Download Voice changer with effects V4.3.5 APK Free, Mod Premium

Well, honestly, I’d say it’s actually a pretty good voice changer! 😊 That’s the impression I’ve got from using it, and I think it’s a good app overall. Of course, it would be great if you could introduce an update in the future to improve it even more, perhaps by adding a next-generation voice changer or some new voice-changing features. I’d really appreciate having more variety, especially something that works in different places and gives me more options to choose from, you know what I mean?

If there be some effects too, then it would be very useful. By the way, it's very helpful for me... though, i didn't think it would be this nice. And I request to the developer to add some effects to make it even more useful.

fun, easy to get the hang of. every now and then, I re-download this app and it never disappointed, not even once. worth trying, and overall imo, the best voice changer app.

i like it and have used this app for a long time, but i would prefer the ad breaks to appear at different times :3 it's just a little jarring 😁

Great app, been using it for over 10 years... would give it 5 stars but any audio you load into it will have diminished sound quality on playback even if you don't use a filter and set the audio quality to the highest setting. If it wasn't for that little issue, this would be the perfect app.

Super fun, goofy and all put in to one absolutely my favorite way just to relax, no problem with the app itself besides just a few ads but overall best one out there.

pretty cool, good for pre-recorded audio too, only issue is that when using audios that reverb and stuff, there's a little sound at the start so that's all

I like the app... but it would be nice if putting some more voice's.. like anime and human voices like, male, men, women, boy, girl, cute girl voice, cool boy voice, and more just like that.. and don't forget the anime voices character in anime movie too because it would be so cool.. I will give 5 star rate if this could work.... I like this app.. that's all and thank you ❤️‍🩹

Update ruined the app for me. Now it won't import any audio track from device. Still records, but does not save correctly and saved file becomes corrupt. (Responce: This not working, gives a gray oval notification at the bottom when trying to import that says"error". and due to your response to my issues, I see you have terrible customer service. Im dropping this app entirely. 👎)

really good, I wish we can voice over anime characters or a voice changer to different languages. like Japanese. that's all

I can't make a clear voice either female or male. but thankyou for giving best features free of charge ..

love this app! I can put my voice recording or pre recorded sound or text to speech to make a funny sound and change it how it sounds so funny!

this app is peak content it truly shows how cool things can be on the app store especially you can use your own adios which is really fun way too much fun

this is the best app ever number one there's not that many ads there is ads but not a lot of them number two it's easy to record on it like you don't have to do a lot of things just to record number three you can get recordings from video's so yeah I hope you found this useful.

I don't know many apps that do the same thing. but it is very useful for me to sample my own voice and change it to use it in something useful like for example a video game character.

it's awesome it's fun and good for my use, sometimes I use this wen I want people scream and put it backwards it sounded like a normal guy screaming gibberish, buts actually a guy screaming in pain, i love this app

the best app! I've relied on this app for years to single handedly convert my home recordings into YouTube videos I'm almost guaranteed not to lose (unless YouTube unfairly deletes my channels again but that's another story, they're crooks). 5 stars!!

I don't use it too often, but it's a handy app. I've had it for a few years now, and the improvements over time have been phenomenal.

I find this as one of the most entertaining and complete audio sounds app,it got many voice effects and they're really awesome. Even if sometimes a couple of them sounds kinda blurry, the cave, duck or the alien sound effects, for example, you cannot listen to them clearly. Most of the time one of my fav app everr for voice sounds effects 💜👩🏼

This app is really funny with all these effects. I can even make funny recordings with it!

When I created my voice into sarcastic robot, I laughed so hard that it's funny. I give it a big 5 stars

This app is really great to use. I find it really amusing and it's great for my entertainment. I really enjoy importing sounds. I use CNVMP Free to turn YouTube videos into sound files and I like to upload it to this app. I like to listen to the different effects so it's pretty amusing. I'm on the autism spectrum and that's why I like it so much. Thank you guys!

This app is very good, I use it all the time. Dont forget to save your recordings though.

It had lots of voice changing options and was lots of fun. I also love how you can save the sounds you made that you liked. I highly recommend this app.

