Don't fall for this, it is expensive and it doesn't work. Avatars have weird accents and say worlds weirdly plus it gets stuck doing the videos. It took forever to create a 15 sec video and after it created it, it was getting sucked. AVOID IT!!!

It has potential, but they need to fix the Facebook ad deployment process. I've been trying to deploy on Facebook since the trial started. The trial has ended, and I've been charged almost $30, but the ads never deployed. It keeps telling me to agree to a policy that never shows up and is nowhere to be found on Facebook or in the ads manager. I'm over it, I'll cancel and keep deploying on IG until the monthly subscription ends. I should have followed my first instinct and not even used it.

I paid $50 for 8 weeks plus $40 for double the content. I've completed the "Describe a Service" setup THREE times, carefully entering my business details and tapping Save, only to be forced to start over. A paid AI marketing platform should save time, not waste it. I'll try desktop next, but the mobile experience has been frustrating and unreliable. With renewal quoted at $160, I expected a functional onboarding process and dependable saving. So far, Zeely has failed to deliver.

Zeely seems really interesting. There is plenty of potential here, maybe even huge potential. I want it for my business, but I need transparent pricing, simple refund terms, and reliable support. With that clarity, I’d be much more comfortable starting.

I was tricked. I paid 19 a week for four weeks and I didn't know you meant per week but charged at one time . Could've just said monthly like every other payment system.. so guess what I did? Used all my credits in a week? Thinking I had more next week. So basically I paid 80$ for a weeks worth of material..which was only 21 pieces, but the 400 or the 40 they advertise..so that's definitely a ripoff.. then after I go to cancel, it keeps saying it's a problem try again later.. yea I bet it is

Beware of Zeely. They offer a two week trial at a discounted price, which you can cancel during this time period. I cancelled my subscription, but now they try to still debit my bank account with the full monthly subscription amount. They function like a scam!

visual is amazing, the output is incredible.. This app would be even better if the audio were customizable and interface a little bit user friendly.

I like having different ways to edit the wording and make it better. I like being able to adjust pronunciation when something sounds wrong. I also like quite a few of the designs.

Results honestly look pretty good, although I haven't tested the ads on social media yet. Connecting things with Instagram gives you several choices, while posting manually costs less. The AI creates surprisingly relevant images, and with some adjustments I can keep the book title (in my case) visible. For me its the good user experience

I am also still learning where to go when I need help. So I have spent quite a few hours figuring things out, with some success publishing on social media.

it's great for Zeely to make money but it essentially allows you to make posts that you can make elsewhere for free. As far as ai voices go this is strictly for the American market

★★★☆☆ I was excited to try this app, but unfortunately it hasn’t met my expectations. I don’t find it easy to use, and the lack of a dark mode makes it especially uncomfortable. I have eye problems, and the bright background leaves my eyes sore and tired before I can finish creating an advert. The developers should consider people with eye conditions and make accessibility a priority. A choice between light and dark mode, along with clearer navigation, would make a real difference.

Not what I was hoping for. did have some initial doubts. was hoping to get help with new content for socials, but unless your selling a physical product - there's 0 point to this platform. I paid $29AUD for the 2 week trial and have cancelled the subscription within 30mins of starting. dissapointed and frustrated to waste money on these platforms

My experience was mixed... I created one excellent video and a few solid static ads, but the campaign targeting seemed too limited for what I needed to sell.

The currency list does not have Saudi Riyals. Also no Arabic voiceovers.

I signed up for this around June and I made my payment. After a period of time I contacted Zeely to cancel my subscription with immediate effect. They offered me all sorts of discounts, which I declined, as I feel like the product is not working for me. Since then I have been charged the monthly subscription, against my consent. Tricky user interface, but promising ads. For a product-focused business (clothing) the AI needs some effort before the apparel renderings look right, and the UGC creators are probably a B+ for tone but so far this is one of the strongest AI advertising platforms I've tested.

Difficult to use. No idea what you will get for your money as you must pay first. Hits you with a second charge i.mediately with no warning or explanation after paying initial cost. Never tells you that you must install their app to use the service. Asks for a review before you have done anything I ng once the app is installed.

tried the app for meta ads. saw 1000s of impressions about ad on their dashboard but not even a single enquiry from customers. secondly, they attempted to charge me 79 USD for no reason after a month. now what's going on. is it a scam or they are not sure about themselves.

