boring, and wastes time with silly wait image.

Very expensive and offers exclude a lot of items. Also doesn't take cash in store or on delivery. I won't be shopping here again. Kind regards Claire Challis.

Great service

to expensive

excellent

You now need to opt-out of marketing on every single order. You couldn't think of ways to make the app more scummy at this point, they somehow manage it.

great selection 👌

to expensive

always fresh and quick to deliver staff great

🥰

I should get 2 bbq a sauces. one with my chicken strips and extra one i order. you only deliver one.

tried to redeem free pizza. does not work. disappeared

did not remember my details despite logging back in twice.

top service

way too expensive. it's good, but not gold plated. get real.

soooo confusing!!

Dominos the Gods 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

ok

👍🏾

account section simply does not work for log in or sign up

my order is always correct , it always arrives on time and is still hot . The delivery drivers are friendly and polite.

excellent

brilliant 👏 Philip

rubbish payment system

Can't beat the best.

Domino's pizza always hits the pizza spot.

great deals to be got shop nice and clean staff nice to

voucher terms too complicated

Can't log in to use loyalty stamps. Login never works, can only ever order as guest. Reinstalled, loyalty stamps have disappeared.

keeps not working, won't let me login despite changing password and using the code from the email. glitchy and sometimes orders don't go through (before when it actually had me logged in)

I could not log in and had a stamp but couldn't use it.

ordering on the app really difficult and your review service not mobile friendly

deals are difficult to understand

very

Always have a weekly pizza 🍕 from Domino ho ho's nom nom nom!

stop harvesting data, Stop asking for data permissions, stop it. just want to order food.

very good

doesn't always give reward slices. customer service don't read emails properly. app randomly crashes at times.

Arrived on time & hot & delicious Delivery driver was polite

App tells me food will be ready in 10 minutes - I get to the store and it says 43 mins absolutely useless

offers aren't clear at all

I cannot log into the app. When asked for a security code, the page disappears, which leads me to being unable to log in!

All I can say is I'm so glad Domino's is making my stay in the United Kingdom more palatable. Don't know what I'd have done if they weren't close to my home

log in keeps failing which means I can't retrieve my free pizza I have earned through points

Easy to navigate and easy to order.

does what it says on the tin

great app just wish there was a milk free option for dessert.

simple site to navigate

can't get into the app!!! I put in my email and password. they send me a verification code to my email. when I get the code and fo back to enter it, I have to log in again and the code no longer works because they sent another...

massively to expensive with bad deals

discount vouchers dont work on app

best local pizza

pizza is usually good, but the Blue light discount is pretty pointless when you put it next to the site discounts.

Checkout gives you your total order value and two options - Collect or Delivered. If you choose delivered, when you get to the next screen it's added a delivery charge!! Food is always great though and great value.

Great food and service

Foods nice but I think I'll have to get a bank loan for our next order!

not happy that they are now charging for BBQ base as a topping when creating your own

great app. just order the deals and you can be well fed. loyal service and an honest chain.

the app is very easy to use

😀

way too confusing, couldn't place order using 40%discount from deliveroo!! typical response 'somebody else's fault/ the customers an idiot'. if you can't design an app to cater for 95% of your customers then you're the 'idiots'. back to school to learn 'respect' for your customers.

this app was super easy and straight falword to use loved it

cant login, cant change password, said I made account, says i have no account edit: tried registering with the same email and it didnt allow me too

is good in a pinch

best

Great pizza fantastic prices and quick delivery.

delicious 😋 but I wish I could order other things in the deals .

payment was a nightmare!!

poor payment portal

rubbish just take cash

website enshittification continues as offers are made app exclusives to force use of an unnecessary app.

pizza ok but the big garlic mayo please i need it on tap i love that s...

best pizza

update with such a lazy response i shall now be boycotting dominos i hope yous go bankrupt! all of a sudden if i dont want basic pizza i have to pay for an upgrade not cool dominos! have fun walking in pizza huts shoes!

