Download theScore Bet Sportsbook Casino V26.21.0 APK From Android App Store Latest Release

great betting app I won a million!

Excellent site only thing missing is Women's and Men's college player props

nice app

the best ever

this app is cheap took $31 to even get a win then $20 later haven't even got anything pure trash casino!!! why they have a 4.4 rating blows my mind and the rewards are terrible

Won a bet and never got paid, customer service refused to help. It was effected by an early payout because they were losing but they came back and won and the app never updated, again customer service refused to help

best betting app. ✋ 👇

I was a little skeptical at first but as I'm playing it seems like a small casino but I like that we're more comfortable and not as greedy

love it!!!!

love it

I enjoy playing for fun, Hit or miss but still enjoy playing.

very user friendly

there are features that need added. like making a re-bet option, so you can have everything from your original bet and revise easier. I can't seem to cash out either, it very rarely shows me an offer

Great

i love gambleing

great promos. easy to use

best sporting bet app 😉

I like the app pretty good.

they just launched as "theScore." Their new promos are only for parlays, at odds of +400, and max bets are around $20. not a good start. edit 10/2026: their promos are still awful. I keep getting emails and they're just bad. wager $100, get a 20% SGP boost, minimum odds +400 😆 it's laughable. all these sportsbooks are of the devil. their equinox promo is wager $100 @ -200 odds, get a $10 100% sgp min +300 odds boost 🤣 pathetic

Starting to use this more than other apps. Has some good lines.

The Sports Bet is Amazing The Casino Is Fixed But Sometimes Gives U a Good Win But All And All Love It 100 Percent Best App For Me But Stop CHEATING On The Casino Part Work Hard For My Cash And Play Even Harder With Yall

great app all around

I love this app

excellent

scumbag company - good luck getting your money out. They send you emails that say they require you send your ID and a selfie to a third party company to withdraw your money and refetende emails that don't exist so you have to call in. Then, they send you links that don't work with session errors. Then when you cave in to use the application to scan yourself, the application itself doesn't work. I had to use three different phones. Just to get money back to the card I deposited from. maybe.

Awesome 👍

the best app✨️

Great app!

love it so easy to use

exciting

Easy to use and they always give good promotions and free bets!

its nice

Policies that aren't fair or just. Please read this fine print before giving this sportsbook your business

Great sportsbook

Good

awesome

the customers services is the worst to deal with. plus they have AI to respond to your questions. once you get an agent. they ask you to provide some information. I did that. and they kept ask the same thing over and over. 👎 👎 👎 👎 nothing resolved until you tired reaching out.

best ever

Very reliable site to wager with. Great Promos. The best customer service ever!

great app

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HANDS DOWN THE WORST OF ALL ONLINE SPORTS BETTING CASINO APPS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS IS THE MOST FRAUDULENT GAMBLING APP USE FANDUEL OR DRAFTKINGS. THERE IS A REASON ESPN NO LONGER ASSOCIATED WITH THEM. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

I didn't think I would like it as much as I do. Once I looked at it and used it, I saw it actually was much easier than others I had used.

love it

horrible

great sports book

easy to use. much improved since ESPN days. Penn was my favorite book, and this is quickly becoming the best to use

Wonderful platform layout features for the average day gambler. Also to note venmo withdrawal are fast and quick within 3 to 5 minutes time.

They will cancel your withdrawals to an account I've used many times for deposits for no reason. On top of that it takes an age for a withdrawal to process. Other books are doing it in minutes and this book takes hours and sometimes days for a simple transfer.

excellent

absolute predators, will remove bonuses and promo rewards you earned, saying you didnt fulfill the requirements. Even with proof, they still wont fix it.

Much better than DK!!!!

easy to use and feels like I have a chance to win

always been a fair betting app

honestly have horrible luck with slots on this app and not like others, live tables and sports betting is good but stay away from slots!

If I select a bet, then deposit the amount, I have to close the app and go back in to place the bet. If the money shows in the account then I should be able to just place the bet.

this is the best betting app

When you turn off notifications they keep spamming you to turn notifications back on. So I deleted my account.

Great experience, live action and nonstop rewards. It's definitely the Sportsbook app you wanna download. Get there now..

amazing

Draftkings who?

