It's great because I can listen to channels that play the music I like. They also have other channels that are based on the type of music you like once they determine your preference. Plus, not only am I able to listen in my car and phone but also my tablet & laptop. I think you can use a total of 5 devices.

So, this isn't really for me, but I got a free trial, and it didn't require me to remember to cancel as it never took payment info. I have to respect the unusually non-predatory model. The app seems pretty good too, but I'm not really a radio person. I like to choose my music. Still at least an honest service, even if it's not .uch value to me.

Love being able to have music all the time. I also use the app so we can have music at work. My only request would be that the Playlists need to be changed up every so often. I listen a lot and some of the stations seem like they've had the same Playlist for 3 or more years. There's so much music that you should be able to change things fairly regularly.

When trying to scroll channels set up in my library, it gets stuck and won't change the channels no matter what - using Android Auto or just the app itself. It used to work perfectly until after the latest update. So disappointing. Worthless to set up a library of stations because it's impossible to change channels when driving and using the car controls in Android Auto.

App used to be stable. As I notice more Pandora features integrated, stability/reliability decrease. I used to LOVE Pandora until their app became so buggy it wasn't worth the hassle. I hope Pandora fixes the "Audio Playback Failed" errors that keep happening more and more while casting music. The music stops without warning more and more often. No offline availability. disappointed, to say the least. I purchased the vehicle/phone app, and all the stations that I initially had when those where two separate purchases were removed. don't know why, but I was reduced to about half of what I had before the bundle. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Anyways, I've canceled my subscription. I've got my Amazon, Pandora, Spotify and YT music and I'll get to listen to exactly what I choose, for half the price.

Audio during podcastsdrops but continues to play, have to stop the track/rewind 15 seconds, and then restart the track just to get the audio back. Sometimes it just cuts out completely. Eta: Sirius, looking at reddit, this has been a problem for AT LEAST 4 years. Get it together. I've changed EVERY setting, like I said, I got a new phone and it's still STILL an issue. Stop patronizing your customers and fix it ffs.

Having the same problem as some others. I can no longer change channels in my favorites list using the vehicle controls through Android Auto. This eliminates hand-free use of the app rendering it either dangerous or useless. I have tried clearing the cache, restarting both my phone and the infotainment system in my car, disconnecting and reconnecting the phone. Nothing worked. Incredibly frustrating.

It was installed in the new '23 Maxima. I liked it and installed on my Android and my Windows desktop as well in '24 or '25. Then I had it activated in the first dually, then transferred to the new one shortly after. Available content wasn't the same on all devices. Why not? Recently cancelled.

Considering cancelling service specifically due to this app. I have issues with getting the steering wheel controls to work properly. Sometimes it'll scroll through my favorites library, other times it just scrolls through all channels numerically. Right now, it thinks that there's only two channels that I can scroll between. I have tried clearing Cache, data, reinstall, nothing works. Also does the same thing on an iPhone, so it's not my phone that's the issue.

No Longer Working I have a paid subscription for a cat and the app, and the car is working, but the app won't connect to the internet. I've been using it for years and it just stopped late July- early August. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, everything, but still nothing. The app is used more than the car radio, so the subscription renewal may be useless now.

There are honestly bugs all throughout this app. not even worth the free trial. You can't search a specific song. You can't even see the list of songs on a station. even with the paid version you are very limited. it also claims that you can download for later but there is very limited selection on what can be downloaded. on my device I can't even see or access downloads. I had an up-to-date device and the app is also updated to the newest version.

They'll raise the rate for current listeners and offer deals to everyone else. They'll offer you a great deal if you threaten to cancel but there will be no reward for the faithful. You can't have an account without a credit card on file so they can automatically renew at whatever rate. Not customer oriented anymore.

Lately constantly logs you out if you pause for too long. Its not long driving friendly. Most channels music selection is not good. No flow. Just random songs shuffling in the background. No thought. Pandora & regular radio have a groove to their playlist, especially in the commute mornings, Friday and Saturday night. It's not great if you want to listen to some good popular songs. its seems more suitable for obscure rarely heard of songs. lately ask me to login multiple times is weird.

The app has errors a lot of the time when it tries to connect to android auto. I have to unlock my phone and open the app on the phone so that it can actually work. There has to be a way to fix this so that it never happens. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the data from my phone as well. This happens on multiple phones android or iPhone and in multiple cars.