I mean out the gate best voice changing app that I've come across they don't punish you with a trillion ads every time you record something or download or import or export. so kudos did the developers they are the only ones that seem to know how to make an app without making it atrociously boring and or punishing with all the ads keep up the good work it's an A+++++if you like just having a little bit of fun with your friends or family and messing around I highly recommend downloading this app

I love this app. Ive used it for over 6 years. The only thing stopping me from rating 5 stars is the fact that when using the piano, I want to be able to long press a key, so that my imported music will play without me having to hold my finger on the key the whole time. Thank you!

The voice changing is good, almost everything was good, only problem is the volume, I hope you add volume adjustment to make it high or low, that's all, thank you

I love this app. Ads: 7/10 (Every 2 to 5 clicks, ad occurs but isn't too much) Voice effects: 9/10 (Everything ACTUALLY changes your voice and sounds cool compared to other voice changer apps) Customization: 6/10 (You can upload a voice, and then edit that to have a voice effect again) The things it needs are customizable settings in every voice effect. Some are too slow, some are too wonky. I want to also have a separate custom voice effect creator that you can save. Overall, perfect app.

I really love this app so much for 3 reasons 1 it's an app 2 you can change your voice whatever you want 3 I can use my imagination

Edited July 20 2026 One of the only audio changer apps that let's you mess with ringtones, recordings and other audios that are previously in the phone files instead of only being able to use recordings from the app itself like many other audio changers do. This is the main reason why I love this app! I've been using it since 2018, and I've never dealt with glitches, bugs or free trial popups...which most other apps are pay to unlock features. Great app. Highly recommend! 🔥

I LOVE IT. IT'S ABSOLUTELY AWESONE. PLEASE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS HAVE GOT THE APP ON THEIR PHONES, TABLES AND LAPTOPS

I've never seen anyone ever actually use this app for the voice changer effects, but it's an amazing mp3 recorder if you want to use it for that.

saving to video used to give me photo gallery option, but that option disappeared. send feedback took me to my own email with no email address to send to. I use it to turn audio to video. it works good at turning text to audio.

Upload "Jolene" by Dolly Parton in VC & apply the "Giant" voice effect to her singing her song. Now listen to understand what she was really singing about... I like to use this app to enjoy myself at times..

best voice changer, in my opinion. You can even set it to your ringtone or notification sound😯

Just great, few adverts , and what there were were funny! ( only 4 stars till had it a while).

This is particularly useful just for the voice changed audio to be texted.

It is very fun to use especially in an app or game that involves talking or speaking, I personally use it to troll my friends or cousins, lmao.

best one soo far its free not full of add and you don't need to pay for anything to the person that made this thanks for not being a greedy idiot that floods the app with ads to make it unusable so people buy premium thanks for not being them and thanks for putting a nice little piano to mess with

I absolutely love this app~ it doesn't require wifi to work and i can store my music there! but can you add one simple feature? Can you make the "search" function in the saved records section? please? i really need it.

this app is alot of fun. I especially like the idea of having a piano so you can make your own recordings into songs and you could also save alot of recordings too, but don't save like 500 recordings cause then this app will start misbehaving. my only complaint about this app is that there are a lot of ads and too "ad" to it i keep getting the same one over and over again. anyways I really enjoy using this app it's alot of fun but a lot of ads.

good for fun, and good tool when dealing with audio tweaking thats more than changing the volume.

it can get boring over time, but I still like it, pretty good stuff for a free app..just if they could add more voice changers that'll be nice🤷🏻‍♂️ a well deserved 5 stars.

I've been using this for a while, and I keep coming back to it. It works really well for not having AI, and I like that. Even if some of them don't sound like their own title, they still work for other things. There are a lot of ads, but that can easily be ignored. Also, some of the lower voices (like Optimus Robot) make the audio a little slower, which I don't like. It makes it difficult when I'm trying to use it to voice a character because I have to talk faster, so please fix that if you can.

this is one of the coolest and best apps I've experienced. there are so many good sounds. I actually have used it in my work as a podcaster/sound artist because it is a fantastic shortcut with decent quality. one of the really nice features is that you can easily download the sounds right onto your phone, or email or text them straight from inside the app.

I'll be honest I don't ever rate apps but inrated this one, not only cause everything on it was free with the ads not being intrusive in anyway, but was also surprised their was a pitch piano alongside many different voices , really great app seriously wow , wish more apps were like this. great job guys very impressive

Ads are horrible. Can't close them, only hit the back button after a two minute+ ad. Every time you record something new, it plays a mandatory ad. I'd understand after 5 or 10, but not every time. The fact it's rated highest voice changer app (4.6 somehow) makes me not seek another such app.

