Android & iPhone apps are terrible! computer is okay Using a computer is okay but not great. The Android & iPhone apps are unusable. They're absolutely unusable to get the work done I need. I have to go to the computer. This is unacceptable in this day and age. please put some major attention to your apps.

I'm just starting to use the mobile app but so far it's excellent for keeping track of the progress of your daily and even weekly tasks. I believe it's way easier to add and view your task (their details too) than other apps/web pages and any other program I've tried till now.

ClickUp is marketed to small and medium teams, but its support isn't built for them. When our needs changed, we asked for flexibility and waited months for a reply, passed between account contacts who kept leaving. Billing reminders were the only messages that arrived on time. The software works. The experience showed us a company more focused on collecting payments than on supporting the teams it sells to. We will not be renewing.

Everything you need in a project management app plus lots more. You can set it up easily by asking chat gpt to help you. But first state your use case. Believe me it's fantastic!

Clickup is the best

Eh... Decent, not really good yet on mobile (smartphone). For example: Sort on My Tasks based on Statues is not grouped by status (it's separated by List or Folder) . So if you want to see all To-do or In-progress tasks, etc, you will see completed task in the middle of it. On desktop (Mac), however, it's shown right.

I honestly love click-up. have used other productivity apps, of course, but this one is my favorite because of the ease of use, sharing, time tracking, and the fact all is in one. still using free version, would be bummed if they discontinued it.

mobile login is not happening

the app is buggy. I am seeing messages in notification but when I am trying to open the app it is asking for a login id and password. other than minor bugs like this one it works okay and serves it purpose.

A couple of months ago I wrote to support that I can't login into an app on Android and we go through a process of proofing and you know what, literally NOTHING changed. they didn't fix anything. they said they are in a phase of fixing. Till know they could fix a SpaceX project and not login to their app. I don't need a kind response or non sense reasons or explain of phases I need app to work but that is too much obviously.

the app is really good but it show messages twice in notification bar and the biggest headache on this app is when I try to share any image into chat it did not loads we tried on multiple mobiles but it doesn't work

i absolutely love ClickUp - been using it everyday for last 2 years . the desktop version is great, but the App, I'm not happy with. it logs me out and then I'm not able to sign in again. I select login, enter the details and the verification code .and then it takes me back to login page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times and nothing helps. so unfortunately only 3 stars.

Can't even log in (using Google SSO). A cocktail of login errors, ranging from the ClickUp app simply showing a blank screen, to showing me already logged in on Google but refusing to get past the login screen, to "Malformed request", to a Google error saying "Error 400. That's all we know." Completely useless.

Replaced all of my management and AI assistance tools with One before I had to switch tabs everything I wanted to do something, but now with clickup and its new Brain AI, I can do project management, team communication, and documentation and workflow in one place with exteme efficency.

*still not working, can't get passed get started page. customer support gave me advice akin to "power cycle your device" which none of it worked. 😀. employer pays 300 a month for an app that don't work. app is stuck in some form of a login loop bug or error. deleting and redownloading does not fix the issue. app is broken. "get started" loads webpage, enter info, sends text code to cell, enter on page, hit sign in. reloads to the app. where it stays on "get started" page.

I can't express how satisfied I am with Click up, not only they're rolling updates and improvements to the app every month but the team is prioritizing the integration with AI which allow us to build highly intuitive agents that automate tedious process and now we can even implement skills as wells

For some reason, when trying to log in, it logs you in, and says "welcome back! and then suddenly puts you at the start again where there's only the get started and log in button. you can only log in successfully with the web. I dont know why.

the limit of 60 custom fields edits (not unique fields) is so limiting! borderline false advertising of their free tier.

I cannot give a higher grade to this mobile app because they still have a problem of enabling me to smoothly log into it. And that problem persists for too long a time. I see other people struggle with the same problem and the developers do not seem to care to fix it. Without a helpful mobile app, the web- and the desktop- app also lose value because we cannot use it on the phone while on the go. It is pity because the web/desktop app is pretty appealing.

i personally like the platform and even willing to pay and its really better then most of the compitators but the thing is like all of our team needs to use it like they feel overvelmed like it's like too many features make it like simple like make the user select which interface they want like remove some features from the interface they don't need it would be great

The latest app update just removed "Time Tracker" widget, it was a useful gadget.

The first impression vanished, when the price offered as 12$ turned to 16$ on the next page somehow, and the next month it become 24$. Not trustworthy paymentwise. I am the only one user, by the way

just like every other AI app, they say 7 day free trial, but they cut you off by limiting your usage. So you're left high and dry with no solution.

