A neat little tennis game. Controls take some getting used to, but once you get used to 'em, it's smooth sailing!

Update April 2026: came back to this after a bit of a break, and I find it just as much fun and addictive! Good controls, and the stroke graphics are actually quite good for a mostly free game. Love the music!

Like their other Tennis game, this one is pretty good as well. The ability to upgrade your clothes and rackets along with your character makes it so you're able to compete.

It is a fun game to play. It appears that the tournament progress made is no longer saved when exiting the app after completing one or more matches of the tournament. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars.

Fun game, enjoying it so far.. I do think however that your playing against a computer player. I don't think you could pause if a real player. Plus a few times I've made a for sure score shot , but some how player was able to get to it. Would like to see method of leveling up player become a little more updated. I plan on continuing, again fun competitive game

The game is competitive but the physics need an upgrade to make the body movements more realistic. The visual graphics need to be made larger. Also options for playing the game should be provided with button or slide finger. Camera angles should be more. Having given my opinion for making the game better on the other side this game is very nice and playable. Developers please make badminton and table tennis games just like this World of Tennis. Hope to see these 2 requested games soon.

This is a not a good game but needs loads of improvement. The animations can be more realistic. Crowd and Claps should be added. I cannot connect with Facebook account. I have the best skills. Started losing after 75% win rate. This is like CHEATING. Develpoers don't respond. They don't care. Don't waste your money.

I hope I can play this game but the connection problem like you see that my Wi-Fi is already stronge but it still said connection failed,I click it again and again and again and again. ..this take forever!please fix this problem.

The old version was perfect. The opening scene was a work of art. The choices for matches and camera angles were great. This new version is complete junk. Why the changes? If your not going back to the original version, the version that I paid for, then kindly refund my money.

Gives and then takes away. Started playing and building up my character with an 80% win rate. All steady progress until I got to Lvl 11 and 1475+. Now I can barely win a game. My player frequently gives up for a ball he could get to, they run around like speedy gonzalez, good shots are going out by a lot. Frankly if it wasn't for my serve, I'd barely be getting a point now. Literally one day to the next I went from winning 7/8 out of 10 to 1/2 out of 10. No explanation. Not sure I'll keep going.

In recent times I am experiencing glitch in the system while playing... the power button light up on it own which causes the game to freeze for couple seconds while the game is in process.. The glitch only happened during competitive matches example league and tournaments.. but playing a club match there is no glitch in the system 🤔

I know it's the roaring 20's and all and everything went at a slower pace but even my granma complained about how slow the gameplay/movement is on this game,even on lowest graphic settings this game feels lethargic and boring.Gameplay should be faster.

Overall good gameplay and game controls compared to other Tennis games. Ability to hit various shots, serve, forehand, backhand, slices, etc.

Ive been playing this game for ages and always loved it till the latest update! The new interface is horrible and the limited screen set up is also a downgrade. Please return the older setup.

This one is a total scam. They deliberately make sure that you lose three matches that way they don't have to pay you any coins for first second or third place. The game bots you're playing against are a lot faster better than your supposed to be able to be playing it's all a scam. There is no customer support. This one needs to be taken off Google games. They know that they're ripping people off.

My account linked with google play games on my previous device was in the highest ranking of level 40 , I had paid for unlimited gaming and it shows all the achievements in google play games but on my new device it's loading an account that starts from scratch, I have also sent an email, kindly reinstate that account, I cannot start from scratch again

Fun first until they put the game bots against you three times faster and harder and more accurate then there equipment or levels should be and ironically the ball moves three times faster across the net when the game bots hit it then when you hit it. When you tap the side of the court that you want your player to go to your player will either not move or moves real slow where there gamebyte zips across the court. This app needs to be shut down and taking off it's nothing more than a money scam.

I have played tennis games before but this has a happy go lucky feel with the vibe of the speakeasy music bringing roaring 20s to life the various customisation are great would love to have a career mode which you could play without time or energy restrictions otherwise it's a 10 on 10

Easy to learn and lots of fun. The retro feel is lovely. For those who like more relaxing sports games rather than smash-em-up noise.

