I tried getting back on this app after 3 years just for it to say they can't verify my age and even when I use a different Gmail to make a new account they say I look older than 15 years old and need an id to make an account. like is this app using Roblox ai age verification or something????

coming back to the app after deleting the account. however, when it comes to picking 3 photos, which I did, it didn't work, so I tested outside the requirements, and it detected it. I'm sad that I would have to delete it again cause it wouldn't do anything with the required photos 😔 please fix it

I have made 5 different accounts for this. One 3 with my Google account being an adult, 2 as my actual age being 16. Yet I did not give my age to the app (hoping after it took a picture of me I would say I am 16) yet it said this couldnt verify me. First off ya’ll already allow Pedo’s, children lying about their age, drug dealers, solicitors, people looking for sexual online encounters, traffickers, bullies, and so much more on the app but gone ban me for spamming others, here’s the thing Wizz ain’t what It used be 4 years ago. We could send chats (a bulk or just a simple “hey”) and it would go right through or we would simply just watch a ad to see the secret chat that was sent now we have to send 2 messages or more at a time to avoid pay

Decent functionality, failed by horrific customer service. My account was repeatedly falsely restricted by bots despite zero guideline violations. "Support" is purely automated and provides no human review, no matter the merits of your case. My account has been restricted for almost two months and no manual review has been conducted. No transparency whatsoever, and for that reason I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. A good app cannot remain good if the developers don't care about its users.

This app really has gotten worse. I started using it a few years ago and it was really fun. Then they took away the option to watch videos to see secret chats, took away watching ads for coins, and it's gotten so restricted to the point where it's no fun if you don't pay for a subscription. This app makes it impossible for my teen to cancel a subscription. She has emailed the offered company email address, yet no response was ever received.
