PSA: If you make a return, take plenty of photos of your products. I bought 2 pairs of slides with different sizes to see which ones fit best; what I returned was 1 pair that was only used to try on for size back to adidas. I later get an email from adidas telling me that the slides got rejected and I won't receive either my money or the rejected slides. Adidas's return policy apparently allows them do this; this is insane and beaks my heart.

Before this year, I had never ordered from Adidas, but I’m so glad I finally did! The Adidas basketball shoes are absolutely amazing — my son loves them! 🏀👟 We did have a small issue with the first pair, but I was really impressed with how easy and hassle-free the refund process was. The customer service team was fantastic, the delivery was fast, and being able to track the order made the whole experience even better.Overall, I’m extremely happy with Adidas and would definitely recommend them

customer service is trash, they won't reply after they require me to send all the photos and info. its from your end that the incorrect order was sent. why not do your best to correct the wrong order. then I would have to waste more of my time to return it? stupid policies. Also, I cannot rate the items that I ordered? why covering up your stupid mistakes? you're a multi billion company, do better. change your entire customer service team, very useless.

My Orders/order history always shows an error page, "sorry, something went wrong!" even after i tapped "try again" button. Sometimes the page works for seconds and shows my orders before it goes back to an error page again.

I have always been a huge fan of Adidas products, but my recent customer service experience on the app was deeply disappointing. I ordered two pairs of shoes but received no communication after the payment confirmation. When I reached out on the expected delivery date, I was informed that one pair was out of stock and canceled, without any prior notification. While the remaining pair is on its way, the lack of updates and transparency regarding an out of stock item is shocking.

The Adidas app has a really pretty, clean and well-organized design. It runs smoothly and is easy to navigate, making it simple to browse through products and find what you’re looking for. The product images and information are presented nicely, and everything feels well put together. Products quality is a 10/10. Overall, it’s a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

I've done reviews for three items two times, and it glitches out like I didn't do them. Also, the camera search doesn't even work even though it is clear and in good lighting.

The app logs me out after almost every session. Frustrating when I'm trying to keep track of what's in my cart and what's on my wishlist. Can be slow and sluggish as well.

Loading images seems to be a struggle for this app. Also the product list page resets to the top after browsing a few products. Screenshots are blocked in Checkout and there's no setting to disable that 😮‍💨

Every time you go back to view the selection you filtered, it resets the filters. This had been happening since the last update.

The order history section on the app is inaccessible for several days. It says access restricted. Reinstalling does not help, too. It seems Adidas randomly bans me from accessing my order history after I asked their customer service when I will get my 50 Adidas points for the recent 6 reviews, which were for half of my recent purchases this month. So, they did not give me the Adidas points, and now they restricted me from accessing the order history on the app. I will not buy from Adidas again

Very worst app, i joined via Attapoll app. This app devoloper offered reward, but they did not credited my account. I submitted proof in Adscend Media form. They said me Devoloper not approved your reward. it's mean Adidas team is Big Liers. Really disappointed, very very shame on you Adidas team.

The app is user friendly, searching for products is easy, but the issue is it kicks you out with every minor update (which is very frequent), you have to log back in just to realise that your wishlist is wiped out completely and the process of looking for items restarts

It looks like you fixed the wishlist ordering. I really hope this is a permanent fix. It was keeping out of the app. I'm about to buy something off of my wishlist and go ahead and rebuild it some to push some older items down. Thanks for finally doing that.

Normally a very good app which i use on my phone quite regularly without issue. I have just installed on my galaxy tab s11 ultra and this app i presume isn't optimized properly as each time i open it it crashes and closes.

The product filter has serious issues. Selecting “Men” works correctly, but using “Sort by Price: Low to High” resets the gender filter and shows Women and Kids products. Also, when opening a new-product notification and filtering by “Men,” the filter works initially but gets cleared after scrolling and triggering lazy loading, causing products from all genders to appear again. Please fix the filter state.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by adidas. My exchange order has already taken more than 10 days just for the pickup, and the product has still not been picked up. To make matters worse, your support representative has informed me that it may take another 10+ days to complete the exchange. This is an absolutely pathetic level of service, especially from a global brand like adidas. I did not expect such a poor customer experience from a brand of this reputation.