Fix the auto start at any time problem and I'll give you a better rating. Tired of the app auto starting for no reason even with background usage OFF, IF I don't cancel my subscription first.. EDIT: your suggestion for what to do does nothing, in fact, if I tap my earpiece I get music playing from the app without the app even opening! Disconnect my phone from my laptop, internet tethering, musuc plays! I then have to open it, stop the playback, and close the app!

I just tried your app. After 1 DAY I ran in to troubles that, no matter what I did, no matter how hard I tried, I could not get the app to work with my Bluetooth. It worked fine one day, but the next, forget it. Yeah, and forget you! I will not be recommending you to anyone. I was told by Google play store that they will NOT refund my money. Which in a word means I did NOT get a 7 FREE DAY trial period. Talk about rip off!

I continually get the error message "Something Went Wrong. Please Try Again." This sucks. I tried every possible solution. No luck. Update: I travel for a living and often do so in a wide variety of late model rental cars. More often than not this is the error I get: Open the app instead to play the content...Audio playback failed. Frustrating to say the least

ever since my bill went the service went down. the app is getting worse and worse. I open the app start to play and then it stops saying that I have a bad internet connection. this is false because it goes right through my vehicle. if the app doesn't get fixed I'm canceling my account and going with a different provider. I have restarted everything and have been clearing the cache and the problem still exist. I love how companies charge you for their services then want you to fix their problems.

On my old car it worked fine, but now driving a car with Android Auto and this app is terrible. it'll play if you leave it alone. but if you try to scroll through your library on your cars lcd screen, it jumps back to the top of the list after every other swipe. impossible to scroll and see all of your channels, definitely can't see what they are and what's playing before it shoots you back to the top of the list. integration with Android Auto needs fixed ASAP. did the steps requested, no change

I had to drop stars to one because the app is not able to be turned off so that it does not automatically start every time you plug it into your vehicle. this is on Bluetooth. it also randomly starts playing whenever i have my headphones on. the only way to get it to not automatically play is to put it into deep sleep. It then crashes randomly. it also no longer seems to respect the setting that it only uses data and not Wi-Fi.

I've had this issue ever since launching the "new" revamped app in late 2023. I do not listen live. I save talk shows to my phone and play them back from the Downloads tab in the app. When I listen to a show for 30 minutes, hit pause, come back a while later and resume the episode, it displays that it's paused at 30 minutes... but as soon as I hit play it jumps back and starts playing from the beginning! I've sent multiple "feedback" messages in the app, cleared cache, uninstalled, rebooted.

when we got this service the app worked great. now with all the latest updates the app won't let my android auto correctly start the app. I have to keep opening the app and restarting it to get it to let my android auto work the app. please fix this issue. I've done all those things several times that you just suggested they work for a day or 2 then it stops responding again. i have a thought for you fix your app so it works with android auto again like it used to before so many updates.

I was being charged twice a month. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told they could only see one set of charges and one account. I offered multiple times to send screen shots of the multiple charges every month (two different amounts). I was told I had to call a different phone number to figure out what was going on. They kept offering to lower my rate if I don't cancel. Such a scam. I like the music options but not the shady business practices.

Sirius has provided the option to keep a saved library of your own favorite channels/podcasts, which WAS great until about 1.5-2 weeks ago. Today was the third time I lost my saved favorites despite having done nothing differently than before. I'm not sure what Sirius is doing on their end, but I NEVER had this problem (and I've used the app or listened online for many years). It's frustrating enough that I might stop paying for Sirius since I listen on the app/online more than in my car.

constantly freezes up and needs a restart when I change towers or go to 4glte from 5g. edit 6/21/26: the app gets worse with every passing day. I travel a lot and this app is useless if you change towers while traveling. to use it while driving, I constantly need to restart the app, so I usually end up listening to silence until I can stop and reset the app safely. Guess I'm going to try something different, anything should be better than this.

I now need to log in on Android app to a screen that look like as if I was a new user, this is a PIA, I want to go for a ride and have to do this every time , it used to connect as soon as I started the Jeep, seems like you raise prices and make the App worse, I would have sent this in the app, but couldn't find a contact up, can I go back to the phone connecting to the Jeep via Bluetooth Automatically, nothing changes with the hardware, Radio and phone are the same, it should work the same.

