I'm not sure what this app is. I'm on my employment webpage trying to get help so I clicked on remote support. That led me to this app that I can't get support because it's asking for some type of session number given by the person that invited me. No one invited me. This is weird.

VERY SLOW S24 acessing S23 both with Android 16. Also often stops responding to taps, tap and hold, etc. OVER WIFI, so cell data connection is NOT the issue.

TV didn't work for 2 weeks so i had this as a 1 star review, even though id been using TV for over 3 years. i was so angry. but after 3 weeks of trying every remote desktop app available to replace TV with no avail, i reinstalled TV and it works again. no lag. no slow transfer times. just perfectly simple. my rating is for the free version which i use for remote control and file transfer only.

Every time (every few months) I'm going to use it to connect to a senior's device, the senior has problem running this. There is always some new layout, some new ui step, 'allow recording', 'acknowledge info about partner' small 'allow connection' checkbox what only enable the big 'Accept connection' button.

I don't like the orange border, or the orange button that invades my screen space, and even stops me from accessing that portion of my screen. Makes it hard to type, on mobile. Otherwise, it's good. it could run smoother, could use more features, as it feels a little bare, but it does what I need it to do.

It's getting very hard to use and it's frustrating to explain to someone how to allow the connection if they're not tech savvy. It was alright in the past, but having to accept 4 things before each connection is just too much. Look for a better alternative, it doesn't worth the hassle.

Absolute horrible app, I have never encountered such a gut-wrenching experience when trying to use an app. I (try) to use this app to remotely help my grandma out when she has a problem with her device. However this app has her go through a thousand of messages each time to finally approve the connection. Very, very confusing. Moreover, because the connection fails sometimes the app starts to think you are a commercial user (because you make so many connections and will cancel the connection.

I gave a 3 stars rating not because it's malfunction or anything. TeamViewer is a good apps. Until you forget your password. There is no support. Then after few tries... finally comes the prompt. Unfortunately, it's a Account Activation Required. They want to know if it's a trusted device. So I went to my Gmail to activate. Now I can sign in, at least that is what I was told. But that didn't solve the problem. They forget that I forgotten my password. So back to square one... for 45 mins.

Hackers are using this app. I was hacked via Facebook and called what I thought was their support number and this company had me buying myself countless gift cards like i see in someone elses review. Now I'm in the process of disputing everything and reordering new cards. I have an airbnb gift card I can't even use. I find it alarming that this app's developers are not acknowledging the reviews that point this out.

This app is being used by scammers to gain access to victims Internet routers and devices. We've had a call from someone pretending to be from Sky broadband. They said we had a problem with slow speeds so got us to download this app. Had I not become suspicious they would of had access to all my personal info and apps on my devices. Be very aware and avoid these types of app if someone else's asks you to download it to your phone or mobile devices

Used heavily by scammers if you get any notifications to call an unknown number to solve an issue, and when you do so, they ask to download this app, DO NOT dot it! I had an encounter, and luckily, it was on a phone with no personal data attached to it. They tried to access personal data as well as trying to have me buy 500+ gift cards.

This issue repeatedly happens, generally when its time to change my password. He was not able to determine why or fix how to retain my paswords or save them each time I close 6 different appt, Said he would send out a "chat" to his team to see who knows and has been able to correct in the past. I dont remember the IT person name that has always been able to fix this issue before. Last time I called said would send an email out to his team so everyone would know how to resolve in future.

Was a fantastic tool, worked perfectly and very easy to use. And then they changed it such that you need to click through multiple validation steps to allow the connection. I use this to support my elderly grandma, she cannot click through the steps, and thus I cannot support her anymore.

Dreadful. I've used this for years on pc's and occasionally on android. But now it's just a painful experience. I've been trying to help a friend recover some missing data but it seems to want you to jump through so many hoops to get it to it to allow me to take control of his phone. Is that not a feature anymore? After installing the universal add-on (why isn't this part of the main app?) and enabling the "Display over apps", what I got was, no control and just a "finger cursor". What the hell?

It's a scam I repeat. It's a scam. I downloaded it while I was on the phone for help on a Etsy problem. And they try to get me to make a fake payment straight into their account. I almost lost like $500. So I hung up immediately after I heard them. Try to do that part and undoudownload the app. Thankfully. I thankfully I got on the phone with the right people. And they confirmed that it was a scam and that they cannot do anything else if I deleted the app. And uninstalled

Beware. This may very well be a great app but scammers are having you download this app to obtain some sort of ID # to cancel some huge 3 year renewal of Norton and more. They want an ID# from this app to see who is fraudulently using your Norton account. After they get that, who knows what they will trick you into supplying. I hung up and deleted the app when I saw where this was going and didn't give him the chance to phish anything with me. Scammers are getting really sophisticated.

