Very disappointing experience with ShopClues. The phone looks fine from outside, but internally it is faulty and appears to be a copy. Battery drops from 50% to 0%, SIM slot doesn’t work, and the display keeps blinking...It’s been 3–4 days since I requested a return, but there is still no pickup or proper update from the ShopClues team. I just want my return and full refund. Very poor service.pls look into this...still no updates i have mailed them video proof for the same...

Worst shopping app ever used. There is no any way to connect customer support. Chat support is not working and customer care number is not in use. Don't do any order in this app, totaly fake products and no response on return.

very disappointed with their service pf return. the ticket id created for return and also return approved, then all of sudden no reply from them , 2nd case is almost 2 months of ticket id open but no reply. they are not going to update about product return and also no dedicated customer service contact centre. really disappointed with the service and after long 15 years ordering product from them now going further will not order anymore. issue resolved and also i have placed new order. thanks

ShopClues app is a fraud product selling app which is cheating customers in cheap price. I'm writing this comment today on 23/8/2026 and I bet that if you purchase something your can't even replace the item and there is no return policy. I have initiated a return on 10 August and till now there is no one responding. By this experience it is clear that shopclues is fraud and scammers site. incomplete products and worst service

The shopping experience was not good. I ordered earbuds and received defective. I ordered shorts of small size, received XL size. Sellers on this platform are careless and roadside. Ultimately i had to return them which took 15 to 20 days to receive a refund and return pickup. Not many stars for them from me until they improve themselves.

Wrong products has been started receiving from Shopclues with different product,on raising the tkt for return , automatically the tkt is being closed with no resolution. There is no customer support call/chat option, people are hung with no resolution after they have ordered from Shopclues. Very poor app. Now there is a time to get support from consumer court.

Shopclues is waste. Whoever trying to install note below points. 1. They dont have a contact number or email (Try yourself if u can find it then its switch off or fake) 2. I ordered item it came upto my home and returned automatically, after 3 months also no refund just says "Mismatch". 3. Their Ticket raising feature is waste. One time BOT reply saying problem will be resolved. No humans are working there only bots. 4. Install with your own risk If iam wrong , provide a valid number or email.

My brother had ordered an item through this application but when he received it, he found another product in the parcel. Fakes & poor customer service. Even a 1* is too much for them. After seeing my earlier review, their customer service asked me to email & post order details here but the outcome didn't change. This is a business built on selling fakes and cheating people. ShopClues is a definite scam. I have ordered a book. This listing didn't mention that it is an ebook anywhere. After few days they claimed it as delivered. I raised a ticket.They said it was an ebook and asked to check spam folder. I checked and it was not even in my spam folder. However ShopClues chose to close the ticket as resolved in favour of seller without even bothering to address concerns of customer. Customer Support is Very pathetic. Does not give you confidence to make purchases again

Most horrible experience. They say big discounts but when you checkout the final price is without discount. There are T&C for all discounts when you go to checkout it cannot be applied. There are all hidden charges. ShopClues money: you can have balance of 1000 rs ShopClues money but you will be able to use 30 -40 of it per product. Big scam. Never buy from here.

I just placed an order of 5 items, and paid via upi as well. But it's showing only 3 items in the list, rest of the 2 times are not there. Worst app ever seen. When u try to place an order, price always changes upword and discounts disappeared. Zero star is not possible, so giving one star 👎. 2. What do you mean by dynamic price. Its showing Rs 129 for an article and when you try to place an order price becomes Rs 209. And if you go to home page again its showing price as Rs 129. You can waste our time once or twice. But by cant get make a deal.

I had ordered a product on 23rd May from ShopClues. It has not even been dispatched yet. Other e-commerce site takes max 1-2 days to dispatch and delivers in 5-6 days max. It's been 11 days since I ordered from ShopClues and they haven't even dispatched it yet. I tried contacting the support but it's good for nothing. I am never ordering from ShopClues again. The return procedure sucks. I bought a earphone of 3 pack but I get one only. I placed a return order but the money is not transferred to me. It's more than 13 days yet I don't get refunded. I advised everyone to be careful with your money. Don't install this app. If you try to conatct the customer care they didn't pick up the phone or if they did so then they just cut the phone and said that the voice is not clear. This is the worst shopping app i've ever seen. First they will show you discount and when you will proceed for payment, they gonna add some extra charges that will be equivalent to the discount that you are getting (perfect scam) and if you didn't pick online payment mode then you have to pay even more.

I had not such a good experience with this app. Often the products that I ordered were not what was delivered to me. Never ever buy products from shopclues. I ordered a product which took more than 30 days to deliver as against the promised delivery period of 20 days. The product shipped on the immediate next day of order but the transit took nearly 30 days.. During that period neither cancelation nor return was allowed. Cancelation is not possible once the order is accepted and return requires you to scan the QR code...

Very poor app, no one gives the tracking details for your order and if you have not paid online than forget to have the product to be delivered. I ordered a slipper which was cancelled by them without any notice which stated that canceled due to non payment as per new rules for not receivinh orderes due to covid so I have to make an online payment. Very bad shopping experience. I had ordered 3 track pants, paid it online and only one product was delivered. I registered complaint in 5 hours after delivery to get a refund or replacement but after 15 confirmations and 25 mail exchangesover a period of 35 days, I still have not got any resolution, nor my money is returned, nor have I obtained the remaining two products. I am uninstalling this app now.