A lot of the website version features are not in the Android version. I'm not able to create an event in my Planner, cannot change the background of my video in SyncUp, etc.

1. Needs better widgets like a task/reminder list for the day. 2. Current inbox widget does not include reminders added via the reminder widget OR it's own reminder button. 3. Reminders added in the main screen of the app turn up on the inbox widget but no way to add to that reminders screen outside opening the app 4. No way to interact within the inbox website to check off tasks/reminders already completed.

Terrible app. can't even create a folder and upload some files. they won't let me delete my account. the confirm button does nothing.

Too much complex. Need to create Workspace, Space, Lists... to create a simple task. And deleting tasks is complicated on Android. Not usable efficiently.

I installed this app ONE TIME - YEARS ago, and I'm still getting emails about it! Most recent one was some lie about ClickUp giving G2 (some review platform) a list of their "most engaged users" and that I was on that list. I regret giving this app a chance. Don't install if you don't want spam.

it's really good if you want a personal management (work...etc..), this app has a lot of feature. i've tried a lot of similar app, but the feature is quite expensive, luckily this app could save your budget.

Simply the best project management app in the world. Nothing comes close. If you're thinking about using ClickUp, don't. Just use it, it's perfect. I've been using it for years for free and never had an issue once. If I had money I would not only subscribe to the highest tier but also donate as a thank you for this amazing experience. good app, good intentions. i do struggle with finding agents and templates for to do lists. i can't rotate the app either for horizontal work.

more easy and convenient

Unusable on Android tablet. I downloaded this seeking an app with multiple layers of subtask nesting but the app told me I needed to enable this in the "app centre" via an array of pathways that did not exist. Why would there even be an option to enable or disable this setting? Surely if you didn't want it you'd just not use it.

I tried this briefly over a year ago (maybe even over 2 years ago). The notifications were annoying and it didn't meet my needs so I deleted my account - or so I thought - uninstalled it and moved on. I got an email this morning telling me my AI usage limits have been reset. Download it again to try to delete the account. The ''Delete Account'' link is hidden under the menu for my phone and can't be selected... BUT now I have 2 workspaces to try and delete.

this app is such a blotware, I can't even login, it takes me to the browser and when I get back it's just a black screen , this app is 180mb of blotware, such a waste of time

update: clickup support sent me unrelated doc and suggested voting for feature....this is a bug you introducd in update. dropping to 1 star as should not be this hard to get bugs fixed. I notified multiple weeks ago that most file types (eg docx, msg, eml) that don't preview natively have had Share rather than Open action added in update making these documents inaccessible on Android without a lot of faff. This should have been a fast update patch to correct this bug, but nothing yet?

Hello. I use the browser mostly so I tried the app today. I downloaded the app but every time I try to log in to the app it redirects me to the browser then back to the log in page in a continuous cycle. kindly assist.

I am not able to install the Mobile app even trying the multiple options like restartting the phone tried to install using different network, tried on different days. I am using oneplus Nord model.

Terrible experience, logging in with Google is a complete nightmare.

Click Up apps have a bug that I upload photos, files from Phone, cannot open by another end , which bring us to page 404 when i click the said file. this happen to our team. when we first raised this issue was at the end of the year of 2025, official write in by email on Jan 2026. they just replied that they will investigate but nothing have done. the support or technician team is useless, now we have to always works around to upload the photo or files. Really annoying!

mobile functionality is not great. Ui elements are not displaying properly. Language option opens up the app in system settings. Sends me email notifications without a clear option to turn them off.

Your Google account login doesn't work. I've switched browsers every single time for the Google login, and it still won't redirect back to the app at all.

Unable to Login. Keeps looping me around no matter how many times I enter email and password. Browser login works. I was thinking of switching from another project manager app but doesn't seem like this will work for my needs. Uninstalling.

I have tried multiple times and I am unable to login. when I try to use email and password, after submitting the form, it takes me back to the Get Started screen. When I tried logging in with Google, it stufk after selecting an account.

Something is seriously wrong with this app. I can't sign in. My team sent me an invite weeks ago and i can't sign in. Granted its been months since I opened the app but what it's happening? It keeps taking me back to the sign in page. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled same problem.

