Why does the app now just use route each time, even though I chose a certain llm? what's the point if I can't use the llm I choose?

I become more and more impressed with each use of the app and the website. They are always adding new features too. I keep finding out that I can do more and more. It's tempting to cancel my other subscriptions and keep Abacus because of how many features there are.

Too expensive. Although the price is 10 or 20 usd per month, the credit will finish in few prompts only. Afterwards you will be required to top up credits more and more. It is still much much cheaper if you subscribe directly to chatgpt, claude, or gemini on 20 usd per month!

I bought a 1050 rupees plan and got 20k credits for a month. it uses it extremely fast . I used 16k credits in just half hour. was using gpt sol for research. it is extremely expensive for any real use other than some chatting. the 20k credits would be used up in couple of hours in any real work

This app provides access to popular LLMs through their APIs like claude, chatGPT, Kimi, etc. Including both their free and paid versions. it Requires a subscription to use, and subscription has credit(token) limit. Whether credits per monthly subscription is enough depends on your usage, I use it fairly a lot and I range betwren 10-30K tokens a month. You can buy more tokens if you need, and a major upside is that your extra credits this month remain with you next month. The UI is not the best.

horrible app not even a free trial they want my money right away and I couldn't even tried a free trial I couldn't even sign in directly with my Google account no good for me.

Updating because they made changes and listened. Haven't used yet but I appreciate that. Still sucks to use so many credits when It hallucinates, doesn't listen, right? or just tells me it can't do it... 40 to 60 credits to say no? seriously.

This needs stolen data just to function, yet wants you to pay to access it? Disgusting.

Please add Russian keyboard layout and language switching. Currently ChatLLM Keyboard appears to be English-only, which makes it unusable for Russian typing.

One of the best apps that I have used so far. The $10 is very worth it for payment. It's so good. You have access to all the models and new models as well, so of course it's so good. You can test every model, you can see how good they are, you can benchmark them on your own work, etc.

I used abacus for a while and it was pretty decent but very expensive with credits compared to Gemini so we switched. Problem is, months after unsebscribing I randomly got billed. Says I upgraded to the best tier, I did not. Not sure if my account was hacked or just a problem on their backend.

voice is not working and it's speaking and replying in Spanish not English,I've just payed a month's subscription for this and the very first time I use it it's not working,I'm not happy at all

Very disappointed after subscribing. Paid for the subscription expecting a decent usage limit, but I could only generate 8-10 videos before running out. That's extremely poor value for the price. Other apps offer way more for similar or lower cost. No proper refund or upgrade option was offered either. Would not recommend until they fix the limits or make pricing fair.

One star is already too generous. I submitted my first formal cancellation and refund request on July 29, 2026, shortly after the subscription charges were made. I then sent multiple follow-up emails, including formal notices to both support mail adres and email address of the legal team. They're scammers!

I took the $10 Basic plan to test it and I'm not happy. Tried to make an app, but later it didn't let me correct details. It asks for $20 Pro subscription although I have enough credits. So I can't test it without Pro plan. It's not nice to play with users that way. It's not about money, but I feel scammed

Very unimpressed. Asked for a very simple slide presentation and afterwards it immediately said I needed to upgrade to pro. I could have gotten the same for free. Wish I could get a refund. The 5 star reviews here look corny and I suspect many are fake or managed by marketing, not customers.

I'm only giving it a one star to get the developers attention. in reality I think the application deserves 3.5 stars because it doesn't allow me to use any effort type higher than high effort. I want to be able to use "xHigh" and "Max". I have big projects and I want to be mobile in case customers call me with any issues I want to be able to reply without having to take with me my heavy laptop.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever seen; the interface is terrible. Google login doesn't work, and the other features don't function properly either. You have to pay upfront to use it. How are we supposed to know if it's any good without trying it first? People usually buy something after using it, right? So, think carefully before downloading this.

Used it for just 1 month. Got fed up with constant nags to upgrade. The devs have virtually restricted AI from generating code that can be copy pasted. Instead it keeps forwarding to agent. This is a scam!

there maybe some perks to pay to use this app, but personally with our lives we have enough expenses to deal with. we want to avoid adding more, accumulation happens with expenses. disappointing theres subscription to use at start.

abacus ai is a scam. They trade your monthly fee for "credits" and if you try to do anything minimally automated, they push you to upgrade your spending with them even though you have plenty of credits left.

so far so good , my 3rd days of experience!

I've been on this platform for probably a year and most likely 9 months too long. Their credits and the high rate of usage are probably the worst part. No, the worst part is probably trying to get it to create an image, with 5-7 specifics that must be included. Then begin telling it what needs fixed, and again, and again!!! 15,000 credits later I gave up. I was never able to complete vibe coding an app that incl what all I wanted. Several 80%, 1 dummed down task manager/time clock made it.

This is a total scam the one question I asked the agent was to help me set up this next task and it took over and spent 2/3 of the upgraded subscription immediately without the ability to even slow it down. Then it confidentiality told me it was too bad that Abacus AI doesn't provide refunds , OKAY I'll leave reviews on every site possible.

this is a damaged good idea. the free chat has so many limitations and pushes you the agent, which is expensive in it's credit consumption. many free tier AI assistants outperform the paid tier from this app. if limits and capacity would be increased, it would actually be a very capable platform. currently, it is structured to make you pay more, instead of providing the value that gives you the incentive to pay more. the paid tier should at least match or outperform other's free tier

Just get it! Get a simple markdown app. Set up some projects. The whole chat - Export to docx, copy and paste to markdown. What you need from the chat - Copy and paste directly to a MD file. You know have excellent context and artifacts. Reuse and Deploy in projects. You know have an Ai that knows you.

Thank you developer team for the new UI and UX changes. It truly improved the overall user experience. That said, try taking a look at some of the other AI assistant models for inspiration/ideas (. i.e., perplexity AI, etc). Think of fluidity and execution from the end user's perspective. Also, I recommend A/B testing when you roll out a new version, to ensure that all original and new features are working accordingly. Keep up the hard work.

Generated a video of 14 seconds using seedance, cost me about 4000 credits. Still have 7285 left, can't generate another video of 14 seconds with the same settings due to "insufficient credits". Besides, you end up paying way more than you would via API, about 3 times as much. They are really stingy with their credits, while claiming on their website they are super generous. I give up on using all-in-one AI services. Just use Openrouter if you need a specific model.

i’ve been using abacus.ai for a bit now and it’s just… easy. chatllm works really well and i like that i can switch models whenever i want instead of being stuck with one. also really like that everything’s in one place , chat, image stuff, and the agent. i don’t have to bounce between different tools anymore which is nice. only downside is the voice chat can cut out sometimes, but i’ve had that happen on chatgpt too so it’s not just this. overall yeah, i like it a lot 👍

Great platform of AI resources

In the last 4 months multiple times during when it's doing its researching the Ai & its deep agent will waste your credits like subscribes have unlimited credits. For example The search has taken longer would you like to still continue? credits used 1497 credits you state to continue with frustration & does the same thing again. Losing credits. when this happens 8 times during a month then this seems like a deliberate scam. This happen on ChatGPT 5.5 and on deep agent of Abacus Ai. Fix It!

tryed to make a video , they convinced me to upgrade to pro, after that my video started generating finally after many hours of trials, and then everything disappeared, all conversation with videos itself, and nobody knows nothing, but credits gone... I don't recommend it
