Spoked just puts structure to your training, keeping you focused and on course. Strongest I have been on the bike after just 3 months will continue with it.

I have used Spoked for a little over a week now and I am very impressed with the training. I am most impressed by everything outside of the training plan. The training plan is great but it factors in other aspects of your life and well being and then will automatically update if needed. To me the ai part of the training is a game changer and very nice to have. Can't wait to use it more.

By far the most intuitive "AI" training app (and I've tried most of them). Really well thought out and put together. Fantastic support from the developer too. It's too early to tell whether the training will make me a better cyclist but I have high hopes. Highly recommended.

This looks to me to be "next level" AI. I couldn't be more pleased. A generous free trial and great input from the developer gave me the opportunity to evaluate in depth. I am a long term (older😮) club rider. Over the years I have used several training programs, including with a coach providing input. Spoked is as close to a "personal coach" as I've experienced with an AI driven program.

Spoked offers a tailored cycling plan at a fraction of the cost of other types of coaching. The sessions can be tailored to the type of event you are aiming for and constantly adapts to your availability and fatigue levels. Its a very fluid experience and produces varied workouts that make the training enjoyable. Rich, Spoked CEO, is always available to answer any questions and encourages feedback and suggestions to Improve the product. Top class product all round

To improve at cycling you need to:1 train across the energy systems.2 train purposefully for your targets.3 and, most important, recover thoroughly. A good coach will help you with all that.In the absence of a coach Spoked is a good substitute. It monitors your training so you train across the energy systems, it provides a plan to fit your target, and has aspects to help recovery. I am now fortunate to get time of a qualified coach. Spoked will be a good fall back when that changes.

Spoked has been fantastic for me! I started using it earlier this year and the sessions it generates have helped me become stronger and faster - setting a number of TT PBs this year and seeing my overall strength and endurance improve greatly.
