Good app recommended to everyone to use

For a newer shopping app, its been great tbh, great alternative to the regular ones like amazon and ebay, loving it right now, and hope it continues to get better, great job so far 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

good 👍

good, each time conntent !

perfect timing, good service, good quality

Her gün yeni özel bildirim kanalı açarak kullanıcılarınızı taciz ediyorsunuz. Madem uymayacaksınız, niye kanallara bölme ihtiyacı hissediyorsunuz ki? Sadece sipariş bildirimleri açık kalsın diyemiyoruz. Zaten Çin kerhanesi gibi uygulama. Girer girmez 22 tane reklam fırlatıyor yüzüne.

They don’t deliver on time, and there’s no option for the customer to cancel. It only gets cancelled when they choose to do it themselves; there’s no way for us to cancel it manually. I have been contacting support for 20 days, but I haven't received any solution yet. 😡😢😡

iade sürecinde müşterinin yanında değilsiniz. arızalı ürünü bana 2 defadır gönderiyorsunuz. ürün bana gelsin direkt sileceğim üyeliğimi

good services

nice but my mom does not let me buy anything 😕 😒

wow

excellent

great prices. fantastic products.

always swift, going through the App. The discounts are really tempting 😀 even when you don't intend to spend

have much items , i like this

awful. the robot thing doesn't answer properly. hate!!!!

nice products with affordable price

The return policy is too bad

mabrok

very good app

Great shopping experience. Only thing I can mention when the supplier takes an unreasonable time to deliver even from the same country you need to intervene. Coupons won't cut it.

Bad Experience, waste of time and money, full of bugs and fake weel ads

every things in one place.

Reasonable price and order delivered on time thanks

good

v nice 👍👍👍

since one week it gives me blank page when I open the app.. I hope to solve this issue ASAP.

very nice useful app I enjoy to buy from trendyol

average

it's vary good till now

I love the app , i have been using it for a while but my only comment that that the products are not the same in every country,, that's what I figured out !!

easy order

very good

not good but not bad

The worst and the most useless customer service, basically it doesn't exist! I have purchased a fragrance, after 12 days of waiting they send me a message to cancel the order because the seller doesn't have the product on stock. I'm losing a cupon of almost 20 eur and they give me back a compensation coupon of 10 eur which cannot be used. You cannot pass the Ai to reach to a human and they do not answer to your email either. Stay away!!!

App very easy to use

it's just fantastic 😍

Best offers , with least prices for high brands

No return!!!!!!! the seller send me wrong item and I ordered 5 of them all was wrong,,, the was No return!!!!!! bad app

this new version of app has an error and wouldnt load on my phone anymore!

All perfect

very nice app and affordable price

nice apps

very good, easy and discount full.

good variants

good

What a horrible app. I fill in my last name, the one on my passport. Guess what!!!! Not accepted by the app. What a joke.

best shopping site. fully orginal things.

Everything OK! I recommend Trendyol! 👍

The assistance is automated and does little to help. No return order button. Takes ages to get assistance especially in English. At this point can't recommend buying electronics on trendyol unless you are a glutton for misery.

nice

Excellent

the price & discount was the best! I like it. thank you trendyol now i'm waiting to see my orders

good

worst app when it comes to size !! who put small and medium as one size !!!

Delivered a wrong order and less quantity

good app easy to use

very good reliable service from UAE

kolay gelsin firmasi yuzunden 1 yildiz veriyorum , 0 yildiz olsaydi verirdim

the best app ever

if you staying in Turkey it's very useful app

nice

,👍🏻

good

good

awful UI, small icons, app is overloaded with tons of useless information. Check Amazon app, make something similar. Bad user experience.

Excellent, good products, high quality, nice price, fast delivery with local stores. You can ask the owner about a product and they quickly respond.

number one app good for shopping

SCAM ALERT!!! Before signing up the price of the product is showing low and once you signed up with your account the same product priced is increased.

its very good experience trendyol 👍🏽

very easy to order and very good prices

I like trendyol good quality items

great

So nice

good service

giremiyorum benden kaynakli buyuk ihtimalle bi hata olustu diyor ama int fln cekiyor ne bilim degisuk bisi

always sending wrong products, I always have bad experiences either sending different items or different colors or different size so disappointed

this is exilleant market place.

