries is delayed or delivered early. No accountability for delivery. The date provided for delivery in the app may or may not be the date the item is delivered to you. Upon calling Amazon about items marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, you have to give them another full business day and call back a second time before they will do anything, because "the driver may correct the issue."

Confusing layout. The app really needs a remake. Everything is hidden behind 10 steps. I cant find the orders i literaly just made.. Good customer service and always good products but always issues with Airmee delivery. Now they banned me from giving reviews despite often giving 4 stars or more.. 🤐

Cannot rely on it when you need it. Orders usually show up on time, but 100% of the time WILL NOT show up or will mysteriously go missing if I need it for a specific purpose, which is rare, but the only time it matters. They lie to me by charging me for the product and then telling me they won't charge me until it has shipped. I will likely call, but the last time I did that, they couldn't verify my account with all the correct credentials. Also, Amazon acts like it's still 1999 with their app.

I'm so tired of this AI. When I'm searching for an item, I do not want Alexa. I want to be able to turn that off. I do not want it, I don't want to see it, I don't want anything to do with it. Give me the option to turn it off. It's useless. It does not work. Nine out of ten times it brings up items that I don't even want or am even looking for. It's useless. It's a way to push AI onto people to be like, "Oh, here's AI, it's a good thing." It's horrible. It's absolutely horrible.

You need to sort out these pop up Chinese sellers selling electronics. Their products never operate at the advertised stats. Whenever you complain that it's fraud, you say you do an investigation and state it isn't, which is a complete lie. It's well known in the tech community, but those not tech savvy are continually falling for these fake products. It's disgusting that a company your size allows it.

Sent a trade-in phone to Amazon. Ups states they received my package but Amazon stated they did not. Every time I call I get told I'll have my money within 7 to 10 days but never receive it. it has been since July and always get to the same thing. They have my phone but refuse to give me money for it or send it back to me.

Will extort you for credit card credentials if your item is defective and you'd like a replacement, or extort you by making you travel multiple mile, more than the value of the item will be lost, and you still may never get it resolved. Also Bezos is ugly and looks like a toenail covered in bronzer and stuffed full of poorly made steroids.

Instead of a functional search instantly showing what you searched for, now it forces ai to take several seconds to "think" about your search to show you exactly the same thing. Its so stupid and useless, a waste of time, and energy.

Amazon Shopping i had been for almost 8 years now, loved the experience and the trust but it has changed specially the shipment network being used in UAE. The app is not working properly. The list of items is not displaying things correctly. Kind of lagging.

The APP is okay. The delivery service could be better if the drivers actually followed the FULL DETAILS of the delivery. Never have I ever had any of the deliveries ordered, actual placed in the specific location according to my delivery instructions. It's as if the driver's specifically places items in plain sight to attract thieves and there is no way to resolve or correct the unfollowed instructions. TYPICAL LARGE CORPORATIONS 👎🏽

Very bad decision for amazon to remove support for tablets.

The app won't let me provide this feedback because none of the categories they offer me apply. But basically for the last two weeks, packages have been coming to my door, banged up. A lot of merchandise should be in hard boxes. They're sending them in soft envelopes and the internal product box gets damaged and is not presentable.

Same quality as Temu but with much higher prices and less reliability. Great prices on non-Temu style products. Two-day Prime delivery is rare now; delays are increasing, with packages vanashing in Quebec. When 25% of packages don't arrive, I'll have to stop using Amazon. (Order of an in-stock, then backordered, then delayed, then delayed again, now lost item placed 24 days ago still hasn't arrived or been refunded.) The safety recalls are fun; throw it out and buy again, yet there's no refund.