09/11/2023 - Seriously? Four years later and this STILL isn't fixed? Not to mention you can no longer skip ahead when you restart a show. This app is straight trash and will be the reason I cancel my 12+ year membership. (Please don't spew that you're sorry it's not working - literally means nothing.) 10/28/2019-This app has been constantly crashing for a week. Regardless of whether I'm using it or not, several times a day, I've been getting an error message that the app has stopped working.

I like the fact it's commercial free. The only downfall to the station's I listen to, classic rewind , '80s on eight is the fact they only play a handful of bands like Van Halen, Rush, Fleetwood Mac, just to name a few, you'll hear a song from that artist then maybe 20 minutes later you'll hear another song from that same artist. The stations need to dig deeper into the classic vault you may say to play other bands from the '80s instead of the same handful of bands all day long.

The interface with Android Auto is dangerous to road safety. The stations show up as oversized buttons. I have to scroll through several pages with only 3 buttons on them to find a desired station. There are often repeats too. This takes your eyes off the road much too long to find a station. Just make it look like a radio.

Great until you try to cancel. I liked it for the most part. Phone app is better than the car app(more stations) but I was told it's practically impossible to cancel, so I figured I would cancel and get it back later. It took over 4 hours to cancel. Total run around with automated systems, then live people would keep saying systems are down and unable to cancel. They keep sending me stuff to come back but it's not worth the hassle.

The player constantly skips podcast episodes and starts most episodes about halfway through, even though I've never played them before. I have to have the list of episodes up when it moves on to the next episode to make sure it didn't skip one, but navigating through the episodes is time consuming, as it isn't very user friendly.

This app will not let me choose which Bluetooth connection I want to play to. If our TV is on, it will not let me connect to any other device, even if I select within the app to disconnect the Chromecast connection. This app needs a way to "forget" certain Bluetooth connections. The connected speaker doesn't even show up when I try to add the device. All of this is hit or miss, sometimes the connection works and sometimes it doesn't.

Amazing. But, there is a problem. If I am listening to Conan Needs a Friend, the app will almost always finish the ads and then jump to the middle of the episode instead of starting it normally. If it doesn't do it, it just jumps straight to the next episode. And I don't know why! It may do this with other podcasts as well, but it's the only podcast I listen to.

Mehh. Got a good deal on subscription. Lots of podcasts to chose from but search results are a little off topic from the search word(s). Also, several times throughout the episodes, they skip ahead or repeat several minutes. Ads are too repetitive. Would be nice, if I wanted to start listening to a podcast from the beginning that is years old, I wouldn't have to scroll, scroll, scroll, scroll... to get there. And, sometimes it starts the next episode 30 minutes into it.

The app is always closing, randomly throughout the day. Sometimes 10 to 15 times a day. It's getting hard to pay for a service that randomly quits working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times. I have made sure to have a strong internet connection, and that nothing else would interfere with it, but it does not matter. I have tried on multiple devices but have the same results on all them. It's sad that we would rather listen to hours of commercials. still not working right!

Use to work fine after several latest updates music halts and pops an error saying it's offline to try again later. I've cleared cache, nothing! I thought it was just the 1 station. Also thought it was my WIFI connectivity. It ain't, still randomly happening, particularly when I'm in the shower and can't react! At this point I'm considering cancellation of the service all together. It's expensive to be putting up with all these issues.

Always the same problem. They never fix it. I download programs for later. The app will frequently fail to pick up in the same place after a pause. I have to waste time searching for where I left off. EDITED PART: OK, so the size of the "now playing notification" in the status bar is not the fault of this app. It's the fault of One UI 7.0

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP. If I am 90% through a show and decide to pause to come back later, it will completely restart it if it's been paused too long. Also, we're not allowed to rewind indefinitely and then fast forward back to live indefinitely, even though I can do that just fine in my car? Limiting the amount of skips per hour rather than however much music is loaded/available is ridiculous. These are the issues holding this back from being 5 stars.

