I love the Plouise app. I haven't had any technical issues with it, so far. Which is great. At first, I couldn't get the app for a while due to having Android. At the time, it was only available to Apple users. Thankfully they have changed it, so now all users can have the app 🥰

I ADORE PLouise products, but this app is getting really frustrating. No matter what I click on it takes me to the "Dreamy & Creamy Lip Duo", meaning I can no longer shop on the app at all and have to use the browser version every single time. The app was helpful for browsing daily and checking out if things were on sale or being offered in bundles, but this tech issue is making it impossible to use. My review DOES NOT have anything to do with the actual products or shopping/delivery experience!

Uh the scents to everything are amazing and the lip glosses ate! everything is so refreshing and I'm obsessed! I've already ordered 2 sets of things but I didn't ORDER 2 things I've got 2 boxes of things because I've ordered things twice. I haven't even had the app for long aswell. packaging- hard to open but really pretty 4/5 Items-5/5 just great delivery- 8/5 lol extremely quick price-2/5 expensive... I ordered 3 things and it was 52 pounds. Worth it though. Overall- 19/5 lol GREAT!

Pros: - sometimes there are special offers - more out of stock products are shown and you can request to get notified if they come back - can add to wishlist from product page Cons: - ingredients list is absent - lagging scrolling and messy categories - wishlist and cart are not updated cross-platform - I have 3 different carts on desktop, mobile and app although I'm logged into all 3

Brilliant products and fantastic customer service! My 15 year old daughter absolutely loves ALL of the PLouise products 💖 I've tried a few items when we buy them for her... The birthday cake shampoo and conditioner are amazing. I've spent lots of money elsewhere, trying to find hair products that make my hair silky smoothe, yet nothing has made a difference like the PLouise hair products, and the smell of them is out of this world, beautiful! Now I'm buying for myself as well lol. Fab company.

I love PLouise products (as a 33 year old woman). The packaging is fun/youthful but the actual quality of the makeup and skincare products I've tried are brilliant. The app is a bit slow in the basket area but that's my only recommendation for improvement. The app does a TikTok price match which is fantastic, too. I highly recommend - this brand is for everyone, not just the younger ones!

I've had the app for a long time now but ordered through it for the first time last week! The process was super easy it's the same as checking out on the website so I knew exactly what I was doing. I also like how there's cute little self love/gratitude notifications, we're given some app exclusive bundles or sales too which is nice to feel exclusive. It's very easy to find products, search and I also like how the app keeps things in my cart so I can checkout at a later date if needed.

I like the app, it's easy to use and great to view products and descriptions. Only thing I would say is the budget box subscription area needs work as it won't allow me to change my budge box quantities or also cancel if I wanted to. Which then means I'd have to email customer service when they are already busy enough.

Amazing brand it truly is a dream come true. you got your makeup, skincare, lipcare, keychains, charms, a get up & grind planner, water bottle you name it plouise has it! and there are always new items launching every so often. you need to download the app and see for yourself. i have deleted all the other apps i had and just use this due to how much it has to offer and how good quality the products are they are also cost effective wont have you dipping into your overdraft.

Now I can give 5 stars for a good android app. Was frustrating not being able to download the app on Android, but now you've amended that it's great to be able to participate in the price drops that aren't there on the website. Apart from one delivery issue I've been sorting out with P.Louise Customer Service, I love this brand so much. Everything from the Bad B*tch Energy lip duos (Banana my fav) in the tastiest flavours, to The Bear Necessities Box which contained the most divine products, the Popping Serum is particularly amazing giving me glassy, hydrated skin all day round, I use it with my Tatcha moisturisers for extra dewy skin. The App is very easy to use, you can track your deliveries, and favourite products

amazing products, I have bad eczema especially on my face and I get cracking bad on my lips since using these axing products they helped my skin feel super soft, the lip sleeping masks have stopped my lips cracking, I don't get itchy bleeding skin on my face anymore cos these products stopped that happening, even the face sleeping mask actually helped me relax and sleep better defo will recommend and will continue to only use p Louise products now, like I said they are amazing