Great company for pizzas late night cravings and mid day nonsense with friends 5 stars

easy to maneuver on the app, very customer friendly

really good

the app is easy to use, but when I put my stuff in to pay, like for the payment it says to go on my banking app to verify I do it says payment confirmed but then I go back on the domino's app to check and its all reset and I have to put in all my details again just for it to say go on your banking app to verify this payment and i do I go back on the domino's app and I have to do all the order again, needs fixing ASAP.

Excellent customer service!

Have to disable security protocols to use the app... I mean, i will, it's dam good pizza. But I don't want to have to.

app is awful

latest app update prevents you being able to add toppings to any pizza

3.99 for delivery??? last time im ordering

the only good thing is they can get you pizza 🍕 quick

Last pizza ordered was late, so Domino's sent a voucher code for a free pizza on our next order. It was an absolute con as it couldn't be used if your next order included any of their other deals. Hence, no free pizza. Just ended up paying the normal order price.

just trying to order a pizza, over complicated the voucher system is just not user friendly the user journey goes on forever. talentless marketing people making development decisions with no regard for the user.

good service excellent pizza

Never had a bad pizza from our local Newtownards branch. Delivery always early or on time. Our go to every time.

The original the best. I didn't even like pizza until my 40s when I tried dominos 🤣😍

Awful. Can't enter vouchers sent to an email that the app doesn't recognise. Order is then significantly more expensive than advertised. Ended up getting a curry rather than risk these jokers.

great for pre ordering my food or occasional treat

excellent pizzas, great sides what's not to like

best pizza anywhere 😋

I ordered pizza. I'm fat

Simply easy and quick, best part has all the offers on the app itself

yummy pizza 🍕 😋

Great Pizza and Side dishes. my favourite. Great deals. Definitely recommend.

Always delivered or ready for collection in reasonable time and the assembly of pizzas is consistent. easy 5 ⭐

Great deal on a large Italian's menu large 9.99

I love Domino's pizza. Never been disappointed with the flavour, quality and hotness. The singing delivery driver is a delight as well. Thank you Peacehaven Domino's.

So the app is OK apart from the page that allows you to enter voucher codes disappeared after a code I put in was wrong, it refreshed when I went back to look at code, in the app I went back to my order only for the code box to of gone, I tried going back through and nope, gone. ODD.

Don't you just love when you add cookies from the menu, and they're £6.99, but if you go ahead to the basket and choose them from "Rook for more?", the same cookis are suddenly £3.99? Oh, oh, oh, and what about how you have to tick to OPT OUT, otherwise - Spam. Brilliant app, superb UX, no dark patterns at all.

very poor service from the Filton staff

staff very helpful food delicious

easy to use

crashing app

Pizza khane mein maja Gaya

easy to use

lovely 😍

The app is soo difficult to use. So many caveats on every so-called deal. A waste of your life! Their money off vouchers are a lie. It is so obviously deliberately difficult and so damn time consuming, so you just give up and over pay.

first it startdd saying the deals were not available to me, when they were still available by phone, and now the app won't load at all. moving onto Papa Js

Absolutely brilliant. Cant recommend enough.

It's quick and ok

address not recognosed

Absolute bribery. The vouchers have far too many exceptions (and they don't even work) and very unfairly overpriced items on the menu. Exotic Italian restaurants have better value than Domino's. Pathetic.

very fast and very delicious

Fortunately, fairly easy to use.

why or why can't Dominoes structure their pricing so you don't have to figure out what is the cheapest deal? Just set a price, if you can afford to give out vouchers for 50% off, why not just price up the pizza 50% less? every other take away/ fast food can make it work.

I was stood in Kirkby shop for over 5mins only with 5 shop worker just looking at me

pizza innit.

Good

Decent enough app but why do I need to suffer adverts? Doesn't the overpriced pizza get you enough profit?