I like everything about this game except for the internet service is sht! My Wi-Fi/Internet is connected just fine but it gives me that stupid Wi-Fi sign that it's not connected. A very well thought out game, but I would like to play it easily when I want to play it!

Polished game with a ton of potential but 1. You mostly play bots 2. Success is based on the willingness to buy equipment with real money and you this realize this very quickly. As is, I am unwilling to pay large sums of cash to play bots. Very money hungry.

Ugh. Gameplay is pretty good, especially at the start. Then you hit the usual situation here on this money pit that is Google Play... Shell out $$$$ or you can't really improve anymore. Can't buy the shoes that are required for you to catch up to shots your opponents can by watching ads. Need to shell out real money for that. Uninstalled...

I wrote a review yesterday, but clearly didn't like what I had to say because my review was removed about the training sessions and how it directs you to the wrong positions and the shot is missed. It's a very watch a video orintated or spend money game. visually characters are in appearance poor, but the game if it was fair would be great the way the shots are realistic.

It's a great game that's very challenging and needs intense focus and a strategy 2 beat your opponent. I've been playing this for a couple of days now. Reached Pro I Level without spending anything. The downside is that it makes you very aggressive if you want to be in the top 3 or the very top one. I do not like that aspect of this game. The graphics are quite decent for a phone game. The gameplay is good if not great. It wudv bin a gr8 game for jazz loving minds if the mood was more friendly.

Game requires too much purchasing but generally is OK. Also equipments prices are little too high and if we don't have enough real money to buy them all we can't progress fast enough. So if you could solve those problems I would reconsider to give you full 5 stars.

I love the game but it cheats. I'm in position to be able to hit the ball but it won't let me. Very annoying. Also lots of "connection to the game server" (or rather NOT connecting) errors. Needs updating.

It's a good game but it does have issues. I keep reading replies by the developer that the game is fully decided by your own play. That is not true. I have hit shots and it shows where I am going to hit it and then the app overrides my shot choice and at the last moment chooses a different ridiculous shot for me instead and I lose the point. I have also hit a perfect shot only for it to go out. That happens especially on lobs.

Not a bad game but some weaknesses. It just won't let you return balls which you are in position for. It seems like the game decides you will lose the game and there is nothing you can do about it the controls are reasonable but the player doesn't always go where you want them to. You can only play a tie breaker, weird. I have stuck with this game but it definitely annoys you. It takes a long time to build your player up. It's worth a try but you week be frustrated.

The games fixed at certain points.. The player doesn't run where you want him/her to go.. Its fixed and the devs obviously think it improves composition.. I'll be deleting as soon as this becomes the norm

I'm changing from 5 stars to 2 stars because this game becomes pay-to-play after a certain level. Unless you pay to buy top notch equipment, this game won't let you win matches. Skills of the player become useless and the top equipments are very expensive.

Great tennis game, ball placement and the mechanics of the game very realistic once you get started very hard to put down.

This is great game but you guys need to fix the swinging at the ball we should be able to swing at the ball better example when i go to the net i can't get slam. Overall it's a great and i have downloaded a few tennis games

I love this game! It is as Close to the actual game as if you are really playing. My heart rate rises when i miss a shot, im very competitive. Im not one to purchase items which is taking longer to advance in some areas of the game but that is okay. No ads!!

Great game, so far, lovely graphics, best tennis game I've downloaded in a long time. 4 stars only because to progress you need to spend money to get better equipment also the tips need to show on screen longer. But I love it.

Great game, would have given 5 stars but for certain degree of inconsistency in game play. In one game or on one day I will be unbeatable with superb shots but the very next game or tournament will be a dud. I am not able to connect even one perfect shot !!

More realistic movement and play compared to other tennis game apps. Good focus on strategy rather pure "finger flicking" strength. It would be better to have options of using more current player profiles and styles rather than old school tennis characters. Who in the world still play tennis in long pants and sweaters??? Dropped the stars because you are forced to watch too many advertisements.