The latest update is unstable on my Android. I get error messages saying it is having trouble playing a song and to try playing something else. The information panel showing the current song and artist playing does not update unless I close the app and restart it. There used to be channel changing arrows next to the channel you are on for quickly moving up or down a channel or two..gone. Is there a way to remove the update? or am I stuck with this now. Used to be great! Not so now.

Terrible app. Even once you get past the login issues (can't use a VPN), the app only sporadically works. It takes long to open and for songs to load. Songs will stop mid-stream and then the app won't let you start a new song or channel. Channels don't update to current live feed. These issues are only amplified with Android Auto, where the app will launch but not play. New issue: Entire library doesn't show up on AA. Favorited channels just aren't there.

The extra stations repeat the same 6 or so songs for the first round. In addition, if you skip them, you know, since you just heard them, it counts towards your skip limit, which shouldn't even be a thing for the extra channels anyways. Every response I get is to uninstall and reinstall, making me do the work when they're the one with the poorly developed app.

Android phone. I keep getting "something went wrong try again. " what for? No results. I have uninstalled and re-installed and cleared my cache and cookies more than 10 times. The app will not launch. After 7 more days if this (giving you time to fix it) keeps happening, I'm canceling my account. I used to love this app. Hate to say goodbye, but hate more spending money on things that don't work.

When I use the app with Android Auto, I cannot go back to any other station other than the one that I'm listening to. To change to another station I have to go to my phone. When I hit the back button it just brings up a page that just lists Discover, Music, Sports, Talk but if you hit any of them they don't do anything. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both apps. Very disappointing.

This app is going downhill. I like the programming for the most part, but their attempts to make it easier to use is making it more complicated. I've sent multiple reports for the app stopping when my phone locks with no response from them. I've updated, removed, and reinstalled the app multiple times with no change. Update. Latest update makes the app useless through Android Auto. And no... clearing the cache or reinstalling still doesn't make it work. Shame I paid for a full year.

If I don't finish a show in a single listen, the app will sometimes randomly decide to reset me to the begging of the show, and I can't just jump back to where I was because of the stupid 6 skip limit. Really frustrating if I'm 20 or 30 songs into a countdown. Edit: reported the issue as requested in February and guess what happened? Nothing! No reply, and there has been no improvement in the issue. The app is garbage, and makes me more likely to cancel my SiriusXM subscription, not less.

Like several others have commented, the app starts on its own. Power my phone up, the music starts with it without fail. Clearing the cache & data works only until I use the app again, at which point it starts running on startup once again. I rolled back to v6.7 for the time being, which stopped this from happening. I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription. Also, I sent feedback through the app, so don't bother telling me to do so again.

Hands down the worst streaming app I've ever used. This used to be my favorite app for music and I gave it 5 stars previously, but now I rarely open it. Each time I do it randomly stops in the middle of songs, skips to another song, stops altogether, and today there was the same song playing over itself with about a 5 second difference?!?! I cleared all the cache and tried using it again, and same issues. I run into similar issues on my laptop browser, and Chromecast.

New app version is terrible! Can't put your favorite channels in your preferred order or see what is playing on them so you can decide if you want to change channels. Also can't simply skip around back and forwards to get to a song I like. Can't stand seeing all these celebrities promoted, I don't want to see their names or faces, bunch of jerks that don't interest me. Interface busy and clunky. Fortunately, I mostly only listen in the car to the onboard sxm radio, which still works great.

Easy to use, almost always works unless I switch from wifi to cellular. No ads is great. Update: Hate the new app. I want the tiles back, and to be able to sort my library. They tried to fix this, but only 3 options, no way for me to order my stations. And the list is way too small for me to see and manipulate when running. Not user friendly at all, and might be the final straw for me keeping sirius.

Update: THIS NEW APP SUCKS! Cant download shows without an error, if you do get it downloaded then good luck playing it, you will get an error. Numerous messages were sent, also web chat and all they can do is refer me to tech support and give me a number. Went from Lifetime subscription and 2 all access , to Lifetime and 2 cheap options to make me stay. Was canceling my 2 monthly subscriptions. Only really use the app lately and it was great until the December 2023 launch of the new app.

The recent "update" makes the app difficult to use. Your Favorite channels or bookmarks are gone. Now you have a miscellaneous "library" of shows, podcasts, channels, episodes and downloads. Somewhere in there are your favorite channels, in some sort of jumbled order. Nope, you don't get to re-order it. Used to be, you could navigate the segments of the show you are listening to (ie, identify 30-second commercials, or ten-minute program segments, etc). Now your just get Next/Prev. Garbage!

