Fraudulent design: The app allows you to make bookings but to cancel you need to go through a long retracted process with their customer service team. Even when they said you've canceled your booking, they still charge and you have to waste your time arguing with them. DO NOT BOOK ROLLING PARKING WITH THEM.

This is fab. I have used this a few times when driving to London. It's been good value for money and locations have been very convenient. The descriptions are always very helpful.

Good app. a great thing I like is when I once accidentally put in the wrong car park in my town and after turning it off (most was on for 10 seconds) the app stopped my session and didn't charge me for it

Great, plenty of parking space choice and i felt comfortable leaving it there for 12 hours.

It tends to expire your login session exactly when you need it (like parking in a hospital). Could do with a map view of car parks/parking zones. The booking screen doesn't update its state when the parking has expired unless you refresh. Extending parking should be possible at any time, and shouldn't rely solely on push notifications (which never seem to arrive anyway). The app never seems to warn me when the session is about to end. SMS would be great. Coercive insurance offers.

This app is unhelpful and unintuitive, I genuinely have no idea what the intent is with its design. The Greek Theater advertises that they parter with JustPark to allow advance parking payment, so why when I open the app are the only two options "SJU Park and Ride" and Boise Airport??? And then finally, when I abandon the app entirely and find the Greek Theaters page on JustPark's website, they don't even have the venue I'm going to listed even at all? What's the point of this trash?

Absolute rubbish. If you don't know a 6 digit number for a car park in any area then this app is absolutely useless to the majority of people. Utter rubbish! Deleted.

It's been great to be able to pay for the whole week on a Monday as it's stopped me forgetting and getting a £50/100 ticket. Won't let me do it this week. Is it a bug or instructions from Dundee City Council?

good parking app

I've now used the localised private driveway parking option several times and it is absolutely fantastic. Most recently I was able to park in a safe, unbelievably convenient private driveway in Chiswick for the entire day for a very reasonable rate...and have done the same in Bristol right next to Wapping Wharf. It's easy, super convenient and really reasonable. Great service.

BEWARE: Terrible app that repeatedly overcharges customers especially when using Google Pay. The app charged my account a massive, incorrect amount for a routine parking session. To make matters worse, this is not the first time it has happened—their system has overcharged me multiple times now. As a regular customer, I am appalled by how poorly they manage their software faults. Check your bank statements carefully if you use them.

App isn't up to date with with car reg numbers. Showing my old car so unable to use. Absolutely useless to me until you update your records. The steps you say are available in the link are not there and do not allow me to manually enter a vehicle.

Needs an option to stop the parking session. Other parking apps have this. I just paid for 2 hours and only used 25 minutes and couldn't stop the session 😡

my only grumble was I was there for 15 minutes trying to pay for my parking before I could leave it wouldn't accept my card despite me having added my card on the app the night before and verifying my card so that was abit frustrating when I was just trying to pay and leave Anyway got there eventually

This used to be tolerable but latest experience dreadful. Avoid! Took 20m to pay for parking, with incessant complaints from the app about no Internet access and various connection errors, when in fact I had plenty of 5G signal to browse the web trying to see if JustPark was down (it was not)! (Only other car park option was £5 in exact coins, no card - who has that these days?!) Mega stress on what should have been a quiet family afternoon out. Deserves 0 stars but that seems impossible

Just Park used to be an excellent product and the pioneer of flexible parking. Now it's terrible, when issues arise they are either non responsive or not helpful. I would try use other similar services instead

Very easy to use for pre booked parking .. I use this app to pre book parking, mainly in London. This allows me to view the parking and plan my route a week or so before traveling. Reading the reviews and looking at locations helps with the security piece of mind and distance to venue!

using the phone number was a very clumsy set up, long winded and tedious. trying to enter my car reg. I was told that this space was already used. Basically a poor system, can't imagine the app could be worse but you never know. Much easier to pay at a machine using a card. As far as I know I have paid for my parking but could not get confirmation !

When I added my credit card to the app, my credit card company flagged the transaction as fraudulent. Their system showed it as Amazon US. JustPark customer service was non-existent. Never had a similar problem with any other parking app.

scrappy app, forced to give away details and the Google pay didn't work

Used this for years now, but the tech is slipping, everytime it asks me to verify payment, the app crashes when I go to my bank app to validate. Means I have to redo everything again. the time also resets to current and 1 hour time, so this app is useless until thwy fix it.

Rubbish. Entered everything - the car, the payment - and it then wanted to charge an extra 40p for things I don't need. The switches to turn this off are too small and unresponsive to turn it off. The stupid app then crashed and asked for everything again. Reversing the word "park' gets quite close to what it is.

Terrible app. Illogical and unhelpful customer services. Set up account with 2 stage verification. Totally useless as when I then went to sign in it would accept the pin it had just sent me! I was therefore unable to access the app to pay for parking. Now uninstalled app and trying to get the bank info etc deleted by app people. so far without and return contact from them.

today I payed for all day parking. we are in Cornwall and don't know the parking areas. I payed to reserve 2 spaces, the app then gave me directions to the two spaces. I was very impressed. we parked in the spaces allocated and spent our day at the beech. on our return, I had 2 parking tickets from the local authority. £50 each. I challenged the council, to which he said the parking was for permit holders only. may I ask why am I getting fined when I was given the space from this App.

