I placed my order Oct. 22, 2026. Confirm email says, Click this link to track. okay...its Oct. 29th and it still says, my order is waiting for a carrier. I opt to Chat. Thats all virtual and still can't get an answer. Terrible customer service. Unbelievable.

Ulta always has a great variety of cosmetics. I can always find what I'm looking for. great customer service. great prices

It's pretty glitchy on some screens. overall, use for purchasing and scrolling through items is fine. But when it comes to trying to get in contact with support or reviews, it tends to reload and or knock you back and close out as soon as you go in. so day to day is fine but when you're already frustrated and trying to contact support it's pretty frustrating to have it continue to make it impossible to actually contact support. last time I ended up having to go to the website

Here's the problem! There are good deals you can activate. But, they aren't used friendly for your store associates. They are almost impossible to figure out how to use to get discounts. I'm thinking if you have an account with your store, any deal should automatically apply when placing your number in to the system, be it online or in store...Simplicity, good PR, why not????

search function is glitchy. can't narrow with filters accurately. when you click on an item to view more info then back out, the filter isn't applied and you have to start over.

Ulta Beauty is a man's and a woman's beauty place i get my cologne for the most part but my wife and daughter's and my 3 granddaughters love Ulta just as much and now that we are members I could shop on line and have it delivered and the rest of my family goes on line or love going to the Ulta store. so it's a win win for all of us thanks

My purchase was lost in transit for 12 days, which has never happened to me before. Although Ulta agreed to reship my order at no additional cost, the replacement is being sent with standard shipping rather than expedited shipping. It also took 4 reach outs days apart to get the products resent to me. I'm really surprised at how this was handled as my very first issue/contact with customer service in 10+ years of being a satisifed client.

Your use of AI and flock cameras is pathetic. Will be canceling my credit card since yall don't want to take accountability.

I've had the worst experience with this app this past month. To the post where I'm about to stop shopping at ulta all together. From glitches to dropped purchases and canceled orders. I'm done.

Folks in rural areas have to do extra work to find a store that's closest to us. This makes the process of selecting a store for specific services more difficult. If I put in my location, it simply says that there are no stores near me. I'm already aware of that. I just need to know which stores with specific services I'm looking for are closest.

I cant sign into my account. I get verification code after verification code and I reset my password and have tried signing in like 20 times. it brings me back to the home page then jukes me out by telling me to sign in again or create an account. I have an account so im not seeing why it wont let me access my account? but I cant access any of my information.

it doesn't matter if you check out with PayPal your credit card your debit card it rejects it all. this is the most frustrating app I've ever dealt with when it comes to trying to make a purchase

My Ulta Beauty acct information is not linking to the salon. The salon part of the app is not allowing me to update my phone number in order to receive text messages.

Impossible to use appointment booking as it continues to loop as if the page is constantly refreshing.

I got a new phone (S23 ultra) and the app doesn't work anymore. Sort of frustrating bc I use the app to make my Ulta card payments.. I will change my review if it is fixed but I can't rate an app I can't use. Update 10/11/26 App works great

Hate that doesn't keep my login data and sends me to website for completion. Also, unable to keep track of hair appointments in the app; also have to do completely separate login to book.

One of my favorite places for ALL things Beauty! I've never had to search for someone help me or a bad experience from the staff who did help me. I love that there is always plenty of product in stock! If I had one minor issue it would be not getting product samples like your competitors since they often lead to a purchase of the product.

Also its fixing to be my birthday and I typically spend a good bit then and I find it exciting to get a surprise gift from Ulta usually but not this year it doesn't look like. I asked a friend what makeup products would be best to buy as a beginner and she let me know some products that would work best for my skin becuase ot does get oily and dry. Then she told me to download ulta because it'll actually match let you know the best shade to use and it allows you to see and try on the color to allow you to see what best matches you. I would recommend this app to the beautiful people out there. Beauty isn't just meant for women but for everyone. Love y'all!!! ❤️

Terrible experience using the app. Took over 10 minutes to get the reset link and then the link had already expired. Also wifi in store is terrible making app use even more frustrating.

I have been an Ulta buyer for years but prices, discounts, and even benefits are bleak. I do not promote product but have enjoyed the trials and products now it seems like it's only for those that have influence that can take their benefit. don't count me out ...yet
