Very disappointing experience! I paid extra for same-day express delivery, but my order was split between two days. Customer support was extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and kept repeating scripted responses instead of providing a solution. Even the second representative showed the same attitude. This is not how customers should be treated. Poor service and zero accountability!

noon is not good in service they took my induction on 6th Oct, after completing 25 days of service .. they still asking for processing.. what is that ... 25 days is too much for service anything now I am done with noon.. don't need your service anymore

Hi Team I would like to suggest adding more Indian brands to Noon. Currently, there are not many Indian brands available. Please add Red Tape shoes as well, as they are very popular and sell well in India. Also, please introduce more good-quality branded products at affordable prices. This will attract more customers and increase sales Thank you for your support

Its horrible to shop from noon when you sort your results and get ads every 4-6 products. Thats the only reason I dont buy things with Noon and prefer Amazon.

Noon help line service is very very bad specially food. No one care about customer

they are not professional at all. I bought bikes and it was sent with no instructions inside!! 1st they told me to check tutorial from YouTube, but because this is Chinese product, there is no brand name to check tutorial. Then another lady called me to offer me 80dhs credit. But she called me after 24hrs to say it was actually subject to approval and they didn't give approval because its supposedly 90% assembled. I wonder why they don't check approval 1st but also it was not 90% assembled

Extremely disappointed how the final price breakdown now is not being shown at end screen instead savings on order, discounts on order and savings on delivery are being sneaked in. This is such a cheap move. A consumer needs to know the final price and not unwanted inflated savings. You can inflate the savings just to make them think they are doing right but the price breakdown should be shown. Not going to use this app. Shifting to others. Really let down by Noon update.

I place an order on the 26th, then, it was canceled two days before the delivery, which is the 31st, the AI agent said due to quality control. Then the human agent said it was out of stock. And the funny part was, if I want to order it again, it cost literally 200 more than the original price and I have to wait another 10 days for it to be delivered. I know. and no Support nor anyone taking responsibility for anything? Except telling you, thank you. If we can help you with something else🤣🤣.

I am extremely disappointed with this app. The interface itself is frustrating to use, and my shopping experience has been even wgrorse. I ordered a specific coffee maker, but I received a completely different item. The coffee maker I received did not match the original product shown in the listing. It was not even the same size, and it did not fit properly inside the box. On top of that, the packaging was in poor condition, and the inside of the coffee maker had an unpleasant smell

Noon blocked my account without any reason. The customer support says that the reason cannot be disclosed. Very bad service. Then a high amount order was placed twice recently using my saved credit card without my consent. I never authorized it. No OTP received. Serious security failure. No clear answer from support. Had to block the card and report to the bank as an unauthorized transaction. Don't save your card here. Unsafe app.

Noon App Keeps Crashing After Renewing Noon One Subscription I renewed my Noon One subscription yesterday, and since then, I haven't been able to open the Noon app at all. The app keeps force-closing immediately whenever I try to open it, making it completely unusable. It's extremely frustrating, especially after renewing my subscription and expecting to continue using the service without any issues. Please look into this problem and fix it as soon as possible. I hope the technical team

app is constantly crashing on opening.

Minutes drivers insist on including at least a part of the person in the picture they take as proof of delivery, despite the fact that we show them that we are not confortable with it, they still try to find a way to include you in their picture. Am not blaming the drivers as am sure they are instructed to do so, but whoever manages them needs to re-think their approach. I have dealt with almost all the delivery companies in Dammam, however, I have never encountered this except with Noon.

In the meantime, I would like to share some identifying details about the delivery staff member. He works at the Noon Dubai branch in Nakheel, International City. He has a heavy build and usually keeps his face covered with black cloth.

nownow app customer service is the worst. not only did the customer service fail to verify my concern, they fail to conduct their own investigation and use the store partner as reference to validate my complain. the worst delivery platform. their platform is also messed up as it allows their store partner to duplicate items and put items that are not available.

Please fix, there's an issue that appeared today on both my phone and tablet. Noon immediately closes upon opening. I can't go to main screen. Might be compatibility issue. I'll adjust my review once fixed

no hotline. and the app designed so any issue with order will almost certienly put blame on driver (no option to raise your issue or hotline to contact). other apps you can flag an issue and you will immediatly get connected to sort it out. i wont be happy to get cheeper or faster order app at my delivery guy's expense.

Mr OMAR didn't help me at all. couldn't refund my express pay and couldn't schedule the delivery on the same day. my refund is pending since August. its the worst experience i am facing. I am asking for rrn number of my refund every time customer support is saying refund is processed but amount is still lost. order was cancelled by noon app.but always new dates are given but refund is not delivered. I have asked for noon credit. recently my things are coming damaged or missing an item and when i talk to them they just say return and they don't care about if you don't have the time to buy it again or no and on my last convo with the client support they ended the chat while i was writing?? very frustrating. i would love to share screenshot but it is not available here.

I am very disappointed with this app. It is flooded with duplicate and fake products. The exact same fake item is listed by multiple sellers at completely different prices, which is totally misleading and unfair to customers. There is no quality check or control over what is being sold here. Highly unreliable and not recommended.

Bad customer service, and now I received word from Sony it is a defect in main bord that is not fixable. they can replace board but I don't get product replacement cause I bought it from noon I received a defective item and when I discovered the issue and contacted them no one helped and kept transferring me from department to department until no one answered and helped. even returning window was showing 15 days then when I wanted to return they closed it on 14 days.

أطلب من نون من 2019، وشفت كيف تحوّل من أفضل تجربة تسوق من ناحية التصميم والأسعار إلى تجربة مليانة إعلانات مزعجة، ونتائج بحث عبارة عن إعلانات، وفلاتر بلا فائدة، وبائعين عشوائيين. التطبيق في تدهور مستمر، وكأن هدفهم تقديم أسوأ تجربة ممكنة للمتسوق، سواء من ناحية التصميم أو الإعلانات. لهذا السبب الناس تتجه لامازون الاقل سوء من نون من ناحية الاعلانات و التصميم