New app has poor navigation on Android, too easy to delete items from library when just scrolling. No real improvements. App not competitive with other music apps. Unable to get to any account settings in app (browser version also doesn't allow access and if access to account page is done, this halts play). Overall, a big step backwards from the previous version.

Ok so this update / overhaul so far has been the most stable. I haven't experienced any glitches so far. I just wish the UI was a bit more like the old version or at least give me the option to change the way my "library" looks ie make the station icons larger so I can see them without putting on my readers. It's hard to tell stations apart at a glance while driving.

Used to be easy to navigate, update has made it so much harder, favorites are no longer an easy to find items, they are now under the library BUT it doesn't maintain the channels you listen too, but a program, it changes based on your last channels/programs you last listened too. I don't want to memorize a channel # to search for. I want my favorites in one spot with nothing else.

I absolutely hate the new format!!! It's awful. There used to be a breakdown of each show showing callers and special guests. It's no longer available. Worse if you accidentally lose your place during the show it's impossible to find where you were at before. Meaning I have to listen to the same part of the show again. Oh and just try finding & listening to the show you want to hear. It skips over complete shows & never lets you listen to the show you want. I'm canceling my subscription.

Want to just select a genre and see a list of stations and what they're playing? GONE. Want to select a station, and it just starts playing? NOPE, press another button to play. Want to find your favorite stations with one click? HAHA, click on "library" (of course) and select the appropriate filter. Submitted feedback, but of course, you can only frame it as an issue with the app itself (what's your internet connection? What device are you on? Etc.) and not the bad UI flow. What a joke!

Don't like the new app. Too complicated for quick navigation. Needs to be compact, like the pre-Dec version was. Now lots of bloat and huge icons lead to multiple clicks and swipes needed to do basic functions. Frustrating. The software coders probably think its more pretty, but its less functional with the new layout. Maybe ok on a laptop, but not on a phone.

The new app is a big fail. The skip forward and back buttons are gone and so is the start over button. And the navigation is worse. Very disappointing. Update: this carries over to app on Android auto. It's now next to useless to me. If the intent is to make me listen to ads after I already pay for the service I'm out. There's always podcasts, etc.

They just "updated" the app and ruined it completely! Gone are favorites which you could easily order any way you wanted. Also you could see what was playing on your favorite channel before choosing it. Now there is a library which you cannot reorder and no preview! I contacted tech support and yep, cannot do any of those things. Horrible, these guys are idiots.

Please let me return to the old app. This is horrible. There is no way that you had this user tested before deployment. Your personal library (what used to be called Favorites} is a confusing mess. You can no longer see the sections in saved shows so if you want to skip to the next section, its just a guess. No more 10 second fast forward or rewind. First time in years that i want to sideload the previous version. Ugh.

Station selection is okay, but the DJ's ramble on with all their "factoids" I didn't tune in to hear. Just play the music. I don't want to hear about where the artist was when they wrote a song, or when/where their next concert is. If I wanted to know any of that, I would go online and find it myself. So much time spent with talkative DJ's I might as well stick to an FM station for free. Also, app randomly stops while playing through Amazon dots &/or echos.

I think I've been patient, but this is insane. I have been dealing with this for months. You're lucky to get even 10 minutes of play time before it stops, and then you can't immediately hit the pause or play button because it's like it's frozen. If I'm outside and running it through my speakers or working out, you don't want to have to continually stop and keep trying to restart. How do you keep taking our money and not fix this issue? PLEASE FIX ASAP OR YOUR LOSING ANOTHER CUSTOMER!

No matter what phone or cell phone carrier I've used, this app continuously stops playing where I have to close and restart it for it to play again. This makes the app unusable when I'm bike riding, skiing, or anywhere when it's not convenient to access my phone to reset it. This has nothing to do with signal strength as my other streaming apps work perfectly, and even happens when connected to wifi. Repeated calls for technical support, in the Philippines, is a waste of time. Please fix !!