It's okay. The things that I don't like: I win 5 games in a row, then lose 10; my opponent can track down a lot of my best shots (including "LOBS"), while there seems to be a delay in my movement; I'll serve aces in 5 straight games and then the next 10 will have none; "PERFECT" hits are duds that set up my opponent to smack the ball back in my face. Overall, my game play doesn't seem to be based totally on my skill, instead seems random and out of my control, which is pretty frustrating.

Pay/watch 30 sec adds or wait one hour just to play a match. Sucks you in by being easy, then totally pay to win. IAP structure is very unfair, as paying won't remove adds or give you full game. It's one of those games where once you spend a bit you will end spending a lot more to keep up. Shame, because actual gameplay is ok

This is a very good game. My only issue is its difficulty in maintaining a Wi-Fi signal. It makes the game unplayable and it's very frustrating. I know it's not my device because everything else works just fine on Wi-Fi and I get the same behavior when Tethered to my mobile phone and it's hotspot. Your game keeps dropping the signal while everything else maintains connection. Spider that I'm still giving you five stars

Much better than tennis clash. Very realistic graphics and physics. It takes a few hours to get accustomed but this is the best tennis game there is. Good job

I would say it as the best tennis game on Android right now, but there are some issues, just fix them and the game will be going high in the sky, 1) Make it of 2021 tennis, in this game all the rules are of early 20's, just update them to latest, 2) change the background music to cool music, the background music is too boring and old. Not to bad.on level 40 but daily torna you can win easy then, next time play same opponents same level or higher then your player doesn't move?. Then next game it moves but your out of tournament!. It's a bit rigged in its play as if you dont buy to go up, it gives you the negative responses. Like most games its about the money. I just play you know when your player is going to lose no matter how you play! It's not always the skill factor. . Not rigged ??? I be locked out again now hey ho

This is a really fun game to play. Doesn't seem to have a lot of bugs in it runs pretty smoothly and so far so good on the algorithms and game fixing. I like the fact that the Developers are honest and tell you right up front that this is a pay-to-play game or watch a lot of ads if you do not wish to pay any thing. I just started playing so I'll get back to you if anything changes for the better or the worst but right now I recommend this game

So far so good. I love the time period, but having to wait 30+ min to do an online match unless you watch an ad or pay to have unlimited plays is a bit much.

I downloaded this app. It worked well for 2 days and then I tried to start the app but it gets hanged up. Don't know the reason but there may be bugs in between that need to worked out.

i love it but swipe controls for players dont work for classic tennis players. we need thumb gimbals and shot selection buttons.. or bluetooth controller support. sorry developers.. but 1 star for now... has potential. :(

This is the best tennis application. Simply because I can control shots by placing my finger in tennis court and it is so accurate. Most other tennis apps control done by round circle which are messy and not accurate. I love training offered. I Love the game and play it all over the day.

I love that you earn skills as you win matches. Developer: Please explain the red/ yellow are on the left and the round Power Shot button. I think there are tips on a screen before you start a match but for me this screen flashes quickly and I cannot read it. Thanks.

This is the best tennis game ever found in play store. Shots are accurate. 3D Graphics beautiful. Performance are great. No lagging as you can shoose appropriate frame rate. Easy to use. It is free but I Invested little money and got high rank not like other tennis games you pay huge amount and still in low rank. I highly recommend it. Player name: FalcomStrike. Quite good, but I don't like the controls, I would like to move my player as I want, not tapping to move the player, anyway it doesn't matter as I'm a tennis player I don't find that this is an interesting tennis game. The faces are really ugly and square. Just my opinion, of course.

It's a rubbish app designed only for in game purchases... You can only advance so far before it drains your stamina causing you to make errors in the hope you will buy more equipment or tokens to improve your game.. Don't be sucked in. There are better tennis apps with less gimmicks.

