too glitchy, doesn't work half the time, doesn't automatically update, can't do everything that needs to be done like on website

bad....does not hold data incense it is entered causing a waste of time. Not nurse friendly.

Don't use this app if you have anything other than an iphone, they just did an update and you can't see or hardly do anything, you can't work it!

app is unusable on my personal phone. it is requesting to remove developer options, which I prefer to keep on my phone.

the EVV doesn't work frequently, saying I'm not close enough to the address (even though I'm literally in their living room). whenever an update occurs, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it to work again, even when I manually update the app. when it works, it is a very simple app to use and provides enough room to write a complicated note when needed.

It is a simple app but very poorly executed and clunky. Doesn't format dictation properly. Easy to accidentally enter incorrect levels of support, and the goal page is nothing short of atrocious. This app is easily three or four versions away from being usable.

Works good most of the time for pt. Visits only, then BAM!...today it will not allow or automatically populate visit times in the visit documentation.

So slow. Always crashes. After recent update unable to access previous notes so when patient asks what there vitals the other day you can't access it so you need to look for a laptop. Unable to load previous notes for assistants like PTA's. Please fix.

This app is amazing! Axxess is the best Home Health EMR I've used to date in my career. Are there glitches? Sure. Every app has them. But every time I've encountered an issue, they fix it right away. The documentation is so easy and they've even implemented an offline feature which is great for rural areas. I can't say enough good things about this app, I love it!

I've had some issues in the past like logging difficulties, unable get pt's signatures because the app states the location is not correct when I'm inside the pt's home. Now If I work on my mobile, if I try to open note on my laptop it says it's locked and I can't unlock, and if it does all data is lost.

The most best terrible app ever. When it comes to simplicity, the app is great, but when it comes to crashing this app rates high on the richter scale. The even worst part is it ALWAYS happens when I have a deadline to get my notes completed causing me to lose pay. I keep trying to encourage my employers to ditch this app and go with one that is more reliable for getting the job done.

Lots of new functionality

Worst app I have ever used and unfortunately it makes my job extremely difficult. Crashes, error messages for days at a time, doesn't save my work even after saving.

Always an issue, freezing, not letting sign in, taking very long to open, location not working..

Crashes all the time

Unintall and reinstall on a weekly basis. Can't chart missed visits til next day. Unable to chart incident reports from the app. Off line charting won't save electronic signatures. Getting any support on these issues is non existent. In 2 years have never received a response. Overall this app is terrible.

This is a Home Health website that helps the employer to schedule the employee the job to do.

Error messages. Can't sign in many times. Can't sign out. Absolutely garbage.

Can't open in the field to save my life! Totally froze all the time.

Complete garbage. Never works. Always freezes. Not responding. Imagine you are a visiting health practitioner, and your employer pays thousands of dollars a month for Axxess, and it never works.

Will begin to give you a bunch of error messeges, cant see patients info, suddenly changes clock out times when acting glitchy.

Can't clock in again

Can't even input visit times garbage Edit 6/20/23 still awful but at least visit times works occasionally. GPS function is glitchy and doesn't save always. Noted from mobile don't always transfer to desktop. I would work for free for a week if my work would switch EMRs

This is the worst app. It is so frustrating when it does not work properly or crashes during a patient visit. The wound care manager is the absolute worst documentation set up I've ever experienced in my nursing career.

Will not open on cell but will on laptop

App freezes and crashes so much my phone tries to shut it down. It stopped letting me e-verify my notes or even access patients charts. Have had to Uninstall and reinstall too many times to count.

Since the last update, a lot of things do not work correctly. Like now, no patient info. It's frustrating esp with no patient address DOB MRN numbers 😒 😑 😫

App freezes when attempting to put a missed visit.

Since the last update (March 29, 2023), the app does not want me to open the visit and get the evv because of authorization error. I informed ng home agency about this and they said they put in the authorization, but still up to now (April 1, 2023), I cannot still open patient visits and get the EVV. If this will not get resolved, how my agency will know when I visited my patients? Please resolve this issue. The app has been working well before the update so why you ruin your own app with this?

This app is so easy to use!

Buggy

This app crashes constantly! The new update does not allow us to axxess our patient schedule, so we are usable to see the schedule in order to start visits. Several people have complained about it and customer service is unable to assist.

A lot of features are missing and information is inaccessible with the newest version. Very disappointing because now I have to go to the website to get crucial information.

I can actually complete a note at point of care. Easy to use. Love it!

A little confusing at first. Though that could be age related or just simply that nurse don't like change. Things transfer easily between the mobile and browser applications. I just wish you could do the wound worksheets in the mobile app. Then everything could be done at time of visit, and to be able to add more that one pic per wound, and to upload wound pics directly to the mobile app when you take them. Maybe even a wound history folder to see the healing progress, all pics on one page.

How many times do i need to log in to even try to work with this app?? Terrible.I cannot use it,

As soon as I click into start my visit, the app disappears and I have to sign in again and it's just repeated ugly Circle. I have an Android phone and tablet it works on my tablet but not my phone and I don't understand why. Can you help

It's good but need to improve more

Every time I login, says it is successfully, take me right back to login screen.

I log into it but then it takes me to a screen that says login and takes me back to the login window. Doesn't do anything. Any tips?

I thought it was my phone, this app does'nt allow me to log in, I have two phones and the app does'nt work on either phones

Just okay. Could be better in TOO many ways to explain. I've worked with and seen several apps that are much more user-friendly but it's functional.

Freezes up and can't get patient signatures

Doesn't work for a month now

the app closes as soon as I enter a patient's chart. I have uninstalled the app and installed it again multiple times and as soon as I go into a chart it shuts down again.

Axxess blows. Your cosmetic changes are making the app not usable.

I am no longer able to log in on my android tablet. Horrible ever since the update. Please fix!

Horrible app!!!!... I have to uninstall and install again the app to be able to log in... otherwise keeps kicking me out of it, it logs me out when I attempt to log in.

Cannot log in to save my life. Have put in my email and password correctly and was able to get to the part where you set your pin. Once I set my pin it kicked me out with an error code stating I was logged in to another account or that my login timed out. I know either aren't likely. I have submitted an email to customer support but have yet to even receive an email that they received my email. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

I received an email that I needed to change over to this upgraded version of software. I have never had so much difficulty in my entire life sitting at a visit address trying to do my documentation while they're being kicked out of every section I would not even give this a star horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible made for the worst work week ever. Hate it!
