great app

Love that you are lessening AI and drop shipping.

STOP MAKING THE APP WORSE! I can't share my favorites anymore, the UI sucks to use, I STILL can't sort least to most expensive or old to new, AND there is so much AI and drop shipped slop. It's disgusting, Etsy sucks now.

Seller was very responsive and really helpful. Very positive experience.

Still worried about the security of this app

Too much AI for a shop for human art. There should be NONE.

Able to find alot of items to my liking that I can't find anywhere else.

If you are an artist and are on Etsy, they can now steal your art to train their AI and you cannot opt out!

Always look forward to my interactions with Sothrays

I love the boxing items great stuff

why on Earth can I not screenshot my receipt in the silly app?

No complaints.

great site

You will find the most unique items here. I love shopping here!

very thankful love 💕

Awesome!!

Giles Bakery is the world's best!

great working with you. pleased with response time, care of design and making sure items were what I wanted. thank you

Etsy always has what Im looking for. Alw ays fine quality.

Etsy is great for handmade and small business work online.

great

bold move to be a platform that's centered on artists and their work just to go ahead and roll out an ai update to steal their work (even worse you won't let them opt out) i hope this greedy company goes under

love shopping 🛍 here lots of beautiful things

completely satisfied with everything I've ordered from Etsy. High quality products.

Beautiful, often original and stunning products. Fun to glance through and to treat someone, or yourself. 😉

Easy to use with a wide range of products available.

traitor to your cause

thank you si much-needed ☺️ why do the app mess up and get stuck time

So many things!

Excellent gift options

This is your customer, I have been blocked, locked out of my account, at the login, security error, its been over 2 weeks, I had suppose to been getting back with a software developer, to hire to do some custom work for me, after the chat, I left the app, and left a message, and was blocked out of my account, since I have'nt received verifications, correspondance back from security team, and I do believe that my account was hijacked, compromising account. I have'nt heard back from Etsy support

too many AI fraudsters on app and no one is doing anything it . it's so hard to shop on here

This is an incredible resource for creative ideas and unique ideas. I love this site!

This is my 2nd order from them. The quality of the yarn is exceptional, as was the service.

amazing!

New ToS makes sellers gives Etsy (AND third-party partners) the rights to train GenAI from their shop's content. Pretty shady and disgusting from a storefront app.

really good friendly site 😁

love the variety and choices ❤️

terrible , absolutely difficult to contact to a live agent for support I tried a whole week to contact etsy, emailed them and they never responded and the live agent dismissed my problems. I had money on my etsy credit and it won't even work and when getting a refund I accidently pressed for my money to go to my etsy credit and I tried contacting etsy to withdraw it to my account but there is terrible customer service and now I have money stuck in my etsy credit and it won't let me buy anything

best place to purchase one of a kind items best prices 😁 on a chain even vvs is out here and obtainable they got sterling ropes in baby blue, another in a red color and yellow for the pimps search sterling vvs ⛓️ ⛓️‍💥

I can't find a way to adjust or turn off recommendations on home page, therefore the App and maybe Etsy is completely ruined for what I use it for. It seems to think I want vintage panties and lingerie because I looked at a few club dresses. Not only is my craft and antiquing experience ruined now I can even open the app in public with everyone thinking I want neon novelty boxers or thongs.

Lydia has a great talent. I've bought her wreaths before and very please.

thank you it's very nice

super

I always find fun things on Etsy

Very easy to order

Screw you etsy.. Why keep bouncing my orders/checkout and bar me from messaging seller? Im gonna miss interesting discounts. This is my first purchase and I cant even place order.. U suck 👎. In this global era, still blocking users for international transaction huh..

the fact that they're moving to AI use and push random sellers in your recommended feed like im looking for molds to reuse wax for sealing and the fact that there's clothing or furniture doesn't help my search

app worked great years ago, name back to buy something after moving across the country (I need to redecorate some most of my stuff stayed behind) and the app automatically suspended my account using the built in multi-checkout option. I contacted support, who simply said "sorry, we won't reverse this" and now I have been banned for doing absolutely nothing wrong and even trying to work with support. they still refuse to respond to me about this obvious ai moderation error. DO NOT USE