I use TeamViewer and/or quick support with AIRA, and have their agents do things on my phone that I cannot. Several years ago, this app was a godsend, but now agents can't act on my phone even though given permission, and even though universal add-on has been enabled, which, it is said needs to happen. They can still look at my screen, but it's all up to me to do things. If my screen reader doesn't recognize, for example, that's something is a button, I can't click on it. Neither can they.

I Had to call roku customer support only to have to download this app and that app and every other app just to try to figure out what I was doing with two tvs under the same email address. After about 20 minutes, I felt totally uncomfortable with the access that they had to. Not only my TV but to my telephone. And so I ultimately wound up hanging up and going in and changing the passwords to everything. And deleting this app, it is not a safe app..

We have used TeamViewer for probably 8-10 years. This App doesn't work 90% of the time with iPads. Doesn't connect or disconnects in the middle of a session. We will be canceling our paid subscription when we can find a new remote software that actually works.

A great choice for remote access if you have customers that need remote help, or if you need to control your machines from a distance. I have used teamviewer for well over 10 years, I use it personally and we use it at work. To summarize it: I trust teamviewer, they're a great company. It's very sad that scammers use their products to scam victims whom lack the sense or technological skills to understand that they're being scammed. But that's not their fault..

Attention everyone. This app is literally being used by scammers so that they can see through your phone camera. They would establish trust to click card photos and ask you to hide important digits but the screen sharing would already allow them to get your card details through camera. After that it is only the OTP that may or may not save you from them. Do not use this app. Report it as much as you can.

They literally try to get access to ur device so they can rob you I called to get into facebook and all they did was set it up so they had control of my device then asked how much money I had in my account and said they can't do it unless I have more than 500$ and that was after they hung up on me 3 times cause my phone wasn't loading fast enough... Like many comments here, I use this app to help my parents as I live overseas, and it's always a hassle to be able to connect. Not even kidding... Every single time there's a problem. Or it is saying they are not connected to the internet or the app isn't running, which both are not true. I'm too lazy to look for a different app, but I will have to.

scammers as everyone else says. almost lost thousands to some people who were claiming that they wanted to update our data service to 5G. got several messages with otps to online purchases. luckily the accounts we were using didnt have the money needed for the purchases so they were declined. should've read the reviews on here before listening to them, then we wouldve been more aware of what those skunks were doing. be careful people.

It doesn't work on all smartphones for mirroring them! You can't toggle the remote phone home's screen(a Xiaomi Redmi Note10 Pro) while quick support it's mirrored on the TeamViewer client! And, although TeamViewer Quick Support doesn't require a license nobody from the Romanian Help Line (English, only!), they will not gonna help you unless you do have a TeamViewer license! And, the bottom shown eml. is no longer available!

This review is not about this app as I haven't used it. Be wary of a scam email saying you purchased something, they don't list any company name for shopping through them. There's an 800 customer service number in the email and when you call it they ask you to download this app and give them remote access to link your PayPal account. 100% a scam so be observant!

Had a scammer send me an email with an "invoice" for a "subscription renewal" for Norton. I do not recall subscribing to Norton but thought maybe I had and I'd better call to cancel the renewal because the invoice stated I was going to be charged over $400. It looked almost legitimate, except when I called the number on the invoice, the person who answered told me to download this app and then go to the Amazon app and search for Amazon egift cards. Immediately hung up and uninstalled this app.

If you received a Paypal invoice for Bitcoin or anything else, and you call the support number on the bottom in the notes from seller area and they tell you to download this app. DONT it's a scam!!!! This app allows them to control your phone get all the information off of it from their computers. PayPal will not force you to pay an invoice

Adding another warning! Scammers are utilizing this app to get your banking info. Like others who have posted, I got an email from "best buy/geek squad" about a pending charge and when I reached out to number included it, they had me download this app. Also, like the others they wanted me to open my bank account app to "verify that the charge was dropped" and when I refused to do so, the person I was speaking to told me I had no choice but to. I hung up and blocked their numbers.

