they make you jump through flaming hoops to use paypal, how many times do I have to log in to pay for an order??

this app sucks. I got it to make payments easier and all it has done is make them harder. it redirects me through citi to make the payments and when I try to add a new card to do the payment it has me do a bunch of extra steps and stops me at the end making it impossible, then it just stops loading. there's no easy way for me to add a new payment method from what I can tell. I had an issue a while back where it refused to process my payments too

Every single click takes several seconds to process. Checkout screen sometimes doesn't register touch at all until you force quit the app. Phone heats up like crazy. It's just amazing how this app actively fights you every step of the way.

I love all the options they offer and the only thing I have is when I'm trying to look at stuff it'll keep taking me back to the beginning and not let me stay on my page where I'm at but other than that if it's in my card I can keep going back to the cart and at least start over looking at what I'm scrolling through like when I'm trying to show my husband here's what I like but it all worked out

loyal customer. I appreciate the military discount. the app works great. I just wish we didn't have to upload the app or DD-214 to get a military discount. not fair to the older vets. they should go back to taking retired ID cards or showing proof of prior service.

I love Home Depot. They back their product and their prices are comparable to others. Their employees are super nice and very very helpful. They ask you if they can help you instead of the other way around.

the ordering system took me in circles, between pay pal and my credit card and back to home depot. After about 5 codes to enter, and two text ad three emails later, I was able to put my order in. I buy stuff from, ebay, amazo,Etsy, summit racing, and tons of places. Home depot has definitely been my overall worst experience, never again. 😕

they sell Chinese zinc aluminium garden hose fittings that ruin your garden hose cart, your brass faucets and anything hooked up to the hose which has Zamak fittings because of galvanized corrosion, profits at any costs damaging not repairing it is now home depo corporate mission.

The app kept telling me that my payment attempt had timed out, to try again. Then, after several attempts, I backed out of the payment screen, and got an order placed notification on the main app page after 30 seconds or so, leaving me not knowing if I placed several orders, or if the payment attempts timed out, or what's happening. I am not pleased. Specifically as I am a regular in-store customer, and I spend quite a bit of money in your store.

Im a huge woodworker, so I constantly use Home Depot for lumber. It is a great app and it is easy to use, but there is one problem. Every time I click a button, there is a like a 4-5 second lag, and that is quite annoying, especially when I'm trying to make a purchase. Overall great app; definitely recommend. 5 stars.

app is very problematic. always. must type in # after product words like, pvc 1/2 or it reverts to 2 pvc. wish there was a way to add on to a pickup or delivery order for a little while after placing order. LOVE HD though! Just the app is a problem. worth navigating it though.

This was not bad or as difficult as I thought it would be. My only issue was going back into another department before completing the check-out process too purchase something else, and couldn't. I know, it had to be an oversight on my behalf. Nice...Love the free delivery (smile)

The app is asking me to sign in again, but every time I try, it states something about a temporary technical difficulty. Not very useful when you can't sign into your account. Looks like a recent update broke the app.

Please add an option to look up other in-stock stores while looking at an item that's out of stock! Also add an option to where we can see ALL supplies in same category instead of having to individually click each subcategory. Such a hassle and waste of time.

I haven't seen an app this bad since the beginning of apps. I have several things in my Saved For Later list but the app doesn't make that distinction and gives me a total for everything in the cart, plus the saved items. That's not how it works. I also tried to purchase using the app and spent more than an hour trying to get the payment info to stick, tried different payment methods, tried closing/opening the app and finally gave up. It's slow as molasses and loading is jumpy.

Seth at West Mifflin store was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable and helpful and kind. a true gem for your company ✨️ had a mystery adhesive on the back of a shower shelf, he figured it out, found it. and helped me order it because they didn't carry in the store just at warehouse. so thankful to him!

I walked in the door to get a GFCI tester and on the app it showed $16 in the store it was ringing up $24.97. they would not match the price of their own app while I was in the store. so I left the item, went outside to my car and ordered it and waited for it to be ready for pickup. this is the most ridiculous store policy I've ever seen

Couldn't find anywhere to write this review so here I am DON'T use the home depot credit card they're a scam!!! Lowered my credit limit and didn't tell me why I called they dont know why but can say its wasnt because of delinquent payement...duh I pay my bills...I only use the card when I have to and now with a problen at home I need it and cant use it...disgusting business

Website is difficult at best and on my phone. A lot of place order etc work in an area that changed or went back to the next screen. Also, an associate didn't know you had them. And I would appreciate it, looking at them in person.

Why is it alphabetized as The Home Depot on Play Store and on phone it's just Home Depot? Nobody alphabetizes on T in The. Gives you an idea of how bad the app is going to be. The app and website are agonizingly slow. You click a link and nothing happens for a minute or two. Sometimes nothing ever happens. When tap next page icon it goes to some random product page.