You should rename this app "trying to connect" and/or "drops out radio." Constant weak and dropped signal makes listening to anything a real annoyance. I've tried the canned "force stop" numerous times with the same problems recurring over again, and again. My laptop in the same location has no problems whatsoever. If these problems are not addressed on Sirius' end, this will be the last year I waste my many years of $$$ on it. There are many other streaming services available.

This app sucks hard enough to get a golf ball through a garden hose. I listen a lot on the app and it constantly crashes. It doesn't seem to matter the quality of my connection, 1 bar, 5 bars, 5g or even wifi. I have to constantly close it and restart. Sometimes it come back to the place I was listening, sometimes it doesn't. This is especially annoying when I'm listening to Howard Stern. It will stop in the middle of a segment and I have to restart it. FIX THIS!!!

I'm with Ronald! A few months after canceling my subscription, I figured I'd give it another shot when offers a few months free then a discounted rate after... I was quickly reminded why I canceled in the first place! It's worse than the radio! "Commercial free" 😂😂😂 Just listen to a celebrity talk about this or that for 4-5 minutes after every few songs 🙄 On songs, at 1st u think it's great, they actually play artist's songs you never hear but then THOSE will be the NEW same 5-6songs you

Have had this app for years and in the past 6 months or so it has been terrible. Constantly crashing and now it's wiped out my favorites and I can't set any new ones. I so LOVE (sarcasm) having to search for the channels I want. Especially since unless you may for the most expensive package, a lot of the channels I like are "extra' that are only available streaming. Makes me want to more seriously consider Spotify, Amazon Music, or any of the other platforms available. Way to go Sirius.

I have an account. It will not let me log on. It's terribly slow on the iphone app also. It's always frustrating to use app. Everytime I log in it has me enter my name, phone number email, and zip code. Then it says I have an account already set up and gives me the listen now link. Unfortunately it keeps sending me back to the login screen to rinse and repeat never allowing me to log in to the app. I will just cancel because the service has been trash for a long time.

Might be canceling. When the app is working I like it a lot, but lately it keeps shutting off after 5 or 10 minutes of listening. Don't think it's because of my signal either, because it also happens when I'm on Wi-Fi. They really need to fix the app I'm just saying Spotify doesn't have this happen and I find myself listening to that a lot more, for free!!!!

Save yourself from the headache. I've been a paying sirius customer for 20 years. They are not sure what the problem is but they acknowledge that for the last 3 months it's turned to garbage. The app constantly closes after short intervals. After several calls of failed customer service, multiple scheduled return calls from them that occur 12 hours after the scheduled time, and a complete lack of "resolution" I'm done. Canceling my service.

This app used to be better, but now is horrible. Constantly crashing...sometimes I can listen for almost an hour before crashing, but it usually dies within 5-6 minutes of restarting. I might expect this from a free, recently released app, but this is a paid subscription. I sent an email a few days ago and haven't had a reply yet. Will wait one more week before canceling my subscriptions (2). PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!! I'M NOT GOING TO THROW MY MONEY AWAY!

Nice, but very basic app. For the price you expect more control. No way to move around in shows. No scrub, incremental jump back/forward, doesn't remember where I paused a show, a 3 hour show. Very seldom manage to get through a full show. Therefore there are only a very few shows I even try. Also only keeps two latestest shows, if you discover a new show no way to go back and enjoy older shows. The radio portion is pretty good with a nice and varied selection.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Mostly based on customer service and the difficulty trying to cancel the subscription over the phone because of course you cannot deactivate services from the app, you must call or text with someone for an hour to cancel subscription. Then the ads are atrocious especially for the price you have to pay! All in all an awful app.

This is THE most irritating app ever. How does this pass QA?!?! I've had it for over a year now and the SAME issue persists. It will stop playing for no reason saying "No Connection" even when my signal is strong.. You then have to close the app and reopen it. If you're lucky it will play where it left off. Other times it won't. It's especially infuriating when listening to a live show. If you've paused it for a bit. Because when it doesn't pickup where left off...you miss the show. Fix that and 5 stars for sure. My cars signal works perfectly.

Worst music app ever. I've used other paid apps like Amazon music, Spotify, Pandora, and this one takes the cake. Crashes constantly. Comes up with an error message that I can't stream two devices at once (I've never streamed anywhere other than my phone). Today during a 7 hour work day, I had to restart the app at least once an hour, and hit play again probably 4-5 times an hour because it would freeze up. For as much as we pay for the privilege of using this service, it's garbage.