Easy to use, no extra fluff. Gets right down to business with all sorts of voice changing options. Simple to use and really easy to save (name) any and all the recordings you want to. Plus you can save the same recording in multiple voices, including your own, the original one which you can use again later. Definitely recommend.

Just a basic direct-to-output sound shifter♡ Couldn't ask for anything more. Old Radio and Space Mutant are such a time saver to have pre made, because making that kind of effect on raw audio I now realise takes a hell of a lot of effort🤭😆 ((+a note, a gross advertisement autoplays in the background upon opening the app. the sound is kind of terrible, but it's only a few seconds. Maybe it was intentional because I eventually ended up paying to remove Ads..

This app is a blast! It’s super easy to use and has a great variety of effects- everything you could possibly want in a voice changer. The ads are there, but they’re fair and not over the top like in some other apps. I like to record voice notes and text them to family. Overall, it’s a fun experience and works exactly as it should. Highly recommend! 🎤😄

I love this app. it's fun and cool, perfect for editing your voice, and changing it in many different ways. this app has no ads unless you wanna add more voice effects. you can set it as your ringtone, your alarm sound, etc! you can even use it to annoy people 🤣 once again, fun app, 100% free! you can even podcast on this. (optional)

Amazing app, you can record any sound and use filters to listen to it underwater or megaphone, you can also create your own sounds by either creating a voice from text or equip a pre-recorded sound, go to the piano and reduce the speed. But there is a problem, (from my understanding) there is a offer to get free filters if you watch ads, but when I press the button it to activate it a box appears saying "unable to load video".

It is really simple and it has a lot of voices. I will say that in a lot of them there is a theme going which is a group of duplicate voices, e.g. Dragon. otherwise it is awesome and doesn't really have many ads and I also love the feature where you can type the voices, and also save them to your recordings.

I like this app! Definitely the best voice recording app I've ever installed. Though, I would like a choir or chorus effect, something that makes it sound like multiple people saying/singing the recording. Like the singing chipmunks effect, but not high-pitched. Or, a feature where you can sing/talk along with your recording, to make a choir effect. Other than that, the app is awesome. I'd recommend it.

Honestly, I've never had as much fun with an app as I do with Voice Changer. I'm not hugely into "fun apps" anyways, but DAILY I use this thing, sending the audio files in texts (& I'm 53). It's hysterical, awesome, & there's lots of features in it that I don't even use. It's actually SO good to the point of being flawed: Cuz the audio clips I make are so hysterical, I save them and reuse them. The "flaw" is the inability to Search for a clip within my library of hundreds.

A lot of redundancy. I mean a whole lot of samey-sounding effects. Not much variety despite the long list of options; since so many sound so similar to one another. :-P However, it is fun to use and has some nice features (such as easily making them your ringtones or notifications, and porting in audio files). Many of the effects I don't think any one would like, but worse is that many sound almost indistinguishable from the rest... ... ... 🤪

This app is awesome. In the past most voice changer apps were b.s. but this one was included with playpass so I decided to give it a shot. (I do not currently have playpass). I tried it out and I was amazed. There were so many free voice change options and they were so cool. There are even a few options to turn your voice into a song. My favorite was vocoder. It has even more options if you pay. Love love love this app!

This voice changer app is a good one. I use it with my D&D group. I use this when creating some of my YouTube videos. I even use this voice changing app just for fun. Overall, having to "wait to skip" solicition (that has nothing to do with me nor my interests) isn't enough to ruin the fun of this app. Followup: I didn't know about the $4 option to remove ads. Good to know! I'm now enjoying the voice changer...AD FREE! BONUS: Highly recommend for fun!

I must be frank, this app has stuck with me since my childhood. Even with all the slightly inauspicious voice options being loosely based on popular characters I've come to enjoy all the features of saving, editing and sound choices. Recently the addition of new voices and a dark theme option has been long overdue, and I've fallen in love with the new 8-bit effect.

Not only is this an amazing voice recorder that has worked on all of my android devices and most of my devices I have hacked from fire TV anothere companies like Amazon to add Google play support . The Apple allows you to not only record audio but import audio assembles sometimes making it easier to use this app than my professional recording equipment for quick samples on the fly. You can break out a midi keyboard and layout your section of recording to play from.

