So I'm guessing I just got scammed out of 80 plus dollars. Product is trash!!! My Grandson can make something better than what I received. good for tracking but can't stop unwanted "suggestions" generally I like this app but when it starts to suggest shops for digital Roblox items when I never played or have an interest in. that would be fine if I could say "not interested" but I can only report the seller which I do not want to do. great tracking app let down by trying to do too much. it would get a 2 but it's still useful

Hate it. Every order takes a ridiculous time to arrive. Once I've rece outstanding orders it's getting deleted and I'll never use Shop again. Today a payment attempt was made of my bank account. I can't find anything to suggest I set up a subscription so I've had to cancel my card. I'm furious.

ive order 10/2/26 just received 10/31/26. however when I sent an email stating the products they did respond in 24hr and gave me a partial refund. Just wish the bottle were a little bigger

Purchased as a birthday gift but it arrived over a week late. Not good. The ad I purchased from, portrayed this sampler as full sized bottles but when they arrived there were 4 bottles that hold less than 8fl ounces each. Less than 32fl ounces of wine for $45.00 + extremely late shipping cost of $15+...NOT WORTH IT ~ NEVER AGAIN.

very disappointed The product supplied very different to what was advertised. certainly not created in Australia and quality left lacking. not value for money. Contacted company who say can return for refund or they offer 25% refund and keep the product. postage of items to China from Australia is not cheap.

they run a little small. I do like the workmanship. mine had a small stain on the collar.

this used to be the best package tracking app. It's really gone downhill to the point the app won't let me sign in I give up on this app.

I ordered cologne on 10/16 and have gotten no status update on my order. I called the company customer service and keep getting the run around or recording to hit 1 or # keys. Whats the use of offering a tracking site if u cant track. And when I do check status it brings me back to the app site. What the hell is really going on? When I get results, I will gladly give a 5 star review. Until the 1 is as low as I can go.

I have not received my stuff why marked delivered.

I downloaded it to track a package. I turn on notifications so I could get updates on my package but all I've gotten is slop ads and it's extremely annoying. It can also be inconvenient because I assume that someone is texting me so I have to go get my phone and it's just slop.

Tracking has failed to work again. I have tried at least three or four times and it keeps telling me to install Shop when it is already on my phone. I have had to write direct ly to the firm I ordered from and am still waiting to hear about my order. Currently tempted to just remove the app if it doesn't help me.

Waiting for an item to ship and come to find out people are waiting months. That's unacceptable and unfair to people that buy items from this app. As soon as my items ship I'm uninstalling and might never use again.

They do not vet the merchants on their app. Recent order partially fulfilled, seller has no valid contact point, "shop" says pay for an item that was never received. Stick to vendors you know, if using this, or uninstall to avoid problems.

It was difficult to get a status on the order. I tried to check with the company I ordered from, but did not get a reply. I decided to wait for a few days beyond the promised delivery date and I finally got an update once the item was delivered to Amazon.

Buggy! I opted to use Shop to track an order. My order showed in the history after placing it & the app worked beautifully. Fast forward & I tried to do the exact same thing with the same merchant today. I made the purchase at a desktop instead of on the phone & then logged out. Now, I'm not getting the necessary code verifications to login on the phone app & see my order. It says my account is unavailable at this time. But, I can still login to Shop at the desktop & the order does NOT show.

I'm not going to my bank or calling my bank over URBIONIC order #U104320US. This isn't on my bank — it's on Shopify and the Shop app. That's what y'all created, and y'all are letting stuff like this happen. Y'all gotta be more careful about letting people do stuff like that. Your store took my $64.19 and vanished, and your platform let it happen. Shopify is who I expect to fix this: refund my $64.19 to my original payment method.

I absolutely love this app! I had never heard it before, I initially thought it was a scam! " Im like how did this app know about my deliveries & I hadn't even downloaded it?" luckily, my misgivings were misplaced! Great app, dont leave home without it!

The item advertised is not what was sent. A cheap plastic knock-off was sent instead. I was never so embarrassed and shocked on an item bought online in my life. It was a present for someone else. I did use the app support with no response or resolution. The company was quick to respond to my Google Review very unprofessionally. I wish I could attach pictures of the item so I could post them. That's what social media is for, I will do that.

They're absolutely not as advertised, they're very cheaply made, probably worth £5 each at best. Some of the threads are broken and hanging off. I've been scammed and I'm not sure if I can return them, there's no paperwork. To say I'm underwhelmed and disappointed is an under statement. I'm ripped off and disgusted. Please be warned, they're cheap,. fully manufactured, foreign imports.

I would not trust this app. ESPECIALLY for shopping. I spent about 15min three different times browsing. Within minutes of looking at an item, they were changing prices and throwing deals on same items. They're DESPERATE to have YOU help them hack you. I use sometimes to get a tracking number I don't wanna browse my emails for. But when I'm not expecting items, this app stays uninstalled. Also don't forget to delete any items you've ordered that show up on your list. IT's can burn in hell.

Ordered it, 1.5 months went by. I wrote an email to them. They responded that it will be there in 1 week, that it was coming from China. App says that it was delivered August 1st. I never got it. Company is a joke! Ordered the wallet, 1.5 moths later i sent an email stating I wanted a refund. They replied to be patient & that it was coming from China that it would be in the u.s. in 1 week. Supposedly it was delivered August 1st. But I've never received it. Company is a joke !
