my cameras freeze at the most in confident time and the battery constantly dies bc functioning at the full capacity the battery lasts maybe 3 days but I mean I got them bc they were cheap so you get what you pay for. One star bc their subscription prices are really good.

they changed terms of service to basically try to take every penny they can. can't access my second camera at all that I purchased. they refuse to refund me for the camera they cut my access to

This app bombards you with ads to upgrade to a cloud subscription with every interaction. It shouldn't take 5-10+ clicks through pop-up after pop-up for the same offer just to view the live video stream. At best, I would use this as an emergency camera. But I decided to just sell the 2 cameras I bought and buy a different brand that allows SD card storage without a membership. I will never buy another camera that runs this app again.

I'm paying for a subscription and can't log in!! no one ever reaches back out im so frustrated with these ppl. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITS GOOD FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD. BUT INCE THATS DONE ITS AWFUL. Has a great battery life when it's not picking up activity very often. The video quality is good. You have to enable the microphone setting on your phone to view it live & you do need a subscription to view it live. I saw one review saying they paid $30 for a year while it made me pay $30 for 6 months. The LiveHome app is the same app / login credentials as this one. It's the app with the big orange/yellow "K" on a white background... Weird.

worked fine until I got a new wifi service and now they don't work.

Worked okay until I got a new phone. Logged back in on the new phone, my cameras were all listed, but Live View doesn't work on any of them anymore. Deleted and re-added cameras and still nothing. It's still making the little 10s videos when the cameras detect movement and I can view those, but no Live feed at all. I was subscribing on all 3 cameras but I just canceled them.

Since the new update I cannot use the live viewing. Subscription is paid until Oct,2027. Have tried all the usual things still not working. Either send my refund or fix the issue......... Update... was told by support to install the Kement(Live Home) app. It is same as the Seeing app. Logged in with same information and problem was solved. I was able to use live viewing again.

poor app function. worked great at first but after a few months (did year subscription) I cant even pull up the camera view. I closed out,un installed and disconnected the camera. still no difference.

since the upgrade, my cameras have not sent a notification or has it woken up. tried accessing the cameras and they are not recording or have they woken up. only have these cameras for less than 6 months.

This has basically become just a decoy. sends multiple notifications of movement when there is none and now can't access live feed without paying for s subscription. I'll be buying a different brand that doesn't use this app. smh

motion detection and human detection turns itself off daily and you have to manually turn it back on which makes it pointless for security! Camera picture is ok. Now since the last update mid October 26 I cant turn on human detection at all which then by default turns off motion detection. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared cache, nothing works. Avoid

went from 5 star to a 3 because lately I barely get notifications for activity around my home. Not even the mailman, he's always in front of my camera. Yet some days it will send me 10-15 notifications back to back because of the Christmas decorations on the porch. I don't know what changed or caused the change but it needs to be fixed. Update: These cameras under a paid subscription should be longer than 10 seconds of activity. 10-18-26 camera continues to search I can't even see who at my door

Just spent 3 hours trying to figure out why the live view was spinning on the other phone im sharing with. Spoke to customer service just for them to tell me stuff i already tried. Obviously its something wrong with the new update ended up having to download an old version just for it to act correctly. Please fix this its causing major issues.

The cameras that go with this app stop working and they require you to purchase a subscription to get them working again. Total scam!

Well, they worked okay-ish for a year. Then, days after I paid $100 to renew my subscription, the cameras stopped allowing me to view them live. When I reached out to customer service, I was greeted with AI, who told me that it set my concern as a "priority" and someone from their care team will contact me. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges if I don't hear back from them by end of business Monday, as of course, they are only open M-F 8-5. 🙄

The current update version does not work! here is the fix! please read below!!! for everyone that is having issues with this app, the new updated version is bugged completely you can no longer view live view and it's having issues in general. immediately disabled auto updates. &DELETE THE APP go to APK pure and download the previous version 2.0.9 install and use XAPK INSTALLER to download app once you install the app and download it log into your account and everything will be fixed!

This app does not work well at all. It does not register movement consistently. You have to constantly open the app the "reboot" it. When I open the app, I see this red dot on the icon you hit to open up all of the functions, once you open the app the red dot goes way. It's like it's in idle mode or something. If you opt in to pay for subscription the app should have better quality and functionality. I can only image how well it functions when a person does not sign up for the subscription.

Absolutely a waste of money. Paid a years subscription of £35.99 and was meant to work until January 2027 and it stopped working in February 2026. I contacted the supposed customer service and still haven't even had a response back. Waste of almost £60 between the item purchase and the subscription.

Does not show people on my porch unless the doorbell rings. Shows distance well but blinds out up close. If someone enter from the side of my house and walks up to the porch it doesn't pick up the movement.

This doorbell camera is advertised as subscription free but in practice without a monthly subscription it's really very limited. The battery lasts about 2 days at best and takes hours to recharge meaning that the device is offline for a lot of the time. There is also a worrying thing when even if the motion sensor is switched off it lights up and follows you when you have the door is open. Added to which the company will send messages telling you to turn on the device if you switch it off.

The camera is good but do not let you have an SD card in an when you got no internet the camera shuts down after 20 mins and to get it back on u got two press the button on it but if the camera was put up with a ladder you can't press the butto and it keeps dropping it's connection from the Wi-Fi router which it shouldn't do complete waste of money more weight of a money on the subscription

they were very good but since the update on the 22nd of September there is zero notifications or video recording. A great way to blow 119 quid for a years subscription. Was messaging there chat for over an hour to get them working ( I have 4 cameras ) and even they gave up on it. so now there only any good for live views. as of the 28th this situation has been rectified and everything is all good again

not sure if it's the camera or the app not on point. It can pick up a kid skateboarding down the street 200 times a day but completely miss people leaving and returning to the house. The camera disconnects from the app every other day and clicks relentlessly. I'm changing the set up to another manufacturer.

Hi Since the 22nd September 2026 getting no notifications and this is on one iOS and three android mobiles. This coincides with version 2.1.1 which was released on 22 September 2026. Updates should be tested prior to release. This is a paid service

since the update. my app will NOT load. the camera would let me view the days recordings. when I try to see live view it just spins to say its loading. I am missing deliveries. I am missing people coming to my house while I am out. awful. has been perfect until the update. this needs sorting asap to resume normal functionality which I'm paying for!

the latest update won't send any app notifications when the camera is triggered even though the settings show as on. I also have zero in app support as it shows I don't have any active cameras even though I have 2. I have no way of reporting bugs or issues. I have to add a device to get help.

I didn't need a subscription because I only wanted to see who had passed by, or standing at my front door. And it worked great. I could go back to previous days to see, and delete when necessary. BUT today, I can't even access ANYTHING because it is Demanding that I subscribe... CRAZY!!!! NOW I have to buy Another Camera 😡

This is a very simple app for viewing camera feeds. It is very easy to use and gives me basic functionality. The yearly price of 29.99 is very good for this type of service. My current issue is that their latest update does not allow me to delete recordings and when clicking the video button, it takes me to the live feed. Reinstalling and restarting phone did not correct. Please restore that functionality!

features are hit or miss; sensitivity is hard to set. this latest update has made it completely unusable. and I no longer have access to videos older than today. tech support is all AI.

I do feel like my cameras struggled through the summer and the batteries out very quickly during the heat. however all other issues seem to be rectified now
