I love the app

cute and smart app

Helpful.

Canceling is a nightmare. attempting to cancel my subscription was met by several error messages and it's been 72 hours since I sent a message to customer support with absolutely no response yet. no method works either by PC nor mobile. Definitely will not use again nor do I recommend.

ems

it was the best i liked it

I like it so far

lots off ads ,but overall helped me solve difficult questions

unsure if it's because the app is buggy or if they're trying to rip you off but tried to cancel my subscription after trying a free trial, it didn't cancel and charged me anyway, still waiting on my refund to which they said would be in my account in a "couple of business days" still haven't received it after 10 days. Super dodgy app, avoid this at all cost.

wonderful app

needs coins but helps cheat I mean work

SCAM!! Charged me 6 times and I NEVER used it

more accurate than other IA assistant apps

great app

ut good enough

Beware this app is a scam They'll entice you with a free trial membership, then they'll constantly charge your credit card without a way to cancel their subscription

Do not do this it does not work on Chrome and they took my money even before the 4 days like the same day. I didn't even put in my credit card information so I don't know how they got it. and then you can't even contact them for help. It's not existent, they just took your money and running.

DO NOT download this app!!! It is an absolute scam with fake ratings and the people running it are thieves who need to be arrested for stealing money from their bogus website. There is no way to unsubscribe and the banks have no idea how to stop these pests. I urge anyone affected to report this company even to scam watch and get a new bank account!

Great app. Very helpful and accurate.

it is nice

good

Canceled my subscription but still getting charged for it. apparently I have to jump through hoops to get it canceled. Stupid app and a scam

won't stop charging my account. fix your app.

horrible, worked somewhat for me, but have tired for months to get ride of my subscription and won't let me, thought it was cancelled too at first because it didn't charge me for 3 months and then it started charging me again out of the blue.

amazing

bro very trash u cananser only 3 question per day or buy unlimited questions

very good

I love the app

It is impossible to cancel! I have been trying to cancel this app since October when I graduated! Try another app because this one doesn't let you unsubscribe easily whatsoever!!!

great helped me a lot it's very great

Highly wish I could rate this in negatives. Straight up just a scam app, not worth your time. It says that it's easy to cancel a subscription but thats just a bold-faced lie. I had to go through hoops just to find a email to contact them with. I really hate that I didn't even get a notification or warning before they started charging my card, but lucky for me it was on cash app and I had my money locked away.

ok

stealing money you can't cancel subscription

giod

Best apps ever

they make it hard to cancel so I am going to call the better business on them

Quick accurate

it has helped me alot

very helpful

so far so good

I love cheating 😀😄😄😀

scam co.pany unable to cancel sub needs to be off the play store immediately

good

enjoying

total scam. says I can cancel anytime but you can't even access your billing information it says that there is too many sign ups so it is working on reating my account but I can continue to use it in the meantime. But I could do absolutely nothing with the app it was worthless.

pretty good but there's just 1 problem. we need coins to chit chat.

scam

good game

first hour has been he'll.

10 out of 10

I love it but need to not have ads

annoying

this app sucks.it made me do this

worst app I've ever used. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over a day and put a request to support to cancel it but nothing. I severely advise not to get it or the extension for either chrome or Microsoft. I learned that while canceling you subscription, when it says you lose all the benefits, push the gray CANCEL not the continue and it should cancel.

trash

good but could be better

poorly o did not like

Was supposed to give me a notice before charging me again after the free trial. It didn't and now I'm realizing 4 months later. I'm now $60 down that I'll never get back. They make it extremely hard to cancel the subscription as well. Every step of the way they add a one minute timer between steps saying "it doesn't usually take this long" and making it a horrible experience to cancel. After that they have an email that you have to confirm to cancel. 0 stars

this app is amazing it solved all of my questions with the steps I'm really glad I installed it

very good

its really good because it gives you the right answer sometimes

the app is good and intelligent

I did this to get 2 free starts, not sure how well it really works.

This app claims it can help solve questions, but that’s a complete lie. It did absolutely nothing useful and just wasted my time. They trick you into subscribing, then promise that if you cancel, you’ll get a refund. Guess what? I canceled, and no money was returned. Customer support is basically nonexistent, and everything they advertise is misleading. This app is nothing but false promises, empty features, and straight-up lies. I feel scammed and cheated out of my money. Do NOT download this a

nice

good

wonderful app

great

❤❤❤

worst app I ever use could not download it to my computer did not help me very much out of 20 question I can only answer three and they didn't give me a straight answer I can only use three coins I have to wait 24 hours for more coins this is the worst app ever

amazing

I find it really helpful

A complete and utter scam. Does not let you cancel your subscription after the free trial. The billing page doesn't work and you can't get ahold of their support team.

this is very bad app

it helps my problem

Would give zero stars if I could. App is a complete scam I got it to help as a study tool but it requires a subscription of some kind or a free trial. Also there is no way to cancel your subscription every time I try it says "we apologize for the delay. We're currently experiencing higher than usual signups" and says my account is still being created. All this despite me getting a confirmation email. Customer support responds slow, will be calling my bank and blocking.

scam. AVOID AT ALL COST. don't sign up because you won't be able to cancel. they delay response and your bank company won't be able to help you. avoid

rating ***** for free coins....edit: where the f are my free coins???? it's been 10 min since I rated you 5*.

helped me a lot

it was good

it's a pretty good app..sucks you have to watch videos to get coins..but besides that there pretty correct with answers

nice

when I first saw the application I thought it was fake but I just decided to download it and it actually works.

