the app doesn't work. tried using it in store and couldn't get it to work. tried using it at home and it keeps saying there's no internet connection but every other app works and I actually do have a connection to the internet. I have rewards that expire today and I'm losing them because the app won't navigate.

On a Samsung Tablet, could not complete a purchase. Was logged in to Lowes account. On last screen, entered cvv, clicked Complete. Google window popped up saying I could log in w passkey. I was logged in, so I clicked close. Was logged out of Lowes app. Logged back in. Shopping cart was empty and purchase not in purchase history?! Just gone. Loaded my cart and tried again. Clicked Complete, prompted to log in again even though logged in. Clicked passkey. Items still in cart! Had to use phone.

Lowes app is absolute dogshit! im signed in... selected the items i need to purchase. go to check out... hit check out... app asks me to sign in... im literally unable to make purchases on the app. which is the entire point of the pickup in store option! i dont want to hunt for 20 minutes looking for where they hid the perforated hanger straps. or the unsulated cable staples... love lowes! but this app is completely trash!

drops payment and entire order when you use the PayPal option. I've had it try to charge me 79 delivery on a delivery only item, not good business

warranty on products...I was told by employee that if I bought the warranty on a washer and dryer that for any reason started to malfunction id be able to return it in-store without any questions well my washer broke down and not only did they not replace it the warranty didnt cover the malfunction so im screwed Im Never buying the warranty service again.

The App doesn't allow for a project to be deleted. That's App Design 101. Also your Chat Agents have no idea how to help. Fix your app and website, which BTW your Website has several issues as well.

I think the rewards are BS because I'm still not able to use them even though my phone shows 130 bucks to use by Nov 9th. Why so difficult?

I'm sure everyone is set up with the Lowe's rewards. If you earn money from buying stuff, why don't they have the register set up to use it? You have to pull up your app, put in your info, scan your phone. it's ridiculous!!!! I'd rather put in my phone number and it show what I have and ask me, do I want to use my money. Get with it Lowe's!!! And by the way, contractors should have to return their stuff at customer service just like everybody else does. Instead of holding up the line.

Today's service was outstanding. Tabitha and Edgar went above and beyond helping us today. They were both very kind, extremely helpful, and incredibly patient. We were the customers that are the pains in the neck, not because we had a bad attitude but because the issues we were having were not quick to resolve without effort.

I placed pickup orders before. I'm logged in but when I try to pay all the items disappear from my cart and I'm logged out and it says I don't have a login method. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I see in other one star reviews other people having the same problem. I've just put off my project and will likely go to bennits in Louisville since it's closer anyway.

nee process for checking out makes things difficult and confusing. had to click through multiple screens on my phone which is not enjoyable. maybe easier on computer. point of the app easy access to get what I want almost canceled my sale do to the annoyance.

Everytime I use this app I can use it for about 5 minutes then it pops up with a "we can't find a connection error" when clearly I have a connection and can use any other app perfectly fine, also when in the store it takes forever to let me scan a barcode if it let's me at all.

Wat better than the other home improvement store. better deals and better employees to help. this app is great too

3 self check out registers were green light, but not open for use. one of the other four was down. the other three were not finishing the transactions and the Lowes lady wasn't doing much to solve the issue

I purchased a gas range, which was the wrong one they didn't have the one I wanted on the floor. The salesperson went online supposedly to order the one I wanted. I was told I needed to purchase the gas line kit in order for them to hook up the range. I purchased the kit. I had to exchange the range for another range come to find out they never connect the first range with the new kit. I never would have known that they left the old part on that first purchase. the range because they

Whew.. you got rid of that up/down bouncing my search results were doing. Stationary for a moment, then zip... drop down a .5"... then back up. I figured out it was the GOOGLE ad at the top of my screen. It would pop-up... then disappear. My search results followed step... up/down. The update today took care of that. THANK YOU! But, I notice the GOOGLE ad still shows up... in a different spot. Gotta ask... does Lowe's need the money so bad you let GOOGLE advertise on your site? GOOGLE? LOL.

this app is terrible. was always a bit wonky but usable, the last 2 updates have made it pretty much useless, takes a long time to load if it ever actually does updated 3rd time today, no change. let me search but click on a product and it simply says sorry you have no Internet connection while I have full strength 5g and no problems with service or internet with anything else