Received automated call on my mobile phone saying it was Amazon and they was going to charge my credit card £79.99 and to press 1 to connect to Amazon representative. I knew it was a scam immediately but wanted to see what they had to say and play along for a while. They said I had to download the refund app, which was this software, and when installed give them the refund code. I wasted their time and gave fake code until 5 mins later I told them I knew it was a scam, they then hung up

SCAMMER WARNING!!! I had a message pop up on my computer stating it had been locked due to suspicious activity and gave me a number for "tech support". I called the number and the guy tried to walk me through several apps to try to connect to my computer remotely but they all failed. Then he suggested the TeamViewer app on my phone. Once I got it all set up he was asking me to log into my bank accounts to make sure they were "working properly". it freaked me out and I immediately uninstalled app

I should have listened to the warnings. With Mom's new phone and mine in hand, both Motorola, there is no setting after an hour of frustration and help pages that will get her phone visible to mine through this app, permissions out the wazoo, downloaded add-ons and the app still directs you to typing things into a browser and from there logging into Play Store. The solution instead seems to be restarting phones and also finding which add-on out of the many confusing pieces to install.

WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS! Had an email from "PayPal" with an invoice for a recent purchase, but I didn't use PayPal to buy it. Was concerned and called the number provided, only to be told that I had been hacked and I needed to download this app so he could cancel the "purchase" and refund me. As soon as I saw that this would give them remote access to my device I uninstalled and reported them to actual PayPal. Only got it back long enough to warn others, so they don't risk being scammed as well.

I got a phone call from "Amazon" they wanted to connect to my device and steal my data through that app. It was about giving back money for Amazon prime, going to my bank account etc I'm glad I realised it's a scam, and seen previous comments. Ofc it's not the app which is bad, only some people use it wrong way.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I was told by "customer support" to download this app to connect Amazon Prime Video to Xfinity. After the support guy led me through a few things I noticed that he was able see my phone screen. He then asked me to open my Amazon app and open my account info. I immediately hung up and while the "customer support guy" tried to call me back about 3 times before I was able to block his number, I was able to uninstall the app. I'm angry that I allowed myself to be scammed.

If "Amazon" tells you to install this, they are a scammer and will use this to take over your phone. They will likely steal your info and try to steal from any accounts that you access through your device. The app itself is great and does what it's supposed to - allow another device to connect to yours to provide support.

This app is a scammers work. They're going to tell you your cash app is being hacked in a different location, once you download this app they'll have access to your phone, they was saying the app is automatic everytime I backed out they'll send me back in i tried hanging up they wouldn't let me they even gave me trouble turning off my phone but once you do that and turn it back on delete the app if you have already downloaded it and change your cashapp password and any other account.

recently switched to a xiaomi phone and realised i could no longer use the Your Phone Companion app to cast my screen on my computer and thought this could be a substitute. but it the connection breaks all the time. I guess this is still an app that someone can use to troubleshoot someone else phone. but i have a feeling most people who download the app is for my same reason.

I support my parents long distance on their Android tablets. As you can imagine explaining where to press or drag without knowing exactly what the other side is seeing is pretty frustrating. I just tried this app yesterday and it's MIND-BLOWING! I have the same control as I'd i was sitting at the table with them! I can also coach them through printing from their tablet or installing software, adding new books, ect. This saved HOURS of frustration! Thank you TeamViewer!

I'm just surprised at the number of morons posting reviews here who allow full access to their phone to unknown parties. How is that TeamViewer's fault? This app has always worked flawlessly for me. If you get scammed because you provide access to your phone to anyone, then it's entirely your fault, not the apps. Great app, nicely made by TeamViewer.

Updated... it's been almost 4 weeks and I tried it again. Seems to be working fine now. Was able to get my dad's Android phone back in order. Old Review... Used to be easy and great for controlling an Android phone from a PC... I used it to fix my 83 year old dad's phone across the country. Now I can't get it to work even after troubleshooting for several days, and blindly walking my dad through multiple screens and menus. The best I can do is view his screen.. can't control it at all.

Had a horrible experience. I got an email from Ebay saying there was a charge on my account. I googled Ebay number and call that number. The tech support guy asked me to download TeamViewer QuickSupport. I noticed it was asking me a permission to take a control over my phone. I told the guy I don't feel comfortable but he insisted. While the program was loading, I googled the review and thought suspicious. I hung up the phone. Later I found it was a scam.

