Excellent Store, always main Quality

The only place to buy authentic products

nice app after updated

good

I expected a far better Jarir app shopping experience but alas, highly disappointing. Seems the team managing online orders simply don't care. I placed order for 6 items and 1 installation service (order value more than 3000). On the app everything is showing delivered. Received only 1 item so far, nobody care to listen. Order at your own risk guys. it's been 24 hours, online complaint raised, provided form also submited, same result. NO ONE IN JARIR CARES, no message no call. 4th day still suck

Good

nice very nice

v good service

Took 3 days to make a purchase using a mada card, the checkout would not submit my CC details. but it did eventually work when I tried it 3 days later and removed purchases.

Useful

Dear Team, I have tried many times to purchase the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy color, but unfortunately, I could not find it in stock at any of your outlets. I am disappointed with the lack of availability and the overall experience. Therefore, I have decided to discontinue using the service and delete my account.

W app ngl, lowkirenuinely tuff , keep it up twin

good service I appreciate

شريط سهم الإعلان مزعج ما قدرنا نشتري شيء بسببه . من المصمم الغبي الذي وضعه ؟؟🤨

good

the app is good it it won't load the screen, it's white, and the logo, please fix it

I placed the iPhone 18 Pro Max preorder and the app shows that my order will be delivered by 26th September to 2nd of October but after the order is placed the delivery date is moved to the 8th of October. That's clearly cheating.

good

Please add dark mode to whole app because white backgrounds harm the eyes.

أسعار نوعا ما غالية لكنهم رائعون

nice app good approach

poorly built. hard to navigate. your best bet is to just go to the physical jarir store but even that the customer service there has always been iffy. I'm a fan of jarir but this is not a good app. the user experience is frustrating due to constant lag and redirections to the main page. it's difficult to apply for installations both in real life and in app. I had high hopes but I'm greatly disappointed by the performance of this app, hopefully they test it for themselves and fix the issues

Great

good

good and easy to use the app

slow ... address option in uae need adjustment

nice because i mediately to proses

I currently can't change the quantity of an item, can you please allow that in the shopping cart edit: I lowered my rating from 4 stars, because the devs solution was to update the app(which it is updated) or switch to browser. For the future, don't say anything if that's your response

Good