Some parts of the app are awesome--many channels, even more than on the radio, but other parts... Sometimes I can't get a program I've listened to previously to start from the beginning. Some shows only have the most recent couple of episodes. Some of the online only channels are really repetitive. I mean, it's fine, but I often end up playing my other music subscription app. The one that lets me make playlists and stuff.

Update: Losing signal a lot. Then tells me certain channels aren't part of my subscription when they are. App has improved vastly since I wrote the review below. Use it all the time. Back in love with it. "Loved it until a couple of weeks back. Keeps stalling, crashing, frustrating the hell out of me. Giving it 1 star because 0 isn't an option."

Basically unusable on my Chromebook. I have the iPhone version of this app, which works fine, but the Google Play version running on my Chromebook allows me to maybe tune in one channel after starting up, but as soon as I go to change to a different channel, apparently crashes and displays "ch0" for the channel number. Sometimes I can't even get the first channel to tune in. I resort to just using he webiste, but would prefer to use the app if it worked.

Zero stars. They say "it's a feature" that you cannot quit or turn off this app. And it might be: for them. You can force stop it all day. It will pop up with more nags later. I'm afraid to wonder what days it's sharing. Why would, what is essentially a music player, need to run all the time if not to pull marketing data from you, or.feed marketing data to you? Nope. This app sucks!

Over priced! They make it easy to sign up, get you hooked, then renew you at a real high rate without letting you know that your renewal is coming. And it takes days to get someone on the line. When you do, the "advisors" make it hard to cancel! If you add a card only keep the amount you need to pay on it, so when they charge you the amount you were not aware of, they won't get the money, and they will try to get ahold of YOU. Its easier to do this way and you get a better price.

Not sure what happened, but i think the most recent update has created problems on my android tablet. After listening for 30 minutes or less, the app stops working. I have to shut it down and restart. Then, an error message comes up that the app stopped working and needs to restart. And so it restarts again. Weird. I use to be able to listen all day with just a few "are you still listening" pauses. Not happy with the recent update!

Like others are reporting, the app constantly crashes after a couple of minutes. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted my phone, cleared the app's cache, etc. and the result is the same: after a couple of minutes there is a blip in the audio and then the app crashes. Sure I can start the app again but after a couple of minutes the same exact thing happens 😢. Pixel 3XL running Android 11...

I like the better audio quality vs the over-taxed satellite bandwidth. My main complaint with this app (and other services, like Netflix, Pluto, etc.) is that upon opening it defaults to a "discover" or "top picks" page instead of my favorites, or my list. MY list is what I prefer, and i know where to click if i want to search for fresh material.

Free is not Free... They advertised free access until 5/31. Then when trying to activate the app to check it out, the force you into using a credit card & the 3 mo. trial. All I wanted to do was to check it out without a commitment, but that was not the case. I guess I'll look elsewhere. Not worth it to have to chase to cancel later if I don't want it. Bye.

I wasn't expecting much, but this is a very well thought out app that definitely increases the value of a Sirius Xm subscription. So far, I've experienced no buggy performance. It has a great deal of variety. I wish there were more classical music stations (baroque, relaxing classical, etc.) , and more clean comedy stations, but there's an immense amount of variety to please everyone here. Good audio quality, easy to save favorites, etc. Thumbs up! Sirius nailed it with this app.

Confusing, hard to navigate , feels like you're running in circles... but good music most of the time, great channel choices. The sound cuts out occasionally (might be bluetooth? it seems a bit better if the phone is pretty close to the speaker) and the DJs constant interruptions are annoying. Pretty cool though that you can listen to Pandora through it, so that's what I'm doing the most. I'm in the trial now, but despite it being a bit buggy I think I will continue the subscription

If you want to hear 3 out of every 10 words of the song, then this app is for you, but if you want to hear the whole song like me I would steer clear. I'm actually going to cancel the service all together at months end. It seems they're more into raising their over inflated prices than offering a quality service for the outlandish price. Just another Overpriced & Underperforming Product on the market. You're better off with your Ipod or music stored in your phone....... BOO SIRIUS!! SERIOUSLY!!

