Terrible support and zero buyer protection. Vinted forced me to pay return shipping for a damaged item falsely listed as 'Brand New'. When the seller harassed me and left an abusive retaliatory review, support did nothing and left it on my profile. Avoid if you want fair dispute resolution.

Found this app to be very useful to post and sell with ease.

So far it's been touch and go but it's a learning experience for the app. It has been a good experience and I will be listing more. I have been banned from this app for life because I was honest and listed a coin as a replica. They accused me of attempting fraud even though the coin was clearly listed as a replica. Being honest means nothing to them.

Great for buying which i brought pretty much but be careful i put up some pics of my vapermax to sell and got banned put them on depop sold with other pairs in 2 days it took almost a week for the last results on my band when I saw it was to late I had missed the 48 hour deadline. for me to show i had proof of sales that where brought from nike with proof from app which I had but good app do recommend

Great app. Fun every time I open it. I never know what great things I will find. The prices are fantastic and the merchandise is beautiful. The sellers are willing to answer questions and help along the way. They are very reasonable and I love to make Bundles. The items come quickly and it's always a surprise when I open them. Everything has been packaged nicely. Sometimes a seller adds that extra pizzazz to the item in presentations that really makes it memorable and I watch their sites. 🌻

I posted a thermometer and they banned my account and I can't get it unbanned and I'm not able to close it and open a new one so this app is ridiculous. I don't recommend it

The app is ok however, my main issue is the delayed delivery-refund time period. If a seller can't post within 3 days (except if communicated) then, I shouldn't have to wait for almost 2 weeks before I can claim a refund . I should be able to get my refund within a reasonable time ( after 3days of no postage/communication). Secondly, if a parcel is delayed/lost for whatever reason and, you confirm the loss or extra long delay then, I shouldn't have to wait for a whole month before I can claim

The app is great when it actually works, which seems to be very rare the last couple of months. Anytime I try to open it says the servers are down and to try again in 5 minutes. I have to delete the app and use the website in the browser. I sometimes try the app again after a week or so and same story again, servers always down. Very frustrating!

I am having problems with translation not being available, noticed it about 2 days ago it is very difficult to communicate with sellers that way please check it, thank you! update: still having problems after some months, noticed it now with germanic languages could not translate dutch today... having to use google translate. 😬

I downloaded app. listed about 10 items. then the first 5 minutes somebody tried to fraudulently buy something from me asking for all kinds of private information. then I actually sell something,the person pays for it I get the label ready to print and when I go to look at my account the next morning they've completely deleted and suspended my account?? saying I did something fraudulent I did nothing at all? waste of a day. sketchy app.

Interesting app, but bad feedback. i couldn't access my account for two days and got "servers down" message. In the end it was due to Vinted blocking vpn, which is fine, but give correct information to the users and not a generic servers down.

They are scammers, so guys don't use it, and specially don't try to sell your items there...they will scam you. I have sold an item, and ofcourse money from buyer arrived in 15 days in my vinted account, and after i wanted to withdraw the in to my bank account (their politic is 5 working days) anyways..shows in their app: You should receive by 2.11.2026, after 3 weeks stil havent received any money, and i've tried to contact them, right? My money..they doesn't answer on support thing....

its a good app. easy to give and recieve parcels (deliveries). as long as the seller does the right thing you'll get your product/item.

The app's algorithm decided to stop showing me any items from outside Australia since 2 weeks ago. I've contacted them 4 times, and they either ghost me, tell me I already asked them about it (in other chat I'm ghosted in) and immeditiately close it or tell me it's all part of their plan to "test how international sellers are shown to some members". When I ask them to fix my acc so I'm not one of those members, they don't respond The app is fine but worse than others like ebay or depop

it's a decent app so..

not optimal. if you press accidentally on an item, you end up seeing a lot of those items from the same category. and maybe you were not even interested but just curious. I use vinted to buy a specific type of items exclusively and it's frustrating to see my feed flooded with stuff that does not concern me and that I will never ever buy. You must implement a function to decide your own algorithm and feed

this used to be one of my favourite apps but now they have changed the sizing & added the US its a nightmare to try & find anything with the right size.

Nice app until the item you bought is broken during shipping. Then the support wil ask you to send them photos of the packed package, unpacked package, parts of the package, etc. again and again. And then they close the case without any return.

I've sold a few items on Vinted and had a good experience. One expensive item I sold unfortunately was disputed as not received by the buyer. With all my documentation and proof of delivery, Vinted did the right thing and compensated me the full amount that I sold the item for. I appreciate them having the sellers back when things go wrong. So far the platform has earned my trust as a seller.

