I find the app to be okay but I am far from impressed enough to pay for it. I feel the times that we are in to pay for an app that can do this is ridiculous.

best car OBD-2 in Google Play I get a lot of data from my vehicle Ex: TCU ECM .... etc.

i have the paid version, but got embarrassed when I wanted to do a scan on Saturday on a Caddy VW TDI 2L. App gave me an error message I have to select make and model. but I don't get that option anymore. I saw you now have to go to settings and select vehicle model from there.

Very complete app and 100% compatible with my car

I use a lot of features from this app. the ECU codes and the emission stuff is huge. also, my car doesn't have a temperature sensor on the dash so I use this to see when my car is warmed.

Credit where it's due. connects with my 3 euro odb reader, tells me fault codes and clears them (when I've fixed the problem)

helped me diagnose a dying battery. well worth it.

Gotta purchase the full scanner for the best experience and at 4 dollars, its got more features than ForScan, read more sensors than ForScan, and i can fully customize sensor gauges down to the font, color and needle shape and type!

Just wasted my money it does not work with my mercedes w204!!!

I've used this program for years and it's been great. The UI is very functional and clean (although a visual refresh would be welcomed). I was a little sad to see that I can't use it to create a new set of keys for my 2013 Ford C-Max, but this is Car Scanner and not car programmer. Forscan to the rescue!

two years ago I had given the app 1 star, this year I gave it another chance, I've been using it for months now. I have teated almost every single elm327 app available on the play store, this is bay far the best one for general usage.

Is it normal that the App stops recording the data after I deleted the previous data?! No, its not and this is an annoying bug. The App doesn't even have an option to report the bug.

I paid 450rs. but no option for my tata nexon petrol car only ev car option is there please help.

Great app to diagnose most cars and coding VAG cars. Indian models like Virtus are not directly supported but can be coded using MQB platform features.

Good APP, Ford setting but no MK7 or MK6 Fiesta

I have used the free version, and has come in very helpful (VW, Renault and now a ford). Have now purchased the pro version as it's only £3.60, and has saved me a lot more. Thanks

Does not work with mucar driverscan Bluetooth device. It found it, but would not connect to this Bluetooth device, no matter what I did or how many reboots etc.

$4 is worth it just to support the developer of such a useful tool given freely. I haven't even checked out the unlocked features yet 😃

You did a wonderful job 🙏. I love how I csn customize the dashboards and read all of my car data pretty much. One suggestion, it will be awesome if you can add the dashboards layouts into Android Carplay. that's the only thing that is missing.

where do I start. first it connected to the car but on a trip my ATF TEMP, OIL TEMP RPM AND SPEEDO all registered zero. then it won't connect, not real good glad I did not pay for this.

Love this app Doing Beta Test on new features. hope they get more options.

It can't do everything, but it does do everything you should expect. All the ECU data is there for the viewing, and it'll clear codes. I'm using the app with a VeePeak OBDCheck BLE scan tool for a Nissan Titan XD pickup. Works great!

Just getting started but it seems good

Pretty good, but not for advanced diagnostics and data logging. The data logging feature is broken and unreliable. No positive feedback that it is logging the session. Whether it is actually logging and saves the data seems to be a coin toss. Every attempt has recorded me idling and not any of the drive. So if all you want is to pull codes, check if you'll pass emissions testing, reset codes, and look at live sensor data? It works just fine. I regret upgrading from the free version.

This app is awesome. It's the only one with which I was able to read the ATF transmission temp on my 2012 Hyundai Accent and do the drain and fill procedure IN A PROPER WAY! This app is filled with a ton of advanced tools too! I didn't need the paid version because the free one was enough for me but I felt compelled to pay for it because the developer really deserves it. Thank you!

Brilliant bit of software! Diagnosed my broken MAF sensor and tested it with a live graph. Van fixed now with new MAF sensor and engine light put out by clearing codes with this software. Can't believe it was free!

I only need three features in an OBD app: read fault codes, clear codes, and then track readiness status to get the car inspected as soon as possible. The free version of Car Scanner worked perfectly on all three tasks and my car passed inspection this morning. Even though I don't have any further need for the app right now, I went ahead and purchased the lifetime Pro upgrade to thank the developer. It's only 3.99 USD plus tax so consider doing so if the free version worked for you.

car scanner rep didn't help to honor my pro scanner upgrade done on my old phone. when I upgraded my phone they told me that I have to buy a new pro scanner service again.

Eine sehr gute Applikation, und endlich auch eine Anbindung für meinen OBD Link EX per USB. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das bei Ford nur das PCM erkannt wird und bei VAG Fahrzeuge alles und sogar die Module mit Software und Codierung. Vielleicht könnte man das noch implementieren.

just purchased the pro version. I need to see if I can see my individual cell voltages on my polestar 2. I will update my feedback after testing. update pro version doesn't read min max cell voltages... emailed developer no reply. so what does pro do that free doesn't apart from no ads ??

Not Detecting TATA SIERRA EV. Bluetooth connection stable but no protocol available for further scanning. Using generic ELM 327 bluetooth adapter.

would be more useful if injection timing was advanced . possibly see if sensors are responding, or have the functions to turn them on and off

Best obd2 app there is IMO. This does a lot of the stuff my $800 autel bidirectional scan tool does for a fraction of the price. The developer does a fantastic job. They deserve the support.