Good App

very good

They only delivered on time once ,second time they delayed for 2 weeks I had to cancel the order, I place order on Saturday it's showing shipped already but haven't received yet,so slow,if they delay this time I am uninstalling this app for good😏😒

supper

I personally enjoy shopping with you, fast delivery and Incase of return refund is done on time.

Scammers paradise. Majority of the ad listings on there are using AI enhanced images, and the product you receive looks nothing like the photos. There is no way to contact Trendyol directly, they claim to have a live chat, which doesn't work, and a contact form, which only works in Turkish and is only for Intellectual Property Rights, Media/Press and Collaboration Notice, so useless if you actually want to have a conversation with a real person about your experience on the platform.

perfectly

good quality product and affordable price

I ordered some goods, the goods arrived, I checked it and there were defects, so I returned the goods, the goods arrived but I have not received my money back yet, even though more than a month has passed since I returned the goods, why is this? Isn't this a scam? I waited a long time for the money to be returned.

رائع

best app and fast delivery with freee chatges

I love Trendyol so much.

Orders arrive too late.

Maile kod gelmiyor.

very fast and convenient

foarte mișto aplicația

one of the best app way much better than Amazon

good service

so nice

i am happy with trebdiyo

good

excellent thank you

efficient and fast deliveries..

good 👍😊

good

excellent

a lot of products. fast delivery. lots of coupons

very nice shopping app. great discounts offers always. genuine products.

Preturi mai mari in cos, decât cele afisate

They give you excellent prices while shopping, and everything changes at the checkout! Not honest. Shame on you.

Verry good app

ok

I placed my order with them on October 6, but today is October 24, and I still haven’t received it. They have taken my money, but they still haven’t delivered my order. Whenever I message them, they can’t give me any proper updates. It has been 18 days, and I still have no information about my order. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Overall best experience

They delivered a completely wrong, extremely heavy item and refused to pick it up. Live support told me to carry the heavy item to the cargo branch myself if the courier doesn't show up, ignoring basic consumer rights. Avoid.

I ordered clothes through this app, and the quality was extremely poor. The material feels cheap and does not match what was shown online. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend it.

very good

good app for shopping

keeps pushing me to AI assistant which is useless and keeps closing the conversation without transferring to a real human interface

Good app

There is a weird requirement setting that is a security breach.

the product was good, the delivery man was kind,,,what you see what you recieved

très simple

trendyol my favourite onlineshopping

Good price for quality products..

Thanks you so much

Excellent

changing prices (upwards) once in the cart is misinformation. Otherwise good products.

I just download the app and wondering why it's need permission to track other app on my phone !!! Also I can't proceed without giving this permission.. so i lost my trust because of this and i decided to cancel it all

very good

👍

To tell you the truth far too many stressful codes ...one is enough! you have email phone number. big order. why mess up with the client's brain? And I have been waiting way too long ,my money blocked, when I ordered 3,received only one, and paid 3!!! I returned the product, and after 7 days no message from the seller or whoever is responsible. Sorry but this never happened in years of shopping on TEMU for example. It is unpleasant and also rings a bell where to go shopping next!

bad experience! I ordered a coffee machine but received a soap holder 😅. I returned the item as received, but Trendyol refused my refund, claiming I returned the wrong item. expecting from me to return item I never recieved, it was thier mistake, but I lost my money! Absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from Trendyol.

no fake what I pay for is what I get, quality matters

good app, need to bound sellers to sell original products

good

0 support. no one can respond.

the item is good and smooth transaction.

I'm giving it 3 points because when I try to open the app, it never opens and it kicks me out. Other than that, it's a great app; imagine having to access it through Google and I need to delete and reinstall it to use it.

Good service

5+ for app and logistic

could not update my personal info. the app didn't even accept my phone number saying provide valid number...I am using this number for 15 years! the clothing items also don't have sizes clearly mentioned (measurements)...app needs lot of improvement