I really like the app and the amount of vouchers for offers if you sign up for adiclub. The thing is they also scam people for the spotify subscription. I had had some points. with that I had opted for 3month subscription but it said 139per month. but in spotify it says 799 per year. because of this I lost 250 points which I could have used for vouchers.

Might as well be named "postal returnal simulator" because that is what this is. I hope you enjoy spending lots of time packing stuff to return because the size dont fit or its got a weird cut that dont look good. Just give us physical stores. I live in the capital of my country Sweden, a city of 2 million people and Adidas cant be bothered to have one single dedicated store here. I dont want to see curated pics of clothes in perfect conditions, I want to try and feel them IRL.

The App is poor. It will say on annitem you can swap points for a £5 or £10 voucher, you go to convert and go to the checkout, where you are told the voucher is invalid absolute useless

Singularly unimpressive effort by the developers. The app has multiple navigation dead ends and U/I glitches that can make it quite frustrating to use. This is most apparent for the options under your account menu like order tracking or initiating a return/exchange. Also, the API between the shipping partner and the Adidas app functions poorly, presenting you with outdated data. You have to run your tracking information on the shipping partner's site to see the actual status of items in transit.

Now works as intended. They should add a more advanced Tracking method on the package so I shouldn't look into the Couriers page. Overall is really good. Fixed the start crash. Everything fine.

I am so disappointed with this company. I've been a customer for 6 years, today I received a level down grade for non spending. I'll lose my rewards and discounts because of this. I stopped purchasing products for 2 reasons. 1. Availability 2. Plus size selection has decreased. In the past, I've always applauded ADIDAS for their plus size products, style & availability. I ordered Galaxy 7. Due to size issue I requested change. Then the helpline representative on WhatsApp said we don't have size you need to cancel the change and we will refund you. I canceled the change and ordered another shoe. Now they have sent me the item for change without informing me I don't want 3 shoes. But their helpline keeps saying you have to receive it. Previous versions are ok, but the latest upgrade has bugs. The app gets stuck if opened directly from the phone, I had to install it several times since the last upgrade. Again and again it gets stuck and urgently needs an upgrade. It will open only if invoked from an ad in social media. Also the location detection does not recognize my country and it takes me to the USA store.

hi there, on multiple Xiaomi devices, your app hangs on the black logo screen. you can get back in by clearing cache and data. but this means I have to set up the app every. after I close the app. the same issue arises every time.. happy to share a screen recording for your Devs to sort it out.

Can't buy a product, options not available, but we're days earlier. Tried 5x to use customer service chat - never connected- a 1st for c.s chats. Had the nerve (program wise) to notify me with a prompt to complete my purchase, yet I obviously couldn't get the item I desired, as it inexplicably couldn't get personalised. For a global corporation, this is highly non-functional.

Since version 6.10.1 the app is broken and will not go past the logo screen. Updates 6.10.2 (23rd June) & 6.10.3 (29th June) have not resolved this issue, and there are more and more negative reviews with the same problem. As of 6.10.1 the only way to successfully access the app is still via a push notification, this is still the case on 7th July.

i ordered during the last sale period. i got 2 items undelivered it took 2weeks for them to inform me that it was out of stock, the first item i had a conversation with one of their agent after a day he says they found the item i ordered and it wil be delivered as soon as possible but after 2 days there was another email saying my order was cancelled. I honestly don't know why I've kept this app installed for the past six months. It's been painfully slow and frustrating from day one, and updates or reinstalls haven't helped. Pages regularly take forever to load or don't load at all, so I usually end up using the Adidas website in my browser instead, defeating the purpose of having the app.