I think this app is great for streaming and like playing weird noises. It's really fun to experiment with the different sounds. I think the only downsides are the lack of sounds and the similarities between any of the evil sounds. Like the villain sound, male sound, and a few others are so similar they sound like mimics of each other. I think they should add more sounds and make them different from one another.

I like the voice changer with effects app. It's a good app. I wish it had more voice changer sound effects though. Plus, voice changer effects sounds too similar too other ones. Also, some of the voice changer effects doesn't sound like the voice you would expect it to. Other than these flaws and the fact that it contains which are annoying. The app is pretty good.

I love it! I love the effects, the design, and the fact there isn't alot of ads!!!! One problem, I wanted the voice editor thing u made to have video mode, so that u load a video, mute it(or keep it) and start editing it, like for an example,u can record an audio of ur voice edit it, and then attach it to the video. That would make the app better, but it's still great, and do recommend installing for fun when ur bored.

I LOVE this app! I'm not a professional voice actor, not even close, and I can't hire other people to do voices. So when I need a lot of voices for something, I'm out of luck. Luckily, I can use this LOW AD app to increase the number of voices I can use! Plus, it's fun to listen to the voices, and there's even a tts feature, and a load pre recorded sounds to change feature! This is an amazing app.

I enjoy the app. I think there are a few o good voice-changing selections. But I feel there are more useless ones either sounding the same or not so good to be enjoyable. That being said I keep it Anyways because as stated earlier there are a few of them I enjoy that are worth keeping, would like some updated voice changers. Maby, Anime, celebrities, cartoons, etc....

The options to load a file or type a sentence are two of the best features. Would be nice if there were more SFX though. Like some computer voice sci-fi types and a good show sounding voice of the Dalek. There is a really cool female computer voice in the ship for the movie journey to the center of the Earth.

There are so many non advertised features! You can save save recordings, use the sound as an instrument on a piano, and you can even apply the effects to songs, sound clips and music you have downloaded on your phone (my siblings and I have had a good laugh playing our favorite songs on "shrinking" mode). There are also practical uses for saving non edited clips such as proof someone said something or critiquing my voice acting. I've thoroughly enjoyed the app.

Great app. Does What it's programed to do, as most apps do not work properly. There are ads, but not as excessive and interrupting with recording so far. Ads are paying for the free app, I get that, but the excessive apps w other apps are just bit too much. This app is wonderful in regards to not excessive in ads. So far. Thanx. It's my favorite. I gave 4 stars as the recorder sound, isn't really heard well, but the rest functions 👍. When I share it to my recorder, it sounds great.

Honestly, this is the best voice changer I could ever use because It is completely free and no ads (except if u want receive the other voice effect) Simple way to record voice and easy to use. The best thing about it that you can play piano and use your audio as the sound effect for it. You can also import song from device to this app. Highly recommend it.

Great app! Though, many of the voices sound similar. My favorite are Cathedral, especially for singing; and Grand Canyon. I love the echoing. If there was a way to create deeper voices without slowing down the speech, that would be amazing! I also appreciate the absence of gratuitous ads! It's a fun app that allows sharing of files with people who don't have the app. So, a big thank you to the creators!

This is a strange little app, that doesn't have much versatility in the actual changes made to your voice, but it is still fun. Since it's not something I think is supposed to be taken seriously, if it's fun, that's good enough for me. I have used the strange voices in a couple of different places in our Halloween Haunt, so it deserves the five stars for being at least versatile enough for us.

Still great two years later. Honestly, the app needs more effects, but it is perfect other than that. It's fun playing around with the effects and I spend a lot of time with it. You can save the audio you record and transfer audio files to the app. The recordings keep the background noise because of the microphone you use to record with and has nothing to do with the actual app. If anything, the background noise is a good thing for some effects, like the duck sound.

Really amazing app. It lets me make and save sound effects and have different useful variation in voice changing. But one slight problem I have is that you're not able to have specific tone, speed, or other effects. One example would be if you wanted a deep voice, but still keep the same speed, but you can only choose deep voice and slow speed. Really good app overall, and keep up the good work. 👍👍

Great and most of the voices are so funny I changed my notification to the sheep one 🤣. it's great I give it five stars but there is two downsides. 1) I would encourage them to make more funny voices because there aren't enough. 2) some of the voices for scary things sound almost exactly the same. But I think you should get it if you are thinking of that because it's great fun and even tho I have no storage left I am still not getting rid of it. Also It is easy to use and you have a library ✅✅✅

This app is great, works great for when I need to do voices for my fan films/series. The only critisms/minor nitpicks I have would probably be some of the voices sound a little bit too simliar, but the ones that are great, are great, and maybe label the piano notes so I'd have an easier way for me to remember which note I used, but over all, this is great app, definitely recommend.