I love it here

score is a very fun app easy to understand

Support is slow and a horrible experience. Their AI bot sends you loops never solving the issues and wasting time. 38 hours and still NO solution

Offers real time deals and inner City connections to keep betting fun 😊

This app reminds me of Deebo; they'll take money out of your account and off your card, but don't even think about withdrawing winnings. They'll tell you to give them 24-72 hours, but they'll never actually cash you out; they'll cancel your withdrawals and put the money back into your account to bet. If anyone has any experience with getting money out of this account, let me know; I once won $500 and basically had to bet it all back.

love it

Will not cash out your winnings or will make it as hard as possible customer service is non existent

excellent

terrible customer service and misleading promos.

Nothing that puts this app apart from other online casinos. Account control is slightly better than most apps. I've never had an issue with withdrawing money. I usually see it completed within an hour except on the weekends. My two complaints: First, the promos are boring. The same every week and month. Second, the Spin It. A few months back my VIP was removed and it seems the amounts are predetermined for the week so it doesn't have a feel of being random.

Best sports app

easy to use

Great app

Horrible customer service and parlay options (what they will allow you to combine) are awful compared to other sites. Especially with so many sites that do it better.

very easy to use

couldn't put legs together I wanted to bet on

easy to use

Love this app makes watching sports more exciting.

Excellent app

easy to use

exciting

you can watch the game while betting great!

I received a 100% match bonus bet right away after my deposit, I've been enjoying betting in this app, easy to navigate and it has all sports that I like to bet on, I highly recommend.

Best app to bet your money, the rate is more higher than any other...

great

thank

I love it

love it so far.

Payout is fast

App is trash. Bonuses are trash. This app also holds your money and won't let you withdraw. This app forces you to gamble even when you want to take your money out. Just use another sportsbook dont waste your time with these clowns. THIS ISNT AN ISSUE WITH THE APP ITS THEIR POLICY TO REFUSE WITHDRAWALS. I did contact support and they told me to F off. This app blocks withdrawals dont use 9-17 Talked to Support they told me to F Off.

lousy play...used to pay out but seems no more. I play video poker so I guess they don't pay much attention if you don't bet big bucks!

really ez

Great app Great rewards Love the early payout

EXCELLENT!!

It stinks!

they good

excellent app highly recommend

still deciding

one of my favorite betting apps!!!

Awesome app. Even has free bets sometimes. Easy to use.

platform doesn't like to pay out on bonus bets after win off them, they put up several road blocks!! I will change this if they actually pay me

Won't load. The splash screen pops up, then it hangs. Tried re-installing. Also sends out 10s of thousands of 3rd party trackers even when it hangs up on the splash screen. No doubt that's mentioned in the fine print somewhere, but it's still very slimey.

Very easy to navigate.

well the score is my favorite sports app and now you can build a bet right from the app its great!!

app is too slow and doesn't load, even after restart or clearing all running apps

I love the easy u.i. and I like the prices of the lines they are reasonable I would like more options for alternate plays

The best by far... and very organized 👌

very nice and users friendly and gives great odds of winning and easy to use.

Terrible. Very easy to deposit money, but very difficult to withdraw. A rep. Thomas threatened to withhold my funds unless I played along with his rules. Unacceptable. Look elsewhere.

The score bet Sportsbook is fair and fun

reliable, always works for sports betting. smooth

Every week I bet NASCAR, 9/10 times ScoreBet has the best odds and variety of plays, If u bet Motorsports this is where u need to be.

Sadly, theScore Bet has gone from my favorite to least favorite sports betting app. I really enjoyed the promotions offered, but no one warned me to not take advantage of them. I've been promo-banned, so no longer get any of them. I am also capped at $1 on the boosted bets. Meanwhile FanDuel and DraftKings are inundating me with boosted bets promos. I will likely play out my balance and close my account.

nice interface is easy to use.

these scammers at it again I noticed every time I win I got to verify bank statement and show i.ds but long as I'm losing my money nobody ask for any information I'm so tired of this app and it's scams to not pay people

the score is just Hollywood casino nothing impressive still the same scamy type of casino play

This site does what a few of the others do. It has a delayed game you're seeing but the odds will look pretty good as soon as you bet all the sudden it catches up and miraculously boom a bunch just happened and your bet is instantly gone because it lost. Made a bet to recoup the loss it wins but they don't pay they just void the bet it's a scam have a screen shot to prove it.

Easy to use app for sports and casino. Cashouts were instantaneous. Definitely one of the better online casinos in michigan.

