The are very big schamers and full of fraud. In the online app they are showing bonus vouchers upon certain amount of purchase. But will deliberately exclude one or two items from your order 'even if you have selected the option for alternative item in case of out of stock items' to bring down the amount of order from the eligible amount for issuing bonus voucher.

أسوأ تطبيق ممكن تتعاملو معه ما في خدمة عملاء لو ترن ١٠٠ مرة ما بردوا

تفتح التطبيق تلاقي عرض، تروح الفرع ماتلاقي العرض. مع العلم انه مو مكتوب ان العرض للتطبيق فقط. عيب على إسم مثل بنده يلجأ للحركات النص كم هذي.

المشكلة مو بالتطبيق، المشكلة في خدمة العملاء إلي خلف التطبيق، في حال واجهتك أي مشكلة، صعب تتواصل مع أي أحد أو تحصل أحد يحل المشكلة

تطبيق تعبان خصمو المبلغ ولا اكدو الطلب وطلع خطا انه مافي slot طيب ليش يحط لك وقت وانا دفعت خلال ال ٧ الدقائق الأولى تبغى تتواصل مع الدعم يكتب لك داومنا في ايام الاسبوع من الساعة ٩ صباحا الى الساعة ١ صباحا ومافي احد يرد على الدعم حق الواتس اب و خدمة العملاء الرقم يقولك بس يعطيك الدوام وينهي المكالمة

Extremely worst OTP authentication system. Even after entering the exact correct OTP, the app constantly shows 'Invalid OTP'. On top of that, after 2 attempts it blocks the account for 1 hour showing limit reached. Customer care has no response and WhatsApp support gave zero resolution. Worst user experience!

The customer service is terrible. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service regarding an issue for three days now, but I haven't been able to reach them. Calls always result in a "busy" signal, attempts to contact via WhatsApp also show as busy, and there is no reply to emails. There is simply no way to resolve any problem that arises.

التحديث الاخير ما يعطيني مجال اغير العنوان ورطني في طلب و العامل مصر استلم من العنوان الخاطئ للأسف كنت سعيد جدا بالتطبيق لكن اصبح سيء اختيار الفاكهة سيء و موقع ما يتغير طيب انا بطلب و انا في الدوام او في مشاوير ليش تحدونا؟

My family visited the store recently, and an employee accused them of taking an item and insisted on checking their handbags, claiming that something had been picked up and placed inside the bag. بندة الأسوأ بلا منازع... ما عمري طلبت منهم إلا ولازم يطلع الطلب إللي دخلت عشانه out of stock يعني يغروك ببضاعة عليها تخفيض وتدخل عشانها وتقضي أشياء تانية عشان في حد أدنى للمشتريات وفي الأخير يقولوا لك أوت أوف ستوك.

It was easy to shop & order & I found several products at good discounts. However, ordering same items, is limited to 3 pieces max . That would require placement of entry of new order and payment, which doesn't satisfy me shopping needs as I have large family. policy should be changed.

لا يوجد خدمة عملاء، في حال واجهتك مشكلة ما تقدر توصل لهم، لا عن طريق الواتس أو الاتصال أو تويتر. حتى الفرع يقولون لك ما نقدر نفيدك بخصوص التطبيق. ما يكفي أنه يكون عندكم تطبيق توصيل ومناديب، إذا ما فيه منظومة كاملة أحسن لكم تكتفون بالوضع التقليدي وتتركون التوصيل لأهله.

The application needs a major overhaul and update. Most items are either unavailable or cannot be found through the search function. Promotions advertised in the flyer as "online only" or "app exclusive" are never available in the app.

Poor experience due to stock unavailability. The system definitely needs better inventory management تجربة سيئة تطلب المنتجات وعند التوصيل تتفاجأ بأن أغلب المنتجات غير متوفرة. المستغرب كيف قبل النظام طلبها من البداية.

worst service in ksa, specially al kharj jaw mall branch. don't ever go to panda. specifically on eid ul adha don't book goat.management here is one of the worst of worst. delivery time is totally unacceptable. everyone here are lier they just lie and make fool. poor planning and poor co-ordination between themselves. once they take money they will ignore.

All items were out of stock, yet they persisted in being listed. Consequently, upon placing an order, certain articles will either be canceled or unilaterally replaced without prior notice. My communications on WhatsApp and via email have been met with silence. On occasion, deliveries were even tardy; I've been waiting for three hours since my last order.
