Terrible company. there is 0!!!! ways to cancel anything. they dont reply to any support message. there's no cancelation button on either site. they use whatsapp messaging as the only way to contact them for support. I sent them a message in on June 8th 2026 to make sure the sub was canceled. here it is Sept 7th and i just realized they've charged me for the last 3 months. No replies to any emails or messages. And i have photo proof of all of this because claude couldnt find how to cancel either

Prompts me to update every time I open the app, despite being on the most current version. Blocks me from doing anything else. Totally useless.

Best app ever! Honestly, I had a hard time trying to find app that give me floating subtitles ( I use 'em in weverse) but now I found a hidden gem. Recommended.

Wrong translations, late translations and worse? It doesn't even say the right word, like for example ; it said "Oo (yes)" but the translator said "oioi". WORST THAN EVER, , DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

It's great but I'm broke, I hope you'll update it to add option for it to be free like watching an ad or something 😿😿😿😿 I like it so far and finally I can watch Korean Livestream huhuhu... although I've come to a problem but it's not much it just doesn't catch a few words in the live translating. .....

This could be helpful for a lot of k-pop stans that have a ton of ult biases, but it only takes 4minutes or 30, and its not enough cause some k-idols make there live 1 hour or so, and it dosent fit well, and you have you pay
