good overall

I am very disappointed about my delivery . I pay extra to get my package

The Ai was not helpful for my issue. After submitting my info several times on several different occasions. my is still left unresolved. I was told I would be sent and email still waiting about seven days now. No human to speak with.

LOVE IT 💜💜💜

yall have been good to me so far, keep up the good work.

Very nice clothing!

the app is actually fine, I just hate how everything from here is polyester now! even the luxe section???

Love fashion nova but I want my money refunded when i do a return. I don't need store credit.

all the materials are not what they say they are i also don't want credit all the time maybe I want my money back

Its been a good 5 yrs fashion nova has beautiful pieces their always on the latest ♥️💯

great place to find any outfit

love it!!

Excellent

two factor log in, is annoying at best! you can't turn it off, and you literally have to have, two devices open, at the same time. Otherwise...you will be in this loop of expired passcode. Resend...with no sucessful log in!

shipping takes forever !! It says standardrd shipping is 3-7 days but all my clothes take 10-15 days

this has been the worst app over the past couple years. I remember during covid and after this app was easy to use and everything worked. In recent years mostly this year and last, its impossible to save anything to your wishlist and it constantly logs me out of my account. such a shame!!! yall are missing out on money bcuz the frustration this app causes makes me go straight to Amazon with my money.

the website is better

I love Fashion Nova, the clothes there coats everything is so comfortable and the material is great. Try to work on more petite clothing but otherwise 10 🌟 from me even the delivery always point on. I just turned 56 yrs old and I will forever shop at my number 1 company ❤️

i love yall clothes 💕 -loyal customer of 3 years

Fantastic app, just used it for the first time to put an order! Super fast ✨️👏

One of my favorite apps.

good

since the new update i haven't been bale yo login and the support has never contacted me. its going on a month

super easy and fast. thank you very much.

great store

Can't sign in. Once I get code from my email, screen returns to home to send out another code.

I'm too annoyed...smdfh!!!!! It's still glitching bad. Taking long to load or select..... Gets stuck and won't slide up and down. UNINSTALL!!!!!!! This App Totally Sucks Now‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I'm always so fascinated with my orders

love It

Fashion Nova-ista for life 🧬

One of the best apps with unbeatable prices!!!!

I love fashion nova great qaulity.

good

Love Fashion Nova

Crashed Once or Twice but tue interface is mostly pretty user friendly and easy to use. You spend $100 and get free Overnight Shipping, which comes in handy for last minute trips. The men's section is larger than I thought with a good variety of clothing. The sales prices definitely make it worth shopping at Fashion Nova.

Great quality for the prices!! I've gotten so many gorgeous dresses and tons of compliments!

cart keeps disappearing on site, not emptying, just shows actually blank.

Los envíos no llegan cuando dicen

A+

not for me

love everything that I've purchased from the platform 🙌 ❤️

app won't open

app sucks. sign in and it says enter code we sent to your email. but when you look in your email for the code the app closes! and you start all over. tried 7 times. UNINSTALLING!!!

I made a order 3 weeks ago and just got it today , im going on vacation on October 24th please have my jacket shipped before then

my favorite online shopping site

Public announcement tall girl friendly!

average

Hands down, one of my favorite online shops!

I love fashion nova

My family loves these clothes. Ed Hardy especially!!!😃

very good

Just love it here ❣️

Several items I've recently received don't look like nor fit like the picture on the App.

fashion nova the best

nice clothing

The absolute best for tall women!!!

love it

I cant log in its always asking for code and when I go to copy the code goes back to type it in, it disappears and have to request another new code which takes ages to receive. Can you also remove item thats out.of stock its annoying having to click on it and its sold out 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Shipping takes way longer than the app tells you it does. My order still isn't here 4 days after delivery date.

Love Fashion Nova the clothes are great. However, the CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor and they need to fix that ASAP!!!

excellent service 👏 .

Great for the tall divas

I love everything that I've bought from Fashion Nova so far.🥰

I love it ..

I have not been able to log in, it just takes me to another site for authorization but it never actually loads but gets timed out each time, have used different browsers yet same thing. Was easier when we used to log in with password than this code of a thing. I really want to shop but can't log in for days now. it is frustrating

I love this site but everything doesn't fit right..

wonderful

The material on the clothing is always high quality. My clothing always arrives on time.

Privacy options don't work. The help center is utterly useless. I will be deleting this app. not worth the headache.

New update sucks! I can't log into my account. The app added a new feature where it will send you a code when, but when I check my inbox, it forces me to try again.

very nice clothes perfect fit

Don't buy from this app and website trust me I tried buying so many times and I never got them they just giving me star credit so many times until I build 400 worth of star credit they never refunded my money. I would rather order in chic me and also the representatives are rude. Their hotline are always busy. plus the shipment now will take 6 to 8 weeks by usps ground pathetic!!

The change you guys made to sign on the app isn't working. When I go to my email to get the code it closes the windows forcing me to try again. I would prefer to use my password.

love it

I love fashion nova. The fact that they are tall girl friendly is everything!!