Excellent App. Great rewards and promotions.

it's the best app to sports bet or play casino games you should try it

this app steals money did a withdrawl for 100 didn't receive it the withdrew 10 got that now they say my 100 was processed and it wasn't I'm missing 100 so watch out this app is un trustworthy

I never get any boost. The app is full of problems. And don't tell me I have to download and reinstall it. It just doesn't work. TRASH

can't even bet on live sports what a horrible experience will not be a customer anymore due to the lack of effort from support n the app. it's not that hard to have a decent running app smh clowns

entire sports betting section of this app is a absolutely fraud, ive done extensive testing and its absolutely rigged. avoid avoid AVOID

DO NOT! I've gambled online since the beginning. I have noticed patterns especially when buying a bonus. first four spins are guaranteed dead, EVERYTIME! I've contacted support but of course no one will even review the gameplay. I e never seen such blatant planned losing. no casino in the world would even be open if the RTP was like this site. buying $18 we ran through $1000 in 5 hours. Do the math. This is as shifty as it gets. Maybe a reason espn wanted their name off it

I'm officially back in the score app, doing my thing... love this app, best boosts in all the books if you use them appropriately each day

I unfortunately wasn't able to log on into my account for several years, resulting in a handful of my bonuses and bonus bets expiring. I was very upset when I viewed my history and saw they'd been expired. I reached out to support, and not only did they respond to me in under ten minutes, they accommodated me with a generous bonus bet for my experience. It really made my day and surprised me because these apps typically tend to be self serving. I will never forget this experience!

never again. they ask you a bunch of verification like selfie with a debit card and ID before processing a withdrawal. save yourself that time and find another sportsbook

worst casino ever. straight up thieves y'all. took over 200 bucks from me like is wasn't nothing. 20 cent spins, had algorithms set to take everything. no bonuses, I even paid 100 bucks in bonus buys for $24 twice, $36 twice and each time they took my money. crooked as hell. Don't play or trust that casino, They know what their doing, they act like they don't set the games to payout after taking so much money. Gonna put them thieves on front steet and expose the whole operation.Thieves and liars

This app is my go to app for betting they are fair great profit boost and cash withdrawals are fast less than 30 secs to get your money in ur bank account!

I had to change my review I love that they'll keep everything out in the open. more free bets. love the app since they took it from ESPN.

Good payouts, usually on par or better than DK payouts.

so far the app is pretty easy to use hope they offer deposit matches from time to time

love this app easy bets and fun slots! easy and fast payouts, and Love the Hollywood casino!!!! keep up the good work y'all.

Great betting app but some things are missing like moving from 15 to 20 points on a parlay instead of having each point.

probably been on the app maybe one month or so I had to take a break for a minute to take care of family issues I thought temporarily closing the app was the way to do it until I realized that all I had to do is just take a time out I get in contact with customer service give them my personal information and now they refusing to turn my app back on

horrible app gives misinformation, makes you jump through hoops to fix issues that they caused or to get your money....DO NOT USE IF LOOKING FOR A FAIR SPORTS BOOK AND CASINO. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

After doing every App , this is the absolute best. Never lagging. instant payouts. good bonuses. what more can you ask for!

THIS APP HAS TURNED INTO A SCAM STAY AWAY they straight up stole 100 dollars from me. I tried to withdrawal my money, didn't get it for 4 days and contacted support. they said I have to verify my card even though it's the same card I've used for over 3 years, and then it won't let me upload proof of my bank account. they just send you a link that freezes you on a loading screen. so disappointing what this has become. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE STILL LOST OVER $100 ON CASH ERUPTION NOT ONCE TRIGGERED THE SPECIAL, AND THE FREE SPINS ONCE ONE NOTHING ALL 6 TIMES THANKS FOR LOSING MY HARD EARNED MONEY PATHETIC GARBAGE Perfect place to lose all your money with 100 spins and maybe winning 5 vents back. Constantly freezing, kicks you completely off in the middle of a game or loading. Took every cent from me thanks a lot

very unprofessional and the moment they feel the need to they will ban your account permanently for no reason just giving the heads up to anybody who is thinking about downloading and trying them out I never even got around to making a deposit

I first gave this app 5 stars because the week after I downloaded it, it was giving me money to gamble and I'd also win. after that week I used my own money and I've never won. I keep trying it but it just takes my money, like you have to win somethimes right? Not on this app. I've tried them all, stay away from this one, unless you like throwing your money away! I'm talking about the casino part of it anyways.

WORST SPORTS BETTING APP IN HISTORY! They will intentionally delay your login so you can't cash out. They will not let you deposit if you start winning. When you bet mid game, they will lower your odds as you're trying to bet. (almost 100% of the time) Support is the worst I've ever dealt with ever, they force you to talk to a bot or email them. 100% of the time they delay, defer and say it's your bank or your cards address on file when it's on their end.