The graphics and gameplay are great. But its really annoying that I don't get to actually play my friends in realtime. Its just the AI that competes. You guys have to get rid of this feature or at least give an option to play opponents in realtime.

Pure tennis, with an old world romance. No gimmicks, no nonsense. Tennis, the way it was meant to be played. A gentlema's / ladies game. This game provides exactly that experience. Was a good game but you get forced into paying for better equipment. The game has you beaten by inferior opponents, you miss shots you shouldn't miss and the avatar doesn't respond to movements making you miss easy returns. It's a shame as it is a good game. Would be 5 stars if it wasnt for the cheating developers. The irony is that I WOULD spend money on it. If only it was not so heavily loaded towards the developers bank.

Pay to play. It's a great game, but free games are strictly limited. You have to pay a monthly or weekly subscription, or purchase outright for an expensive £10.99. Even then, you earn skill points, so it's safe to say that it's never going to be a level playing field. Obviously it's in the developer's interest to keep you paying more cash, which makes me suspicious of how the game would pan out long term. Edited following reply from developer.

Good game for killing some spare time. There are some issues with the way you advance and must buy products. But the idea and atmosphere is great.

Enjoyable tennis game, although it is a little slower feeling than some games it does fit well with the 1920s aesthetic. Love that there's no time delayed loot boxes. The way you play dictates progress. The only thing I would say that prevents this from being 5* is that sometimes progress is too slow, and on and they need to do a better job of explaining tournaments and offline/AI play.

Liked at the begginig as yoy don't win all the time, which is challenging, however wheb you are lvl 40(47) and you are playing with a player same level you will win but nit when you are playing with lvl 32-33 😆. It is ridiculous. I understand that you can't win all the time but has no sense for me. Deleted. Your reply is a joke and as every other game this is just about money. Most of the game developers you are disguting

The actual gameplay and control is very realistic. However it falls short in the reward department. A little more variety in terms of equipment would be appreciated. Also maybe make different characters have different attributes and skills. But overall a solid game.

Sometimes you take shot it shows but ball goes to another direction. Initially I didn't saw this bug. After playing a week this is happening frequently. This is a major bug. Fix it..

Easy control, a little hard to hit aces, and of course, if you want to really progress, you have to spend real money, basically like all download games.

Great gameplay, with a bit nore it's one of the best tennis games. Needs more progression related thing to make you feel more rewarded when winning, needs to drop facebook support and add more of its own profile info, otherwise at the core is excellent. I want someone more multiplayer elements too so it feels more connected to other players - when it tells you your AI beat someone, thats really good but I wish there was more stuff related to multiplayer! Devs are so kind and responsive also!

Controls feel sluggish, player often runs up to the ball and then just watches it sail past as I swipe furiously trying to allay a shot. It all feels a bit slow

Fun game, it is a decent simulation, and gets better as opponents get stronger. Ads are reasonable, you don't have to watch a massive amount of them.

Enjoying the games so far. Initially was not impressed but the problem was the tutorial not the game. When I figured out that tapping your aim spot with timing is the key, rather than swiping to strike, I was able to start incorporating actual game strategy and my success is much better.

As you play longer, it becomes overwhelmingly apparent the game becomes unplayable unless you spend money on upgrades... I.e. a good chunk of your shots start going out of bounds, including serves which shouldn't be affected by the strength of your opponent. Best not to waste time on this.

The location scenery is beautiful. The music sets the mood. The uniqueness of the time period helps set it apart. Also, you don't have to dump a ton of money into the game to compete. It's a nice game.

Most realistic simulation of tennis in a mobile app. Like how you can serve and volley, come in and be aggressive and cut off angles, which is rewarded as in actual tennis. Would like to see perfectly timed volleys be put away with more power. Also maybe a way to start the swing earlier (early prep) but still execute with current timing - earlier prep should give more power and control. Not sure why I can't see my current league position - can see w/l but not where I am.in the league. Overall 👍

Very enjoyable game. Controls are improving as my player does after gaining experience and skills. It works well. Only first to 7 tie breaks initially. Games/sets would handy but I'm enjoying the game so much it really doesn't matter 1 bit.