This app is great! What's good about it is that there are plenty of different voices to choose from! You can even sound like a FNaF animatronic by editing your recording! I would rate this 5 star if you had the option to change the voice effect of an audio file you downloaded, but other than that, it's awesome! (Also for everyone complaining about ads preventing them from using the app, turning your WiFi off is recommended as you can only view ads if you have accessed the internet).

I love this app. It's fun to play around with the different effects (which are free btw) and there's barely any ads. I downloaded it just for the voice effects but then I discovered the option to make your recording into a ringtone and/or notification sound (free). I recorded myself screaming "DING" and set is as my notification sound and now I laugh my a$$ off every time I get a notification. 10/10 would recommend.

Omg this app is truly amazing!!!!! You can record your own voice or use a text input and change this effect and in addition, if you have copyrighted music you can import it into the app and then select a effect and it won't be copyrighted anymore!!!!! I think the only downside is that you have to watch an ad or purchase a subscription for the other effects but that's it really!!! So if anyone is looking for a voice changer app, this is the one to use. Great job on the app!!!!!!!

Not bad for free. But, if you don't pay for the app, you are inundated with ads, running banners and if you want an extra sound you must either watch more ads, or pay. The actual programming is not bad, but the echo could do with some work as with the cave...overall not bad, easy to use and fast convertion.....If you use this to change your voice for your own videos, then maybe look at Cyberlink PowerDirector....you can change your voice in the app....this App is good but could be better....👍

I absolutely love this app! This is the best voice changer app I've downloaded so far. Easy to download, record and set a recording as a ringtone. But there are 2 things about this app that I don't really like. Most of the options sound very similar if not the same, especially the high pitched ones. And second, I wish they made it slightly easier to pause a recording. But other than that I really like this app. My complaints aren't enough to take away the 5th star though. I recommend this app!

I've been using this app for a few years, never had a problem with it. It's easy to use, really quick and saves your audio to your phone with your permission. Very good editing tool and it's free. There's an advertisement every once in a while, but not in an obnoxious way. You can even the app without internet connection. Altogether it's definitely worth my five stars. Surprised it doesn't have more downloads. Very easy, quick app. If it makes anyone's phone run slow it's the phones problem.

If I ever want to change an audio this is the only app I go to. It's simple, not too complicated to understand, and I love all the sound effects (though the child effect never comes out realistic and sounds like a chipmunk). I just wish I could be able to adjust the effects. For example; I would be able to adjust the effects so the space mutant doesn't sound so distorted. That's all.

Really good. I just want it to be louder so I don't have to either A: scream into the mic, B: turn it up to full max and get my ears blasted off from the ads, or C: waste my time making videos where I can double the volume like five times before I can go insert it into the video. It would be really nice and convenient. This way I can make more songs for my channel even sooner, and this review will be five stars, and then we all will be happy.

I've been having fun with this one. I'll keep it for a while. Only thing is I cant save these as an MP3 file it's only a video. I found the mp3 folder but when I click on them it just brings up this app instead. I'm sure they have their reasons. But it's a very fun app to use. Alright so aparently they coded the recordings to be locked to this app even if you use a video converter. It's annoying but oh well. They got their reasons

This is so good!!!! All you need to do is press record and allow it to record audio and once you have done recording you can make it sound different for free! And then you can save it. But there are ads after you have recorded your audio and it can be quite annoying, but it's worth it. But overall, this app is really good and you should definitely consider installing it if you are a youtuber who isn't comfortable sharing their real voice. Thank you for reading :D

It does as advertised, it works very well. But there is no speed up, or slow down modifiers, but it still has more than enough modifiers. It even has a keyboard, which I didn't even know at first. This has so many features it will keep you entertained for a good few good days. You can even download the recordings, and more! All in all, if you have storage: absolutely download it!

I have used this app on all my phones. I love to record playing the guitar and singing and of course I sound completely s..t but it's just great fun. I dont have silly ads or options to purchase things. I think it has a great deal of potential if they keep adding new voices and perhaps the ability to add your recording to not just a picture but a guff or short video clip and it would be awesome.