Smooth app, and oftentimes the best odds out of the 9 books I use. Promos are usually a joke tho. 30% boost on a 4-leg SGP ain't happening dawg

The Sore Bet Sportsbook is one of the best sports books if not the best sports books in the nation and internationally. They provide fair lines, very prompt payouts, fair cash outs on all bets, live video of many of the games or matches, and a clear and user friendly platform. Also they have awesome promos. The rewards could be better for consistent players, but overall they are a fair and excellent book for wagering.

one of the worst apps I've ever used. the odds are terrible when comparing the other apps side by side. the casino is absolutely rigged. I'm writting this because I was charged to watch a dice game even when I didn't bet. I then contacted support to ask why money was taken out of my balance when I did not participate. guess what?! money was taken out 5 times while I was in the support chat. i will be deleting this app as soon as I get someone to explain why they stole money.

Lines are awful, new format isn't intuitive for points (It usually starts you in the middle and then you have to scroll to the left instead of starting to the left). Just overall a downgrade from when they were ESPN bet. Deleting.

The sports app is pretty reasonable and the casino side of it is even better with pretty big hits now and then.... Also much less hiccups in comparison to other gaming apps like the supposed top 3 betting apps. I strongly recommend this apps sports and casino overall!!! 👌 Also very generous odds boosts as well...

was a solid sportsbook and then stopped providing good promos and boosts while also passing along fees for state taxes rather than covering those for long term high volume users. DraftKings is way better.

Quite possibly the worst app I've ever used and it has my money in an account I can't log into. 2 hours of circular arguing with AI to get a live agent this app is horrible the customer service is horrible don't make the same mistakes I did. use a different betting app.....ANY betting app. Throw a dart at a wall of betting apps and you'll ALWAYS hit a better one. countless times you can't log in, and many times when you do it bugs out or freezes and you can't bet anyway

I don't know why but ever since they changed to theScore, this app has gone way downhill. The promotions are awful and the customer service team (if you can call it that) are extremely condescending and rude. Won't be using this app again anytime soon until they make some extreme changes.

app constantly says "sorry we missed the shot" and then the reload button doesn't work, forcing me to close the app entirely. My wife also attempted to open an account when it was still ESPN. They blocked it without an explanation and years later still won't allow her to open an account and when chatting with "customer service" they still don't say why she can't join. Closing this account and going back to FanDuel asap.

I couldn't remake another post so I had to edit my old one. I've already contacted chat or tried to and it does the same thing. I deposited money on there and I can't even play or contact support because it logs me out and restarts the app every single time I try every single game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and done that twice over. and it's getting really hopeless. it's pretty much a scam because I paid to play and instead I've paid to have one less app on my phone. there's too many bugs

Absolutely worst sportsbook! I know that these betting apps aren't always up to the second as far as being up to date on scores and stats. But "The score" literally makes up its own scores and stats, which skews odds to entice bettors. I am currently in contact with a law firm who is working with many others like me, building a class action lawsuit on this company.

very very very bad experience. the only sportsbetting app you can try out and they will flag you for withdrawing money, but definitely not flag you for adding money. not only that, but they won't let you know that you have "documents" that need to be uploaded. they don't tell you that they need you to send in a ID or complete your profile. they just wait until you'd like to make a withdrawal, then they will text you saying your withdrawal is flagged. it almost feels like a scam.

Don't know why it takes multiple days to get your money withdrawn. every other app is basically instant. it for sure doesn't take 3 days for them to take the money out of my account when I place a deposit. far better sportsbooks to choose from. update: been a week still haven't got my deposit. I've sent in everything they've requested. now the representative told me that if I'm that worried about getting my deposit that I should gamble elsewhere. just an absolutely awful experience

"Cash out unavailable." Get used to seeing this anytime you want to try to salvage anything when a team you bet on underperforms. The app runs slow or crashes always loading behind changes in odds. I've lost an unholy amount of opportunities to cash out on a live bet until there is nothing left to cash out. A cashout option should be fixed on odds at the time of cashout. It shouldn't depend on server speed. I've closed this app's account & am never using again. ESPN/Score Bet can burn in Hell.