Every time I open the app only the adidas symbol appears and it doesn't go beyond that. Please fix the bug. I even tried uninstalling and installing it again, but the issue still persist.

Bad experience. Half the time it does not let you proceed with payment, you have to delete items one by one to find which one is messing with your order, frustrated to the point of just buying from some other brand.

Can be temperamental with loading times on various screens within the app. It can sometimes just freeze with the word 'loading' and it simply doesn't load, even after several times of going back and then trying again. I thought it might have been a signal issue with my phone but it happens even when I'm at home with wi-fi connection. Even with various recent updates this still happens as I write this. Also takes a long time to receive the bonus points for leaving a review, sometimes over a week

6.10.1 wouldn't progress past the logo page when opening on either my Samsung tablet, or my Redmi phone. A poorly designed update. Updated to 6.10.2 on the 23rd June, still the same problems, unless I follow a link inside a notification, I can see from recent reviews a lot are having this issue. 26th June, still broken, I wonder how much money they're losing? Updated to 6.10.3 on 29th June launch is still broken and still only works from app notifications. The incompetence astounds me.

I have the same problem like the other users, the app is stuck at startup on Adidas logo after you exit the app. the first user experience doesn't automatically connect you to your local country, even though we select it first on the onboarding, so you lose points, history, etc. the only way to connect you adi points is by setting up your country manually on the app. but when the app restarted, it gets stuck on the Adidas logo startup screen.

The Only Bad thing about this brand is that they did not restock football shoes of different sizes, mainly 11UK and above 11UK sizes. Please solve this problem ASAP because studs are very important for a footballer.

Don't buy Copa football boots, bought it twice and it didn't last. 1st pair (red strips) last less than 1 month, the fusionskin gave way. 2nd pair (black strips) last less than 2 months, basically boots open up and there's a hole in the boots!! Buy at your own risks. I had requested for refund and hope to use the money for other football boots. My request was rejected, I was so disappointed, that the boots lasted 2 months only. I'll stopped patronising them and switch to other brands.

Good app but it desperately needs an in-app notifications hub. I get phone notifications about raffles and events and if I click on them I never see them again. That's some of the worst notification design I have ever seen.

the recent update, they have removed the option of Store Availability. This was such nice feature when I was able to select the product and find check it at the store before purchasing. sad they have removed that feature.

App malfunctions and is very glitchy. Doesn't accept the same payment methods as the website which makes no sense. Also, I placed an order over a week ago which was promised in 2 days and I'm still waiting. Given no new update or prospective delivery date. They just didn't send the item as promised. I had to contact them to get an update. The item is still being sold for a higher price than I paid on the app/web although they claim it's not in stock currently. Very shady business practices.

Buggy mess of an app. Constant errors when trying to add payment method, previously saved payment methods not showing up. Nothing fills me with more dread than seeing "App Exclusive" on something I want to buy, because it means that I'm gonna be spending over an hour just trying to get the app to work for long enough to make a single purchase. Of its a time-sensitive drop, you can forget about it. The app is buggy enough already and the extra traffic makes it fully unusable

I'm at level 4, reached out multiple times via in-app chat and e-mail why my 30% voucher isn't working. Asked to wait 24hrs and no resolution. I'm using the voucher to buy a new item and this app and its support proved to be all talk, zero help. It's okay to like their products but don't obsess about the membership levels because it means nothing in the grand scheme of things.

I purchased two to three items a month from here if not more. when you wait 5 days in your order is still in processing you start to wonder why and then when you call and ask all they say is I'm sorry wait longer. it's not acceptable to me twice they have given me the run-around there will not be a third time

what is the point of spending an hour searching for items that you like, only to have multiple errors when trying to load products? then, after settling on a few, to find out that something in your cart is sold out, but no indication of which it is? after revisiting each item and adding and deleting them from the cart, it still says something is sold out. know what's sold out? my patience as a customer. not bothering with this brand again. waste of my time!