DON'T DO IT!!! I did not subscribe to this app. However, I've been charged unknowingly for months now. I've tried every way possible, that I could find, to contact them to ask for a refund over and over again. No one has replied. Not a single time. I've reported them to the Better Businesses Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I would highly discourage any one from using this app.

I have been using it for three months now. It creates ads and videos and you can set them up for several days ahead on Instagram and TikTok. Good for social media presence but so far I saw no increase in sales. Unfortunately you cannot influence where your ads and videos show up. Mine are popular in Norway but I would need them in the Netherlands. So here goes nothing.

From a distance it looked quite good and several of the AI videos present nicely once your own content is added. I've also been learning how to read campaign performance and understand results through clicks. There appears to be a lot of helpful information inside the analytics.

My experience with zeely so far has been mostly positive. The photo ad generation seems to be a really strong feature, i have to say i'm impressed by it, and the video generation has plenty of potential too, maybe the images I provide are not ideal or something, but I think improving that part would make it even stronger.

Regenerating with clear directions can sometimes produce an even stronger result, although getting exactly what I want can take several attempts! even when I explain everything in detail. On the positive side it can create some brilliant images that I can use for my FB ads.

There are some genuinely useful features here especially being able to create imagery around your brand and logo. results are not always perfect, but they can produce some very usable work. You still need to manually review everything before using or posting the images which honestly seems sensible with ai marketing in general.

Terrible app and service, would give it 0 stars if possible. Tries to force upgrades on you after buying the plan. Claims it does everything for you but needs it's hand holding and you need ad concepts inind already. It's practically useless for a SaaS offering. And the app UI/UX is useless and will just lose your work constantly. Waste of money, don't bother. Can comment on the image/video generation quality as I never got it to generate anything.

Confusing billing, poor quality AI, and a HUGE disappointment. I wish I read the other reviews first.

I have tried quite a few apps that do this similar Service as Zeey app does. Zeely brings the best quality videos than every service like them. This is around week four and I am having a great time with this. It's so easy to use. And it actually does what I ask it to do in my prompt. That's rare. Thanks for the great product.

This is a fantastic tool, if you're having issues with the character pronouncing words correctly, then write it phonetically, so for example if it says Kooky instead of Cookie, type in 'kuh key'. use 'prompts' where you can, they're great!, see some creations on limara_igotyou on tiktok for inspiration, the Grace Kelly style one is great. all in all, excellent results, just check you're happy with 'creation' before you create the video. usually best to leave the rest of the settings on auto. 🙂

Got scammed out of a 40$ booster add on I didn't want. They set their app up to make it look like you need to click on it to progress forward, before I could even use it I requested that it be canceled and I be refunded for it. Daisy in their customer service told me it would be canceled and refunded and I would receive notification for this transaction cancelation and refund. I've received nothing. Im just out 60$ now because why would I want to use this app that screwed me out of a 40$ add on.

I tried the free trial but didn’t manage to properly use the app, and unfortunately I forgot to cancel the subscription. I requested a refund three weeks ago, but I still haven’t received it or any clear resolution. Very disappointing customer support experience.

not happy with this app, I paid for the first month which was the minimum I could afford, then two months later they just take an amount out of my bank.(different amount much more) I've laid a dispute with my bank, as I never authorized this amount, its theft/fraud. I will never use a app like this again. be clear with your customers. If you require another payment you get authorisation first end of story. or consider they no longer require to use your app or service.

I’m very disappointed with this app. I used it to advertise my Etsy shop, and the whole experience felt misleading. I was charged for a campaign even though I requested cancellation before the campaign had even started. Despite all the impressive results they advertise on Instagram, I didn’t get a single sale from using the app. Based on my experience, I would not recommend wasting your money or time.

Im still learning how to use the app to make videos for promoting an online course I purchased recently. It has been more useful than any other apps I have tried. So much so that I am paying for it monthly. And I am getting what I paid for. Im still learning but so far the videos I have made are clean and clear and unless you are a professional in AI you can not tell they are AI generated.

