Very Poor

GREAT APP

made changing phones almost seamless

probably the worst first user experience ever, 3 days of pointless attempts to migrate. same app on two phones, no feedback if app is stuck for 30min on 99℅ or actually doing something. app unable to find pairing companion on perfectly working network, via usb mode constantly fighting over which phone is in control of usb - it couldnt be easier for sync to file each other. apps stuck on "connecting" while local send has no issue to recognize each other and send files huge regred getting samsung

goog

I'd stay the hell away from Samsung if I were you.....

Another bloatware from samsung... Yes samsung, this IS bloatware because i do not want it on MY phone, i never needed it and i CAN'T remove it from MY phone !!! Good thing there's always ADB to help me get rid of all the forced garbage !

horrible devices you can't transfer any accounts from old phones because they insist on using old phone numbers and old devices that no longer work. you'll lose half your functionality if you ever decide to get a new device. you will never get anywhere with any sort of help with the company of Samsung. You'll just be locked out of half of your functions. save yourself the trouble of repeatedly talking to a I and customer service who will not resolve the situation. any other brand after a decade.

🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Pure ecosystem gatekeeping Unacceptable. Forcing non-Samsung Android users to install the bloated Smart Switch phone app just to act as a hidden background receiver for basic watch backups is corporate babysitting. To make it worse, it demands over a dozen invasive system permissions to even start up. I just want a simple local backup of my settings, not to hand over total access to my Pixel phone. Stop holding third-party hardware hostage. Optimize your apps for Android as a whole.

It worked better than what was done at store of purchase.

overcharging

love it

absolutely garbage. Samsung software so trash.

If I could give it a zero..I would. Memory is horrible. Repetitive. Character doesn't work the way you want it too and disrupts the flow of the chat story. it's actually irritating. do yourself a favor..don't waste any I mean any money on this app.

I want to complain about Samsung phone update 9. I paid for this VERY EXPENSIVE phone, and now the new Samsung software upgrade has an app called Find Your Phone. I keep turning this app button OFF--Samsung turns it back on. Then sends me repeated notifications like I cannot make a decision for myself. I consider this to be VERY rude and disrespectful to a customer. I am now reconsidering buying this phone soon a second time. For privacy I keep Samsung signed out. I WILL NEVER USE FIND MY PHONE.

Great!

Didn't switch a lot of my stuff like contacts. I had to manually put most in.

Cute 🤣

very helpful and easily accessible

same phones...just transferring from a phone with screen damage to a new one. the versions of the app and phone are the same. this doesn't work. They could have spent the money working on their app instead of the completely worthless video. Even making it a how to video would have been more useful. These types of decisions make me question my next phone. ....update.... a year later and updating phone. app on new phone won't update.

you let hackers use this app

uninstall this app from my android tablet

Very nice and useful aap , thanks Samsung.

Seamlessly transferred all stored messages and complete call history data today!!!

did not rate this app but someone else put 5 stars liars

great

No option to uninstall. Why does Samsung think it's OK to force apps on us we don't want? EDIT: Developer says I can disable it. This is not what I want. I want to free up space on my device for apps I am actually going to use.

i Love my family

smart app

nice

samsung a17 recommend

It's a little clunky on my old phone, possibly the phone's problem.

Literally didn't smart switch anything important, just games and other childish nonsense. Last time, it worked great, this time, it didn't work at all. Shot in the dark as far as which passwords were ported over, amd I had to complete rebuilt my homepage from scratch. Ruined the upgrade experience.

I wonder how they treated Brittany, Hailey, I hear the perverts talking about being a piece of s.h.i.t or something that I could believe is spirits or domd kids pre 1940 were crazy and lying about the same warfare that is still happening in this life to be a bunch of extreme horney males and I think the water is ran dry and the other births are still not new soul and the judge that used to be my mom to be the way they were supposed to do the same thing that I would have had at home, did not do

Edit: App started working correctly after a phone restart - changed rating to 5 stars. This app worked fine until 8 days ago when I started getting a message that my watch had not been backed up. Out of curiosity, I went to open the app and it started but then it promptly shut down. I have tried cleaning the app cache, and even the data cache but to no avail. Please can the developer fix this issue at their earliest possible convenience.

app is not on! it keeps transfering my stuff to other devices.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Samsung Smart Switch is an amazing and very useful app! 📱✨ It makes transferring contacts, photos, videos, messages, and other important data to a new Samsung phone quick and easy. The app is user-friendly, works smoothly, and saves a lot of time. The data transfer process is simple and convenient. A must-have app for Samsung users! Highly recommended. ❤️🌟

AMEN 1🤐🤐🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤐🤐

hacked by my ex boyfriend very scary

the best thanks

The reply was so irrelevant as I already know what the app does. This app keeps getting used on my phone, I DO NOT & HAVE NOT USED IT, it's not longer compatible either & it has never been here in my generic google account either.

best

pre installed apps that are useless. I have 6 apps taking up space that "arent compatible with my device" anymore that I am not allowed to uninstall?! why? I dont want them on here!!

Won't work without update and the update will not download. Very frustrating.