Can't sign into account no matter what.

easy to use

awful prices app sometimes wont let you pay got wrong order after all that go to pizza hut

It is the most overpriced food I ever paid for.

couldnt order

can't log in

the best pizza

lovely

Staff on 6/10/26 evening were so helpful, polite and went the extra mile to help me acces wifi to download and navigate the app. Thank you!

very nice 👍

brilliant service

when you order collection instead of delivery you still have to pay same price unlike if you come and order in store

lovely food

🍕

selecting the best deals are too confusing. chose the 50% of pizzas when you spend £35 or more. chose 3 pizzas but the first two defaulted to £14 and not £22 and £24. I then bizzarely had to "upgrade" my third pizza withnextra cheese to get to trigger the £35 threshold. By defaulting to £14 instead of the actual full prices, I did not get the full 50% discount.

Good day

Best pizza going wont buy anything else Always lots of toppings and tasty base and sauce

Big ITV advertisment when using the app, Scruffy

The best pizza around, enough said.

amazing 👏 🤩

it was good

Great Pizza

Excellent food and service

Too damn expensive

First order ever .... will let you know 🤗

Amazing and Easy to use. Thanks alot

lovely service

Easy to use. The perfect fast food online app I've tried

foods better than the app but the app is good to be fair

good service

doesn't allow to login

pizza are hit and miss there ether really nice or overcooked and dry its about 50/50 also has gotten quite expensive recently you need ro bring back the deepan base you currently have three thin bases no deepan why?

it's good pizza but relay expensive

lovely selection. food always arrives hot. Fast process. thank you

excetional food and excellent service

very good but expensive

As much as the pizza itself is as expected from Domino's the delivery charge difference when you're using an Apple device to an Android device is just laughable. going to be using my IOS device to order in the future

...Not sure what on earth is going on with domino's as a whole. - Emma, I have already done that, and been sent a free pizza to resolve it- but it isnt free when I need to spend £15 on the app. further more, the last orders and my personal information appears to of gone wondering? maybe I should escalate this higher? Dear - M I assure you im 100% logged in. ive waited 2 months for this issue to be resolved. Kevin

Got a coupon code for cheaper pizza and it forced me to download the app for a deal. If the app is the "quicker and easier" way to order, why not just improve the web version?

Warminster brilliant every time

: )

good

very very slow. crashed about 16 times trying to place an order. each time losing all of the saved contact details. it wouldn't link with Google pay. had multiple errors where there was a problem after pressing place order, and just a pop up without explanation. over an hour later, pizza was ordered. I don't think I'll put myself through it again

Actually useless: wouldn't accept it's own discount voucher, crashed out when the verification code was received. Finally ordered from a better pizza app

The pizzas are consistent but the fact you are not able to remove certain toppings are locked that my favourite pizza has bits on it that I have to pick off as double ground beef is way too much for me and I would really like to have the ability to decide what is on my pizza and how much and I can do that for most of the ingredients but then there are lock some and it's usually those toppings i wish I could either remove or change the amount of it. Felixstowe Rd is really good and are friendly

Uncomparable! love it.

Quick delivery and never had a bad pizza 🍕

all good thanks

👍

food good, app bad

I have to change a setting on phone just to log into the app. very annoying

app easy yo use

easy to use app and order ahead.

reserved a text message from Domino's today 28/9/2026 saying any size Pizza £8.99 couldn't get this in the app and when I called Domino's Kilmarnock they couldn't help, said id have to order on the app feel as if it was a con to get you to order ☹️

delivery always on time very good service

Great👍

£20 for a small pizza just because it's gluten free.

system crashed for 10 minutes when i tried to order

Your app sucks and you save no money. give me my pizza

they stopped doing the half and half deal which could not of cost them any more money all time. just another way to F you over.

takes ages to get through your order and the so called offers (ie BOGOF) are FALSE as they just charge you full price. NOT HAPPY.

app crashes during payment process

get a deal but it always comes to more.

We luv dominoes

Its edible 👌

great service great pizza

none of your codes work. scammers

easy to order and bring updated on exactly where your order is makes it even better!

cool

Fantastic deals , nice clean shop, friendly staff.

Great deal for £5

best pizza in Swindon

Great

I've been ordering from Domino's for 25 years and almost always had a great pizza.

reasonably dear tbh

We use domino's, as many do, but the pricing is double glazing salesman levels. 44 offers available!,

Great

easy to use
