Their customer service is absolutely terrible. It has been four days since I sent the money. The status just shows, "Sorry for the delay, we are working on it." Can you believe this nonsense? Previously, the money would go through within 2–3 hours. Now, it’s stuck, and they claim it will take seven days. What exactly are you people going to do for seven days? I called customer service—the agent for option '2' told me to speak to the agent for option '0,' and the agent for option '0' speak..

This is honestly the best bank I've ever used. I don't know what you all are talking about, and I genuinely think some of you are just haters leaving bad reviews. This bank has become my lifeline. Everything is quick, smooth and convenient, especially when it comes to international transactions. I love it, and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

They just use information and when you deposit money they will hold bank as a name off David block. They holding my money last 30 days however i submit all documents and handwriting all questions answers bank statements and my salary gosi certificate still my account is holding. they are biggest scammers in Saudi Arabia. I have prove and i send it to international media also. I also requested to play store authority to remove this app.

Honestly really disappointed with my experience so far. I ordered a Mada card through the app, but it's completely not working. I raised a complaint and got a ticket number, but it's been 5 days and I haven't heard back or seen any resolution. This is super frustrating, and if it's not fixed soon, I'll just switch to another app.

Its keeps crashing and starts showing error on a new phone running Android 17, OneUI 9. However, it's working on the old phone running One UI 16, Andrioid 8. Please fix this, as it's very inconvenient. After security patch update of September, the app will not even allow me to login with an error message: Sorry, An error occurred; try again later".

Very good application for sending money internationally. However, for the past four days, whenever I log in to the app on my mobile, it automatically logs me out within a second. it was a good app until they got greedy like STC Bank and started asking for a minimum charge of 250 in order to add money when it was 50 and before that less, this greed is a reason I deleted STC Bank and now this forever 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This app is very excellent. Here any international transfer 100 riyal or up money there no charge money but other apps transfer her need to cut charge money

worst banking experience, money transfer process is very good. except if you are unlucky & your account got frozen somehow, good luck with unfreezing. they will play you like a fool and still keep your account frozen, you will call multiple times, they will keep changing answers and finally they will say this matter is handled by different team. the app complaints will be closed or will be marked as resolved after few days of opening without any action. mail channel is unresponsive too.

The app used to work so seamlessly at first. International transfers were so quick and within minutes. But lately, the experience has been horrible. All of my last 5 international transfers got cancelled without any reason. Money is getting deducted in an instant and after a gap of 4 days I get notified that the transaction has been cancelled. Same story with all my last 5 transactions.

Very hectic experience with D360. Previously i was using other app to send money to my Pakistani account and i was receiving within 3 to 5 minutes but this time i sent from D360 and since yesterday afternoon the transaction is in progress and didn't receive my money.

Extremely disappointing experience. I made an international transfer 5 days ago, and the money is completely stuck with no explanation. The funds were deducted instantly, but the transaction hasn't been processed. Customer support is incredibly poor and unhelpful, only telling me to wait without giving any real updates. Highly unreliable for sending money. I am very anxious right now about whether I will get my money back or not; I have no idea when I might receive it, and even they cannot say.

Nothing Service I transfer money not received 2 days is going and no reply no refund.

How can u sent money to a non existing international account, and if we complain, your answer is only pending or in progress And dear developer i have tried more than 10 time. To dispute my money but the question is How xan u send money to a non existing account and how can u show its status successful on your apps

I have followed the applicable rules and regulation and all transactions were made from my own personal account using my own legitimate funds.Despite this, D360 suddenly froze/restricted my account and held access to my money without giving me a clear and satisfactory explanation.I feel the bank is not taking proper care of its customers or providing adequate support during account reviews. Customers deserve transparency, fair treatment,and timely communication.I hope D360 resolves my case quick

worst experience, even if you contacted the support they do nothing, I'm having 2 different international transactions from ksa to the Philippines one of them 600sar since Sep 30th the other 2400sar since oct 1, till now i can't get it,i contacted the agent in the Philippines nothing changed, and that isn't the first time this happens, also for other transaction to india after 5 days of waiting they return the money without saying anything, it isn't the first time but believe me it's the last 🤬

Very disappointing experience with D360 Bank’s international money transfer service. I transferred SAR 135.72, which should have been approximately PKR 10,000, but the recipient in Pakistan received only around PKR 1,944 (approximately SAR 26).This is a huge difference and is completely unacceptable without a clear explanation. I have the Pakistani account statement showing the amount actually received.Very poor money-transfer experience. I would not recommend D360 Bank for internationaltransfer

Very bad experience and customer service support , I had sent an amount on 28th night , first it showed In process and will be done by 28th, the next day i check the application it shows it will be done on 30th and when I checked i.e today it shows we're looking into it , i tried to dispute but no response , i even requested a call back but still noresponse , i will not recommended this app to anyone , Worst expirence, FOR YOU IT MIGHT BE A TECHNICAL ERROR BUT FOR US ITS OUR WHOLE MONTH SALARY

it was amazing untill today when I have been trying to top up my account the whole day and in the end I had to use another wallet to make the transfer Edit: Topping up the account from devit cards is a hit or miss sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't update: now card top up minimum is 250 sar

Very bad experience with the app and call. i asked for my own complete IBAN number to be shown at the bank statement for a successful transaction; but they could not understand my request and it took them 15 days since that time until now and yet they haven't resolved my request. This includes when i called the customer service too.

I received my money. The D360 Bank team provided excellent support and resolved my issue. I really appreciate their help and cooperation.

I used this app last month and I loved it but from Monday have not been able to use it. Once I open the app after putting the passcode it says no internet connection yet my internet is strong. I called customer care several times but they did not help me. I have uninstalled it 2times and installed again now it's say sorry try again am really disappointed and I wanted to transfer money

I have been very depressed for the past month because my money is stuck in my D360 account.I lodged complaint many times but the reply was that I should send my documents, I did that also, I called also but my 2328.36 riyals were not returned.I also sent an email but no solution was found.
