I suggest not to use acv they will break your bank with all their vehicles with transmission issues and they sell it as green light bought 17 cars in 3 months and 8 of them transmission issue needs transmission and arbitration doesn't work

Bad App ! every single time I wanted to sign in, it freezes and won't let until I clear app storage. I called help in course of 4 weeks 6 times at the end been told we can't fix it.

After the latest update, I’m unable to bid on any vehicles and keep receiving an error. For example, a car shows a current bid of $1,000, but when I open the listing page, the bid resets to $0. Additionally, the ACV Estimated Value, which was previously visible on the vehicle page, now requires navigating to a separate appraisal page. This change disrupts the bidding process and significantly reduces usability. Please review and address these issues as soon as possible.

I just got signed up as a carrier. The load board is very clunky and if you offer a different rate, you never get an update or know if it was accepted or turned down. No notification options available.

BEWARE of ACV Auctions! SCAMMER COMPANY!!!! As many of you other dealers are already aware, ACV has turned into a complete CLOWN SHOW! They would prefer to SCAM their customers rather than do proper business. They USED to be a good source to buy inventory. NO MORE! Their transportation services suck, their "customer service" is non existent, title department sucks, and more importantly now ARBITRATION IS A SCAM! They DO NOT HONOR GREEN LIGHTS!!!!!! REPEAT....THEY DO NOT HONOR GREEN LIGHTS!!!!!!

absolutely the worst auction platform you want to do business with. arbitration mainly what a absolute joke.

easy auction for car purchase

This is the worst platform for car auction. i won 4 cars and the sellers dont agree to the price. if the bid timer ran out and m winning i should get the car. but the sellers reject the bids. i even counter offered the price still they are not happy. then why even have bidding feature. the car should be set to buy now price and let buyers decide if they wana buy or not. the app doesn't even states clearly about title brands clear/salvage. stupid app. I better stick to IAA/Copart.

Sold us car never disclosed mileage issue . Find out much later and of course it's over the 30 days . You admitted the mistake but do nothing for us . No ethics morals in this deal .

I've been using the ACV app to buy cars for over 5 years with relatively no technical issues. For some reason, now it doesn't filter to my saved searches... I've re installed, updated when available , but now it shows me cars in NJ, California, and Indiana when I check ready to sell

Best auction I have used by far. Everything is transparent and they stand behind there arbitration policy and never try to give you the run around. I truly feel they work for you and not the other way around which is rare in an auction, and there commitment to making sure every seller is honest is a huge plus. I don't use any other auction. App is extremely easy to navigate and understand as well.

Finally after over a year of annoying alerts on my phone. They have the bugs worked out of it. Now if only we could get rid of the legacy filter.

App has improved dramatically. However, on the mobile app you can't see the location while browsing. Only once you click open the listing. Bringing back the location would be greatly appreciated.

I liked this app when it was 20 minute auctions and the previous design. Also quit wasting people's time with the live appraisals. Nobody bids on them because they never sell. Tired of having to click thru 20 lots that are live appraisal

So simple and easy to use. Unfortunately have hit the reserve and been high bidder on multiple cars and did not win. These cars have been for clients. As a new dealer this has been crushing. My account manager does not reach back to me on cars. Will change rating if improvements are made.

App is buggy. Constantly getting notifications for cars out side my search settings. They blamed my phone. Problem persists with new phone. Problem is clearly on their end.

What's up with AMP? It stopped showing up on app, I uninstalled and reinstalled, it's one of the most important features of the app to be able to hear the engine! Please lmk what's going on and how to fix it. I bought 260 cars last year via app and this is a serious problem!

Today I buy tons of cars on ACV. 4 star rating for only the app. Until I can manage the notification volume, I won't be able to provide 5th star.

Overall a very good platform & very user-friendly. Cutting edge technology. Tonight however none of the audio clips are loading & playing. Sure it's a glitch but inconvenient when you're hunting down cars after hours - if there is a such thing.

Prices insane but good app

Everytime I hit the back button in the app it logs me out. At least 5x a day and always when I'm bidding on cars . How about app developers fix that

Very glitchy after recent update. Keeps logging me out and audio will only play for a second. Certainly affecting my ability to use the app.

Developers of the app need to build a section for titles. Whether it's received , mailed or the status of the title in the app. Backlots does it like that. And the titles take consistently 30 days to get. Need a better title dept and to not even charge us for the car until the title is received by acv then charge us it will give incentive to the title team to move faster

Notifications are way late. Notifying me on sections i turned off and miles ranges not where i put the settings. Please fix!!!!

Nice to be able to use the app and buy cars whenever and wherevwr however the notifications of this app are dreadful. There is no way to change the sound or even turn down the volume and it is very loud and annoying. Should be able to change the alerts and to have one for new cars and one for bids.

I have had great luck so far with acv however this app sucks ass nothing more annoying then scrolling through and clicking on something you see... Then backing out to the run list and it resets you to either the top or some random spot in the list and now you have to start scrolling all over again it makes me not even want to click on a car to look at it because im gonna loose my place on the run list and it happens every single time til i eventually loose intrest and just stop looking...

Neat concept, but they won't let you sell a vehicle unless you post it for their price. Not really an auction then is it?

love acv. that app just makes it even more convenient to buy cars. no longer have to sit at the desk. I can bid on cars anywhere anytime... however the past 3 days we have noticed an issue with the app and android phones. but our partner is an iPhone guy and the app works great on his phone. please help us fix this. we have done everything...

Started off great but they have quickly become like all other online platforms. One of the bigger issues, once you have been confirmed as the winner and made payment and the cash pulled from your account you may still loose the vehicle.

The volume for the auction notifications is to loud even with the volume set low on the phone.,it's nice to be notified, but why don't the volume change with the rest on the phone?

Horrible weasels. arbitration is non-existent and they will weasel anyway they can out of your rights. Arbitration will base parts off of the cheapest junk yard parts in the country and labor rates from Mexico. They do not care about the customer, but only defending the seller.

How can I mute the alerts of new cars being listed.. That chirp sound is cool but annoying at times during work hours. I don't want to have to turn complete phone ringer and notifications off as I do need certain alerts throughout my day... Just not every car going up on the block.

They Lose paperwork, charge you for vehicle and buyers fees, charge extra for extended arbitration but take weeks and weeks to deliver titles and lien releases... meanwhile if you don't pay and pickup they shut you off. Pickup vehicle 5 hours away only for them to not produce a title and then it's up to you??? Competition is coming for ACV and then their ripoff will be over...The worst of the worst in the auto auction field. Stick with ADESA and Manheim at least they honor their own rules

the new version works alot better just i notice cars are alot higher on the app they start off higher than the physical auctions would that needs to change you are gonna pay more for cars on this acv app

Giant pain. Too many sold vehicles to scroll through. "Unsold" apparently mean sold...scrolling through you can not actually get to the end most times. Looks like you should be able to watch vehicles, cant figure out how...Eventuality it ends up taking you back to the top. I love the concept of the app, but lots of bugs.

Not a bad app freezes a lot at the wrong time. I lost the alert sound when a new auction starts, was working then my phone updated and the alerts stopped..

The founder of the company strongly believes in his product and stands by it fully.