I love the app but seams to have some bugs as the app is closing by itself while navigating. I experienced this multiple times, in different days as well. I have made all the required updates but not sure why it's keep closing.

This company uses 3rd rate AI automated software that incorrectly thinks you're selling fake goods and automatically bans your account. They seem to focus this on brand names being listed, but actually have no real system in place to verify products like eBay or StockX. Very poor customer service with no transparency.

no customer service and alot of scammers and fake items. vinted don't care and when I reported a profile nothing was done when it was blatantly obvious. vinted have no problem banning your own account though if you complain about it

Very good app for selling used items. The algorithm is annoying as it keeps showing the same items even if one is not interested. The app needs a manual user override that allows user to dismiss the listing/product as not interested. Just because you have looked at a listing or its phots does not necessarily mean you are interested for life. This needs to be addressed.

At first it was great but I submitted an appeal this morning and turns out PORN is allowed to be sold on their app without warning. So, parents beware!

Terrible customer experience. I received the wrong item via Evri (I think Evri to blame here) but have now waited over a month for a resolution. Vinted are now saying that they have checked with the shipping company and my item is still in transit and they won't refund despite me providing photo evidence of the item, the delivery email and my name being pasted over a different address. I am now left with no tracking code, no help from Vinted and am £80 out of pocket. DO NOT USE.

Started selling own possessions 3 months ago. App is good, easy to use. But 1 item lost by courier within hours of collection, delays, InPost lockers out of service for about a month, lots of reports of scams, accounts being blocked unfairly & poor customer service, all done by bots, no seller protection against buyer scammers so I'm not going to keep selling with Vinted any more, looking at other platforms with human customer service.

unfair buyer fees for returns. if seller send you not as described or damaged item buyer has to pay for return label. sometimes seller will pay but people scam buyers and mostly seller as a victim has to lose money for return labels. shame of you vinted.

Vinted does not offer reliable supoort to sellers, I've had an issue with a buyer thats been on going for 52 days now and they have still failed to resolve it. Be aware Vinted does not care about customer services and you will struggle when theres an issue. adding in cross bordered selling has turned the whole all into a complete $hit show

have been using site for about a month and so far thing's are going ok.you just get lost in the lists unless you bump something and that puts you at the top of the list and people see that when they look in that category...and hard to let people know when you cut your price. The site is awesome and I am sure they are improving every week...😃

I'm about to uninstall the app for the second time, having not learned my lesson by the previous awful experiences. This time I have found that Vinted are happy to sit back and make a buyer wait for a whole month to pass before they will do anything about a delivery company who have not fulfilled their own delivery promises. Vinted allow these delivery companies onto their app but will not take responsibility when things go awry.

goes stright to a add phone number then wait for code never shows up and just wait for auto responses they never fix issues. I deleted when told my issues been resolved and case closed which they never did anything to fix issue and never resolved anything. clearly dont care about even being able to use app I cant imagine if had a issue with a item purchased if care so little.

as a buyer and a seller, sometimes its great. easy to price negotiate and if you use anything like evri, royal mail or inpost, no problems. however, if something is at fault or there are issues. its an absolute nightmare as the people who run the app never listen or read to what is said and just post pre scripted paragraphs. especially as a seller. it could be a courier issue, yet you as a seller will always get blame. if plan to sell, be very careful with what you do.

this is the best app to make a little extra cash with items you need to get out the way

Add the option to filter out brands, I'm tired of seeing shein everywhere. Also to filter out the countries, I'm not paying triple the price for a shirt just because it's coming from the other side of the galaxy. Also it's crashing and closing randomly.

Great place to find what you need without paying high prices and to sell on items and declutter. Safe place to purchase items when the app actually works. Very difficult to resolve the app when it goes wrong.

Vinted is one of my favorite shopping apps, its easy to use and I can find almost anything. But I've been dreaming of a category, where you can choose which countries stuff you want to see.

BEWARE if something happens with shipping and vinted messed up but the buyer got the product you are screwed over by vinted. they lie and tell you they will fix it but they wont, they give you the run around and then tell you sorry. I am so pissed off I am trying to figure out how to just sue, idc that its not a lot of money i work hard on this app selling nice clothes and I am not okay being screwed over by a corporation. shame on you vinted I would love to give 5 stars but I wont.

Quite a bargain to get stuff here. if there are issues, it's a bit mixed cause sometimes response speed can vary. I also sell stuff and they make it easy to do so!

