Not sure when this app come out, but I feel like I've had this for over 10 years as my go to and download it to any new device I get. The level of accurate info it gives is fantastic!

I've been a loyal eWeather user for over 10 years. I've tried plenty of other weather apps along the way, but I always end up coming back - and so does the whole family. We genuinely depend on it for our daily routines. The customization is unmatched: graphs, widgets, nearly everything is tweakable. And now with GFS (NOAA's global model) added alongside OpenWeather and MET Norway, accuracy is top-tier no matter where you are. Also the only app I know that shows a 12/24 hour forecast in portrait and auto-switches to 48/72 hours in landscape. Highly recommend. Great work, Sergey!

2022 Just moved over from Elecont eWeather HD, and so far, functioning as expected. Broad range of visual options, and tons of info. Have suggested this app for friends with migraines triggered by barometric changes, and it gives them a chance to prepare for or prevent headaches! UPDATE 2025: I've loved this app for 15 years. 2026: transfered to new phone & provider, and the weather transfered almost perfectly!

I have used this app for many years, starting on my old Windows phone! The developer is very responsive, for the very occasional oddities that have come up, and I appreciate the wide range of data available.

worked nicely in the past few years but features are now behind a paywall. I can't check the weather in places i am going to visit without a subscription, because it now only lets me check weather in my present location. it used to be more easy to navigate and customize but it feels difficult to find stuff now. might look for a new weather app and uninstall. i used to be able to check at least 3 different locations. i originally found this app thru reddit and its not even a mention anymore. 😬

Accuracy used to be AWESOME! Paid for the lifetime version. Clear blue sky since morning in Hamblin county, TN ( 5/5/23) The app claims it's been raining all day. Happens all the time now. Tried all three options offered. They all say it's raining. As of 7/3/25 still the same as above. 9/3/26 update: I can tell you've made a lot of improvements. and your hard work is appreciated!

I feel like this app should get more attention than it gets. it's an absolute amazing resource of information and pretty accurate compared to other widgets that supposedly give weather forecasts. Add to that the wealth of other information it gives from earthquakes to magnetic storms and other natural phenomenon and I haven't seen another weather app that comes even close. I liked this app so much, I have it on my Android Auto devices as well!

Absolutely love this app. Bought the lifetime version shortly after trying it out years ago. So many options, but I think my favorite is the year comparison chart. You can see the overnight lows this summer are way high.

I think I'll keep using the older version that doesn't force me to pay to remove the hideous blue box where ads appear. I can't see them because of my ad blocker, but it's annoying enough that I'll just delete this and remain on the older version. There's very little difference between them, other than the monetization.

Scam model. First, there was an app. I bought premium features. They were supposed to be for life. However, the author stopped development and pushed to get the HDF version. Ok. Got premium features. FOR LIFE. Now, I need to pay yearly. Not going to pay the third time.

8/28/25: App gets better and better. Awesome customer service, Sergey is great. I purchased a new Pixel 10 Pro XL and when I opened the app there was "ads". Emailed Sergey and he corrected immediately! Detailed app with awesome customer service. Had the older valid version(HD) then updated to the new program version HDF. This is the best weather app. I have been using it for a few years now. Recently I had an issue with the radar data not downloading. I communicated this to the app creator, and in less than 24 hours he responded and fixed the problem.

My weather app was not working and I text them, about it and they fixed it promptly

I originally reviewed this app several years ago. It was my favorite weather app then and it still is now. I recently experienced an issue with it and I don't recall having one before but the point is, the radar fouled up and I reported it to the app's maker and within hours he fixed it and emailed me a reply thanking me for pointing out the problem. Solid app and Sergey welcome's input. If you think of something that will make the app better, he is happy for you to share.

eWeather HDF is an excellent weather app with a great interactive weather map and a ton of useful information. It packs detailed forecasts, radar, current conditions, and plenty of other weather data into one place. There’s a lot to explore, but once you get familiar with it, the amount of information available is impressive. A very useful and feature-rich weather app.

I don't know what happened but it says the complete wrong report. Thanks for replying.I think adding a new weather provider is a great idea.I use all available ones and each one says something different.

Using eWeather since the last 10yrs! This is ridiculously accurate as i have planned my day dressing and travel bags to various destinations accordingly. This app was used to monitor the Geomagnetic (K index) and with eMap, the movement of wind and clouds in Iceland to help spot Northern lights! There is plenty that this app can be used for, the deeper you go, the better it gets!!

I have used eweather for over 8 years now and it is the only weather app I'll use. Sergei is always on top of things and constantly improves his product. In my opinion, it is best and it's ability to customize is just the icing on the cake!

I've used various iterations of this app for years! I use it primarily to keep track of air pressure due to bad migraines. I, especially, love the widgets. This is the best weather app I've used!

