horrible. my address in the profile section has always been correct, but every time i ordered from my local store for an online pickup, it sent my order to a nebraska store!! im in texas! i deleted the app its so horrible

update: still needs work. i'm reducing a star because it's been months with no fix. tried clearing cache and uninstall/ reinstall with no luck. app needs a little work. hope an update can fix it, because it didn't used to do it. when scrolling through the items, it eventually gets glitchy and self scrolls through the same 3-4 items and gets stuck in that cycle.

they really need to fix the app, just trying to scroll and browse but it's jumpy. As I'm scrolling, it throws me back up the list and I can't actually browse everything because it does it every time.

Tried to check out and it brought me back to the check out and I tried again and it did the same thing. showed no pending orders and charged my card twice. Called the store and they had none in stock as the app said they did. Horrible experience and will never do it again.

Customer service has declined I went to return a item Twice and was disappointed at the Pearland location.Will be shopping at the Sugarland location which is far away from where I live .But worth the drive.Customer service friendly and more organized.

This app glitches too much. I can't even scroll through the items completely. It begins to glitch and move up and down when I try to browse the items

Ughhh this app is so frustrating!😤 This would probably be my go to store if I could have a decent experience on this app. It's slow, it gets stuck, when I'm scrolling down the selections I've searched for, it keeps popping back up to the top and it won't let me scroll past a certain point & forget about actually clicking on what you actually want to see, nope, at the last second it pops up and your finger hits the item above or below what you actually wanted. Also, don't show the out of stock.

Unusable. The loading time for products is absurdly long and you can't filter out items that are out of stock.

(longer loading times) The new update/UI looks fine, but has made it take significantly longer to load when I tap a product. The old version was faster.

I love this store and love that they have an app. Although, every time I'm on it about 10-15 minutes into looking the app freezes up or when I save items to my favorites list, it won't save after so many saves. it's frustrating.

This app will get five stars when you take the out of stock items off the app, or be able to filter them out.

One day you are shopping and the next your store disappears. Then you find out on Facebook they are closing stores due to bankruptcy. I'm truly saddened about the state of our economy and I was looking forwards to refurnish my home with their quality affordable furniture and home goods. Sad to see you go!

Dont use and shop here... The app crashes and they processed an order charging me for merchandise and when I called to verify my order it was never place but still charged. better merchants with apps that work are available. still waiting on my money to get back into my account. complete garbage! 0 out 5 for At Home stores and applications including web pages.

Not all colors are listed in the app even though they exist in-store. Also, I can't even make a purchase! The "Place Order" button isn't doing anything for me!

it's heaven on your phone and in the store

The app is poorly organized. The filters mean absolutely nothing especially the "availability" filter which does absolutely nothing. I want to shop for things in the store, not items you haven't had for 2 years. The search feature ignores keywords that you input, it's very selective which makes finding things horrendous. There's the issue of things in-store are not available online so you can't order it to be picked up at another store. It drives me insane to use the app/website.

This app has serious issues. Even when signed in, if I select order history, it asks me to log in again, but never takes me to the order. It's incredibly buggy. Stocks are not always correct, and orders are frequently canceled due to a lack of stock. I love At Home, but this app is terrible and way too frustrating.

I'm sure the app is great. But you didn't just stop selling things I like you stopped selling things I need and now I'm no longer a shopper. It's unfortunate that people stopped listening to customers. It's okay, You're not the only store.

Good app

Just love this store. Especially the seasonal and Holiday sections. I could spend a lot of time and money shopping there. Sometimes I do even though I have to drive an hour to the closest one. Please open one in Sevier County Tennessee in the Smokies. 🤞🤞🤞

Many items are always on clearance. Everytime I check out it's at least $150 with 20% off and 3 days ago I bought 8 items and they were each 50 - 75% on top of my 20% overall discount. I don't know what that's all about until I look at my receipt.

This is the slowest app it loads like I have dial-up. 2 stars for fact at home is an amazing store.

I was At Home in the store and I couldn't leave even though I knew what I was buying everything I saw I wanted but decided it wait for my next visit even though I bought more than I came for

Terrible app, so many problems it's unusable

Only complaint, please make it to where one can select and delete multiple items at once from the Wishlist. I have over a hundred items, several of which are out of stock, and you have to remove them one by one. The site is slow, and it is maddening to organize.