Note 9, app runs great. Smooth play and love the music. I often let it play just to listen to the songs. Excellent nostalgia feel. Wish there were more finely themed apps as this one.

Game starts off easy but then becomes impossible, by virtue of the fact that it continuously ignores your shot direction. Yet another phone game desperate to get you to pay money for upgrades to chase that winning feeling. YAWN.

Pay to play from the get go. They don't even let you fall in love with the game before the hard sale starts. Between ad watching to play a game or being slammed to buy play time your treated to a very minimum amount of play time.

Swipe too control ruined a perfectly good game... Cant see the screen and there is nothing to hold onto.. oh and the sound cut out during the first tutorial.

This game has some bright spots, but the play is too inconsistent. I find it impossible to hit the ball the same way from match to match. Also, seeing the same ads over and over and over sucks much of the joy from the game.

Very realistic and awesome graphics. I especially like the way you can change the view of the match. I play tennis myself as well. One thing though : I can't seem to serve where I want to even though it says perfect. Very good layout. Probably the best so far and I have tried many!!

The thing that I don't like about this game is the shots are not as accurate as they should be, and how I feel it's a deliberately set up to cheat. I will miss ridiculous shots that I know I should have made, and land in bounds, but yet they will be out of bounds, and also my opponent will hit perfect shots that my character cannot hit, and they quickly get two shots, that I'm not allowed to get to. I don't like how I'm winning, and then suddenly out of nowhere I just start losing.

terrible, way too laggy in multiplayer, many players exploiting situation with forward movement where many points at the net are lost in unfair way. Returns are often whiffs because game didn't register my swipe at all, movement is clunky and frustrating. There can be occasional fun match with other new user who didn't master cheesy tactics but it's way too rare. After gameplay mechanics there is issue with constant watching of ads if you want to play quick match. Either that or you pay to play

very good game - good gameplay and lovely visuals. Ads aren't forced on you and you can optionally watch them to boast ingame earnings. Don't quite understand how the AI system works and could be better explained? Is it trained when you're playing league matches or only training sessions? + Do other people play against my character? Apart from that, v. good overall game

The best Android tennis game I've ever played BUT remember that you'll never be as good as those who pay real money for extra abilities which can wear you down a little when you get to the maximum free abilities. One of the most amazing things is I've realised you always play against an AI version of your opponent but it feels incredibly real.

I have a fairly high end device and already had those settings set. Have good internet, wifi. Still has lag issue, apart from that its a well developed game. Just needs some more content.

The game is realistic and perfect on most fronts. One problem I have is I created a club in Miami then I switched places for a change but now I can't go back to Miami for some reason. Is there a way or have to disband. Thanks for quick response.

Nice graphics but rules a bit strange. If you do not pay, you get an ad everytime before your next opponent. Opponents they are not real people I guess, they are computer players imitating a real player. Sometimes you lose witout knowing it. The ball sometimes go out of the field withou you knowing what you did.

Seriously, this game is weird, no matter how much you upgrade your player you'll suddenly lose to lower rated players, trying to get you to spend more on equipment. Don't waste your money

Biggest bait-and-switch game I've EVER seen. Don't waste one nanosecond trying to upgrade your player's skills. It all comes down to paying money and having tiny itsy bitsy fingers to control game play.

Uninstalled! Giving up on this game. EVERY TIME I play after 1 or 2 perfect wins lower ranked opponents suddenly hit perfect and I start missing. Control overly complicated. Gameplay allows both tap or Swipe but one is less effective on certain shots. After big wins no doubt AI makes perfect shot timing extremely difficult.

game was fun untill it tells me that there is no internet connection, but i do connected with wifi and tested it works fine. i also have 4g coonection and tested it works well too. so now i cant play the game

Really enjoying this. 5 star app! A couple of MINOR suggestions: could you implement a "Save to the Cloud" feature? This would allow players to switch devices and not lose their progress. Finally, any chance of additional player models/avatars?