Etsy always delivers the best products. very pleased with my orders❤️🪡

I accidently added an incomplete review because I misclicked and submitted enter. It wouldn't let me go back, so I had to edit the review. By the time I had finished uploading the photo, it wouldn't let me post because the seller replied instantly. It's very frustrating for buyers to have an incomplete review that they can't edit. Please add a time limit of 48 hours before the seller can respond to feedback so that the buyer has time to edit their reviews.

Love Etsy!!! able to find unique gifts for family.

easy and fun

love every thing. you have

Home made, fair trade and Canadian available. Thank you Etsy.

they tried to cover up the fact that they are against AI, but then put in their Terms and Conditions that theyre going to use your profile to train AI...the amount of AI om here is just terrible. Ive had etsy for 10+ years and its just disgusting now. do not download this app, it's not what it used to be.

love it

I love shopping at Etsy! they always have a wide range of items and affordable prices.

I looove this app!! It's my favorite shopping app because anyone can post anything they made!! 😍

I always use Etsy for birthday invites and its amazing every time

All is good, but it does take a while to get things.

they don't seem to vet the stores that are on their site. out of three stores that I have ordered from on there two do not fulfill my orders yes I got reimbursed but after waiting almost 6 weeks for an item that never came. which in this case was live plants for me. like I said yes I got reimbursed but there was no explanation of why right after I ordered, these stores completely disappeared on their site.

everything I've ordered has been so very wrong and I've n̈ot heard from anyone who cared.

Perfect 👍

awesome to work with. fast and friendly!

Some great handmade products on here but they're unfortunately buried under a huge amount of dropshippers and AI garbage.

Juggy Dezinez iz where itz at, get urz now!!!

I love it 👌

I love Etsy. It has become my favorite shopping app. I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊🩷

my order said free shipping, however when I checked out I was charged $17.00 for parcel post delivery. not sure why????

Terrible company and app that uses vendor and customer data to feed AI trash. This used to be a good company to associate with until they went public. Constant increases in fees on sellers - for what? Funding the IDF? Disgusting.

So fun, easy and great products!!

great service. awesome communication with me throughout the process of getting it correct and it turned out great. thanks.

Both buyers and sellers will have their data scraped to train AI with no way to opt out. That's why they're cracking down on AI generated products; training AI on itself is like a snake eating its own tail. Incredibly disappointing that a place for artists to sell their work is being used to fuel the machine trying to steal their jobs.

love Etsy my friends and family has always shopping Etsy especially holidays birthdays new baby an unlimited awesome in style things to find

Etsy has gotten worse over the years - overrun with drop shippers, no enforcement of their own policies, and now they have embraced AI and allowed it to train off of what little human-made work is left. Etsy is a giant lie

like the options

Great place to find beautiful items made by or curated by talented artisans.

Great site with excellent sellers!

Love these watches

Easy to use. Alot of neat things!

good

It's cool buying stuff handmade, once again. Long live retro...eh

Car's are beautifully designed and excellent quality. I can't wait to send them to my friends and family this year

great app

wILD!!

review

delivery is too expensive

5 star, check out has gotten more secure

easy fun great prices!

Etsy is unusable. It is filled with AI garbage. None of the listings are trustworthy. 95% of the reviews show the finished product nothing compared to the picture if there are even reviews

wish there was proper Google pay but other wise ok

shop from makers and craftspeople, find incredible and unique items

monty was so helpful when I had a problem with my shipping address. Very prompt replies and a very quick resolution to the problem. Highly recommend

love all!

Good for researching and buying. But not for resolving past orders or issues.

Nice

excited to try these flavors.

I have to say this one of the best shopping app for custom designer clothing and shoes I highly recommend to everyone so far I purchased three items I will be buying more things very soon.😎👍💯

it's a good shopping 🛒 🛍️ platform.