I find the JustPark App very easy to use, and it is very helpful when looking for a suitable parking space.

This app is horrendous. I went to visit some family that were visiting and staying at a hotel. it says at the car park to pay at end of visit. the app wouldn't work. took it a few days to get it to work submitted my time and my payment was £3.40. After I clicked submit i noticed it changed my end time to the current time and charged me £33.80 at which i couldn't stop it. I've complained and demanded a refund which they are refusing. I'm taking this further..

Booked to rent a driveway near Wembley stadium for Bruno Mars. Following the directions.from Just Park. Arrived, driveway owner said we could not park on his drive. The driveway information supplied by Just Park was incorrect i later found out. Just Park offered no refund, just an apology. Would not use again as trust has gone for this company.

Although the actual car park had a poor mobile signal I was able to enter the details the following morning when I had good signal. The app is very easy to use.

TERRIBLE! Firstly, you have to tap the greyed out and overtly tiny "Input arrival time" several times before it even acknowledges it. Then EVERY TIME it errors and says "The end date given should be a date after the start date". 99% of the time we want to start parking "NOW" why not just have a button for that and allow selection of how many hours. Secondly, I have National Trust membership, even so I still have to provide my credit card details EVERY TIME for a £0.00

I have used this app and service several times. It has helped me when visiting places - particularly Edinburgh - where street parking close to intended destinations can be sparse, uncertain, and expensive. Using the service removes uncertainty prior to my departure. I find the app easy to use and clear in its presentation of details.

Trying to book at hotel and wont let me set a future date. Edit: updating review - the feedback team got back to me straight away and confirmed I could pay on exit, the issue was due to the hotel not updating their own website, and no fault due to this app. Great customer service when I was panicking

No way to register for NT parking as a member, without entering a credit card. Since I don't trust the app, and have no use for it apart from free NT parking) I'm not giving it my credit card details. Looking at other reviews implies that I'm right not to trust it.

Good app but there are a few improvements to make. I would love a favourites option I would like to see an option to save my search options (such as set a start and end time eg for work as the defaults dont always work) I would love an option to purchase credit I'd also like a balance visibility and an easy way to transfer funds back to my account when its above the threshold. Working in London I would struggle without this. I have saved hundreds without doubt. Thank you xx

Payments sometimes fail. Usually OK but no help for the app when it fails. When I just parked at a car park I've used before, I got a message that Google Pay wouldn't let me pay because my email was already registered - it is, with me!! Reentered card details but still didn't accept it. Seems to insist on my using GPay. No contact evident on Website, "Help". is just a useless search box that doesn't address my question.

Very intrusive. The prices advertised in the car park were different on the app, they then add unnecessary additional expenses. They then use your data to try and sell you can insurance and MOT via emails and text. If this app had a face I would slap it.

I'm not paying 50p extra to use a parking app. For example, the board says £1.30 for an hour or £2.50 for 2, and also states that there is a 10p transaction fee for the app, but the app charges £1.80 and £3 respectively.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Parked yesterday at MOTO Services Stafford without realising I might need to pay. Was knackered and fell asleep. Saw notice on waking - and left immediately as thought I was close to the 2hrs max free stay. Now strying to pay - and nowhere can I find any info about what time I arrived or left - yet the app knows I was there! Who on earth notes the time of arrival and departure when parking in the middle of a long journey? So risking a fine.....

Cant sign in. Can't sign up. Says I have an account but refuses to let me in via my Google account and I can't sign in with a password or reset one as I never get an email and I've tried to do this for 2 weeks now and no reply off support in over 6 days.

I had to use this app again to park my car whilst visiting my brother in hospital so thankfully it was easy to enable, update my details, card and add new vehicles.

OMG. Parked at Abbey orchard in Westminster. Parked ok. BUT retrieving our car... App wouldn't open the garage door it said I was too far away despite being at the garage. Call to just park 35 mins on hold... unable to remote open door, so at one point,had justpark AND park bee on the phones same time, wss told company has no policy for being stuck in London, no hotel nothing. Only got car out when someone pulled into the garage and let us in. Bloody nightmare!!!!

to pay using this app,.card will be registered with google who will make it hard or impossible to remove card. accidental clicks will then cause payments. awful. hell no. added .. I guess ai if the i stands for .... from justpark replied that I had difficulty paying. Not true. I dont accept giving card detail to company I expect to misuse them resulting in cost and hassle. Good response would be provide a payment method that does not involve google. Eerm obviously unlessbyou are a"i".

I booked a space that is walkable from Wembley Stadium and the app sneakily extended the "end time" that I requested to 8am the next day. The interface said something like "extending the time because it's the same cost". But, the car park is actually locked overnight until the morning, therefore I could not have left the car park at my required time. I asked support for a cancellation, and they would not oblige Therefore I paid 30 pounds for parking that is useless to me, thanks to the bad app.