I absolutely love their clothes here!!

I love the deals are great 👍

To whomever this may concern, this app is very amazing and very helpful especially when you're looking for your attire, I'm sending peace and blessings and love your way ❤️💯🙏🏾👑👑👑👑✨ To GOD BE THE GLORY 💜💯💫🙏🏾💫😍👑 May God Continue to bless you and your families 💜💫💪🏾🕊️🕊️🕊️🙏🏾💯🌹💣💪🏾💜💯🙏🏾

good

freezes often

Horrible Update - Can't Sign In. Love the idea of signing in with a code. But if you're using your phone, you have to get out of the site to get the code. When you go back to the site to enter your code, the screen is refreshed and you have to start over. The code you copied is no longer valid. So you just go round and round e entering your email, going to the email to get the code, the code is wrong, start over and repeat.

I love Fashion Nova's products, but the app itself needs a lot of work. It constantly logs me out, takes forever to get back in, and won't let me check out because it keeps looping me back to the payment screen when I try to place an order. If I try to take items out of my cart, it re-adds them. Tracking is just as bad—it says my order can't be found and makes me re-sign in. Love ordering from them, but fighting the app just to buy clothes or check a package is exhausting. Please fix the bugs!

whats up with these models? I'm looking for some long jeans and every model is built like Nicki Minaj. I cannot even imagine how it would look on me with a normal waist, normal hips and an average buttock.

Excellent quality outfits 👌

love this store

love fashion nova 😍

hasn't been working lately. too many bugs

I purchased items from fashion nova since April and it wasn't delivered, it was returned back to them, and up until now fashion nova has neither refunded me or offer a coupon for my money. if I should sue you people and claim compensation for my business money which you people has put on hold since April, don't you say am wicked. Will let this get to December before I make my claim so guys won't have excuses.

awesome clothes

Quick arrival great material

love love love...they have the best jeans...lots of selections for tall gals and always fit perfectly. always get tons of compliments! Oh and they have fantastic sales!

I ordered a track suit about two weeks ago and when the order came it was the track pants but no jacket. I will not order again because you do not send all of the order. So I do not rate you high at all.

jnenenenenneenejenne

mama loves to but me clothes fŕom here its sooo cheap and the best quality❤️

love Fashion Nova , the clothing are Trendy , Great Quality , Wear Well , Fantastic shopping online Experience , Easy check out , No Problems if you need to return .

I love everything here 💓

My favorite place tp shop online!!

I would like this app to be in English language not Spanish or any other language

good

They created a bad refund link that I can not use. I have made several attempts to contact their customer service and it is never successful. Can not recommend this company. Be careful.

I love fashion nova I get my package and merchandise on time. The quality of the clothes are amazing. Fashion Nova is also affordable.

Wishing for more discounts with my frequency.

No items in cart when you add them... need to be fix

I do not the like the fact that you only get a store credit for returns no matter how many days it has been!! That's insane to me!!

more room for improvement. but you're the best according to my pocket

now that you sign in with a code instead of a password, I'm unable to sign in. I enter my email correctly and never receive a code. i tried three times and still no code, so I can't sign in at all. Please bring back the option to sign in with a password.

can no longer log in. codes sent to email open email to get the code, fashion nova reverts to code request acreen. no way to enter codes, no way to log in. After so many attempts, no longer sends code at all

wooow

Love fashion nove been shopping with them from 2017. Got my wedding dress from them, my maternity photo dress from them and many special occasions outfits from them. I love the variety of selection to choose from.

I don't like there clothes anymore I liked there clothes when they had cute outfit in 2016 now there clothes are so plain I'm just a pretty thick girl like they don't work for me ik it's not there problem which I'm sure there new clothes is really cute they just don't work for me id wish they'd bring out some of there old clothes from 2016 to I couldn't buy them then or I would but my parents wouldn't let me cuz I didn't have the body they where not 2016 style or y2 k or maby 2020

all good

great catch the deals you won't be disappointed

too good

this new update is bad and frustrating and i believe the app is hacked or have virus fashion nova team doubled check your App. customers need to carefu/triple check the cart before make payment l 🧐 when checking out 🤔system will double adding same items 2-10 times and if you don't careful you will get extra charge just for one items!

I love Fashion Nova. My clothes fit just right. 🥰

they use to have the best material now they doing fast fashion in compition with shein. The pants arent the same etc . very disappointing caz my loyalty was to them

great style and prices

my best shopping plug

they are not reliable, they lied about my package and this is so disgusting 😤

you guys have to make it free shipping.

they only give credit not money back all my clothes were too small

I love shopping on this site

Quality, Affordable Fashion

good deal forever

perfect

great fashion styles

The "Spin the Wheel, You WON 3, 6, 10 Free Items" is a B.S. SCAM to get your contacts. They string you along, "Just 1 more contact and your order will be shipped". They aren't sending anything. There are people that get hurt. They think it had to be true or they wouldn't say it. "How is it legal?" I know someone who had an important formal event and was SO excited. They had nothing to wear and no money to buy anything. They had to miss the event at the last minute because nothing was coming.

