I tried logging in with my account, but it didn't work and showed nothing . i was on the app yesterday, and it was working fine. I would like this problem and mistake to be corrected. I have contacted support. When the problem is solved, I will delete this review

I Downloaded Purp as a way to make new friends as a person who is introverted. I thought it would be great! But Purp kept glitching and kicking me out every time I tried upload my profile pic, so I didn't get to make new friends

it works well, but if you have kids on here be very careful and make sure they definitely 100% know internet safety, I've had weird messages before and luckily I know how to navigate them so please make sure your kids can navigate them too. Make sure they understand some slang for intimate areas so they can avoid people who use that language. There are probably quite a few above 18s on there so still make sure you supervise and make sure they don't give out personal information.

Laggy and alot of bugs and performance issues. My quick add does not work despite me having a token for quick add. Has alot of bots and weird users. These are usually bots but the app isnt bad overall just laggy

iv met some cool people, but it definitely has its share of glitches. one of em is that I'll get messages in my notification bar, but they sometimes won't appear in chat. another one was that the app deleted some of my requests. I had a bunch, but didnt have the time to check every profile, so I came back to it later. when I did about half were gone. I would recommend to fix this by adding a tool bar that let's us search by name so we can refind the people we wanna add

Your account needs moderation before you can do anything; I have been waiting two weeks for moderation and even tried contacting support, but nobody helped. They keep saying to contact support, but I sent five emails and got no reaction. I did everything they asked, so be aware: don't lose your money on this app because you won't get it back.

The concept and how it works with swiping and adding profiles is cool, but the app is incredibly buggy. I haven't been able to get the crystals to add friends for over a month. The button says "try again later" (my internet connection is good). Sometimes I even watch ads, and then the app restarts. Used to be a great way to meet cool people, despite the occasional obvious bot. However, they probably weren't profitable enough that way, so now they SMOTHER you with adds, swipe 4 times? ADD. change tabs? ADD. open a message? ADD. This would be more tolerable if the video adds were skipable and DIDN'T direct you to the Google Play Store 3 times before closing. overall, it's not worth it. 3/10

The app worked fine for a while until yesterday. They paused my account to check something. Then later when I tried signing in, it just didn't load anymore after using the google login. I tried clearing the cache & data and even after reinstall it gets stuck there loading forever.

However, it has lost stars because it has become ad infested. before ads were controlled. now you can get around 4 ads in the space of a minute. that is excessive and borderline disrespectful to users. bugs out during swipes, and sometimes does not award gems after watching 3 ads in a row. It's a decent app when it works. But the excessive use of ads makes the old version superior. There also has been a sharp rise of bots, and no matter how much I report, more just replace it.

Honestly this app as a concept is amazing, and when it works, it's brilliant. However, I have never seen an app with more bugs and glitches than this one. It will randomly stop displaying all messages, it will stop loading anything and you have to restart it a dozen times until it works again. It will sometimes try to load adverts, fail and leave a black screen which requires a restart, only to do it again after a restart. A lot of the buttons don't work, and will only respond every so often etc

Low quality cash grab. spams ads in your face, tries to get you to buy a ton of stuff, super buggy, and poorly optimized. I've had this for a while and I've watched it slowly get worse and worse. It had potential but now it feels worse then a mobile cash grab game.

Holy trash bruh I used ts for almost a year and It had some bugs were it started saying my acc is banned but it still logged me in and sometimes it would log in and js lags and leaves but then all of a sudden it worked then after a few months latter I think after like an update now it wont log me in it js logged me out now when I log in its making me make a whole new profile like my acc never existed I can't even get in with my acc anymore im scared to make a new profile it might delete my stuff

At the same time, I have been repeatedly targeted and added by multiple bot accounts using variations of the name "jemi," including , jemi812, and jemi912. I have done nothing to violate the terms of service, and it appears my account was mistakenly flagged due to this influx of bot activity

But now, everything is even worse, my entire chat history and friends list was completely cleared! I can't send messages to the Lo-fi bar and my friend requests don't even go. Please fully lift off the ban, it's like I'm in a new account.