I thought it was going to be great having it on my phone. I love having Sirius in both my cars. But let me tell you the app on the phone SUCKS!!!!. For the first 5min or so it works but then it starts sounding like a skipping CD....and everything I try to do to fix it does nothing. I have better luck using Amazon Prime Music app.. I dont get the great channels but at least it does not sound like a skipping CD

Took way, way, to long to finally fix this app. Been severe issues with this app since late July or early Aug. 2019 Late Nov. Seems like most issues have been resolved. Just a suggestion on the extra channels. You should have unlimited skips instead of the 3 or 5 skips. All I have to do is switch from one extra channel and back to the station I am listening to within a split second and have a different song on the same station without fear of using to many skips. Skips should not be a issue.$$$$

After the most recent update (November 15) ... It still sucks! Sucks bad. Used to be great. After the last three updates it can't seem to find a connection even though all my other music apps can. It seems many many people are having the exact same problem. If this was a free app I could overlook it but since I'm paying for it, this is unacceptable.

App provides extra stations and allows me to listen while at my desk at work. Since I love the service, that's awesome. However, connection issues abound. I have to reboot my phone every day to get it to connect. I have had days where the app was having issues and told me repeatedly that it was "stopped" even after I closed it. As an add on to the service, it's worthwhile. If they try to charge me extra, I'll simply stop using it.

This app has been utterly useless since your last update. I cannot seem to play more than 2 minutes of music before it just stops playing and freezes. Its draining the life out of my phone because it will not allow my phone screen to sleep. It's always on in the background even if I close the app. Please stop "fixing" things that aren't broken! Update 10/30/2019, after the update this morning it still drops out and freezes. PLEASE fix this

App is bad. I listen on my Asus tablet and it glitches sometimes. My Samsung does not want any part of the app because it always glitches. If it wasn't for having a new car with Sirius in it, I would never listen. An improvement would be to have the information in the car switch to listening online. I already have my favorite bands and songs set in the car, but can't access them through the app. As long as there is an account, I do not see a problem having favorites move from one to the other.

Love having the stations and more with me wherever I go. However, recently the app just randomly stops and I have to re-press play or makes glitching sounds which disturbs the songs. It's becoming annoying. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, no luck. Have tried using same bluetooth speaker with different music app, and no problem. Tried using different wifi networks, no luck. Not sure what's going on??? If it weren't for this issue, it would be an easy 5 stars! Easy to use and navigate app.

I love and hate this app (mostly love). It brings me music and talk radio and comedy, but at least once a day, I have to do a force stop, and reopen, because it just locks up and can't find its way again. There could be some more user-friendly controls for rewinding backwards to catch the start of a show missed, and more robust grip on keeping connection to the stream. It gets lost sometimes during a pause, or during a phone call, which then requires the forced restart. For the $25+ per month

The app is great. access to all of my favorite stations. My only complaint has nothing to do with the app...you would think for the cost you would be allowed more than one device listening at the same time. Im not paying for 2 subscriptions so my wife can listen to a different station in the house while I listen to one in the garage. !!Update!! I was able to get my subscription set up to be able to listen from 2 devices for a price I could stand to pay. I wish stations didn't repeat so much.

Until recently, the app has been good. Bike rides, walks on the beach, whatever, I always had my music. About 3 weeks ago, things changed. The app freezes up and plays like a broken record. Gets stuck playing the same song, interrupted over and over. I'm a commercial driver. I can't pick up my phone, restart the app while driving. Called tech support. Remove & reinstall app. Still doing it. It's a crying shame. Now, when I try to start the app, I get an error message saying something went wrong,.

It's great to be able to stream, but this app has a big problem with sketchy network connections, like the one at my gym. It gives up easily, and often freezes completely. Worse, there is no way to skip parts of an on demand selection, so you have to find it again, and then start from the beginning. I haven't seen a player since the 90s that wont let you skip to different parts of a selection!

When it works properly it works great. But it constantly crashes. Sometimes it just stops playing a couple of minutes after you log it. Will say I am not connected to the internet but I am. Frequently have to uninstall then reinstall. I listen online when on my motorcycle, so it requires I stop the bike so I can restart the app. Also, when I lose signal coverage, the app stops. It would be nice if it would restart as soon as coverage returns (like other music apps, Google maps, etc.).