For some reason they make it super complicated to connect to another person's phone, I don't understand how it's so hard to just make a quick connect button that doesn't require any prompts, I use this to help my grandmother with her phone but so far it's worked 1 of the 10 times I've tried it, there's no way I'd ever pay for any premium service if the free one is trash. The prompt gives her 3 different options even though it should just be "yes" or "no" which confuses her.

Vague error "cannot connect to partner" or "unable to connect (no route)" all the time on brand new up-to-date installation on my older PC host being controlled from Android device. No real help to fix it offered in help or community knowledge base. Software on phone "sees" my host computer is on and connected to TeamViewer, but can't actually interact with it. Going to try some other brand's solution as I dislike vague errors and lack of help to fix things like this. No reason it shouldn't work

This app was used in a scam to access a bank account and withdrawal money through Zelle. Be aware of anyone wanting to get into your account and stating they are refunding your money. Initially, they sent an email stating to contact them because if you did not make a purchase for McAfee Security Services, they will refund you the money.

BEWARE!!! APP Used in a scam call. Caller with heavy accent called my home phone multiple times, from many different numbers; (All local). Recorded voice saying she's Molly from Amazon saying a $700 charge is on my account from someone in another state, press 1, man answers how can I help you?! (You called me!) Repeats recording & to download this app to connect me to Amazon fraud. I hung up & called Amazon directly. It's a scam of course. I rated it low because it seems to enable scammers.

In short, a good app that's now hampered by flawed 'commercial use' detection and slowness. The good: It's free and easy to use. The bad: Uses too much resources that end up heating up and crashing my phone. Sluggish compared to alternatives. Lately, just times out within seconds of connecting to my personal phone, which makes it unusable. Therefore, I no longer use, or recommend it. AnyDesk works, and works better, free.

Unbelievable that you guys don't have a warning at the top of your page. I see you telling reviewers that you tell customers about fraud associated with your app, but where the hell is that warning?! Someone called my phone claiming to work for Amazon. Claimed that someone hacked my account to buy an iPhone. He almost got me too. I was freaked out for a minute until I calmed down to realize that he was just trying to get access to all of my accounts. I instantly uninstalled. Literally just happened to me like 30 minutes ago.

Yes, just went through the process to supposedly disconnect from some auto renewal charge with Amazon after opening an add on a gardening video. Was following the guys instructions until I got freaked out with the fact that he would be able to remote conne to my device. Slick operation i must say. Can't believe my phone has this app available on it. Very disappointed.

This app is for scammers. Just had a call telling me about the problems I supposedly have with my broadband. They wanted me to download this app to connect to my router. They put the phone down when I asked why it wasn't a sky app if they were calling from sky. And despite what they say here, I don't think the developers do take this problem seriously. If they did they'd have strong warning messages when the app opened.

An app used by scammers. They would say that my phone number will get deactivated if I don't do as they say. So they said to download this app and share some code or something. Luckily I didn't give them any code but my phone automatically permitted the permissions asked by the app idk how. I immediately hanged the call and uninstalled the app. A lot of OTP messages and calls started to come rapidly. Idk what they were trying to do but their talk was pretty convincing

This app is being used by scammers this time they said someone had charged $120 to buy and Amazon card from my Amazon acct. But the card number they had was debit AND had no money on it. Plus they asked for the bank it goes through which it was a pre-paid card. I called them back. Phone not in service at this time. The app was quickly removed and card removed cause I can get another pre-paid card to use. I shall not use this app for protection.

SCAM ALERT. Got a call from a guy claiming to be from bt openreach and that they were upgrading the Internet connection. Seemed strange from the get go as they never do it randomly anyway. Then he tells me to get my phone and download this app to connect to his server??? Reading the other ratings I see what he was trying to do but I didn't get that far and put the phone down on him. He also tried calling two more times, seemingly desperate for whatever details and money he could get off me 🙄

SCAMMERS using this app posing as various Internet providers (sky, virgin, b.t etc). They ask you to download this app and give them the I.D number displayed on device. DO NOT give them the I.D number as they then use it to gain access to your Internet connection and all devices attached to it. This in turn gives them access to everything including bank accounts, social media etc. Also doesnt show up on your installed apps so you cant uninstall it.

Possibly used as a prop for a scam. Mandy the same happened to me. A caller from Amazon or so he said. Also asking for pertinent info. When he asked for the coded # generated by the app, I then realized it was bogus. When asking the caller for his name and location he hung up the phone. He was obviously not from around here....his language was way off. If you get my drift.

