After the system upgrade it has become so bad. All the old data is deleted, if you have file in more than one branch you cannot access it. All my family members are also not showing. horrible!

This app is not working properly, I am unable to login and receiving OTP error whereas I have entered the right number, tried multiple times but same problem..

even after update, logging by ID or file no., still can't make appointments or seeing Drs profiles or adding family members. no response on IT customer services channels

the application is not working, yesterday i used in hospital. I want report on electronically. reception desk told me you can get throug app. I tried it was not working, desk perso. told me reinstall this app again. I reinstalled and when login every time otp came but otp invalid error occure. 8oct2026

I am having an issue with the Saudi German Health app. I can see my ultrasound/radiology report, and there is a “View Image” option, but when I tap on it, the ultrasound images do not open. The report itself is visible, but I cannot access the actual ultrasound images. Please fix this issue or let me know if I need any additional app or software to view the images. This is especially important for patients who need to review their ultrasound scans. Thank you.

Broken as usual after last update. Was forced to install update, and every time I login after I receive the OTP, input it, then I receive a message that I have to logout and back in due to recent updates. Cleared cache/data, did a fresh install, restarted the phone but still I receive the same message. Worst health provider app ever.

It is more than a week they cannot fix the app login issue, first app was having issue and I logout but now no OTP is there so no way to login and you cannot check anything.

Very impractical app, can't even make an appointment, all appointments are NONE for all doctors for all days. Also the app is very very very slow.

You cannot switch between profiles without signing out and sign in again.. Unfortunately, the app just got worse after the recent update on 30-Aug. In addition to existing issues, with more issues, the developers have decided to completely remove UAE from the app. Isn't this smarter choice than restoring a functional version!! Update on 16-Sep: After a month waiting to fix the app, I am still unable even to login. no OTP is sent at all.. really disappointing

You guys made an update and screwed everything up, everyone is complaining and I'm quite surprised that you can't roll back the changes! y'all need to be more responsible this is a hospital app, not tiktok, people actually need this.

i can't make any appointment in the app. Upon entering a complaint in Menu - Your voice matters the app throws an error "Only alphabets and numbers are accepted" Commas, question signs and other popular punctuation signs are not accepted? interesting choice. This is rather unusual to put it mildly.

All regions removed except KSA, i tried logging back into my account on my new phone, the app forcing KSA as the only option for login/sign-up, my account is egyptian and i cant login no matter what, no number/national id/file number. all KSA only.

after update, no option available for Egypt country while logging in using phone number. however country code is there selected as Egypt but it says select country and the only option is Saudi Arabia

the application is damaged

since last update and the app is not recognizing my profile, I tried to logout, login and even reinstall the app and there's only one country to assign for logging in.

the app is so slow and many many times it doesn't work, even if i re-download it.

Since I updated the Application, not only all history has gone for visits, medical prescription, lab reports but new reports and data is lost after some hours of its preview.... Gendor of some male doctors are mentioned as Female... A lot of bugs in it....

One of the worst apps ever. Does Not work if the developer mode is enabled, even though all my banking apps and other hospital apps work without any problems. Fix this immediately... Edit after receiving the response from the developers, it is now confirmed that they purposely designed this app so it will not work with developer mode enabled. Hence, I am keeping my 1 star review, and will never recommend this app to anyone, until they will fix this unacceptable design.

التطبيق كان ممتاز إلا انه لا يعمل منذ شهر وخاصة جدة، لأنهم يعملون تحديث اليوم رجع التطبيق لكن... جميع معلومات المريض (جدة) إختفت . التطبيق أصبح useless

من أسوأ المستشفيات في التنظيم والتوقيت. جلوس لفترة طويلة في المستشفى لإجراء الفحوصات وغيره، ولا يوجد خطوات واضحة لمتابعة رفع المستندات وغيرها من أجل موضوع التأمين. اليوم امضيت ٤ ساعات في المستشفى لرفع المستندات المطلوبة للتأمين ولم يتم رفع هذه المستندات. وقد تكرر هءا الوضع معي في فترات سابقة من ساعتين ل ٣ ساعات، ولكن المرة السابقة تم حل المشكلة واليوم لم يتم حل المشكلة. غادرت المستشفى ولم احصل على العلاج ولا حتى تم رفع صور الاشعة اوالتقارير لشركة التأمين، ولن ارجع للتعامل مع هذا المستشفى

the app is no longer showing the medical records or any patient details. I deleted and re-download and now it won't allow me to log in. So I can't access any medical records

Very bad experience with the application. No data is being displayed, and I am unable to book any appointments. It is also not showing any previous lab results, approvals, invoices, etc. I have already submitted complaints twice through the application, but there has been no response or update.

I have been using the app and most of the time it was working fine however for past couple of days some of the item were not working like switching profile or taking doctor's appointment, I have uninstall the app and reinstall it, now I am unable to login even with my phone number, iqama or file number, in all cases the app is saying no record found.

بعد التحديث مسح جميع البيانات الخاصة من أشعة و تحاليل ووصفات طبية و عدم وجود أقسام طبية للحجز.

Obviously no-one is checking if the App is working and providing service to its would be clients. Simply the feature to select the date and book an appointment shows empty space for more than 5 days. Wake up IT Dept. hybernation is over. I initiated a screen shot message of the problem to the "Developer" as requested. So far the snows have not melted and hybernation is still prevailing as there is no reply. The Developer message is a clever CRM stunt though.

We are deeply grateful to Saudi German Hospital especially Dr Shadi an excellent laparoscopic surgeon for the outstanding care provided to my wife during her hysterectomy on 12th May The surgery went smoothly and her recovery has been remarkably fast thanks to the Dr and his team professionalism Dr Shadi is highly skilled in laparoscopic surgery but also very compassionate to patient and reassuring at every stage which gave our family great confidence and comfort during a difficult time

i go through physiotherapy 9 seassions for left leg caif muscles and foot pain. I couldn't get relief as well as it increases after therapy. I do exercise to stretch calf muscles as instructed by therapists. The pain in foot and leg has increased
