الصراحة اسوء خدمة بنكية قد جربتها بحياتي... تطبيق يعلق كل شوي... لما انقل لجوال جديد يقول لتوثيق الجهاز بنتصل عليك واقعد ساعة انتظر مكالمة التوثيق ولا تجي... عندي رصيد معلق من 2024 تقريبا... لما احاول استعمله يقول ان حسابك عمره اقل من اسبوع ما تقدر تستعمله... مع انه له سنتين تقريبا... تطبيق سيء وسرقوا فلوسي ولا اقدر استعملها حتا ما انصح احد يستعمله شفلك اي بنك ثاني بدال هالبنك السيء... ولا اذكر بعد خدمة عملائهم الغير متجاوبه

Al-Anma Bank is providing the most useless and useless service in Saudi Arabia. They don't even pick up anyone's calls, they put restrictions on the account, put the money on hold and then don't even answer you or listen to the calls.

اسوأ تطبيق في العالم، صيانة سيئة، سلاسة سيئة، فجأة يطلعني من التطبيق، تجيه اوقات مايدخلني للتطبيق، التطبيق جدا جدا جدا بدائي، لو اجيب تطبيق من 1999 بيكون ارتب وافضل منه، وللاسف مافيه اي تحسن في التطبيق هذا ابدًا، جدًا سئ ونجمة واحدة قليلة في حقه.

I just want to vent my frustration regarding the employees at Alinma Bank. What exactly is their purpose at the Alinma Bank head office in Riyadh? Weren't they placed there to help Alinma Bank clients resolve their banking issues? I went to their head office to fix my restricted Alinma ATM card, but instead of helping me, they just kept sending me back and forth between different branches. I eventually ran out of time because my flight back to the Philippines was approaching, so I had to return.

I am facing the “OTHER_CHANNEL_LOGGED_IN” issue in the Alinma App. I have already reset my password, but the issue is still happening. I am using the same mobile device and the same Wi-Fi/network, and I have not logged in from any other device. The login works successfully for around 3–4 seconds, but then the app automatically logs me out and shows “OTHER_CHANNEL_LOGGED_IN.” I have also tried reinstalling/updating the app, but the problem remains.

Their attitude is appalling; they only pander to the wealthy. If a poor person approaches them to resolve an account issue, they won't even pay attention to what is being said; yet, if a wealthy person arrives, the manager himself gets up and comes over to attend to them.

I keep getting this error that I am logged in other devices but I am not, It keep happening and when I try after 10 50 minutes it automatically works

Worst Service & False Promises! ​My account is disabled with error E001166. I called helpline 10-12 times and verified my Iqama & details every time. Agents kept promising fixes in 12/48/72 hours, but nothing happened. Messenger support redirects to call center, and emails are ignored. What's the point of 24/7 digital support if you can't fix a basic issue? Unacceptable harassment!

تطبيق البنك مزعج . . قام بإلغاء الدخول السريع للحساب بدون سبب . ويطلب منك الدخول باسم المستخدم وكلمة السر . . وإذا أدخلتهما لا يقبل منك الدخول !!! . وإذا اتصلت على هاتف البنك للاستفسار فانك تدخل عالم آخر من الخدمات الصوتية المسجلة وتنتهي بلا نتيجة !!! .

This is probably the most frustrating bank in Saudi Arabia. Even when I send emails, they don’t seem to pay any attention to them or take them seriously. The way the customer service staff speak on the phone is also not professional at all. Some of the employees working at the bank don’t even seem to have a good command of English. What kind of customer service is this? I honestly don’t understand. This is the worst bank in Saudi Arabia. Al Rajhi Bank is much better than this bank.

it was my fevrate3 bank in ksa but from last 23 days my application is disabled by bank and 71 calls done to customer service and 5 emails sents to the bank official email address. but still no help from the bank. all the time they just telling me that after half hour your application will be activated but from 23 days no action taken by bank. now it is the most worst banking organisation in my view and I will never ever recommend Alinma bank to anyone

I can't log in to the app. They tell me to go to the bank, and the bank tells me to call the service center. When I call there, they say it will be resolved in 2-3 hours, but it never is. I've been struggling with this for a week now, and my salary gets deposited into this account.

Extremely disappointing. I’ve used Alinma Bank’s app for years, but now I’m forced to update it to continue using the service. The problem? Google Play says the latest version is NOT compatible with my device. So what am I supposed to do,buy a new phone just to access my bank account? My phone works perfectly fine, yet Alinma has chosen to exclude customers with certain devices. This is completely unreasonable. Please support more devices instead of forcing customers to replace their phones.

bad customer service i keep calling there customer service hotline and wanted to talk to an agent regarding delayed incoming transfer the choices on the call keeps giving me same choices when i want to sent complaints it is saying only access mobile banking blah blah. then I tried lived chat agent .. it is more worst, after i typed my complaint, no response or they will only said wait for a moment and u will wait for 20mins still no response suddenly the chat will say error. wth?
