Since I found joybuy online shopping, I started liking it and very good shopping, many Items are good price and affordable, next day delivery which is very good. I doubt it in the first time I ordered because I thought it was a scam, but I was surprised when the items arrived the next day. Highly recommended 👌 👍.

Have been ordering from here with no issues. I placed an order yesterday to my default address but order was delivered to another address. I am sooo disappointed as I was told by customer service I had to contact the seller myself. It's not my fault but the app fault. This needs to be sorted. I am not able to travel as I just had an operation.

Delivery Nightmares. Cannot recommend. Sure, you can buy items that are not easily found elsewhere, but do not expect easy deliveries. From absolutely incapable to understand package delivery services that receive my packages to put in lockers, to customer service informing you to just deal with it, to pushy delivery drivers that berate you for not wanting to sign off on a delivery as In Working Condition for large, untested electronics. If you get off on poor customer service, come here!!

Very disappointing experience with Joybuy. I contacted customer support multiple times to cancel my order within 24 hours of placing it. They advertise 24/7 live chat support, but nobody responds to messages, and when they finally do, the information is unhelpful or incorrect. It's almost impossible to get proper assistance. I would strongly advise against buying expensive electronics from Joybuy. Their customer service is simply unreliable

Terrible service. Can't even be compared to Amazon. Ordered an item a month ago which has not even been dispatched and not received a refund despite contacting customer service several times. No phone number and no one calls you back.

i received broken trimmer spent 30min talking w custumer care . they did nothing. wasted my time. and are making it difficult to get my money back. do not buy from them ! custumer care is useless. they send broken products !

I was using this app with great success then rejoined and added my PayPal details for payment and was scammed, can only imagine it was someone working there.. They ordered all kinds for an address in London.. Only I saw it happening whilst on the app in real time and got in touch with PayPal to intercept orders.. Was so hard to contact anyone in customer service and I sorted it myself and deleted the app.. Definitely only use card for payments on this app

Now I've got my bank involved they aren't liking that visa dispute took my side and asking me for the money back (I won that back when you didn't post my items to me and gave me a tracking number that asked me to contact the sender) Just be very careful with this app as they have tried to scam me out of £340.66. 24/7 chat they claim 🤣😆😂

They are the only place that I can get a certain ramen for my daughter and they never fail to deliver as its quite rare in the uk to find this certain Korean ramen.

Ohne Klarheit über das Produkt ist jeder Preisvergleich wertlos. Seit dem 23. September warte ich auf eine Antwort. Inzwischen hat sich sogar der Preis geändert, aber ich habe weder hier noch auf meine E-Mail eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das empfinde ich nicht als kundenorientierten Service.

ordering is fine, the choice of foreign foods/snacks to try is great, however... 1 of my orders turned up with with packets of large crisps burst open, tried to contact them via app chat, phone call and email and have been completely ignored, calls go unanswered, emails ignored and the chat has more tumble weed blowing around than anyone to help you.. Shame, I had hoped to use this app to buy more than just getting snacks from other countries as their app grew and their stock got more added

You can't compare it with Temu, which is perfect with perfect customer service. I would advise: 1. to get JoyBuy+ for 1 year (about £20), unlimited delievery 2. Don't spend big sum of money. 3. Read 1*, 2*, 3 * reviews before to buy. Don't waste your time for long 5* reviews, because they are paid. 4. Google other retailers.

Save your money and shop elsewhere. I placed an order for a battery that was paid for immediately, but the item was never delivered. I submitted a couple of times my problem report and reached out to support, but almost two weeks later, there has been no reply at all. They take your money and completely ignore you when something goes wrong. Unacceptable experience with Joybuy.