Yet another BS app forcing you to create a login, giving up info for a one time use. tried to pay as guest, required an email address. only way to give this is to create an account. all for a once and will never use again app. deleting. did not want this in the first place. too many apps for too little return and all collecting data on you.

absolutely despicable company. avoid at all costs. I have been a loyal customer for years and always raved about this company but I will never, ever use them again. I had an issue with one of my bookings which meant I could not use the space. I have been refused a refund because they "spoke to the space owner who says they did nothing wrong" despite me sending evidence of the issues I had. completely biased and uncaring, not an ounce of common sense applied at all. Appalling service.

This app is very easy to use for booking parking spaces. I would thoroughly recommend it, particularly when looking for Airport parking, as you can save a lot of money by renting a space through the app rather than using official Airport parking.

Paid for park clicked follow the directions in the app. The actual parking space was in a restricted are between 8-9 am 3-4 pm didn't see the signs. Arrived at 3:57 pm £100 pc fine. Why was none of this mentioned on the app

It's a useless app. Always says no internet, when there is. Always gives errors logging in. I updated the app, checked everything multiple times, nothing. I hope these apps never become the only option.

No thought has gone in to the design/function looks like it was made in a day by AI Vibe coders - junk app considering the app IS their business. Only used as car parks force it upon you. Feels like a scam - booked a space, only to receive WhatsApp message that space is not available but booking is not cancelled by owner. Then if you cancel, they keep the transaction fee despite nothing delivered.

attempted to park at a remote national Trust carpark and the Justpark app wouldn't accept my membership card, telling me to talk to a member of staff on site but the carpark had no staff. would not recommend

Have used it many times, it's my go to ap for parking. Easy and straightforward to use and saves you loads of cash. Highly recommend ! After using ap many more times still endorse it as a great. asset and money saver. Just used again on 21st February, as great as ever.

Totally useless!! We are National Trust members and we get free parking at National Trust car parks, this app is a pain to set up wants all my personal details? Once I have jumped through all the hoops the cost of parking is £0 but I can't finish the transaction because it wants my credit card number. Parking was easier when you just scanned your card at the machine!

Havr used this app a few times now to find parking for Wembley and the Etihad. Everytime its been a great experience. Will continue to use.

This parking app is a pain to use. I have used other apps such as paybyphone where you park, type in the car park Id, select a duration and then pay. And thats it. But not justpark. It tells me I am not at the location, which I am. I check that I have typed in the correct location Id. It then suggests I might need to pay protection money for my car whlist parked (like those enterprsing young lads near the Manchester Apollo all those years ago). It then asks for exact location of car, etc

Recently was at a car park that used the RingGo app. I took me about 30 seconds to pay for my parking, even though I wasn't even signed in to start with! Unfortunately, JustPark is NOT like that. Last time I had the misfortune of having to use it, I had to ask someone else to pay for my parking for me, because I couldn't even get signed in. Not that it matters, of course. It's not like I have a choice.

Will not ever use their service again. I had to leave before my flight because my elderly mother fell and broke her hip. was literally parked for one hour of an 8 day trip. I was willing to pay for the whole day even though I was only there for an hour, and they said, "Nope, we are keeping the full $180. Beware if you use their service. Uber is cheaper!

What a hopelessly over-complicated PoS this app is. I already had an account but it decided to interrupt the booking by needing to verify my phone no, then it interrupted again to verify my email , both of which it already had. I had to check on my bank app to find out if I'd paid or not, which I hadn't, and then had to go through the whole booking process again. Then it tried to sell me something I didn't want before I could actually pay to park. 10+ minutes I won't get back...

Worst parking app ever. "No internet connection" when there is actually no problem with the connection.

Absolute joke. I am a student, the old system allowed for starting parking the night before, now you must wait until 7.30 am. On monday (A bank holiday) the app did not start a session, I tried on several occasions getting errors before I assumed this must be because it was a bank holiday (yes poor judgement i suppose but how else do you pay for parking when the app doesnt work???) I have since discovered i have a PCN. What else are you meant to do when the app doesnt work?

new update fails to recognise a car park currently used, in order to check out. you have to be in possession of the location code rather than search & select location. v inconvenient if leaving a busy hotel as can't pay from your room, unlike previous version.

Great for finding exclusive parking spaces, nearby where you need to be. Being able to view the parking area before arrival and planning your route make travelling to places away from home all so much easier.

Rip off. When you try to book for more than one day it automatically extends your parking for longer than you want. For example you try to pay for 2 days and it extends your parking to 6 days.

This is a godsend. I use this app to find parking all over the UK. It's especially useful in London.

The app works fine for taking your money, but when things go wrong, you are entirely on your own. I booked a guaranteed space in London that was completely full when I arrived. The space owner ignored my calls to the number provided in the app. Worse, I called JustPark customer service twice and waited on hold with zero answer while stranded. I had to drive around a busy city looking for a new spot. Do not rely on this app; support is atrocious.