Not easy to find the button that allows you to cancel your subscription. When you finally find it, give your reasons for cancellation and tap on the final cancellation button suddenly "something went wrong" and it doesn't cancel the subscription. This app could work well for some businesses, but until they don't fix their cancellation button I cannot recommend this app.

This is a really bad option. I just paid for two weeks and I'm just starting to figure out the tool. It only made 5 basic photos that I could easily make with other tools. Then I started my first trial video, which didn't even finish before it told me I was out of credits. That's it! I paid $19.95 for nothing. I hope there's a misunderstanding and I can actually use this tool to make my first meta Ad.

Was unable to actually get to the app and see the experience until after I'd paid money and the promises made set high expectations which were not delivered at all. App is basically a fairly thin and not very clever wrapper over standard AI image and video generation models. Gave it a competitors ad as a screenshot as an example and it just swapped the image out for one of mine and left in the comment field, signal bars, etc from the screenshot! Templates are all really spammy and low quality

First time using it the image timed out while creating. It took the points or coins from me for generating the image, but I cannot locate the image so I reached out to get my points back or help finding my image. When I reached out to get help the app kept freezing to where I couldn't even see their replies. I would close the app and restart it to no avail. I was getting notifications that they were replying. All this on day one so I unsubscribed on my free trial.

this is a scam. it's been auto paying 80.00 for three months after services from the trial period were canceled. Fraud alert from my bank caught the most recent transaction.

BEWARE!!!!!! Save your money! I got the app to look into advertising. I got the app, which isn't very user friendly. I did generate one image but never did anything with it. I was still trying to learn the app. 2 days later, I was charged twice, for a booster I never applied for, and an upgraded plan. I never chose anything, and they charged me anyways. I tried to contact the company to resolve this and COULD NOT get ahold of anyone. only AI trying to sell you more. RUN

Creatives are poor no matter how good your input is in regards to images, references & prompts. Haven't even launched a single ad yet due to how embarrassing the creatives are.

it does a neat job creating AI videos. they are cheesy and definitely look like AI. Didn't do anything to improve my social media following or Etsy sales unfortunately. may work better for others. I liked it, but too costly for in impact.

If you're trying to use the "talking head video" feature, warning: The scripts are ridiculous, and trying to edit them after you've generated the video is impossible. You literally have to start over, and after hours of editing and waiting for it to generate, it becomes super frustrating. The weekly billing also give the user extra pressure to use it, only to be frustrated by the things mentioned here. It's just not worth it in my opinion. I dont have a lot of time and money for ridiculousness.

I was using a couple of the other apps for my video and ads and as soon as I started using Zeely everything just got better I didn't have to use so many prompts to get things right the images looked real and so did the movements game changer for sure

2 stars is way too generous. The app needs a lot of work and improvement. Glitches all the time, takes energy points to generate content but nothing happens, very limited creative tools. Even Gemini is better. Don't waste your time, it doesn't deliver what the ad promised.

Terrible experience with Zeely. The app is riddled with glitches and barely functions as advertised — the ads themselves are misleading and don't match the real product. Worse was trying to cancel my subscription. Instead of a simple process, I was pushed and pushed to "stay longer" over and over. I got bounced between three or four different reps, all giving the same scripted, robotic answers — it honestly felt like talking to an AI bot on repeat rather than real people trying to help.

1. They advertized, that everything will be automated. I gave my etsy shop listing lino and this system even wasnt able to scrap photos of a product to adverise it. Also, the have charged x2 times more( extra 40usd) then initially planned, just giving you some button, that was intend to be a part of a setup flow, not the payment agreemtn. Absolute scam

lost credits some videos didn't load,some added the logo where it should not have been. so lost more credits for that. Then said the company and web site wrong lost more credits again lost around 2000 credits for nothing. so far not impressed.