This app has become one of the must unprofessional. they use bot to ban people without any explanation or ways to solve the problem. No, what they do is permanent BAN straightaway!!! BTW, no human being is involved in the whole process. I hope that one day, this platform will realize that we people make it no Ai. i wish you a nice and beautiful downfall until you let people do the job!!!!!

if I could give less than 1 star, I would. shopping might be good but they will ban you without warning, then use AI to deny your appeals and deem you "unsafe" for their community, even when you provide the evidence they ask for. the customer service is also clearly AI generated, canned responses that get nowhere fast. Just an overall unpleasant experience with this app.

i have to say. for the first time I listed, and for some reason I recieved an email i can tell it accused me of posting fake items when it shows exactly the brand name. I email back that the bag is real and that's the brand name. I have the same brand with different color so i am selling the black one. Is just because Vinted system does not recognize the brand does not mean you can just accused of someone's trying to use your App of posting fake. or misleading customer. what a shame!

Permanent ban: This app is absolute TRASH! It has AI flagging items as fraudulent and banning accounts before giving anyone a chance to prove the item is not counterfeit. The appeal process is worthless because they have ZERO intentions of looking into it! I hope people open a class action lawsuit against this garbage app & company! Picking & choosing who can sell what, when you have scammers all over this app. Focus your attention on THEM!!!

Verification is sketchy, customer support is mostly ai, and if you can get in touch with someone they just repeat the same things, never actually helping, and then stopped replying entirely. As of now I'm missing 800$ and this may end up a court issue.

Easy to navigate interface. However, some shipping issues that the app does not explain. Basically don't plan on sending anything over 4lbs it is such a hassle to get anything sent that is over that weight. Another issue is there is really no actual people to talk to if an issue arises. Its almost entirely AI. Otherwise its easy to sell things and easy to withdraw your money.

I'm enjoying the app, I like how the app makes it easy to find photos to use and upload to post an item but the A.I. or program used to guess or to fill in the blanks so to speak could use some work and more categories and subcategories are need, oh yeah how do you report fraudulent emails? I get emails stating i sold an item only to see in my profile I did not but get emails I need to set up and do mandatory verification, i know it's spam/hackers.

So many spam messages. Its easy to post stuff for sale but the amout of orders and cancelations and insanely low ball offers feels like there are so many bots and spammers on this app. Feels like marketplace all over again.

Been selling for about a week and have had no issues! Great turn around. If I had to complain I'd say after a few days the hype and sales slow down quite a bit, less views on all items. There seems to be a garage sale price mentality of people asking for items for practically free.

if you dont have a minimum of 400 dollars on your account than this stupid app won't let you verify your card. so I just spent 2 hours uploading items for one of them to sell and me not be able to sell it. so if your new to this let me save you some time only cash app apple pay or pay pal and you have to have at least 400 dollars in your account to get anything from them. I REPEAT 400 DOLLAR MINIMUM TO BE ABLE TO SELL ON THIS APP

the app is great, no selling fees or anything of that nature that you have to pay if your a seller, the only issue I have with it is you cannot make duplicate listings, so if you have numerous of the same items. it will not allow you to sell the same item over and over.

They make shopping difficult with so many imposed fees. They charge for delivery for each item separately, even though they are from the same seller. I don't recommend trying it because they exploit a lot.

When you are new you make sales left and right. Then after about 2 weeks it plummets and you don't get many sales. I am trying to clean out my closets and would be helpful if Vinted would fix their software. This could be so much better and helpful for people.

So far, the app has been okay. I use it as a buyer and seller. I was considering giving 3 stars, but no selling fees deserves the extra star. Pros: No selling fees, low shipping costs. Cons: I see several fraudulent listings everyday from new users. Shipping is slow. You have to create a new listing from scratch if you want to sell more than one of the same items separately. There are some edge cases where the app doesn't have the behavior a reasonable person would expect.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! The platform is riddled with scammers. I signed up to sell some items and my bank and personal info got stolen within 10 mins of using the app. Then after that, a second person tried to steal my info. I reported it to them and they said there was nothing they could do. This company doesn't care about you or their platform

My experience has been mixed. Overall, it's great. I have bought & sold many items since joining. It would be nice to see a few enhancements. The time between the buyer's receipt of the merchandise & payment should be shorter. It would be helpful to have the ability to block items that, as a buyer, we've seen come up in rotation that we aren't interested in. Otherwise, I like the app.