It is a nice remote control app. When it works. Like others have said, 90% of the time, you cannot connect, or you get disconnected. Then, when trying to reconnect to your loved ones to help them out, you are told you have tried to connect too many times. I've given up. The desktop app is great. The mobile app is complete garbage and is a waste of a download and space on the phone.

Someone rang me on a foreign number and said they were from amazon prime and they were going to pay back money owed to me. The got me to install this app and when I did they were able to access everything including accounts on my phone. People beware there are scammers everywhere. I have to change and delete accounts because of my stupidity.

Sky Scam As many have reported, people use this app to access your phone and take money from your bank accounts. I had someone stating they were from SKY and we were having reduced Internet connections. They asked me to download this app and then were issuing me a refund due to the bad connections. I was looking at my phone and could see them typing in their details remotely to make a payment of £759 into their account!!! Closed everything down immediately and they continued to try and call me!

Unbelievable, I called because I had a problem with a chime transfer that I wanted to cancel. They tried to get me to download this app to allow remote access into my computer, ultimately accessing my bank info. I immediately had a bad feeling so hung up. I called chime directly and even they could not fix the problem. If I did not know better I would've went through with downloading this app and allowing access to my computer. I can not believe they get away with this. Complete scam!!

Got a call today saying somebody has hacked my amazon account. Was asking to download this team viewer app so they can send me form on phone to cancel my amazon account. Lucky I didn't get trapped and refused. Later dialled same number back. Phone number was disconnected Clearly the scammers are using this app to access your phone and personal details. Be aware

I was contacted supposedly from Sky technical department and asked to install this app so that they could check my Internet as it had been hacked. They reckoned I had £320 rebate as they hadn't been able to offer the protection they were supposed to and to go to my bank account to get the refund. It was a scam and I have had to change all my bank details. They even offered me an engineer booking! It wasn't the fault of the app but it is obviously very easy to use it to scam people.

Can someone PLEASE help!😭 I can't get past this message "QuickSupport will start capturing everything that's displayed on your screen". I'm presented with two options; Cancel or Start Now but am only able to click Cancel. I've emailed TeamViewer twice now, it's been a week and still haven't heard anything from them😡. WARNING! This app might be legit but its easily used by hackers!!!! I just experienced this and had to cancel my accounts because a hacker made me think he was from Amazon and he was so quick and formal. He actually had time to do a purchase on my face literally while he was talking with me. He was obv controlling my screen and I had to battle to unistall this app as soon as I realized it was a hacker.

Horrible, I got scammed by what I thought was an Amazon employee, thankfully my bank caught it and I won't lose money. It was someone with an accent claiming to be from Amazon and my account had been compromised. After talking to Amazon and finding they don't call except for delivery purpose, I stopped what was going on. They have you download this app so they can take over the screen of your phone or computer.

The app works as described, you can remote control an Android but this app alone doesn't do the job, you need to install another service(different from an app) for your phone, configure and set rights. Did they fix that vulnerability that allowed hackers to steal information from phones? Anyway the app is useless because if you can install it and set all the services and rights correctly I doubt you would need help fixing anything on your phone. Telling somebody over the phone how to install and configure this is close to impossible. On top of everything you can't use a Linux machine to connect to the Android device. Their fix is to find a Windows even if they claim to have a Linux client....

Scammer Alert! Somehow a hacker accessed my Amazon Firestick. When I started troubleshooting, he had me install this app. Then he had me open my Amazon account. Quickly I realized he was trying to get me to purchase gift cards. I quickly hung up and immediately uninstalled this app. Be careful! Quickly changed all passwords.

I often use the free version of TeamViewer to help my brother with his PC issues, so thought I'd try it for mobile phones. We have the same phone, so I installed this on my phone, to test it out. The PC connected (telling me that I was limited to 5 mins), and worked very well, but then suddenly disconnected after a minute or so. When I try to reconnect, I keep getting an error "Connection blocked after timeout", and tells me there's a session limit, and to retry again in a minute. So I wait a minute.... and am told to wait another minute, then another minute. Some time later I tried again: I got a minute or two of access, then kicked out again My first impressions are that, unless I pay for the full version (we're talking £15 PER MONTH here!), this one isn't going to be any use to me, so I'm only going to give it one star - sorry!

I received an email "alerting" me about a large transaction that someone was trying to make using my PayPal account. When I called the number provided, I was told they were from PayPal and that I should download this app so they could delete the fraudulent transactions from my account. As soon as I downloaded the app and realized that the person on the phone would be able to view my phone and probably everything on it, I immediately deleted the app and disconnected the call.

