my account got banned for hate speech in which there was literally none of that. I hadn't used the app for months. Had no recent matches. I tried to appeal and was denied. There was nothing inappropriate in my bio. I never messaged any kind of hate speech in the past. This is so ridiculous. Yet no one will help or give me any reason as to why.

Locked me out of my account and has me stuck in the photo verification. Tried at least fifty different times with two different phones. Then when I try to delete my account it just says it failed and the website sends you to the app making it worthless. delete my account and my data this instant!!! According to your own word my account should have been deleted by now as it has been months since the photo verification process was populated. it say's my account would be deleted by now. DELETE IT!

I subscribed to Tinder Plus, but all photos appear completely black, including my own profile picture and those of my matches. I cannot see any photos, making the app practically unusable. I paid for a premium service but cannot enjoy its basic features. Please fix this technical issue as soon as possible or provide a refund. This is very disappointing and feels like a waste of money.

I genuinely believe this and other dating apps are the scum of the earth. they put a bunch of bots to make you pay to see "real" people and if you do manage to get a real person. They are the most dry and boring people you will ever meet. don't get your hopes up seeing any beautiful people, you have to be 6 foot with 300 thousand dollars in the bank. Great until it isn't. Had issues with my photo verification process, will approve my photos and allow me to match but once I close the app that all clears out and asks me to re-verify again. Customer Support is now actively dodging my requests(I know because I reached out from another email which they responded to, then dropped once I referenced my ticket) and refusing to look into the clear issue. Not sure what you expect people to do.

Worst customer support I've ever dealt with. After 8 total years as a user, I logged in with my usual email and was told to create a new account. Support sent me 6 irrelevant templates claiming I'd deleted my account, but I'd only deleted the app. Then I found my old profile, intact, in the feed. I reported it and got more templates, no real reply. No help restoring it, so I've lost all my matches and chats and have to start from scratch. Past issues were never resolved either. Terrible.

get rid of the "events" tab and return what we had before with categories. or give us both. Takes any money you spend on it and then bans you with the "zero tolerance" policy. without telling you what rule/s if you even broke any on the appeal. context: was playing a game server and had beef with a guy, suspect he reported me and i got banned when i hadn't used the app in over a month. friend also got banned because he put his snapchat username on his profile, yet there were numerous female accounts with snapchat usernames and QR codes.
