unusable due to ads!! tried to find bus route map, selected 'show on map' then an unstoppable FULL page ad of trips to venlce (1500km away!) appears on the FULL page, and you can't clear it. Solution:, close moovit ap multiple times and eventually, you get a different ad, but to get the actual info you need, a simple bus route map, you need a lot of time and patience. much quicker to delete & use Google. I don't need a paid version for 2 uses per year, and FULL page ads stop it's usability

I received an email (not in English, BTW, so I have to translate) that stated I own money for a trip I already paid. The app is linked to the credit card, the charge is showing on my statement so there's no way they didn't receive it.

This despicable, useless crud is nothing more than an ad-delivery vehicle. The one thing it is designed to do is to deliver ads. It does not even remain open for long enough to purchase a ticket, it crashes multiple times in the process. But you can be sure that you will see multiple ads while trying to navigate your way there.

I liked this app.before it was changed. I could plan my trip to see what bus I needed to use to reach my destination a day or two ahead of time. Now I'm unable to put if it's am or pm and the time I need to arrive at my destination . please change it back,I will uninstall if it is not changed and I even paid for the year with no ads.

Simply perfect, and probably my most useful app. I love that it covers all public transportation needs, and that it retroactively adjusts my charges per the lowest cost plan that applies to the configuration of rides I rode over the past month.

Why does this App never show when my bus is coming?

Hace unos años usaba Moovit y era muy buena: muestra los recorridos enteros de colectivos, discriminando por ramales, considera recorridos que otras apps no, tiene (o tenía) mejor precisión en horarios. Hoy en día está llena de publicidad, algo que no me importaría si no fuera por el hecho de que hoy quise cerrar una ventana y sin querer apreté fuera de la cruz y AUTOMÁTICAMENTE se me empezó a descargar una app desde algo que no es ni playstore.

La app no está mal, pero drena la batería incluso estando cerrada. No la recomiendo en absoluto. Edit: Cerrar la app en absoluto? Piensan que uno nacio ayer... Mi telefono directamente me recomendo ponerla en "deep sleep"... Osea que para saber a que hora pasa un bus tengo que hacer un curso cada vez que quiero abrir la app, menos mal hay otras alternativas.

No watch app. UI really delay/old school design. The get out from bus/train notify is worst than citymapper. There are no way to wake up if sleeping well on the bus. And there are no route history to find out which route already ride before. Also, it was have some opition can directly arrive location, but in the app will not suggest that. The only good is more route than citymapper.

The amount of adds is very excessive. wherever you touch you are greated with an ad. It's at a point that it interferes with the usability of the app.

I have the app installed. Checking for a newer version, the store says the app is no longer compatible and so can't be updated. Even though it only requires Android 7, and my phone OS is newer. And it's a Samsung, so nothing unusual.

TSRTC is allowing me to travel with the help of this moovit app. This app can give tsrtc bus timing. Information will be there on the app. Jointly conductor and driver of the buses and the app go through busy and heavy traffic. list of advertisements on this moovit app whenever possible seems like knowing is better.

I used to love moovit, used to say it's the best. not anymore. EVERY tiny step makes an ad pop, and I can't even skip them anymore I have to wait the time being even up to 20 seconds and then it just sends me to different sites, and when I try to come back to the point it left me at, I gotta start again. and guess what? ANOTHER AD. in addition, everything has to be purchased there now, I can't even share a route with another person if I want them to see it!! u lost me as a user. never again.

Horrendous ads that makes you wait wayyy too long and also forces you out even when you press skip after waiting. Trust me, just use google maps, it's not that different edit: and being free is not a good excuse as you can still put ads without it being so invasive and aggressive. the way they do it makes it barely usable for free

before demanding money fix the damn app. it is literally broken. 70% of the time when O search it simply doesn't display any result. It barely works. Inaccurate time table, loading forever, extremely intrusive ads they claim its for keeping service free, while every single reply they gave is an invitation to pay for premium. It was awesome. Now its terrible.

I get you need some ads but this amount is insane. I have deleted the app after 2 years and will not be going back.

This feels like a scam. The app collects extensive personal data but offers no meaningful way to opt out or permanently delete your account and data. Lack of transparency and user control is a major red flag.

Too many ads

I never write reviews but I had to make an exception here. Moovit incorporates some of the scummiest and most infuriating ad practices to exist. I get it guys you gotta make money, but the way the ads are implemented, above all, just creates a ton of resentment towards you and your app. And to top it off, recently the app makes my phone heat up and shutdown (other apps are fine) hinting towards poor optimization (surprise surprise) or worse. Deleted the app and will not be using it anymore.

It gives you a basic idea of which bus to take but is NOT reliable regarding the schedule. Too many ads. Good user interface.

I don't know what happened to the quality of this app as of late, but it is continually failing to register that I am on the bus it told me to get on. Half a year ago, I would've recommended this to my friends, but now it's just better to use google maps. I will not be renewing my subscription.

used this app a lot, but its become horrible. the bad thing is the ads, that pop up after EVREY SINGLE CLICK. there isnt a single action you can do in the app without getting a 5 sec ad. the tracking accuracy isnt the best, but honestly, with that amount of ads you will never get to tracking in the first place. greedy company.

A moovit esteve bem até a três dias atrás, quando deixou de mostrar os tempos verdes, amarelo e vermelho e voltou a ser so o horário normal sem o live location se passou a ser uma feature paga acho pior ainda porque fazia muito jeito principalmente aos estudantes pelo facto de que os nosso transportes se atrasam e para apanharmos outros conseguíamos fiarmos por aqui, mas agora nem isso, para não falar dos anúncios quase sempre que se entra na APP ou se procura uma paragem. Enfim é de lamentar.

Very nice

The usability is very poor. The region selection mechanic makes no sense, it only makes the app useless to calculate trips between two cities close by (i.e. Vigo and Santiago), and I've had relatives and friends thinking the app was not working at all because all their searches were returning an error, only because for some reason they had selected the wrong region. Also it won't respect holiday schedules. Also the realtime tracking confuses lines (A with A1 etc).

Moovit is considerate. It knows a modern man haven't done some cardio after sitting for 2h, haven't walked in the heavy rain, and haven't struggled to tab the X of 2 ads when in hurry. By letting you get off bus early, with the best score of 5 stops ahead. It makes commuting fun, more fun than my 9-5 yet stressful desk job before that.

the app often will just stop working on you or give you incorrect information. There used to be no ads and now they are non stop. they especially pop up in the least convenient times, making you miss your bus

Useful app for people like me who use public transportation because it helps me to find bus and train routes and plan my journeys. The app is convenient, especially when travelling to unfamiliar places. However, there are too many ads, which can be annoying when I'm trying to check bus schedules or directions. Also, the bus arrival times are sometimes inaccurate.

Great for buses, but the recommended routes sometimes miss obvious alternatives, and the QR codes outside the buses don't work nearly as well as those on the screens inside.

new low, app now installs game from ad without permission. super unethical. TOO MANY ADS! Used to be decent, with live time when Google Maps can't. But now there are ads you have to wait through before you can do *anything*. Even paying your fare with a line of angry people behind you. This is beyond annoying, it's criminal to force an entire country to use such a bad app (or go back to using a RavKav) and then make you wait through ads to get to essential features. I'm going to try egg instead.