I paid for the 8-week trial and credit upgrade to give Zeely AI a fair chance. It's better suited to companies with marketing staff than solo business owners. The UI isn't intuitive, mobile/tablet usability is poor, asset navigation is confusing, and duplicate AI outputs still consume credits with no refund process. I saw no meaningful increase (zero) in visibility or subscribers. For the price, the value and ROI simply weren't there. I can't recommend it for solopreneurs, content creators.

horrible. some of the worst AI I've ever used. Editing is even worse. Every change you make has to be done separately and each change takes about one minute to generate.

this is NOT at all what they advertise! they're telling you it's only x/mo that's their side. they've now charged my card over $70 in TWO DAYS and ZERO sales or ads! lies lies lies! I also went to set up the meta AI for advertising payment AFTER I figured out ON MY OWN and it literally went back to the sign in page EVERY TIME! I WANT MY MONEY BACK THIS IS A LIE!!!

I've tried numerous times to generate videos and ads. Absolutely not a single one has generated. I've even sat on the screen for an hour and nothing happened. So far it has been a total waste of my time. After wasting three hours of my time, I will definitely be finding another product to use.

I paid $19.95 and then it ran through all the questions all over again and then it wanted me to subscribe for another 1995 but the first week is free but I just ended up paying $19.95 nothing was free yet but they keep adding on more things for you to purchase so I'm not sure that what they advertise is what you're going to get so beware.

Poor Okay, just a bit of feedback as well. Perhaps change your business model so you don't have to take out one subscription and then get tricked into creating another subscription before you've even finished registering. That's really bad for business. Very bad. And your reviews on Trustpilot and Google Play also state that people are annoyed with that as well. So you might want to have a little think about that. Their AI engine isn't very good either. The content it produces shoddy outputs.

Avoid at all costs. When you first subscribe, that's not the full cost. It then asks you to upgrade & purchase extra credits, I selected NO to these yet I was still upgraded & charged. The ads, images and videos produced by the app are awful. I've used AI previously and this is by far the worst I've come across. I'll stick to using the app c...a its much better. I've contacted customer support and they replied issuing a refund which I appreciate. Customer service is only good thing.

It's a fun app to use, but I wanted to use it to make realistic video walkthroughs of my Real Estate listings. It changes every photo some subtle, but most were so drastic, it wasn't even the same room or the same house. I even used prompts asking it to not change anything in the room and it still turned a bedroom into a livingroom/dining room. Also, every photo is a video and if you have trash the photo that is generated and make a new one you use up your credits very quickly.

I like the idea of the service and it has potential to be good. however, I canceled during my free trial and I was still charged. they said they can't find my account to my email but I have the billing information all laid out for them. it's extremely difficult to get my refund and to cancel. it's better to use the free version and make the post yourself instead of trying to do the advertised ai stuff.

You're stuck with auto payments until you begin a chat, and after 2 encounters, you'll receive a reply advising you that Billing has been contacted and you'll be notified of cancellation once it's complete. And they take your money a day earlier than they should.

Do not use this company! They charge you a minimum of 19.00 a week, making you think you have full access and have already paid for the service to use for ads. You then have to purchase more "points" each time you create something. If the ad doesn't look right, or is glitchy and you try and edit it, they will charge you more points to edit and regenerate what you have already paid for. I attempted to contact customer service, and they were not helpful at all. 30.00 spent for nothing.

if I can give it less then one I would, it is a scam. Very hard to work with. Videos dont really work. it is so hard to even make a video. very hard to communicate with someone to help you and impossible to cancel subscription. I tried for the last two days to create a video and it is near impossible. After you try to upload your pictures, it deletes them. I want to cancel so I am not charged for something that is not working and I cant find anyone to help me!

Absolutely a garbage company that is seemingly ran all by AI. You get charged credits for ads to be created, and the ads it created had bad information in them! You can't edit the ad, so you end up blowing your credits on useless ads. You should only be charged for ads that are used. Absolutely no good customer service, either.