Needlessly difficult to get money back. I have been trying to withdraw money from a winning bet weeks ago and I have run into issues with the app not processing the request. customer service is non existent, saying the same things over and over and not recognizing that I've done what has been requested several times to fix the issue. The app had no problem taking money out of my account but now im trying to withdraw there are countless issues.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. AVOID! worst sportsbook app I've ever seen. locked my account and limited access to it, when I had a balance in it. customer service is laughable at best. talks in circles, and doesn't actually help to fix an issue. if I could give negative stars, I would. use literally any other sportsbook app or risk not being able to access your own money 👎👎

Betting markets improved substantially. one of the smoother running apps across casino/sportbook. App still frequently has an issue of randomly failing to load across all tabs. 10 minutes into making a parlay and "oops" error message. Wouldnt be a huge deal if I could reopen the app and my picks would still be there but thats generally not the case when that happens. Ranks near the bottom for promos.Original review was a 1 well earned 1 star, upgrading to a 3.5. much improved.

Good until you start winning. I had no issues as long as I was losing bets. However, as soon as I won $100, they limited my maximum bet size to $3-$5 to make sure I can't win anymore money. I had heard of these books limiting folks after they won a lot of money but $100!? That's crazy to me, especially because I had probably lost triple that previously.

Probably one of the worst betting apps there. All it shows is the score, there is no live updated stats for players or games that are currently in progress just the score. They allow to bet on live games but don't show any info regarding that game....that is nonsense. So now I have to have my other apps open and switch back and forth to get stats. Then, when I try and make live bets, the app won't process the transaction because the odds have changed, even though other apps can do it.

Egregiously refuses to accept any money. Only time I've been able to deposit is at the casino. Previously I had an issue where it didn't allow me to proceed because the app scanned my ID and refused anything that didn't include my middle name. I had to contact support just to change that. And I still have problems depositing now. Worse of all, it openly used Cleopatra Gold to promote it's 50 free spins offer during the holidays. IT DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THAT GAME! A shame for how well the app runs.

Stole my money. No, I'm not saying I gambled and lost. I had a balance on my account, and the system locked my account, invalidated my password (which I knew i was entering correctly and had not changed) and when I finally regained access to my account, the available balance had been wiped, despite having a lot of activity history that clearly showed there was money that should have been there but wasn't. As of right now, The issue has not been resolved, and "support" is justpassive aggressive.

I hate this app. The first time I tried to use it I couldn't even log in until almost half time because "the servers were to busy" Their selections for bets are worse than fandual. Their odds are way worse than fandual, you can add money with a debit card, but can't take it out with a debit card. You can take money out with venmo, but not until you put money in with venmo first. I have yet to use this app and not feel annoyed. Don't waste your time, there's too many much better options

Update: I installed the update that was available in the app store and it's only gotten worse. Anytime from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. the app struggles to populate my bet slip. I prefer this app over any of the other ones I've used but I cannot do this any longer this is terrible. CAN I SELECT ZERO STARS? The app regularly freezes during peak times (7pm-9pm roughly, Saturday and Sunday). No problems during off peak times

Worst App experience. It fails to give a disclaimer that you cannot withdraw with a Mastercard, but you can make a deposit, which is utterly ridiculous. You can't even use online banking because the URL is too large( error 414) You also cannot relay on customer support. I'm trying to get my money out and they just gave up with no resolution. I will advise my peers and others to NOT USE THIS APP and I'm looking to take legal action!

Was winning until a box popped up that said a technical error occurred, thought it was a one time thing it happened several more times. It was a game you have to fill the bowl to get the bonus and it rest everytime the box popped up. It said to contact technical support if it persisted I did that. Their response was to reinstall or use computer. Game play seems unfair if it constantly kicks you out of a game while winning and trying to fill a bonus pot.

Tried to sign-ups just now. It's having trouble verifying my identity (probably because of my way longer hair than my ID). Also, let us manually take the picture, it takes it before the camera focuses properly. I would contact support but according to other reviewers it's a waste of time. If a company can't get it right to even use the app and register, then I can't trust them with my money and cashing out properly. Too many better options/competitors out there to stick with ESPNBet.