THE WORST

okay

nice

best app ever

this is an great app to help u with homework

it helps and 100 percent

cool

The app appeared to work somewhat. I used it as needed for as long as I needed it. However, when the time came to cancel it, I found the UI and UX of the app and more specifically, the account center for the respective service were intentionally designed to be hostile and deceptive. Self-cancellation was not possible without and the process of actually canceling has deceptive designs meant to trick the user into keeping the subscription. This app should not be permitted on the Google Play store.

good app its so smart

it's really good

it is super👌👌

Great

Nice app

its nice very nice💯👍

It will not let me download to my desktop or laptop it tells me that I can install on more devices however when I try to it only pulls up my phone device and there is no other way to change that option. I am currently trying to figure out how to cancel this app! If I could give -5 starts I would!

CANNOT CANCEL TRIAL! After signing up I read the chrome extension reviews majority saying they had the hardest time canceling. And not that's my experience. Every time I go to the billing tab it says "We apologize for the delay. We're currently experiencing higher-than-usual new user signups. Your Account is still in process of being created. Check back soon to view your account data and billing information. in the meantime, you can still download and start using Smart Solve!" Waiting for CS.

there's definitely some loop holes when u read the terms and conditions, and I select free trial, and then have this company charge u $65.99 when your free trial is not even expired smh. I would never recommend it to anybody plus trying to cancel the subscription is a headache.

REPORT THE APP SONIT GETS TAKEN DOWN. don't do it it is literally impossible to cancel subscription and the app sucks it got a multiplication problem wrong

Be very careful with this app. I have been asking them for a refund for a while (almost a month). Got charged twice, and they said they were going to issue a refund, which they NEVER DID. I am now reading that other users experienced the same. Please be advised that they will never reply, and to cancel the membership is not even an option. I would like to report them as I have tried to contact them several times. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!

all of the 5 star reviews have to be fake. every answer I have gotten from this service has been wrong. and when you try to cancel your free trial, YOU CANT. you can click cancel as many times as you want (if you can find it) and they will continue to take your money. DONT DO IT.

it took my credit card info and now nothing. DON'T DO IT

I honestly don't recommend anybody using this. I use it for two of my classes and once I completed it Cancel it or at least I did. every time I would check my bank account and money had been taken out and each time I try to cancel I always think that it's canceled but it's still not now at this point I'm trying to make a dispute and also trying to contact them about the situation.

best app

i wish i could give this a zero. this app is horrible. it gave me the wrong answers. i want to cancel subscription and delete this account but it wont let me saying i have to wait 2 days. horrible. i know to do more research on this bad apps next time before i get malware and viruses through them

i have been trying to cancel this subscription for a year and keep getting charged!!

I want to cancel and they state it takes 2 days for any response from them. this is my day 1 of 4 day free trial.

Run do not do a free trial. They make it very hard for you to cancel so they can charge you. Crooks I am reporting you.

keep taking money out of my account. I no longer used the app! I already canceled membership.

good app 💯

DO NOT USE THIS APP, IT IS A SCAM. THERE IS NO OPTION TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU.

this app is terrible it gave me all wrong answers everytime and I have to pay money on it just to be able to take pictures. it's ridiculous

it's awesome for helping with homework and about anything you need school related.

nice

It was difficult doing simple navigation. I was never able to get the desktop after trying several times. It missed a lot of questions. It was no better than Google homework.

Do not download, scamm, can't cancel subscription and charges you!!!

Every answer I received from this was incorrect. Then, when I tried to cancel my trial it wouldn't complete the cancelation. Looks like I'm going to have to report my card as stolen and get a new one to prevent this from charging me.

I got a free trial and they are still charging me. Not even worth it if you wanna be scammed

👍

best ai

Great app!

great

no guess work

Hate it

gives accurate answers,thankyou

3 coins? No thanks wasted potential

Fraud

the app is fantastic 😯

Terrible app

I've never used it yet they keep taking money from my account I have emailed and cancelled my subscription but yet nothing has been resolved

perfect

THE APP IS A SCAM. SHOUT OUT TO THE PERSON WHO PUT HOW TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. THIS IS A SCAM. Impossible to cancel subscription. They're probably gonna respond with this review by saying "use the customer dashboard to change it". How tf is anyone supposed to do that if the dashboard isn't even functional. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. (Credits to Yonatan Kahn)

good

amazing app

This is a great App I miss I had this years ago

so good

I used this free subscription it doesn't have no way to cancel it. They have took two payment of 14.99 out of My account in one month. No way to speak to customer service. This app is a scam and DO NOT TRUST IT. I have even canceled my account and they are still taking money out.

Do not buy this

Great choice

good 10000

wrong answers

amazing app to use

this is great

I'm still learning this app

The app was okay, decent for solving slightly complex equations, but useless when dealing with higher level equations. But the big thing is, is that I paid for a weekly subscription, because I didn't need it for a month. But nowhere on the mobile app was there a option to cancel the subscription, I had to get a refund through Google. So the moral of the story it, don't pay for it. Rather use the money for something actually useful.

great 👍
