Great food. Prompt delivery. Ordering is not intuitive and can result in double orders.

This company is an unorganized rip-off that double-charged me for an order they duplicated because they opt to run their charges OVERNIGHT for scheduled order. Then they won't give a full refund for the second charge because "the credit card details changed and the scheduled delivery date changed" despite them emailing a prompt to confirm my info AND I called to confirm it wouldn't change the delivery date. What a disorganized joke.

Shakes are deceiving there's no flavor I have to add my protein powder for more flavor & my liquid is water so doesn't look like those pictures. Not a lot to pick especially if you're a picky eater or can't have certain food. The prices are fine & different plans. Great for one person. The food was tasty but I had to add more food items to keep me full. I cancelled my account. My nutritionist recommended it unfortunately it wasn't for me.

Terrible app but also I receive items that are defrosted because they don't use enough ice. All around, quality has dropped immensely from food quality, to taking away items that people enjoy, to a slow and worse customer service than before. Honestly disappointed because this used to be a great company for healthy food. Not anymore. Just another horrible company trying to pass itself off as "good". Avoid at all cost.

I placed my first order. They took my money. When I click on "Track Order" it says "This order does not exist". Bad first impression.

It's more expensive in the app and on their site than in the grocery store. Also, there is a mint cacao smoothie I have been buying often. There has been a lack of mint ingredients in it 25% out of the 75% when I bought them. I find these products quite expensive then to just make your own the same way with organic ingredients!

The app is clunky to use. Compared to other shopping apps I use, this is not fluid. Unpleasant. The foods I have ordered are fine. This is a premium service with premium pricing.

I started the app, it asked me to login with my email address, which I did. It sent a 6 digit code to that address, and asked me to enter in the app, which I did. It redirected me to my browser to create an account, but I already have an account, so all the browser showed was what was coming in my next box. Going back to the app, the same thing, login with your email, get a 6 digit code ... And yes, the email address I entered in the app is the one on my DH account.

Not what I thought. And not for bug families

It was good before, but after one of the updates awhile back, it's no longer supposed on Galaxy fold 4. I'll increase if they ever bring back support for my phone. :(

App is terrible - it crashes a lot and hard to navigate. DH gave me a promo code and I can't even figure out where to enter it.

The app was working great until their recent relaunch, and now it crashes if you try to edit anything in your cart.

The app was crashing when I tried to access the delivery schedule. Now it crashes when I try to change items in my order. The developers should really test before releasing. I'm on an Android Samsung S22.

You updated your app and website at the same time which makes sense, but there are critical bugs in the app! I cannot update my order without it crashing. Removing an item down to zero crashes on the latest Android version 14.

Shipping schedule tab keeps crashing. I can't skip my order in the app. New update needs improvement.

Well it was fine until the update, now it takes me to Shopify's web page. Not so easy peasy as the message stated.

The apps fine until the huge, highly anticipated update. Now suddenly, it's a glitchy mess and keeps shutting down.

App is ok, but the search feature Never works. Which makes it impossible to find new things unless they're on the main home page. Not a great sales tactic

I disliked the ordering process... Hard to describe exactly what bugged me. I also didn't really enjoy what I got from them.. Cancelled after one shipment.

Useless. When you're shopping to pick what goes in your next box, your ratings aren't visible. So you can't tell if you've liked or disliked something, you have to remember. Waste of time.

The app always said I was offline when I wasn't, I wasn't able to do anything on it.

App is easy to use, haven't come across any glitches. The service itself is a bit pricey but dishes are flavorful for a person like me who's never liked most vegetables, so it's worth it. I like that they use dry ice instead of gel packs...it's much less time and effort to dispose of dry ice which literally dissolves into thin air. And you can easily recycle the boxes/insulation or reuse as a cooler.

It sends a lot of spam notifications, and it doesn't let you turn just those off and leave the useful notifications on

I don't like that they do not make it easy to cancel your subscription. I'm sure there must be a way, but I can't figure it out. Don't do it. Don't sign up cause they will never let you out.

Daily Harvest has been a life changer for me. The meals are nutritious, easy to make, and incredibly delicious in my opinion. Lots of variety and excellent quality ingredients. I love the environmentally conscious packaging too. It feels great to support a company that has values it stands by. I'm no longer tempted by fast food when I have these meals at home waiting for me! Since starting Daily Harvest, I have lost weight, have more energy, muscle tone, and improved digestion.

Really wish there was some sort of emergency cancel or some sort of option available. Had a family emergency and had to leave town, and try as I might there was no possible way to cancel my order. I would have still paid! Instead the food sat on my porch for several days and after a death in my family I had to come home to a box of gross food that I had to deal with.

Since you don't want my services then I don't want you either Cause every time I but in my email address and my password .your company pushed me away so ok so chock on or crazy food then .I will go somewhere else

Selection is difficult to navigate. Not able to easily add and remove items from my cart. Not all the buttons were showing up, either.
