BUY FROM THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK! The sellers here are fraudulent. The item I received was not what was advertised, and it did not match the description made prior to payment. When I requested a refund, the seller refused to respond. I then attempted to escalate the issue through Alibaba’s dispute process, only to be informed that I would need to pay for an independent inspection to verify my claim. I was asked to pay $1,000 for an inspection on a product that cost $530! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

fast access to things

l love it

Cheapest gloves I've ever seen. Took them to work to use on dishes. Water leaked through some of the gloves and yes I felt the hot water stuck inside the gloves. Never again. I thought it was free shipping now only to look at the price I was charged way more for shipping than the gloves even cost. Gloves were 10$ that's what I thought I paid but then after reviewing what they adjusted the price after receiving the items it said $24? Makes No Sense to me

❤️

Alibaba is the best app, I buy a lot of cheap, good quality items here ♥️👍🏻

very good

I love the user experience.

same temu, Absolute disgrace! Do NOT download this app. It has turned into a platform showing vulgar, inappropriate bodies instead of real shopping. Respect families and kids of all ages! Seeing this nonsense is truly heartbreaking. Stop this cheap, explicit shopping now. Delete all human pictures and bodies from products and focus solely on what you sell. No other solution: completely remove all human models or ban this app immediately!

nice, excellent 👌

Aliiyyii

Sellers are posting items underpriced to catch you and reel you in only to overcharge at checkout. Alibaba says low "bait" price and then refusing to sell it at that price is a violation of Alibaba's Listing and Pricing Policy (often flagged as price manipulation or fee avoidance). Under Alibaba's Search and Listing Rules, this tactic is categorized as "Malicious/Inaccurate Pricing" and "Fee Avoidance." Sellers are strictly prohibited from listing a low product price to manipulate platform.

The communication experience on Alibaba was exceptionally clear, prompt, and professional. Each message was met with thoughtful detail, a respectful tone, and reliable information, fostering confidence and trust throughout the interaction. A truly commendable experience that reflects the professionalism and commitment of the Alibaba platform.

sorry am new to this ,but still I'll try my best

This was my first order on Alibaba. It failed because of the location, but I got refunded right after the deadline expired. Very professional and correct!

reasonable prices but shipping often offsets the price to a point that it's easier and cheaper to get elsewhere

Garbage app that alibaba tries to force you to install in order to use their website on mobile, even when set to desktop. The website itself isn't so great, but it forces you to install Spyware on your phone just to read your messages from a seller. Pure garbage!

very good

scam.i ordered items hoping to get my rewards as advetize but no rewards..scam scam scam

this affordable innovation is what pisses of America. China is a force for good for humanity 👏

suspicios activity. never to be used again.

Terrible Experience – Beware of Scams! I had a very bad experience with Alibaba. Foshan Yingshi Technology, a supplier with a good rating on Alibaba, asked me to make payment outside the platform, claiming they could not receive payment through Alibaba because their bank account was not linked. I trusted them, made the payment, and received an invoice, but after that, they stopped responding and provided no proper updates about my product. I feel cheated and have lost my money.

Great App for Purchasing Online.

I NEVER received it yet one day after I filed my refund, the package supposed to arrive.please if you want to save money.. then Don't use them.and if you do,take screenshots of all communication. they are 0 stars

I'm sorry for my very negative review. I double checked the name and the review I left was intended for " Alieexpress" I must admit I have never opened your app. But I fully intended to see what you have available for my e-bike and anything else you have for sale. As I always try to be respectful and fair until given a reason not to be. 🙂

Super and very convenient

The text describes elements of a user interface, such as buttons or menu items. "Saved" likely refers to a section where saved items are stored. "Recents" probably shows recently accessed items. "Get app" is a prompt to download an application. The "side panel collapse option" allows users to hide or show a side menu. There is no additional document content to explain beyond these interface elements.

never got packages or refunds

The service is excellent and highly efficient!

been very good so far.

good 💯

its a shopping app easy to use

simply fantastic. Great service, great products, fantastic communication from Initial enquiry through to delivery. last but not least is the prices. can't fault the company. As far as the app goes it sources different options for different budgets. There is almost always someone ,not a bot, on the end of the line to swiftly answer any questions. Us Brits should take a leaf out of their books.

I am trying to find anybody in this company to get a missing part for a rug and upholstery cleaner that I bought.any help would be nice.all I have is a cell phone to contact you with.i don't have or know how to use a computer.i have been trying to find somebody for the last 3 weeks. it is a manziison. model m336ac-c compact rug and upholstery cleaner missing the brush holder for the end of the nozzle at the end of the hose. any help would be nice because this is getting old.

good

what is this? Everyone displays prices yet charges another when actually buying something from them. for instance when you see a scooter for ~$148 you open it and ask about the inquiry.. they respond with a price of $329 a literal $200 scam! This bait and switch tactic they use has utterly put this market in a poor situation

Warning to Online Shoppers At first, I thought this app was good, but my experience has been disappointing. I ordered several items, but I still haven't received my products. This has made me concerned about the reliability of the service. Based on my personal experience, I would advise other customers to be cautious before placing an order through this app. Consider alternatives such as Amazon Prime or AliExpress, and always check customer reviews, delivery policies.