Cannot trust messages to get pushed in a timely way

The app is functionally useless b/c of (1) the widget only showing "today" tasks & ignoring things like "overdue", and (2) user complaints being largely ignored. Searching for common complaints on forums or reviews, it does seem like the developers direct user complaints away from public forums or star rating reviews. Issues from >1 yr ago don't seem addressed. If issues are fixed, l will update my rating. Otherwise, it remains 1 star - it's easier to just open my laptop & use it there.

google sign in doesn't work

Good features except the AI Notetaker often labels the wrong person in the meeting notes and for next actions. Having to manually review and fix defeats the purpose of paying for a service. The notes are from Notetaker being a participant in the meeting. I fed the transcripts to other AI services. and they all labeled people for tasks properly. Support doesn't provide a workable solution.

It's second time, it's just not opening. Can't always try reinstalling!

I love the desktop version but the app doesn't work for writing comments or anything on tasks and the task view is not set up in a way that makes it clear what are today tasks or not (it doesn't show things easily and accurately.) I still use it to close tasks when I am away from my computer but it is so frustrating that the comment features do not work. (Android)

It lags on both laptops and phones. It's slow on almost all laptops, even those with a Core i5 or higher, and it also lags on most phones.

I can't log in. I enter my username and password and then it just kicks me back to the page on which you enter your username creating an endless loop. Trying to get set up on the desktop version has been a true struggle with numerous bugs and incorrect instructions from their AI hallucinating things that don't exist to the interface breaking repeatedly. I still want it to work but now there isn't even a usable ap so I'm not sure how long I'm going to continue the struggle.

I use my google account for my clickup, but the app doesn't give that option.. I mean it's android literally google services are everywhere, I'll stick with only pc version, it's a shame.

Must to have it

the web app is super fantastic. However, the mobile app is awful. the user experience is very bad. for example I link my account to Google, and to login in the mobile app it asks me for the email then asks me the password!!! there is no option to login with Google as the web app which is insane that I can't access the account directly like any other ordinary app.

I tried a few apps before this and this one is the most versatile. it can have a bit of a learning curve at first but once you figure out how you want to set it up it's great, you just have to keep up with changing statuses properly. You can build it to suit almost any type of project managment. I recommend start with one project and work it through so you can decide how you want to set it up before you have to change a whole host of projects.

Not sure what has happened in the latest update but I'm not longer getting push notifications on my phone at the time set. Same as my tablet. I haven't changed any settings. Please fix this as it's my main reason for using this app.

It's unbelievable how bad the mobile app is. If I type into a chat box the text doesn't show up, microphone stays on when I'm off calls at night. Half the functionality is missing.

The phone app feels like an afterthought! 😟 Please make it look as clean as the desktop app. Allow us to hide the clutter we don't use. Give us more ways to customize please, so that we can get to where we need to be quicker! ty Oh! And can you please make more widgets? It would be awesome to have a task list that you can resize on your home screen how you want. Select which space, folder or list we want to display, and in what order.

I am absolutely obsessed with Clickup desktop, but the mobile app leaves much to be desired in contrast. To pick just 2 annoyances, the widget can be buggy - delayed refreshing, the icon on the top right *should open the full app. As well the android status bar quick add icons are completely non functional. The app works well but the "My Tasks" could really use an overhaul.

I have tried to login using my company email, it redirects to webview, then after logging in there it redirects back to app login, this cycle continues like 5 6 times so had to stop using it

Clickup works very fast on my phone and everything is smooth. I canceled another app I had used for years because that one was not.

I use clickup for few years now and it's the best project management platform I found comparing all the major players at the time. The biggest strength and challenge at the same time it's how customizable it is - you need to know what you need to set it up correctly for your use case. Mobile app developed a LOT over the years. Now it's fully usable and quick; however the same rule applies - you need to set it up to make it compatible with your workflow.

The mobile views on tasks are awful.

I run a startup with a team of 13 and while we love clickup and pay for premium for the whole team, the app login is actually horrible. Nothing I do lets me login and the 2 factor authentication is a nightmare. The whole thing is a nightmare to be honest.

Forced charge of 300CAD$ on account without any authorization. Plans and Website mapping confusing and purposely hidden facturations and bills configuration. NOT worth yet. Need more work on this apps.

I like this app. But it is kind of overwhelming with too many options when a beginner does not need it. e.g I am starting for my personal use first but it is asking first start here and send messages to your team which I don't have now.

Edit: I dropped my review from two stars to just one. Do not use this app. It is utter garbage, and the team doesn't have your productivity as a priority. You will be spammed with ads for their AI features, but you will not get basic functionality for what you need. I mainly use Lists in Clickup - in addition to lacking many features that are on desktop, infuriating bugs like reordering your list items randomly will haunt your productivity. I'm cancelling my subscription.
