I've brought some great products on here, the prices are great and shopping is generally reliable with a good policy on late and missing packages. The app is a bit annoying however, I'm waiting for updates on my surroundings and 9/10 of the notifications are about sales and promotions. Every role and section works quickly except for the support section. My other issue with the app is that the font size is tiny, and the dark mode does not work across all pages or sections.

the quality of merchandise is usually what you expect for the price - cheap and short lived. the ads in apps i use are beyond annoying. repeat after repeat after repeat ad nauseum. and you can't blame the app owner as they take the money and the seller says "keep on posting these ads even if they annoying the he'll out of people" and it is usually extremely difficult to get out of them. the "X" which normally closes the ad in most cases leads you to another page, repeatedly.

Bad customer service. I bought a sticker for my handheld that cost me $30 and when I received it the item was defective and looked nothing like the advertisement. I spoke to customer service that I wanted my money back, but I'm not able to return the item because like I said it's a sticker. A platform full of scammers! 4 orders I had to cancel because the sellers where asking me extra money for shipping and when I contact the support all I received back where promises that they will face consequences for that! Of course nothing happened to them, they are free to scam others like before! Ohh, and one more thing! After my first cancellation I asked my money back as a bonus to use it for new order, bad move! Now they refuse to give me my money back and I'm stuck with a useless bonus!

Which seems to make up most of the catalogue so you are continuously wasting time clicking through those annoying bundle windows when you just want to create a normal order. And it is not possible to filter them out either of course. Makes the whole app frustrating to use.

I have had a terrible experience with this app. I received a defective item, and when I tried to return it, the shipping cost was extremely expensive. The seller then stopped responding and disappeared, while AliExpress Customer Service was unable to provide any helpful assistance. This has been a very disappointing experience as a buyer.

great for shopping, not so great for clothes many stores just give a simple size, no dimensions, when they do give UK sizes the actual size is 2 sizes smaller ie an 18 is a size 14 useless, Temu on the otherhand is almost always the correct UK size + has an app for chromebooks!

It has happened several times that, at the time of posting, a delivery date is provided, along with a promise that if the parcel is not received by that date, a penalty of one or two dollars per item will be paid. However, as soon as the scheduled date arrives and they realize that delivery is not possible, they change the date to avoid having to pay the penalty. I have a screenshot as proof. But I cannot upload.

aliexpress are scammers. they send thier customers defective item or the item that not working, when the customer appeal about the issue and wants return it, they asked you to send the video evidence of the issue on the app if you try uploading the video, it always says failed, then they company says you don't have evidence.

A lot of the products are garbage. It’s better to pay a bit more at discount shops, where you can at least get a real sense of the quality. The customer service is terrible — they try to wear you down before finally issuing a refund. This is probably the only app that practically hijacks other app's ads

Since recent experience on returning an item and was refused, I will never buy anything from there again. They refused a return request for change of mind when it was clearly within the time frame. They have a returns policy but don't follow it? I also had another experience where an item was missing, and they also refused refund. It is much better to buy on TEMU! EDIT: Yeah keep referring to cs, all they do is reject evidence 🙄

used to love my experience. ordering was easy, I was mostly happy with the products and if I wasn't the service team was super helpful to find a solution. In the last year or so things have changed. Orders were not fulfilled correctly. Service was incredibly unhelpful just asking for more pictures they already recieved. I'm very unhappy with the direction this has been going in

Avoid this app/platform at all costs. Customer support is completely useless—just an endless bot loop that disconnected me 4 times when I tried to change my email. It demanded credit card info even though I paid with Google Pay, showing zero flexibility or human help. To top it off, they've previously claimed to deliver items I never got and asked me to "prove" I didn't receive them. Terrible service and terrible platform. Do not recommend!

AI should give a live agent when requested. not doing it now. Or better, use only Live people. Developer responded to go to webpage that doesn't exist. Developer response is probably AI.

I am extremely disappointed with their lack of integrity and customer service. I received a defective item and was explicitly promised reimbursement for return shipping. I followed their instructions, paid the shipping costs upfront, and provided both the receipt and bank transaction proof. Yet, AliExpress continues to complicate the process and refuses to honor its promise. If a company cannot keep its word to a loyal customer, it does not deserve that customer's trust. Never again!

Platform for scammers and hackers. I bought an android box last year. Recently hooked it with AI and there were plenty of hidden programs running inside and connecting to 100s of unsolicited platforms. Then i start looking and all the cheap electronics i got from there were rigged. Strict action should be taken against the app to allow anything and everything to be sold in platform.

Watch out for the amount difference after you press buy it will increase from 9$ to 17$. The initial amount is including shipping. Why is the amount shown more than it's in the cart while making payment. Cheaters. Also why does AliExpress take VAT and not pay it to customs? European customers end up paying VAT twice. customer service deliberately tries not to refund the vat. Cheaters again. Avoid AliExpress at all costs.

ali asking for personal data details like my copy passport and credit card details. it turns out ali express is sharing and selling this data to third party and sharing your personal details to chinese goverment. The taxes ali is charging are wrong. for example if you buy 2 flashlights from different seller they charge double eu taxes. it should be charged per product category. This is a way how they scam their own customers. I'm not using ali anymore now I'm using Amazon are now cheaper

TOTAL SCAM! Don't waste time on AliExpress. After a year of playing their games and earning $27, the app locks you in a fake "Restocking" loop. Coupons are "out of stock" even at the exact second of the reset. My balance expires in 4 days and they will steal my money! Support just sends useless copy-paste replies. They trap your time to boost metrics and refuse to pay out. Absolute consumer fraud! AVOID ALIEXPRESS COMPLETELY!

Its a hit or miss, and lately, a lot of misses.great prices, and cool stuff to get, and yet, and still, fraudsters are allowed to sell on this app. always making things appear bigger than they are. either I will or won't buy it. I want the choice. I will probably uninstall again. the games are good for nothing. Great updates on purchases.

it went from being amazing with delivery and updates about whereabouts, to being stuck in transit. had my last 12-15 items "destroyed". the only positive thing about this site, is the refund option, which actually delivers.

Aliexpress has gone to... With the price of items doubled after the eu tax, now we need to pay "handling" tax and extra "duty" tax per every item in the order, not per package! So the items cost up to 3 times the regular price. Fortunately items can be purchased cheaper on local eu sites, so this aliexpress can get on never-buy-from-this-site-again express!