App is pretty straightforward: click on an item, look it over or buy it. There are lots of hard-to-find items reasonably priced most of the time. The process to make a purchase is very easy, which might not always be best for the old bank account. But I figure I might as well spend money on Etsy rather than elsewhere. It seems a friendly, helpful site. No lurking tension between store management and sellers like on some similar sites.

Thanks to Tamara in Wisconsin USA.

d Etsy doesn't allow screenshot - very unhelpful..

good service

love this shop . this woman is amazing at making crazy good designs 😍

I love etsy

awful, customer service is nonexistent. they respond once every 24hours, have no chat or phone service and take forever to complete even the simplest services. clearly they arent embarrassed to be such a horrid disappointment.

terrible app. can't download files now, emails not sending to reset things

Can't wait

Just placed my first order a few days ago. can't wait for it to arrive. Application is easy to navigate. very user friendly. i like it so far

I like shopping here

they had what I needed

I enjoy the New Punk sound of Mr. Dinkles!

love the ease of getting patterns at the click of a button.

Great leather products.

No support. if you want to get ripped off, make sure you pay by PayPal so you can claim it back. Etsy makes you chase your claim all around their web page, and still not be able to put in a complaint. the person selling the item I ordered has closed their shop and Etsy so nothing. I have been trying to get a resolution but still havent. don't bother downloading Etsy.

So pretty. Such gorgeous colours and design.

Great app love it.

you can find the best stuff on here

easy to order and contact seller for any questions. Products are presented so that I can be an informed buyer. Nice selection

I hope etsy comes up with a way to combine etsy credit between 2 accounts, I like etsy.

my favorite app

an awesome site

easy shopping plus discounts

Etsy has some fun stuff from small businesses. Thanks to all.

Some truly unique stuff.

The Google pay before was good and connected with the wallet. They are on a new BS. Please return the old Google pay format. (Can never trust these apps, they change like chameleons when sold out / greed enters the picture. )

Decent for finding deep cut items. Over the last few months the app cart won't load. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've rebooted my phone nothing works. Probably should fix that if they want people to make purchases. As of 10-26-26 the mobile shopping cart is still glitching and won't load properly. Apps are updated and the phone restarted.

never disappointed rather spend on a small company than a big corporation that doesn't give 2 turtle shize about the consumer buy in small family business all day every day God bless and Jesus our Lord and Savior will always be the way he uses every bad for good you ask for strength he will give you the means to be strong he uses everything for the betterment of our character hang in there and hang tight it only makes you stronger 🤙🏽

easy to navigate, shop and pay.. fun!

lov the selection

I love the quality of product/services offered.

Great!

very easy to shop, excellent craftsmanship, good value for good quality.

so awesome

when will the app support downloading files? I use etsy primarily for crochet patterns and I can't even download them off the app when I purchase. I have to go to the desktop site which entirely defeats the purpose of having an app. come on!!

!Above and Beyond All Our Expectations!

Fantastic 😊.

really enjoy this site very creative and high quality stuff

the one place that was supposed to be pro human just went AI. I'll never do business there again. they just sold all your art ideas to big AI through your data.

Variety and quality I find impressive.

can't find any of my orders

awesome 👍😎

Great

very good

Plenty of items to look at, some prices reasonable and some are overpriced but I enjoy looking at other people's crafts!

they're using our content to train ai.

I LOVE ETSY !! THE SELLERS ARE SO ARTISTIC AND UNIQUE. THANKS ETSY!!

it's just nice to have a lot of talented creators aggregated. I hate that they take too much off the top though, and there is a fair amount of lower quality products. In general, if you want to find something unique and handmade this app works

absolutely love thos App and everything I have purchased was in highest quality 😍 You got to shop Etsy 😀

shopping for stickers is a nightmare because of all the ai slop

Bans for no reason. Sounds like AI Scanning and banning. Not a real human.

best and good quality I am really satisfied from my shopping.amazing choice to everyone.

what a terrible experience shopping. if there are any hand made sellers left I'm not willing to put in the time to find them. at least let users filter for hand made items!

