I started playing this game many years ago and it was fun and fair. After 13 years with this app, I have uninstalled it. It used to be fun, and then they started hitting us with ads/promotional "buy this coin package" type pop-ups. If you use the promotion, you may find yourself being screwed by their fine print that they claim to have. But who can remember the fine print on 15 different ads? It's obnoxious. Do not recommend.

Rating, 2 stars - Game itself, very well designed, and it is fun to play. Had a couple of big wins. Downside - can't sustain playing on it without losing. I am at level 17061, which means it requires betting more to help the clan or to complete challenges. Made purchases, and at the end of the day, balance would get too low to continue due to a payout of only 20%, give or take, based on tracking my play. So the fun comes to an end at one point or another. They do have good buying promotions.

I've reinstalled this after not playing along time, yrs really. The game was more fun then. This game has way too many pop ups during the game play. Too many. I love this game, truly. The newest update...however... I uninstalled Slotomania for several months. Upon returning, I won a lot, for a while. I spent some $ and had some fun. Then, the same phenomena that I have described in previous reviews began to occur. I reached a certain level and then only lost after that... the idea that this is a free game is 'false advertising'. At least with some of the other games I play like golf require some skill. Slotomania is aptly named as one has to be 'crazy' to continue to play it.

Game rapid fires: I was in Medallion automatic 50 spins and it stopped and locked. It would not release to spin. I waited patiently and tried to enlarge and reduce screen. It still wouldn't function. There are times even when you win (example) 350,000 thousand coins the win balance does not even go up. When we buy coins we are charged accordingly. The system for giving out cards is rigged in my opinion. No matter what you do the game continues to give you the same cards over and over. You spend days going through the slotoquest and spending tons of chips and money only to get a repeat card that you already have. Paid for a bonus round on Ballinko Heat, 39.99. A prompt came up that it was taking a long time to process payment. My screen did not go back to ballinko heat, I was taken back to the game I was playing when I completed the challenge. A couple of minutes later it pops up that my payment was processed, enjoy my purchase. I went to gifts to see my purchased bonus might be there and it isn't, I'm out 39.99.

Only gave two stars & will uninstall.... Reasons...I've had it for about 2 months it's fun with all the different Sloto games/bonus round you can play, events.. BUT you always run out of money they want you to buy extras with real money. I have a job and family and when I have "me" time I want to be able to play a game not spin six times and wait for the next 3 hours to collect! And it doesn't matter if you thousands, millions or billions the game is set up to take it. Unrealistic tasks

I've played this game for over 8 years and I wish I never would have started. Playtika has made this "free" game into a neverending promotion of options to buy. One day they had 7 different pop-up promo offers and each one is more annoying than the last. At this point, the enjoyment of playing the slots is far less than the hastle of all the stupid promos. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER DOWNLOADING Oh yeah, the customer service if you ever have a problem is a freakin joke too.

The game is far from free if you want to play for more than 5 minutes. Continuous pop-ups wanting you to spend money to buy coins. then after you do by the coins and lose them within another 5 or 10 minutes additional pop-ups come up wanting you to buy even more, then after you lose all your coins you get another pop up asking if you're having fun and please rate is. It's All about the money with this company, if it was actually a free game you would not have to ever buy coins, players beware.

The game will not allow you to play without an add pop up requesting you to pay for something. Even when you have a subdtancial amount in the pot. Also, it deducts your coins and freezes forcing you to cancel the game to get it to unfreeze. I had 3 plus million, went to sleep and woke to a little over 17 thou. Go figure. This is not a good thing. Your fixes arevrobbibg your players.

The game is stupid. It lets you win some time, but most time it is take money. I guess if you don't buy anything the company is like heck with you. It would be nice to see a bonus. I have leveled up 30 times without having one. The game is a joke. I wish I could rate this a zero. I can't get notifications. I get one then no more. Then is pauses and I lose out on a new card bonus. Now with the option to buy back to where you were, there is no way you can win as the game is pure greed

you need to have a LARGE bankroll in order to get anywhere on this game. In the last week have been able to collect "free" coins every 3 hours, got frustrated and paid 50 bucks to be able to play longer... 50 bucks and 15 minutes later...nothing! Sick of it!!! save your money! Bravo!!! Every time you do maintenance on a machine all you're really saying is you get no more bonuses on this machine!!! Save your money!!! Was supposed to get a bonus when you make a purchase... Yeah, I got no bonus!!!

But it seems as time has gone by, the tighter the games have gotten, the more ridiculous the daily quest have become, and IF you have the extra money laying around to purchase coins (for a free game), you don't even come close to getting your money's worth! Ive been playing this game for a couple years now. The further you get in the game the harder it gets to win. Triggering impulse purchases that start off relatively cheap."to get your hard earned$$ money started flowing there way" As you progress these seemingly minimal expenses will get bigger as you go. It used to be a fun game to play, however, nowadays it has become more and more impossible to finish the challenges they put on their quest and dashes.It also has become so difficult to find/ achieve the cards you need in order to complete the sets in the album. It has become so obvious on how they want you to buy coins more and more. I'll start looking for another game to play.

The game is OKAY, and a time killer. The bonuses are low, unless you purchase. Coins run out unless you purchase. Albums go uncompleted unless you purchase. If you DON'T want to waste money, DON'T buy. The game won't be as enjoyable though. Customer support is the worst part of the game, but occasionally they fix missing coins or whatever the case.

Sadly, the games are not fun anymore. I had 100 billion and now nothing. The higher the level, the less you get....on every game. Why did the golden spin price go from $11.99 to $39.99.....that's not right. Seems to me that the game is programmed to make you lose and then it raises the prices up higher if you want to keep playing. Go back to when Slotomania was a lot of fun and the prices were reasonable and you'll have happier people.