I’m not sure if Adidas has its own software team or if this app is managed by a third party, but it’s really disappointing. It often gets stuck on the loading screen, crashes after sorting, or shows a “something went wrong” error page. Sometimes it even randomly goes back. A brand like Adidas, known for being one of the best in footwear, deserves an app that runs smoothly. This is just lame.

Missing important functionalities, comparing to the official website. Prices for items in wishlist do not update automatically over time. The app fails to load the product page when I select an item from wishlist. These are things that can be easily done on the website but not in the adidas app. Update - now model size is available for most products. However, I see a lot of model sizes listed as "36". It's not US size and it's unclear whether it's IT, FR or EU. Super confusing and inconvenient.

Incredibly frustrating. App doesn't sync with favorites from the web, so if you're using a browser on your PC and then want to use the app... not in sync, nothing shows up. That's just poor development work. Second, gift cards are a disaster. They really need to change their processor - doesn't matter how many credit or debit cards I try to use to make a purchase everyone sees the transaction as fraudulent and declines the purchase. Use a reputable company, you're losing business.

You can place order, but they don't ship anything. You contact them after the promised delivery date, they Apologize and offer to cancel. Click and collect is a bigger joke. You can't pick up products even if you see it 'in stock'. The product has to come to the store from the warehouse for you to pick up. Overall, whoever runs this business, has no clue and is a decade behind rest of the e-commerce sites.

Issues since the latest update. Let's say you click on a pair of Ultraboost you like while searching through a list of products. Clicking on those kicks, then clicking back to the list, will reset the list you were searching through. Instead of picking up where I was when I clicked, I'm back at the beginning of the search list. Fix this fast. It makes clicking on products to check them out a pain!

They use a thrid party for transactions, and adidas nor my bank could do anything about it, they basically force u to use PayPal, long story short wasn't able to order, absolutely ridiculous, almost had my card frozen on the 1st time I even tried purchasing it. Idk what 3rd party they use, but its not very trustworthy when they try to freeze my card, and reverse payments directly from my bank.

Ordered 2 Pairs of Shoes and 1 Pair of sports shorts. I wasn't sure of my size so I made sure to read the terms which clearly stated that you can exchange. I called customer service only to find out that it's not possible to exchange, and said that there is no where on the app that says that exchanges are possible. The last 3 times I've tried to actually buy something (since december), I get an error at the last step (place order). I'm sure the billing information is correct. Seems like an app that's main purpose is selling things, the part where a consumer has finally decided to give you money is the ONE part that should never be broken. It's pretty frustrating in terms of the feeling of good will towards a brand.

I have been a loyal Adidas customer for years. Recently I have ran into issues when ordering through the app. I was trying to purchase Adidas pants that showed a sale price of $25 dollars, but after selecting checkout, the price would change to $40 dollars. I called customer service where I was asked to hold so he can see the item, I was on hold for 14 minutes, when he disconnected the call. I called back, and was told to place my order then they will reimburse the difference.

Horrible, Ivy Park release was a huge debacle... Clicked check out as soon as it released and of course there were errors. As soon as the errors were fixed (10 min later) the item was magically sold out... Waited an hour for nothing...You speak so much about integrity and the culture... HA! Why send a notification if the app cant handle volume or if you're just going to sell to top tier customers? Mind you I am a GameChanger, next to the highest tier....

Can't even make an order. They don't stick. And it makes you think you placed the order. And takes your money. But the order just floats around in never never land and never followed through. And your customer service team is left with no means of rectifying glitches. So I lost on deals as a result. Horrible experience.

The app works as intended occasionally. Recently, it wouldn't confirm my order with a constant timeout at the payment confirmation screen while receiving various error messages. I tried multiple methods of payment (all valid) and still received the errors. Had to go to the website to make purchases, while still running into payment confirmation issues, but the order eventually went through. The only problem is that your Creators Club access doesn't extend to your online login (only on the app).