Do not download this app I was tricked into it by a so-called customer service rep. For cash app when I was having issues with it luckily the idiots slipped up and didn't change my screen fast enough and I caught a glimpse of him trying to transfer money off of my app and asking me to enter my pin number

This person is a scammer!! This India man with a heavy accent call to let me know that they wanted to renew my Prime Acct. Then want to refund me the money they had " no yet'" taken. After they hot access to my account, and hung up, I noticed that my screen mouse was going all over the place so I powered down my phone instantly. After 1 minute , I powered up my phone and saw it was back to normal. But it looked like before hand the were looking at my other apps too!!! BEWARE!!!!!!

App was not able to create connection to share screen between two android devices. Using quicksupport on one device and teamviewer on second device. Apps tried to establish connection but after a few seconds it disconnected. I have tried to reconnect a few times, with the same result. Drooped connection. Plus it is unnecessary complicated to use two different apps for this task.

I had a call today supposedly from Amazon prime. They said if I wanted to cancel my subscription i would have to download your app and give them the ID number or I would be charge 39.99 a month I did download your app but came to my senses before giving them the ID number. They were very persuasive and persistent. You need to put some kind of security on this app please before being able to activate it. Thank you

I had to call CashApp due to a problem receiving a cashapp transfer, while on the phone they directed me to this Quick Search so they could see the issue. Long story short, they hacked my bank account took every dime I had, I live on disability and Im frantic as to what to do. The scammers who used this app really knew what they were doing and this app made it possible.

This is a complete fraudulent app never install it. It has given in internet many phone numbers as Amazon customer care service number. When we dial they ask us to install This app and they hold the call till we install it. This app an actually an app which you can connect from device to other devices and laptop 💻 and can share all your data and do transaction without your knowledge.. That's the reason they asking to install so that they can hack all your data for transactions. So be careful.

This app is a piece of garbage. My phone was hacked and I called to talk to someone about my phone. They had me download this app and once I did that, they took total control of my phone without me doing anything. They longed into a few of my apps and started sending text messages to people in my contacts without my permission. I would not what anyone to go through what is did. So please do not down load this app at all!!!!

dont download. contacted by apparently sky technical team to fix a problem with my router. wasnt having any problems. they wanted me to download app onto my phone so they could fix the problem. when I challenged them they realised I was into them. they are fraudsters do not download on anyones request. fortunately i read the reviews and sa es myself some heartache. unsurprisingly the apparent 0121 number they were ringing from does not exist

Works great until one day Teamviewer thinks your use is commercial, and then they only let you use it for 30 seconds at a time before disconnecting you for 10 minutes. I filled out the form declaring that my use was non-commercial, scanned it and sent it to Teamviewer, but it made no difference. I'd be willing to pay for personal use of the product, but it's not even an option.

This app is being used by a scam company posing as Amazon support stating someone made a purchase on my Amazon account and Amazon support needs to remotely control my device in order to cancel an order. If anyone claims to be support from Amazon, Microsoft or any other company just hang up and call that companies support number directly. Never allow someone remote access to your device. This app is part of the identity theft problem.

BEWARE!!! I almost got scammed....people with foreign accents call and leave a message asking if you made an Amazon puchase for $99 today. If yes, it says to disregard...If no, then they direct you to call a number. They have you download this app on your phone and basically try to get remote access to your phone.....don't swipe 3 times to the left like they instruct!!!

It's great but being in android 9 I cant use the app because of the "special access permission" even though I found out what it wants and enabled it. When you click the button to take you to the setting after connecting it doesnt work and disconnects. I see this has been an issue for a year. Please fix this TeamViewer

This is a total scam. I had an issue with Cash App. the tech support person on the phone was able to get into my phone while I'm thinking they are trying to fix the issue to see where my money went in the cash app, the guy went into my cash app and intentionally typed in $2500 to see if it would work,(transferred to his account) he deleted my email from my account, then he went into my call history and deleted my numbers so that I wouldn't be able to track his. He took an additional $500.

Would give it zero stars if I could! It's not working at all on later Android OS (v9). Keeps asking to install add app, then claims that I'm not in a region that the app is supported in. Serious, NZ is not a supported region? It works on my Windows PCs and never claimed that NZ is not a supported region. Anyway, tried it on an older Android version (v7.1.1) and the app just crashes after selecting 'Start Now' in answer to 'QuickSupport will start capturing everything...' As I said Zero stars!