Lllloooooovvveeee that they have tall pants! I am a 6' 2" woman and finding pants are so hard.. Here they are actually long on me for the tall option, love the styles and fits and can't forget about the amazing prices and when they have sales... Even more amazing!

Great app, item's arrive on time everytime.

the new code log in is actually more difficult than just using a password. it opens a new window and when you get back it keeps reverting you to the request link.

I spent $362.91 on a Fashion Nova order and never received my package. Months later, I still have no merchandise and no refund. Trying to contact Fashion Nova has been extremely frustrating because there is no reliable way to speak with anyone and get the matter properly resolved. I paid the full amount through Afterpay and have been left going back and forth trying to recover my money. This has been a terrible customer-service experience. I would not recommend placing a large order with this co

love this sight lovely

if you're not using fashion nova to get your stuff then you are missing quality is top notch

awesome thanks to 1 of the best fashion we wear companies around n da USA.

The clothes are cute, trendy, and there are definitely a lot of great pieces to choose from. However, I really don’t like Fashion Nova’s return policy. I don’t think it’s fair that customers have to pay shipping costs to return an item, especially when we also paid shipping to receive it. On top of that, getting store credit instead of a refund makes the return process even more frustrating. I love the clothes, but the return policy is a major downside. I would shop here much more often if Fash

I'm very upset that Fashion Nova didn't refund the return amount back on my credit card. This company only refunds a credit to your Fashion Nova account. Beware before you buy.

good quality products

green women jumper isn't good

it's a great clothing brand but improvements are needed

Sucks, This new update doesn't let you sign in

This app is slow. When clicking on items on page it takes a few seconds to even go through to actually see full product. Also, it freezes after scrolling through a bit.

disappointed i received half order, no one answers on instagram and by mail they ignored me

I love it ❣️ especially when they have a huge sale!!

how are you supposed to enter the email verification code if the page refreshes when you go to your email to get the code. need 2 devices just to log in account. I'll just use the website

Love Love Love it ❤️❤️❤️

love it

Very Interesting and Amazing!

I was with a friend that I h adn't seen for a while. But she had the nicest Coat on. She said she got it from FASHION NOVA... So I just got myself one today...💖💖💖

great app easy to maneuver

excellent

i love it!

good quality

You may have to be selective on your pieces for quality and fit. They usually run large on me.

I love it 😀 😍 ❤️ ♥️ 💕

Nice fashion clothes

great

gotcha it's okay

love

I made a return and they stole part of my refund

I won’t be buying from this company again. Their clothes feel cheap, but the prices are ridiculously high. I spent about $75 on four items — only one was actually cute. I tried to return the rest, but of course one outfit isn’t eligible for returns. And to send anything back, you have to pay $5.99, and they only give you store credit, not even your money back. So basically they force you to buy more of their low‑quality stuff. I’m extremely disappointed. $55 credit back on a $75 order

Good Quality

nothings looked bad on her yet

fashion Nova has some beautiful clothes, high quality material. a lot of styles to choose from every size name different styles

the new interface didn't work good every time that send the code to access, i goto mo mi email and then get back to fashionova app, my email es required again, so it send another code. in short words every time i had to chnege the screen the fashionava app sened a code. to get login I had to get two devices on for app and another to oen mail email

pretty good but you guys don't restock too often

made a order i never recieved

YOUR WEBSITE AND AFTER PAY IS AWESOME..

love this company

good

at first there's not really much options but when you really start to search up they really do got some good stuff 😁

I love the style and quality. 😍 👌 ✨️

I love there clothes is so good I recommend

great cloths

Whatever was done during this update to make you continuously have to sign in by sending a code, it does not work properly. As soon as you go out the screen to get the code and go back into the app it starts over for you to request a code. This was unnecessary because I used to sign in and be signed in for a days. Fix this!

great fashion!

I never bought anything from them but I like what I See

additional offers are confusing

they dont refund your money. essentially holding your money hostage by way of gift cards forcing to find something so you dont lose your money

love everything about it

ok where do I start, at first I purchased stilettos on sale and I bought 3 different colors. I was quite surprised by the quality. excellent and beautiful. also true to size. I then purchased a couple of bodycon dresses. double lined and beautiful. I chose a very pretty shade of green, Fashion Nova has never disappointed me. I love a good value. Debora, Seattle

love it

gave me a hard time to place my order.

done got pric

love it very cuteeee and affordable 👌

order from them at least once a month they have something for everyone

the return is stupid and they dont help you find your package when lost

I had credit which they said would never expire. I go to place an order and they said my email expired. never heard of such a thing. had a hard time contacting them. I had a credit of 60 something dollars and 22 dollars. never received credit. don't trust them. they'll still yo money. and thisbr4.8 rating they getting is false. don't belive it.

I love Fashion Nova jeans

Great

horrible, mtchrwwww

Great prices all the way 👏 👍 👌