My 4 star rating is because I cannot determine how to transfer the version I paid for without advertising. It's definitely the best weather application I've used and is well worth paying for. My only issue is I purchased it and now want to transfer it to my new phone without having to repurchase it. I've spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out but haven't found a way to transfer it

The developer has since upgraded this app to a new version Weatherford HDF and now I get ads and asked to purchase the app again. Its a great app can customize it to your preferences but I do not agree with having to purchase it again.

I love this app, but for some time now, the radar widget hasn't been working. I have to keep a second app for radar. Other than that, it's perfect.

This one is the best weather application I found. It has plenty of very useful information represented in a very intuitive format. The GUI is very clear and nice. I probably checked 20 or more other apps and this one was clearly the winner. The app has everything that I was looking for and even more. It's a very reliable software. I never experienced empty pages or crashes with the app. Excellent application in all aspects. Highly recommended.

This has been my favorite app for everything weather for the past decade & I really don't know what I did without it before that. Every time I've had a question, it has been answered swiftly & accurately & I can only wish that all my apps were as well supported as this one. I knew from day one that any one who had the heart to put hot air balloons, a red sports car & sputnik in their app, just because, was proud of their work & had a sense of humor as well. it's good but the text on the 1x1 widget is broken and stops appearing at larger sizes meaning in order for the text to appear properly you have to have it insanely small even if it's only set to the current temperature

If you want detail and multiple geographic locations - this is the App! I've had this app as my primary weather app on every device I've owned. For the way my mind processes info, it's simply without equal. He's thought of everything that can be measured & associated with climate - including tides, geomagnetic activities, multi-year historical graphics & much more. Can't beat this app if you want detail in your weather forecasts!

Paid version pretty good. The temp doesn't always show like it should in the notification bar though; I have to remind the app in the settings to put it there a few times a week.

I have been using this app for over 10 years on both Android and Apple devices. The app is awesome! You can customize the app as little or as much as you want. You can change fonts, colors, clock styles etc. Once you are happy with your customization, you can save the settings so they can be restored if you ever change devices. Lastly, the developer gives the best customer service I have ever experienced. Overall, this is a must have app!

My favorite weather app. Used it a few years now. very reliable. multiple sources of predictions allow finding best fit for area. Really enjoy the full year chart with comparisons to previous years so I can see how things change over time or seem to cycle. (This year is looking like it's 2 weeks ahead of time from last fall to the present) Also love the ability to change the format to my own taste. During gale force winds in '23 SE Arizona this was the only Android weather app that will load!

I rarely have any issues but if I do its 100% handled within a few hours or tech support helps you find it on your end. I have this app for about 10 years and only 2 small issues. 1 was my phone 1 was radar. Highly recommend this app

I've found eWeather HDF to be fast, and provide a rich data set with forecasts available in hourly detail as well as up to 10 days out. Multiple screens are available, and data is presented in coherent and useful ways. I can choose my preferred weather provider, and I'm not locked in as I roam around. Predicted rain chances and amounts are presented next to each other, giving a nuanced perspective. There is an animated radar map with adjustable parameters. I wish I had more space to rave!

Great historical data

This app worked very well until recently. The location keeps being set to Moyock, NC instead of Chesapeake, VA. I will uninstall the app if this continues. Edit: Thank you for responding to my review. I have tried setting the location to GPS, but location is stil being set to the wrong city.

I have the paid app. I paid back when it was a one time fee. The developer allowed this to continue after the monthly rate was employed. I love this app!! You can pick your weather source in addition to all of the types of information. There's a lot of customization you can do to the interface.

I rely on this as my main forecast app. It covers the full range if weather information that I, as an ordinary person, understand. I use MyRadar for immediate conditions, but use this weather app to give context. Great app!

I love this app. It is the firat one I open every day to see what my day will look like so i know what to wear to work for the day, along with the 10 dat forecast. I really like how i can customize it to see what i want. The radar on this one is nice when I'm driving out of town. I can actually measure how far away inclement weather is so I can be prepared for it. I can see all the information I need: Distance, Precip type, any warnings, winds and their directions. All the good stuff.

Excellent weather app with great widgets

It has always been superb I just wish it had a LARGE SIZE easy to scan dictionary of its icons. It uses a ton of different images and no easy way to find what most mean. Take their instructions to SEND A REPORT to remove ads. In years of searching, I can't find any link/graphic that leads to OPTIONS...REPORT.

I've used eWeather HD for over 12 years. Without a doubt, this is the best weather app. All widgets are super customizable. Current weather data, lots of forecast options, radar, satellite, barometric and other trend graphs, and many other features. Customizable widget font colors, background shading, transparency, etc. It's light on device resource use. Dev always responds quickly and helpfully.
