Unable to login .My Absher account works with the same password, but Nafath display this error:( "Error The service cannot be completed, please contact support (Case 33)." Please solve this .

Hello Nafath Support, I reinstalled the Nafath app on the same phone, but I cannot log in. My Absher account works with the same password, but Nafath displays this error: “Error, The service cannot be completed, please contact support (Case 33).” Please clarify the meaning of Case 33 and help me restore access to my account. Thank you.

I loved it
