Excellent app! It's like a seasoned mechanic in your pocket. The ui could be a bit more polished (I definitely saw a few error messages I wasn't supposed to see), but functionally it is awesome.

First use... HUGE FAIL. this doesn't have critical wire color description for replacing harnesses. Showed a wire diagram that didn't even come close to what was existing in the vehicle, added a tccm that doesn't exist in the system.

I was skeptical 🤔🤨 at first, but wow I will say this app is darn good. thanks for the help on my Hyundai Veracruz.

Mediocre, limited knowledge, not enough features, constant vibration on keyboard with no way to turn off, not compatible with brand new Bluetooth OBD scanner.

Amazing. The fee version is unmatched.

Work great at first; however, as it stands I am unable to use app after a $4.99 subscription payment. All I now see is a white screen with 2 sideways T's or rather app is stuck on home screen for this app.

I really liked this app before they did the update and changed the format. now I can't find any of my past inquiries and diagnostics. I see my garage, but it seems like I have to start all over again with everything. I did a repair guide inquiry a few days ago and now I can't find it. I'm using the version with ads.

It worked great until the recent update. All my points were gone and had to log in the app. Eventhough I never logged out. Don't remember my login info. After losing everything, including the diagnostic conversation, I uninstalled the app. Update: I was able to find everything I thought I lost and was finally able to log into my account. 3 stars for now until I navigate the new update. Everything changed. This was no small update.

Wow, latest update really neutered this app. They cut way back on features in free version, in particular only being allowed 1 vehicle and only 3 questions a day. Totally pathetic compared to what it used to be. For example, I was able to accumulate the number of questions I could ask (had like 25, obtained by watching ads) and for any vehicle. Gave 2 stars because it does give you good information but severe lack of usability now.

Wow ... it used to be awesome! Did an update, completely different app. Useless now. Deleted. (From 5 stars to 0 stars).

terribly designed app it didnt listen to anything I said and just spun forever when asked a question and doesnt really answer just regurgitated what I already told it a complete waste of time

I am using a large screen tablet. Would love this app more if I could use it with tablet in landscape mode instead of portrait. Some better optimization for tablets would be great. Also, the app does not provide automatic transmission overhaul procedures... a real bummer, as all the popular repair information subscription based software/application(s) do. UPDATE..... I see great improvement since 8June 2026. These updates finally making sense

Seems to be pretty amazing it's pretty well the entire mobile diagnostics and the advise on the issue from real mechanics with instructional videos and printable and everything linked built right into the app. For one that works right from your phone it's a dang good app.

Watch videos to be able to ask questions is how it used to work, I watched hundreds of videos so that I could ask a lot of questions, you got paid for me watching those videos, I can only ask 5 messages per day now, I got ripped off! Make as many excuses as you like when replying to this, but the fact of the matter is, you got paid, I got ripped off! *You said you had a fix and would sort it out if I went into the app, settings, support, where is the solution, its not there!*

this app is a total waste. even with a paid subscription they tell you nothing in depth. a small child could help you more

not getting wire diagram

Love the app, very helpful info, but when it updated, I was logged out, info lost and now I am being asked to upgrade again. That isn't gonna happen.

doesn't have certain vehicles in app such as hyundai i40 nissan xtrail etc

they don't give you enough messages in the free trial to do even a very basic diagnostic. might be something worth paying for, or it might be absolute garbage. No way to tell in the limited number of messages they give you for free and I'm not willing to pay a monthly subscription based on what I was allowed to try free

Not as advertised. DO NOT BUY IT. I needed some wiring diagrams and when I saw the advertisement video it showed that I would get some wiring diagrams andI went ahead and bought it. However after paying subscription (of course) I was not able to get the diagrams. I only got a message saying "Unfortunately we do not have data for you car" So, I think that is false advertisement and lie to people just to get the money. AGAIN DO NOT BUY IT. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT DIAGRAMS ARE. ( I CAN'T PUT ZERO)

I installed the app created a login and it wouldn't load for me. I tried uninstalling it then installed it again and it still didn't work. The screen just turned white when I tried logging in.

Real cool app & very reasonable premium options. The level I'm subscribed in is just $4.99/month & so far, everything has been addressed knowledgeably. Wiring/parts diagrams, parts/tool finder, diagnostics, repair guides, OBD decoder, & more. For DIY mechanics, this app is a no-brainer.

wouldn't allow me to pick categories or enter vin number. couldn't do any input whatsoever.

love it worth paying for for sure. but even just the free version is great. very helpful, very detailed, and overall just awesome app. No need to worry whether or not the guy at the parts store just works there or if they know anything about mechanics. it seems like every time I go it's always a person who just sells stuff. like go in and ask them if they have blinker fluid and instead of laughing they actually go try and find it. they should also get this app. good for people who don't know too

I think technical guide should be with proper diagram of suspected module and its wiring...just word explanation does not help finding solution to the problem or guiding technicians.

WORST APP!,working on my vehicle for 6 months I've been using your app for about two I want my money back your AI has been blatantly lying to me the entire time and it cost me a severe amount of time and money. and I have the receipts to prove it. I look forward to your email so I can send you these pictures. I'm so flipping pissed off right now. I went back to this to just check it out to see if anything changed it's even worse do not use this app they take your money and it won't help you

THIS WORKS, No I am not certified or have prior experience in working on a vehicle, but backed into a corner with no finances to afford it, I used this app to help me through it, I felt confident enough to change spark plugs and ignition coils due to a misfire, no service engine soon light on anymore. This app saved my maxipad/Maxima Nissan/ and presented the diagnosis and fix in terms I can comprehend. THIS APP IS THE ONLY APP I WILL CONTINUE TO PAY FOR CAUSE IT HELPED ME.

this ai diagnostic tool is one you need. it's as good as any paid version and it's better than Ask

im not about to pay for an app or AI that needs me to correct it on where a part is located and can't give or find me a pic when requested. im pretty disappointed as this has such potential if it could be correct instead of giving false information, which delays making the repair.

This app has really improved in the last year I asked the AI a very complicated question about a electronic diag, on a honda and it point me to the part I though was the problem to begin with, very impressive.

Rubbish. An APP that MAY work for cars exported to the USA, but NOT for my French Citroen or Swedish Volvo in Australia. Author notified. APP uninstalled. But Google still stole $AUS13,99 from my account. I WANT IT BACK!

Ai needs work. I asked a parts question and then I asked a follow-up question and it had no idea I was on the same subject...within 45 seconds of the initial question! It likely has a ton of info, but getting to it may be improved.

So far I really like the app. Love the easy-to-use diagnostics (yes/no, on to the next step if no, etc). Unless your car often breaks down though a monthly subscription seems unnecessary. If there were a one-time fee (or perhaps once a year) charge on a per vehicle (like the old paper manuals) rather than monthly or an ad per question (maybe have add-ons for more in-depth repairs etc) basis. With something like that I would love it even more.

need a lil more update on finding diagrams but overall good

my experience with this app has been the difference maker, with only having grade 3 or 4 experience in engine work i was able to rebuild my engine from engine coils and up .(4.7l V8) Ask detailed questions Questions about the name of a part AI never got it wrong After asking it a lot of questions resets are ok Explain what parts are installed and what parts need to be yet after reset 1.watch you tube videos on the step/part 2.AI mechanic conversation 3. refer to engine Manuel. 4.Proceed

Explains the issues and codes very well. Gives excellent repair ideas and advice.