Cant preview videos or photos before render. If you dont like what the AI made or if it made mistakes, you're still out credits because they deduct credits right away. Credits should not get deducted until you approve the creative. The AI made ads for me that added wrong prices that were not in the creative. I can't use them but still paid for them. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option.

add claims there is no waiting but every time you make a video it tells you a 10 minute wait time. made 1 video, tried a 2nd and have been waiting over an hour for it (currently says it will email me when it's complete). also tells you subscription is $19.99 but it doesn't tell you, you only get so many credits to use for videos. I spent 150 credits on 3 videos that I never received so my subscription has been canceled. don't waste your time and money here getting ripped off like I did.

not a great app or company. routinely my "ads" wouldn't render and I was told "the queue is full"... as in the system couldn't handle the load of all users! they randomly and spontaneously take credits away without notice or reason, won't roll credits - and heck, they just canceled our subscription and told us by email with a caveat we could get it back but use it until it expired. we go to use it, and it's not usable! find someo thing else.

The app crashes more often than not. I get half way through making a video and the app keeps closing......... numerous times. It's super frustrating and not worth the $20 they got from me. I downloaded the app 3 days ago and in those 3 days, I've only been able to make 1 video due to it crashing ALL the time. Don't waste your time with this app unless you like being frustrated. Tried using Zeely to create quick branded videos, but the experience was disappointing overall. The voiceover consistently mispronounces key words, and no matter what format I used — phonetic spelling, brackets, special characters — it never got it right. That alone made most videos unusable. Not a great app for your phone. Does well on my computer. I would prefer the access on my phone because I travel throughout the day and I'm a teacher so easier and convenient access is needed. When I use this app it shuts down while I'm promoting my video. But do not be discouraged Zeely seems like the route to go if you're needing Marketing. I'm waiting for my works approval and we shall see. To be continued.

DO NOT do business with Zeely. I canceled the app, and they continued to take money from my account. Then, they harassed me via email. I told them several times via email that I canceled back in February, requesting back any money taken after canceling. They keep saying they forwarded the information to their finance department, whom I've never heard from. It feels like one of those overseas scammers. Plus, it did not generate any sales. Terrible way to do business.

So far I am very unhappy with this app. Partly my mistake, I assumed it was integrated with a computer app and could be run by either/both. Since my professional files are mostly on my computer, I was unable to easily create content that I thought would be picked up from the sales page without my help. This li.itef what I was able to create. I'd rather have no ads if my options are bad ads. Also there are limits to the ad renders??!!!?? And customer service seems too be all ai which doesnt help

I used the app for several months. Paying for the top tier, and ads. There was no assistance from customer service in corrections. The ad postings I paid for received zero return in sales. The promotions for the app are false advertising nothing as shown. When I cancelled zeely, an auto response question came up for the reason, I answered, another auto response offer of 9.99 a month, then another for 3 free months. After canceling, I was charged $79.95 and re-enrolled falsely. Still no refund!!

I really liked the video the app made for me, but I still haven't figured out how to download onto Facebook or Instagram, and the FAQ section is of no help. Apparently the only support available is through their e-mail. As far as the credit system goes, you get 7 credits for the "basic package," and they only charge one credit per commercial they create so I don't mind it considering what it does for you. predatory nonsense. lies about pricing. says a price (19.95 per month), but that is not the actual price ( that price is for 2 weeks, so not even a full month, then goes up to $42 per month). tries to force you into up pricing ($35 for 2 weeks) beyond the dishonest pricing strategy on the website for 4 full pages without a skip option. I haven't gone through my trial yet, but so far, it doesn't look promising. good products don't have to trick people with bait and switch pricing

App charges you for subscription then when you build an ad it says you have to use credits, yet you aren't told it's a credit system you're on. Credits charged even if video doesn't render. They also charge a fee if you run an ad, so a lot of fees every time you do stuff. Next, the AI characters have English accents. No tutorials to help you navigate whether you are doing things right. The ads give metrics like folks are clicking on links, but I didn't receive 1 order or any leads.

I've had the app for 4 days now. The app severely slows the phone down. The videos don't play- only audio. And it's unclear how to get more credits. When I reached out to the team they said to reinstall and to reach out of more problems ensue. We'll 3rd credit for videos and again, just audio. First, you pay $29.99 for a 1-month subscription, then they push you to buy a $39.99 boost. After creating an ad, they ask for even more money to promote it. It felt like every step required more payments. I wouldn’t mind if it worked, but the AI ad tool is awful a 5-year-old could make a better ad in 5 minutes on paint. After an hour of trying to create ad using thier AI tool I give up it is that bad, I tried to cancel and get refund but got no response. I had to contact my bank for help.