Etsy isn't searching up what I'm looking for. It goes back to past things I've looked at & not what I'm currently looking for. Annoying & a waste of my time!

Enjoy great selection of items in app and ease of use.

people overcharge constantly. They try to sell something for $500 when I can buy it from another site.

got my account permanently suspended and they won't even tell me what I did

etsy is a really safe app but has too many scammers I've ordered 2 packages one changed their profile pick and user unlisted all their items they listed before and listed new completely different items the Etsy tracking also said already picked up in another state where I don't live the second one seemed legit but has been stuck in the same place for 20 days on Etsy tracking could be tsa but he gave an id of the product after tracking it it said it's stuck at a different place than said on etsy

Love Etsy!

My etsy account was hacked, and there is no one to talk to to resolve the problem. Now there's a two factor authentication on my account that I never made and I cannot access my account at all. I changed my password, but I can't go any further without that 2FA code. At this point, I just want to delete the whole account.

decent price

Can't do much of anything in the app beyond buying. I can't manage the cards I use, I can't view purchase download links, what good is this stupid thing?! And this is after the hassle with my previous account.

It does not allow you to download patterns. Without a huge amount of difficulty, and finally getting a human to help you. Very disgusted with this site

Has far too many sellers breaking their rules for me to ever take their rules seriously 😒

THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT YET AGAIN FROM BUYING. terrible sup, app changes have made it impossible to buy

Esty sucks for selling. Vinted is so much better, you actually get to keep all your money from sales and don't have to pay to list unlike Etsy.

There's so many incredibly talented creators and you can find literally anything! I wish they were more proactive about getting rid of dropshipping accounts and obvious AI slop but if you pay attention you can avoid the scammers and buy from and support real, talented creatives.

nice way to shop

i love Etsy

I love this site

very good

My once favorite app now completely overrun and ruined by AI. It takes me an entire day to find a legit crochet pattern that is made by a human being. This is ruining the livelihood of real, hardworking artists that Etsy was created for. This is getting out of hand and shows the true motives of those that run the platform.

Put back the monthly or 3 month membership! How you expect anyone to drop $72 at one time is ridiculous. I would pay for 3 months at a time, which was feasible and not a problem. I'm not spending $72 at once on a site that I don't use often enough to get my money's worth. Ridiculous.

you are so great

perfect just hiw unique

👍

Love Etsy as I can always find something different or find something preloved, something I always wanted. Great that you can make purchases from small businesses or new start-ups. Win win.

awesome

great place for personalized accessories

Love the app and the products are very good.

love this site...

This is a wonderful poncho for keeping your chest warm on cold days outside and inside. This is my second time ordering.

too much AI. i used to love etsy for its 'human' creativity. now its just full of AI images, that cant even show a product that has been made in real life. theres no creativity. its misleading. the human factor has gone. just AI images that mislead the buyer. i am also finding more and more drop shipped items on there. for something that was supposed to be based on made by a human, its failed miserably. when ive questioned etsy about the AI, they dont really care 👎

always great buys

always find great items

Easy to use when ordering and customizing. 🙂

love supporting small businesses

found some good items for printing! ty etsy

easy website.

I'm tired of the unchecked drop ship scams on this site. I can't even order anything anymore without realizing the listing is lying about origin and being made to order. overpaying for mass produced garbage from china, I'm done with Etsy. Can't seem to find anything at all actually made by a human in my country. Everything I find is just a scam from china that I had to dig to find out after suspicious shipping practices on every order. DONE. Not shopping on this website anymore.

brilliant service and loads of great choices of personal gifts

Great place to shop

Everything is as shown and beautiful !

Great range very easy to use superb

Did not like the constant ads for paid services to "boost" my shopfront. I canceled fairly soon after I realised they were not that good a market place for someone who does not use any social media.

Great service and so sweet to deal with!

Great sellers! and Products!