Shame on you. 50 rupees item has more than 100 rupee shipping fee per item. So if you buy 3 items you end up paying 450, when actual price should have been 150. Are you guys crazy. And that is applicable on grocery items. Instead of charging shipping fee on whole order, you are charging per item. In these hard times you are trying to loot people. Shame on you.

How could you do that.. At I saw that there has many good products then I ordered two or three things by cod... And obviously COD is very good for everyone than networking. And cod option is safer.. But whenever I go to order for the third time it shows that cod option is blocked but at the same time cod option is available shows on the product.. Why?? And most importantly most of the products whenever I got all were duplicate and poor products.. Don't do it anymore.

Very slow in delivery. My both orders were prepaid. COD orders are much faster than prepaid. So place COD orders only.I got the product on 18th Feb 2020. Within 2 hrs I came to know that the product is defective. Immediately I requested the return. But no this happened, I just got the message that "RETURN REJECTED ". But why? No answer. If the product is defective and return is reported to you within few hours, why you don't take it back? Please don't buy any products from this app. It's a scam.

I'm so disappointed it's the second time a courier comes with my orders and didn't call me...last time i ended up cancelling the order and now the same issue is repeating itself....if you know you don't want to call people why can't you just send the courier's number so that one can call on their own.....if this keeps on happening I'll stop using this app

Worst app. Don't download. Very bad quality product... And always delivers duplicate and different products. And your customer service is just sucks.. No one can communicate with them.. And they don't solve any issue... I got a different product but they didn't pick it...and customer service is totally fraud always showing "we are closed for the day",and never answers your call.

Worst experience ever. I had ordered a product on ShopClues and returned it a day after. Shopclues displayed my refund was declined in my bank account. As i talked to the customer care(which was again very frustrating ) they simply answered that i can have it in my cluesbucks account instead of my bank. These are just some cheap tactics which they do to make the customer shop again from their site. Amazon or Flipkart never asks the same. That's exactly why they're still better. Delete ShopClues

I'm giving it 1 star because there is no way I can rate -5 here. Very bad service. Takes a whole decade for order to get delivered. I ordered for the first time and got two jeans. It got delivered after a month and one of the jeans was totally ripped off. I couldn't even return it. It said "error" even when my internet was working pretty fast. There was nothing wrong with my connection at all. Don't download this app. Wouldn't ever recommend it to anybody. Honestly the worst shopping app ever.

Worst product. I order Ufast hair straightener and the courier delivered old product which is already used and not working properly. I send a message for this issue and they send me a email that they will respond in 2 business day. But its going to be a week. No response.No calls from them. If you can't replace the product with a good one then i want my refund back and take it back your old product which can not use.

The products sold here are worst. We got cheated so many times. We bought a lamp which has such a small hole to insert the thread ,almost impossible to insert it hence could'nt use the lamp purchased and similar faulty items. Many products in this app doesn't allow returns whereas many other shopping apps with better service and products, allows returns. Please don't install this app!

Worst Shopping Experience Ordered 14 different products out of which some of the items are missing and instead of 2 they have sent 1 quantity. Item arrived earlier then expected to use. Not opened to avoid damage. Also, trusting that I was ok with the quality, but surprisingly they have issues with quantity too. The email says because you have contacted on the 3rd day you are not eligible. After multiple tries, I am yet blank. Pathetic Customer Service. Ask you to hold to talk to CSR but eventually disconnected. I am still at blank.

It's worst application.. last week I ordered two jewelry sets both two in quantity..when I recieved one in quantity.. I tried minimum 20 times..it's still saying add image when I added image Properly.. another harassment they did I gave money in advance it declined taking the payment one week passed still didn't get refund..now they ain't taking my complain about the wrong quantity problem.. please don't use it..

I have the worst experience with this app. First of all, I placed an order and the clothes were not upto the mark which is why I decided to uninstall the app. Then I have been getting calls from them despite having unsubscribed from their phone and sms alerts and having repeatedly asked to not call again. The person on the other end has the audacity to say that he will continue calling. Spammers!

It is such a fraud app ...where the team says that you will get a call back in an hour and you will never get a call back from them.. what had happened was the product was already picked by the executive fit the refund and after they picked the product from me it showes that return request was cancelled by the customer.. why the hell will i cancel the profit after they have picked it up from me...very bad experience ....

better put cancellation process in orders, because some times it happens orders accidentally. then we want to accept the order. so plz put cancellation process on orders. thank you.....☺️🙂🙂, y u don't put “cash on delivery” process on all orders. u don't have perfect manner to sell. we have many problems to pay on online, so we choose the cash on delivery option. but u don't put that, then how can we shop. we are paying all the taxes to u now. then y are you not putting perfect facilities .

hated it and had a bitter experience in Shopping with shop Clues I ordered indulekha hair oil and did the payment but it was cancelled by the merchant itself after doing the payment it shows that it can't be delivered to our area such app like this I never had seen if it can't deliver the product it should show first before doing the payment if you compare with other app they shows that the product is deliverable or not when you add them to cart but it is cheating customers doesn't like it at

Worst online shopping experience. No customer service. No genuine products. No proper informations. Its a scam. They do not refund the amount in your bank account (even when you opt for the same) rather they only convert it into shopclues point. Also they deduct the delivery charges. This way we are fixed in the trap.

i was a regular customer of shopclues. now a days its very difficult to find out the item which we need. tons of repeated items. and very annoying sellers. if we are searching for a laptop it shows other items even if we filter out. so its a kind request to shopclues team not to allow sellers to sell item through repeated ads. if you guys continue to do so. you will loose your regular customer like me.
