Customer support is literally non existent . I ordered an item on amazon and the order failed because amazon didn't get payment from tamara even when my card got charged. I have contacted them and they are just blaming it on the amazon. Now i think i have to pay the other split payments too. When contacting them through customer care they are just blabbering. Blah blah blah. The app shows they will resolve any claim within two days and in my case its been about 20 days and still not resolved...

Finally i paid early all the pending amounts and deleted this . it was really frustrating and time wasting and unfair experience. it is really a shame to rely on such service i keep paying on time and in advance and linked my bank account and my reward is to keep declining even nearly only 27 dirhams over years of dealing with high amounts paid before. please do NOT excuse or apologize. repair this faulty ai better. Note after paying all money in advance and have zero liability still declined...

These apps are a huge fraud. I didn't sign up for a monthly subscription, yet they were sending me 19 aed every month. If you use these apps, be careful. They have complete access to your account details.

This app has been completely useless to me so far; it is a total waste. It has been nearly a year since I downloaded it, yet whenever I try to make a purchase, I get the same message: "You cannot be offered an installment plan for this amount." It is the most useless app—even though I am willing to pay a large portion upfront, they still refuse to approve it. I simply don't understand what the point of this app is.

I only downloaded and registered my details in the app, Never used it for any purchase. Only to be hit with an attempted payment purchase for a hidden subscription- I did not authorize or approve (as it doesn't show on my subscriptions either.) When I disputed the charge, there was zero resolve or assistance rendered. Times are hard and it's very disheartening that Tamara would want to impose dues for a service they literary never offered.Saying I'm Dissapointed is an understatement...

They said they will assist and give money back guarantee if issues. But they are liers, they simply contact their RM with the merchant and then on purpose delay response stretching upto 2 months then close the ticket saying the merchant has not responded. PSA. If you have issue, get proofs of everything, comunication etc, they delete the receipt from app. And open complaint with 1. ministry of commerce 2. Samacare 3. Always buy using credit card and immediately raise charge back dispute.

it makes some things easy for you like saving you in a situation where you don't have enough money to pay in full, but it doesn't work properly especially when paying، you get a message to withdraw the installment amount، and you find the amount still in the app and they ask you to pay!! ​I placed an order via Aster Online using Tamara to split my 205 AED payment into 4 installments. However, my credit card statement shows I was charged the full amount. ​Customer care claims it was a technical glitch and asked me to cancel and re-order. This is very frustrating as a first-time Tamara user. Why offer Tamara installment options at checkout if the merchant charges the full amount anyway?

Robbed me twice, 1st time noon seller refunded my order then tamara took around 10 riyals, then same seller refunded and tamara took about 226.5 riyals while this time my plan was 2 month plan with no extra fees so, they don't deserve anything and if so, don't rob me this much, and can't call customer service anymore or chat them

Used to be a great service. Now we are forced to pay the installment on the 1st day of each month regardless of the date of purchase, which messes up the financial order for people with different credit card statement cycle or salary dates. Initial Limit Too Low to Be Useful, Very disappointing. I submitted my ID, selfie, and bank details, yet my limit was too low for even a SAR 3,600 purchase. Fully verified users deserve a more realistic starting limit based on their profile. Telling users to "build the limit over time" is pointless when the initial limit isn't enough for the purchase they need. I permanently closed my account.