Stuck in checkout loop. I deleted my account.

app crashes when completing checkout. its great for shopping/searching, but had to complete checkout on the website.

customer service was helpful, but it took 1 hour and 1/2 for them to figure out how to get my rewards, I had to go outside the store and use mobile wifi in order to make my rewards work, you need an easier way for customers to redeem rewards.

not user friendly. stood in line for 20 minutes trying to get my lowes cash, without getting in. stupid 2 factor only available for email, and since email is delayed, I do not get the code, and page refreshes while I'm getting the code, forcing me to get another code. so I had to pay and leave, with my account locked. technology is stupid. I should have a code in my email to scan for my reward. not have to have another stupid app, that doesn't work, or have a way to get a txt instead.

search features are terrible. they include things no way related. it's a joke. they must have had the same person design it as the idiot that did Home Depot search. it drives me to buy on Amazon or from Ace, because I can find what I'm looking for. I did a search for DeWalt impact. I got ladders, Craftsman, painting items, all kinds of unrelated. because of this, I didn't even go to my local Lowes to look at what they had. it was not worth wasting that time.

Ordering stuff online has got to be the single most frustrating AND Annoying experience I have ever had!! Stop using automated programs to help people if there is obviously a disconnect..I should not be repeating my request to talk to a customer service representative 29 times before get transferred. I should not have to use an old address to get pricing in the same city!!! Why am I forced to have my order delivered? I am capable of picking up my stuff!! I hope you have an easier time of it.

Went to Bobby Jones Lowe's to pickup an item that was supposed to be available. could not find it, got very little assistance from employees. frustrated so I went to Home Depot and found what I needed.

I dealt with the paint department, the service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. at checkout Angel help me check out and the service was smooth.

People are helpful. Music is loud and shrill. Should turn music off for an hour after opening and an hour before closing, thereby allowing for better thinking ability of customers. It helps. It's proven.

don't like you using the flock cameras to follow me in and out of the plymouth store! may have to change to Menards

better than homey depot, for most things anyways, still buy rough lumber at homey d, but lowes trim and fine lumber is better most of the time

I will always love Lowes as a store and company, but their app and website are terrible to use, especially if you want to pay off your credit card. Nightmare. I'm canceling my credit card. I have a Home Depot next to my house now anyway. Pointless to drive across town to a Lowes.

Constantly logs you out at checkout. once you log back in, your cart is empty and you have to add it all back. Press checkout again? logs you right back out and empties the cart again. Constant loop.

wasted time over 3400 points spent a bunch of time downloading the stupid app and all it would give me is $4 off it's supposed to be $1 for every 100 points that would be for $34 it gave me $4 then they told me call the 800 number cuz that's all they could do total waste of time my time is worth more than $4

app refused to follow or list my order. had to visit the store to change delivery, then they added a surcharge to what should have been able to do free on line. You no longer "get what you pay for." but have to pay for privilege to shop there. now I have to wait again. they changed the delivery date now. this is a bad situation.sorry i call them as i see. im used to go and order, tell them where to diliver, they gave me the bill and told when it will be sent.it was so much simpler then.

I love this App. I visit it very often.

Was able to use my $5 Lowell's reward money with some difficulty getting into it but the very nice cashier helped me navigate to get in and was able to use it she was very pleasant and very helpful.

The Lowes ap consistently ran in the background. I suspect collecting location, voice and photo data. I deleted it.

I was a great cashier at self checkout, lol paint department was helpful finding what I needed.

I kept trying to figure out how to initiate My Rewards account. Lowe's customer service said I had to uninstall the app and use the website. Afterwards, I reinstalled and saw that I had Rewards Cash. I kept trying to find a way to get to the cash, in the app, and was only able to access it through uninstalling the app and using the website. The app seems to be an obstacle, not an asset.

the app needs to be easy to switch between stores. if I'm looking at an item that is out of stock in one store I should be able to see what the inventory looks like for that item without having to leave that page.

Lowe's app is not fully compatible with Android phones, causing some pages or option tabs to not fully display. Often can't complete a purchase because the check-out tab or payment info isn't visible due to formatting errors.

I am loving the ability to use the app to manage all my Lowe's stuff.