It was OK at first, but when you play the games you can spin 200 times and might hit a bonus. That is crazy and the new challenge games are ridiculous with as much as you have to get or win in order to move onto the next game! We need alot more mega wins and a lot more bonus spins! used to have a lot of fun playing the slots. the game used to have a fair payout but now it's more of a game to see just how fast you lose. read the reviews, this is a reoccurring theme to A LOT of users. $60 dollars for 40mil coins? that lasts 15 minutes at best. also can't tell you how many times I've cooked something and " oops, an error occurred" I lose my ingredients and don't even get the prize coins very convenient.

Gimmie a break. Every single click, every ten seconds, there is a pop up that saying Crazy Deal! Limited Deal! Trying to make me spend more money. Even after I actually paid for some deals. I understand you need to make money but come the hell on!! I can't play the goddamn game, I'm not joking guys!! Don't even bother downloading this. Like when you first open the app, you need to close about 8 pop ups asking for more money. Then you click on something, 5 more pop ups. And on and on. Christ.

ALL they want is money, everything is buy,buy,buy. The set goals that are impossible to get. Your win rate is less than any casinos. Basically this game is a complete money grab. If you happen to win a jackpot it may be 1 every year or six months. As far completing the albums. You may get lucky on the first one, but unless you are buying coin packages constantly don't bother.

Fun yet frustrating. This is a game I've played now for several "collections". Games can be fun and so can challenges, but it's frustrating to never be able to finish off a collection without spending money. I will be short 1-2 cards and the game is constantly pushing the buy coins- get a special card gimmick. That's fine but what is the appeal to those of us who spend our time trying to collect all of the cards if there is no way to win without spending money? There I beat the ace challenge 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any other cards since....so I'll finish short 4 cards. That's just not fun nor rewarding. Also, the pop ups pushing purchases are excessive.

This app sucks. Constantly loses connection, takes forever to load, extremely frustrating. I've complained several times over a long period of time, you'd think they'd be able to find some tech people who could fix it, but apparently not. It's not my internet service, I have very strong and fast internet, I don't have problems with anything else. It's not my device, I have the same problem on whatever device I use. It's just a very poor app.

The games are fun, there's quite a variety, so it doesn't get too boring. They make a lot of their goals for daily dash, private eye lucy, and slotoclans (for example) nearly impossible if you cannot afford to purchase coins (like myself)...but you don't have to make the goals to have fun. I enjoy the whole experience either way.

A lot of great slots and fun bonus rounds. A bit of pressure to buy their "packages" (for additional coins) but overall pretty great for free play. Updating my rating 05/17/2019: Winnings used to be great and was able to play for long periods of time. The game has incorporated "clans" wanting you to play as a team. Bonuses are now rare and play time is minutes as I never have enough chips to play.

I love to play the games. I was a fan. Told everyone how fun it was. I played for many months without purchasing. Now that I have paid for play, I am losing more. I can lose $20 to $50 in a very short time. I do better with a $50 at the casino. I am going to stick to free coin and see if I do any better. I've been playing this game since November 2015 and I'm really considering uninstalling and not investing anymore money at this point! I've spent a lot of REAL MONEY to win nothing! Anything I win big is gone immediately. You get roped in with a small win, thinking it will continue only to receive a rude awakening that it's gone. It's a rip off, there are never any real good wins and what you do win goes so quickly. The price of the packages continue to increase and it's just not worth it. Steady going downhill! I'm honestly sick when I've went back and calculated how much money I've actually invested into this game for NOTHING! I've never received any type of credits for being a faithful player and "investor" or anything. I'm over it!

It's fun to pass some time. It sucks I only get half the coins added to my total. I kept track of my winnings for a few hours last week. I found was I was only getting half of my winnings awarded to me. I should of had about 1 trillion more points on my total. It's sad that this app can't even add points or coins up right! Instead of making so many new games in this app that should figure out how to make the app add numbers together!

These games used to be fun with good & decent payouts. The games are now so tight that payouts are far and few between. Because of this, the games are not fun to play and generally just waste my time & effort. Playtika has become so greedy by giving you unrealistic, unattainable goals & challenges in the last year that I no longer spend my money to play these games. It's really a shame that the game play is so awful because the graphics are really beautiful. Playtika is just too frickin greedy.

I have paid a lot of money to you. All that you do is raise the minimum limit on the games and pay less and less. You take away all of the bonuses from the games, especially when you play higher values. It's nothing but a racket to get you to spend more and more. I had more bonuses when I was playing 10000 pts. vs playing a million points. Sorry, this is a RIP off. I have no reason to increase my total amount any longer....you will just take it away from me.

The reels constantly jump just before they come to a complete stop and the mega wins are far and few. The daily gifts are generous (if you know where to search), and the games have great potential, but it certainly seems as though the reels are set up for an overall loss. On the surface this game seems like a lot of fun compared to other casino games! Amazing Graphics, cool sounds, lots of variety and sub games .... but boy oh boy! I have been a faithful player years I love playing this game its been one of my favs! Lately I haven't been able to hit a bonus or any large wins. 3 Million spent and not one Sloto card, Daily Dash Quests are freaking IMPOSSIBLE to complete once you're level 200. Can't even do the first challenge with 10 Million sometimes. The Level up Twice one is Impossible. Fix that and you can spend 3 million and not get a freaking bonus going only 15k. This game is getting Worse & Worse. I'm even at gold status which helps nothing. Destined to lose everything. Was fun in the beginning. Now not so much. Higher level= LESS payouts Higher bets and quests that are impossible, Events at high levels you'll never be able to complete as you did at level 1-100. Rigged when you get high level. You'll see if you get to 100-150+ in levels.