I wager a ton of money on this app and tonight for some wierd reason i was able to make a bet, but ten minutes later my location cant be verified???? Im on wifi and have my location turned on. All they told me to do was uninstall and reinstall the app, and then a 2nd person told me i can't place my bet due to a live event in my parlay. Smh. Very frustrating. Please fix your app

Worst sportsbook setup I've experienced! After a week of waiting on them to change my address, so I could make a deposit. The customer service representative tells me they are working as fast as they can. I did everything they asked. The correct address was on the back of the ID, and I sent them a current utility bill. Their customer service is not good at all. Sportbook wagers placed 0. Time trying to resolve the issue 2 hours +. ESPNBET is a Landfill 🔥

Even time I place a bet on this book. They find a way to deny it ..either its "the odds doesn't match", "unknown error", or they are changing the odds. Seem to be ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLACE A BET. A chat agents suggestion was to go online and bet but it sends you back to the app. Trash app and support. Wish I could give 0 stars

it's been like 4 days and I'm "still being verified"... I talked to customer support, they said they "escalated" me.... two days ago.... You're better off using a different app so far, not sure how hard it is to March a face to an ID, but if they can't do that..... don't expect them to be able to do anything more complicated than that.

Per the companies response, I already have. Read the review again. First, I couldn't deposit money because it auto populated my OLD address off my license, which doesn't match any of my accounts for billing. Therefor, my bank and credit cards keep rejecting it. I've waited a week for a response to get it fixed and nothing. Now, I can't even open the app due to some error. What a joke!!

I signed up like 3 days ago and they still haven't verified my account n their customer service just says I can't give you a time limit..it's horrible I've never had a problem signing up for an app. If this is how they start off , I don't have much hope for them..not to mention you wait in the que to speak to a live agent with 40 people ahead of you n when they get to u they drop you..happened multiple times..I would just stay away..Bad customer service usually equals a bad app !!!

Watch connecting a bank account or adding a card to your account. They have been attempting charges to my bank, and I haven't been on the app for 3 weeks. I've been receiving emails as my bank has been notified that they are trying to scam my bank account, and they are declining these transactions. Support doesn't answer as well. It's such a terrible app. You can definitely do better than this betting app. Scammers and Frauds trying to steal your card info and your money.

My account is locked due to failed verification number confirmation attempts. I made several attempts to get it unlocked but received absolutely ZERO help! In the chat queue I get disconnected. The same thing happens when calling. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This has been multiple days now with no resolution in site. I have money on the app I cannot access and also bonus bets which are about to expire. This is the worst customer service experience! Barstool ran it WAY better!

Horrible customer service, drops chat every time I use it. The casino games barely win ever. The same games on other site win far more then on this ripe off. The only thing good is deleting this app and free space on your phone. They give lots of free spins that pay out pretty much nothing. Like 1 in 12 free spins hits and it will be less than the cost of a single bet. So you won't even get 1 spin on the game after your free spins are done.

My account is locked due to failed numeric confirmation attempts. Made several attempts to get it unlocked. In chat queue I get disconnected. Same with calling. I sent emails and get no response. This has been going on for several days. Bonus bets are now set to expire. This is the worst Customer Service experience that I can recall. Update: I was able to get help via Twitter/X

Don't waste your money on this app it's impossible to withdraw. You can't even withdraw through the method you deposited with your bank card and when you go to link your actual bank account it just freezes and disconnects. Seems like they're not paying for credit card transaction fees so it makes the whole process a lot harder. Plus their software doesn't even connect to the bank properly. I'll never visit this app again, just too many others that are more reliable

The worst customer service ever. The worst first impression of any app that requires so much verification. Then after all that, good luck getting proper promotions applied to your account. You try to sign up for $250 and they make it impossible or generate errors so all you get is $200. Then you'll wait forever for live help only to learn after explaining it clearly several times that essentially they'll be "apologetic" and completely unhelpful simultaneously.

Terrible customer support! Stick with your current betting apps! I have been trying to get back into my account for over a week and the chat takes about an hour to get a live agent (and they solve nothing. They just end the chat on you), their phone number leads to an automated voice and then they hang up and the emails they provide, they never answer. All I need is a 4 digit code to get into my account and I've had 0 help. Fanduel, here I come back

This app has been extremely frustrating!! I've never had these issues with Draftkings or Fanduel. When I withdrawal my winnings there I'm able to immediately access it. With ESPN I have been waiting for over 30 hrs When the confirmation said it would only take up to 24hours or less and customer support has been zero help No clue why it's taking them so long, but it shouldn't be and I want my money!!!! If ESPN doesn't deposit it into my account that IS THEFT!!! Very disappointing!!🤬

The customer service has the be the absolute worst in the industry. You'll wait 30 minutes plus for Live Chat just for the chat to end. When you call, you have to leave a message because no one answers, and then they won't call you back. Tried emailing them as well and haven't gotten a response 3 days later. This truly has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a sportsbook.