The BEST. High Quality and Easy. Artistic tool for me. Great latency/speed. Just now, your app has been my instrument for electronic music modification in ways which have expanded my whole musical philosophy. Can't say I don't gush, but it's true. And the fidelity, even, in many of the effects, is robust and really great. I'm sure most people use it for voicemail fun, but your app is PRO AUDIO quality. Heck, Yeah!

I love this app! I love all the different effects and they work pretty well. I've changed my voice to sound just like Darth Vader and General Grevious from Star Wars with the Dark Cyborg effect. The trick to sounding like them is understanding how they talk and then the voice app does the rest (pitch, robotic sound, etc). The one thing I wish would change is please stop showing that Voice Box ad! It's a horrible app from what I've read about it. Aside from that, this is an awesome voice app!

A lot of voice changer apps only have a couple of effects, and even then they're not usually very consistent. This app lets you make a recording and immediately use that recording for more effects. The piano function seemed like I could probably get more out of it if I played more. Still, overall I actually have nothing bad to say. Would be cool if they added a change-as-you-speak option, but it's not important.

This is an amazing app!! Other voice changer apps, with good quality are darn difficult to find. So far, the voices are more realistic than in other apps. Other than that, I would suggest more voices Like a teenage male/female, or even a middle aged voice. Also, maybe a voice editor, so that you can create your own unique voice in the app. 😁

All i can say about this is, well, its good. I love the array of voice options, but the recording to video option needs some tweaking. Also, i'd like to reccomend some new voice options. 1. Scramble (simular to fan, but takes parts of the audio and swaps them randomly to parts of the recording pathway.) 2. Dinosaur (makes the voice very low and distorted so you sound like a dinosaur) 3. *insert new idea (whatever goes, i wanna see new options)

This app is amazing. My little sister is gonna' love it! I enjoy using it and listening to my voice in different sounds(except for the creepy ones). It sounds extremely funny when I sing and use the "small creature" voice. Amazing. A hiccup might be when you sing along with a voice from another source such as a radio or clip. Those voices are not affected by the voice changer so the only voice you can change using this app is your live voice, not voices from other media. Otherwise, great app.

The best voice changer out there! it doesn't pressure you into doing any micro transactions, and the ads are few and far between. I've used this for a really long time and its the only voice changer that doesnt make you buy recordings, or spam you 99% of the time with ads, plus this is the only thing I've seen that has a piano to mess with your recording. Its pretty good that they're adding new effects, because its been years since they added new effects until the vocoder came around. 10/10

It's just really fun to mess around with these voice settings, I've been doing it for years. I hope they continue to roll out more voice changers as time goes on like they have been. Pretty easy to use and the ads aren't too intrusive. It does slightly lower the audio quality of the file you upload into the app though, even without voice changer settings applied; I hope that can change someday.

Really cool app, my favorite effect is Cathedral. Makes everything, literally everything sound better! edit 04/15: i love the vocoder effect!! i also would like to suggest a drag and drop feature where the user can rearrange the list of effects they use! the only ones i use are cathedral and (now) vocoder, and having to scroll and look through each one can be a bit tiring. if i could replace them to my own taste, it'd make things easier! (:

I love this app because you can record something once and then hear it in any of the other filters. Then you can save them in any filter choose (Cathedral is my favorite). The only thing I wish were different would be to be able to continue listening when the screen is off. Thanks for making this awesome app!

paid for app previously, but making me pay again!!Does just about anything you could ask for in a voice changing app! Tons of effects and very crisp microphone with simple start and stop recording. The ability to save a voice and then change that voice again with another effect leads to endless possibilities! Try squirreling yourself 2-3x, it's hilarious. The piano is also a really neat feature and you can start from anywhere within your recording.

This app is great, simply put! Long selection of effects and they're high-quality. They don't sound like a cheap sound-effects machine, they actually sound like the description. There's one called "underwater", and I don't know how they captured that effect, but they did (just one example)

I love this app. The voice effects are great and fun to use. Devil, alien, robot, dragon, helium, even drunk are all included and sound great. I'm rounding up from 4.5 stars because two or three of the (many) voice effects aren't produced well, and I'd like them to be fixed, but it's not worth affecting the star rating. Also, and this did not affect my rating, it can't change your voice as you talk, but I think that's true of all voice changer apps.