This company really wants your money. I bought the subscription for the services only to find out the AI couldn't make video content for my business type. It didn't tell me that before I paid! So I asked for a refund because I purchased bc that's what it advertised. After many emails and "review from the financial department" they say due to the terms and conditions they cannot give me a refund bc I needed to ask for one PRIOR TO BUYING ANYTHING. How is that even possible??

It's not as intuitive as it claims to be.. my phone timed out, waiting the 11 minutes for their AI template to create a video.. the video that made me want to pay for the app in the first place.. and when I opened my screen back up, the whole project was wiped! They charged me before my free trial was over, with no warning..autocorrect doesn't even work in this app! If you really need the help, this might work for you, but I don't think it was worth it.

Waste of time and money gone. Had to do all of the work and then spent a lot of time exporting "leads". About 80% were bad email addresses and received ZERO orders from the supposed thousands of clicks. SCAM of some sort. Don't waste your time or money. You pay a subscription and THEN pay for advertising. Do it yourself for less headache and a computer to see real data.

Update: Zeely has reached out to me to resolve my issue...I'm supposed to be getting a refund. I will update this and give more stars if I receive my refund in a timely fashion. Not what I thought I was getting, paid for starting plan and upgraded only to find out I had to fork over more money to run ANY advertising. Not happy at all. Their advertising made it sound like you were paying already for the advertising... Waiting for my refund as I didn't even get to use it.. Very upset.

If I could give it no stars I would. TOTAL rip off! Not only do they take your money, they have no one to answer service requests in which I've sent on several occasions. It doesn't even direct people directly to your store and now my store won't link to the app. I can't cancel the service and they have access to payments. I wasted money on 3 ads and got people to enter their email on the zeely app, only to manually have to enter customer information on my own store. Useless as hell!

Didn't remember signing up for the plus subscription, so when the sub money came out I attempted to cancel and get a refund because that money was earmarked for my disabled mom's birthday gift. as soon as I requested a refund I stopped hearing from support at all, and it's been more than 1 business week since I asked. No customer support with the app. (Since Feb 1st) There were too many emails, they said. I purchased the extra support, and I wanted this finished in a week. It's a huge letdown. It keeps asking for an update. Nothing happens when I click on it. You create an AI ad. - you try to edit. And the edit doesn't SAVE. They are not ready. This is a beta or some amateur.

I signed up for a free trial and canceled within a couple of days because it was not what I needed for my business. This was 4 months ago and they're STILL withdrawing money. I've sent numerous emails to cancel the membership and ask for a refund, the responses I receive are offers to lower my plan or asking for my information over and over to "verify my account". I had a problem uploading a photo, but I figured it out . Just press the photo you want to delete but edit it, which is the pen symbol 🖊 select the photo in click publish until you see it's updating then re open the app it should be there . Also, I just canceled my subscription. All you gotta do is change plan, and then you will see a cancellation subscription at the bottom . Signed up for the free trial and it was so bad I canceled within an hour. But they still charged me the $49 monthly fee 7 days later and it's now been two weeks and still haven't seen a refund. After several emails I only get the same answer, probably AI generated, that says that my request is still in processing. Just waiting for a second monthly charge to come out.

This sucks! I tried to upload pictures, but it won't let me. I keep clicking the picture I want to upload and still won't upload even is already a Jpeg. Also, it keeps saying "reload page". Also, it won't let you work on laptops only on mobile phone. So you're stuck uploading and editing on the phone instead of the big screen.

Stinks, App doesnt function properly, For my business it generated pictures for advertising and of course none of them were anything I could use. Then it wants to generate ads and posts using those pictures with no apparent way to delete them and just use your own.. PLUS it is apparently impossible to cancel. You have to email, which I did on the last day of my free trial asking to be canceled. Now I have been charged, every day or so I get an email that is obviously generated by a computer.

And no customer service line, just slow email response. *Update: After reaching out through several different ways I was able to get a refund. Well it's been almoat 2 weeks and I barely heard from a customer service person, at this point I'm just closing my account.... customer service is non responsive....I never used it had it for less than a week and then I get charged and cannot cancel it...please help.