I like that this app updates the adidas stock very quickly. It is also handy for seeing your creator pass info, and storing your info, shopping cart, and wishlist. I gave it 3 stars because I have yet to find a way to pay with a giftcard. And because the interface in the shopping cart is not very tactile. It takes several taps to move an item to the wishlist, or to view the item detail page. I think there is a major synchronization discrepancy between the app and the website.

The app is pretty easy to use. The only thing i do not like is the fact it is showing items not in stock at all for all the colorways of a shoe or for your size prefrences. I also hate that the fix was to say it may be back in stock when months later it is not. I like adidas but i hate this nike type "we only make so many at a time" sales approach they have with shoes.

FINALLY AN ORDER WENT THROUGH Seems like the app might be on a different system than the website. I had cleared things up with my bank, no holds or anything. The issue is with Adidas but their Customer Service is whack. Call 5 different times and they'll never give you a straight or same answer. I'm just glad the app works! TL;DR - after using 3 different browsers, 3 different payment methods, and multiple devices, I FINALLY was able to complete an order using the app.

Out of 2 orders, one was cancelled for payment issues. The second was complete even tho i put the same info. Great shoes by the way. Now I'm trying to make a third order but its saying issues with billing and address info even tho they are the same and complete. I think your app is erasing the info when saving which stops me from finalizing the payment. Really frustrating especially when the shoes are great and on sale. It either works or it does not. Ridiculous. Downloaded the app to make things more accessible & easier. I searched the app did some shopping, go to check out and there is NO gift card option. Called Adidas customer service, they informed me the app does NOT have that option & to pay with a credit card and use the gift card later or go online to use that gift card option. However, they then say you will have to RESEARCH and put the 12 items in your app cart back into your online cart. NO auto updating from app to online accoun

I put in an order for multiple pairs of shoes and the entire order was cancelled because one of them ran out. The app never gave any indication the order was cancelled...very confusing and frustrating. After trying to order the other shoes, I was blocked because some information was incorrect. After multiple attempts to order products through this app I just gave up because it is useless to keep wasting time.

Everything about the app is good and simple to use, but the main issue in this is the problem with the memorization of logging in. Everytime I leave the app and come back after a while, it logs me out without me knowing until I realize some features are missing and it's the most annoying thing yet... Also when it comes to going to the return & refund page, all I get is a blank page no matter how much I refresh.

The app is somewhat like the site, except it's set up more like an advertisement. It's more dedicated to showing you what it thinks you should buy, instead of allowing you to browse through their inventory through the filters that you yourself apply. At least, when it comes to the opening page. Browsing the app is far more tedious than the website. Also, trying to place an order was a real struggle. I gave up after many, many tries and just went to the website instead. It took no less than 3 minutes once I did that, and that's not an exaggeration. Overall all I think the app is okay if you just want to "window shop" and not actually purchase anything...

Just installed the app and signed into my Creators Club account. It doesn't properly show my list of preferred interests. For example, I've selected Originals, running, and soccer, but it insists on listing unrelated interests, like football, and doesn't list soccer. When I check the website using my computer, the interests I selected are correct. I haven't tried ordering anything, but this doesn't reflect positive customer experience.

Continually going backwards. Scrolling through items results in seeing the same items again and again while nothing loads. There is no longer a way to chat with an agent and some ordered items weren't actually available though Adidas will still show it "pending". Update: My order was cancelled because they sold me a jacket they didn't actually have in stock. Sketchy business and waited two weeks to get the email that my "in transit" order couldn't be fulfilled. I called customer service to ask about my order and was told it's "back ordered". Lies. Terrible...

This app is OK. It's clean, easy to use, and everything are reachable. But, when looking through items, the items repeats over and over, which gets really boring. And why does shipping takes so long, I ordered 3 items within the app, and it took almost 3 weeks, to the point where I forgotten that I ordered something here. Please fix that, I don't want to be a bad customer, but I'm not buying anything within this app again until they fix that.
